Danielle and her team were wonderful to work with, from start to finish. Danielle was referred to us by my cousin, who used her services a couple years ago. Her pricing was reasonable and within our budget. We booked Muse Events for a "day of" / month of coordination package for our wedding at EagleVail Pavilion in Avon. They asked all the important questions, kept me organized, and followed up with all our vendors to ensure we would receive the services we'd booked. Danielle's team member KatieLyn was our actual day-of coordinator, and she was so incredibly helpful on our wedding day. I had a quite detailed vision for how the venue should look, and she executed it beautifully. KatieLyn's touch made everything more beautiful than I had even hoped. We also dealt with the typical Colorado weather that day, and she worked hand-in-hand with the caterers to ensure we had a good backup plan and had every chance at our outdoor ceremony. Sure enough, the skies cleared in time for them to setup the outdoor ceremony, and she coordinated the efforts of some of our guests to assist (I told her to use them). The next day when we returned to the venue to pick up our items, it was like magic - everything was tidy, clean, boxed up and ready for us to take away. We had the wedding of our dreams!!! Danielle and Caryn, hands-down, are the best investment I made for my wedding on 6/12/21. Thank you SO much for everything you did! The talent you both possess is so incredible. My wedding was perfect and a large part of its success was due to Muse Events. I cannot recommend them enough for your event.

I honestly don't know how our wedding day would have gone without Danielle. Like many, a day-of coordinator was not part of our original budget, but once we picked a venue (The Denver Botanic Gardens) and moved along with planning, it became clear that it was a priority to really be able to enjoy the day and be present. When doing an initial search of wedding planners, Danielle stuck out because she was organized, clearly answered our questions, and had a ton of experience at the Gardens and with Denver area/Colorado wedding vendors in general. The day of, she made sure everything was set up, coordinated with all of our vendors, made sure we were taken care of, was super flexible and creative with last minute changes and improvements (many were needed because of COVID), and somehow helped us pull off a wedding that was beautiful, fun and filled with love even with all the COVID changes and modifications. She did it all with a smile and genuine enthusiasm, all in 100 degree heat! As I told her on our wedding day, I literally don't know how we would have done it without her. We cannot recommend Muse Events enough!

We first found Danielle with Muse Events because our venue (Spruce Mountain Ranch) requires a day of coordinator, and she was on the list of recommendations from them. She was perfectly in our budget. After a phone consultation, I knew from her bubbly personality and passion for what she does, that she would fit perfectly in our big day. Even though we hired her for month of coordination, she was always available via email, phone call, and text for any questions, help, or advice that we needed. There was always great and quick communication. She was present (along with her assistant Katie-Lynn) at our 30 day walkthrough with the venue. She was very involved in all of the conversations, and you could tell she knew exactly what she was doing. At the rehearsal she was there to help coordinate the details and figure out how everything would flow and where everyone would walk and stand. She definitely helped me to feel confident that my big day would run smoothly. She made contact with all of my vendors and confirmed their arrival and services, as well as coordination between vendors. Danielle is extremely friendly and extremely organized. It was apparent that she was there purely for the bride and groom to make sure they had no worries, and that no one had to ask us questions during the big day. She was invested in us as a couple and was willing to do anything to make our vision happen. On the day of, she arrived the earliest we could along with the bride and groom. Nobody knows how, but somehow she made it all happen. She was somehow able to be everywhere at once making sure everything was happening as it was supposed to. Danielle checked in with me as the bride multiple times throughout the night making sure I didn’t need anything else. As a bride who was very worried about things going wrong, Danielle was always reassuring me that things were flowing and running smoothly, which I really appreciated. She was able to keep me calm and happy on my big day. She was also in charge of all the decorations and setting everything up. She did a great job organizing and setting up all the decorations not only at the ceremony site but at the reception space as well. Danielle had set up a google document for us so that she had all of the details in one place. She has such a great internal clock and a great eye for what needs to be done and when. She was even able to locate my suitcase and the supplies I needed for the hotel and had that waiting in the limo for us as we got in the limo. At the end of the night, Danielle continued to go around the venue and make sure all of our belongings were picked up and nothing was left behind. She was able to organize all the decorations, gifts/cards, and leftover food into piles to give to our parents to take home. My family as well as the groom’s family told us that they were thoroughly impressed with Danielle’s service and skills and that they were happy that we chose her to coordinate our big day, because things went so smoothly and she was a super-woman! I would highly recommend Danielle to any bride of any kind. She was always very helpful, genuinely caring, and supportive throughout the entire process. I would recommend Danielle from Muse events to any bride who is looking for a seamless, organized, and fun day. We can’t Thank Danielle enough for everything she did to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams!

We hired Danielle as a Day-Of-Coordinator, as we had a DIY carnival-theme wedding with much of the planning already in place. Danielle was great to work with! She took the time to understand our vision, made useful suggestions for rentals and design ideas and offered vendor referrals to get us the best prices possible. The day of the wedding must have been hectic with all the crazy ideas we wanted to include, but I didn’t feel any of that thanks to Danielle! She took our ideas and our vision and made it all happen without me having to lift a finger on my wedding day. For anyone on the fence about hiring someone just to help with wedding day flow, I highly recommend doing it and hire Muse Events for your big day!

Having Danielle at Muse Events plan our wedding was honestly the best decision that we made in the entire wedding planning process. We hired Danielle as a full service wedding planner. We were planning our wedding from out of state and relied heavily on Danielle's expertise and connections in the area. Wedding planning can be stressful, but Danielle made sure that the process was fun and never too overwhelming. My husband and I aren't the most organized people, and she helped us stay organized and on track with the many details that come with wedding planning. It seemed as though every time we talked to Danielle, a weight was lifted off of our shoulders as Danielle routinely reminded us that we were "on track." She was especially good at making the wedding process easy to fit in with the rest of our busy day to day life. She connected us with vendors that fit our vision and helped us negotiate and manage those contracts. She even helped us tour different venues when we visited Colorado for quick weekends to find our perfect location. Her expertise and knowledge of the venue and vendors helped us get as much as we could out of our budget. The end result was our dream wedding day. As soon as I walked in to the venue space, I could see that every tiny detail that we had discussed was perfectly executed. It felt like walking into my exact vision of what I always hoped my wedding would be. We were just able to enjoy the celebration without any concerns - largely in part to Danielle's hands on management of the event. I highly recommend Muse Events to plan any wedding. Danielle is able to take your personal vision of your wedding and make it a reality; and, at least in our case, was able to save us more money overall than we would have been able to without her.

Danielle was great at answering our questions when we were looking for a day of planner and we could tell from our conversations that she was experienced and professional and would be great to work with. We didn’t really start working with her until a month out as planned. She took all of our information and planning we’d done so far, and took it out of our hands and into hers which was a huge relief. The walk through was great to connect and picture what the day would look like. We were also glad Danielle ran through the rehearsal the day before, so everyone was on the same page and things would run smoothly on the day of (and they did!). Danielle and her assistant set-up all of our decor the day of, and organized all of our vendors, a feat we are so grateful for. It was comforting to have her there on the day of. There were a few decor details that were missed, but we had a pretty extensive list of very tiny details and having a few slightly off made no difference in the day. And she set-up the layout perfectly. Everything that mattered was orchestrated perfectly by Danielle. She dealt with lots of delays on our part like speech givers going on a little long, and still managed to make sure all of our priorities were met. She was great about attending to our needs, making sure we got apps and champagne right after the ceremony and drinks in our hands the minute we entered cocktail hour. Everyone says this but we almost didn’t hire a planner and looking back now, that would have been insane and a huge mistake. Danielle made our day stress free so we could enjoy it as guests and live fully in the moment. Thank you so much for all the time you put into making this day so magical and amazing!!!

I worked with Danielle for my destination in Estes Park, Colorado on April 13th. Her attention to detail, relatability, and enthusiasm for my wedding made me feel like I was talking to a friend! Throughout the 15 months of planning, I could always count on Danielle to respond quickly to my questions and give creative ideas and alternatives that were within budget. On the day of, Danielle was a lifesaver! We had a few last-minute issues that she handled without even letting me know, allowing me to relax and enjoy my big day. She managed all of the details of my wedding and took such great care of me, my husband, and our family. As my mother said, Danielle was the best money we spent throughout the entire process! She brought us comfort, expertise, and allowed everyone to enjoy the day. I would recommend Danielle and Muse events time and time again, and am eternally grateful to Danielle for being a huge part of the reason why my wedding day was perfect.

Danielle was our day of coordinator and did an amazing job! She was in constant communication with us the week of the wedding and helped coordinate a weather related ceremony move! She also took on some unusual jobs such as dog and alapaca wrangling. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator! I would highly recommend Muse Events and Danielle.

We had a day of coordinator and hiring Danielle really was one of the best decisions I made. She took care of so much the month of and the day of the wedding and handled things I wouldn’t have even thought of if I tried to do it myself. She made my whole wedding run smoothly and also made it so I and my family could relax the day of. Her services are affordable and she is very organized. She is available by email, phone call, and text to answer any and all questions, which I appreciated. We attribute much of our wedding’s success to Muse Events!

My husband and I had a destination wedding in Breckenridge in August, 2018. I was a very particular, but lazy bride, and it was music to my ears when our venue recommended that we hire a day of coordinator. My husband found Muse Events/Danielle on The Knot, and we were impressed with their variety of services. We opted for the day-of coordination option because we wanted to be very involved with the fine details, but not stress at all during the big day. Weeks leading up to the wedding, Danielle had us complete a very detailed package that helped keep us on track. A few days before the wedding, we changed the getting ready venue for the bridesmaids. Danielle worked closely with my hair and makeup artists, photographer, videographer, and the transportation company to ensure everyone knew where to go and when to arrive. I didn't have to contact anyone or worry that it wasn't being handled. The day of the wedding was perfect, thanks to Danielle. I anticipated a few mishaps, but looking back, I can't think of one. She was organized, professional, extremely pleasant and up beat. I would definitely recommend Danielle to anyone getting married. Thanks for keeping me on track and sane, Danielle!

I worked with Danielle and Sarah for month of/day of coordination for my July 2018 wedding, and they were both incredible! I couldn't have pulled it off without them. I met initially with Danielle, and she put me at ease during our first meeting the way she handled and organized all of my wedding details. She was very responsive the month prior to the wedding, and answered and questions/requests that I had. She communicated with all of my vendors and created a day of timeline for me, which was extremely helpful. She came to our rehearsal and worked with our officiant to make sure everything ran smoothly. On my wedding day, both she and Sarah worked non-stop to make sure the day was amazing. Halfway through, Danielle had to leave due to an emergency, but Sarah stayed and made sure everything was perfect. She was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Muse Events!

Danielle was a life saver!! We realized about a month before our DIY wedding that we needed someone to coordinate the event day of. Enter DANIELLE. She was very professional and obviously experienced and did a great job of keeping our very large and rowdy guests happy and organized. Thanks to her I had no idea that the appetizer table fell down or that the food truck’s propane tank malfunctioned until MUCH AFTER the wedding. I can’t imagine that day without her help (and how stressful it would have been). I highly recommend Danielle!

Danielle and Olivia were AMAZING! We were an out of state couple planning a destination wedding in Colorado, it was so wonderful to have a in state expert to help us work with vendors, and review everything to ensure we had everything ready for the wedding, and then the day of they were spectacular! They took the reigns and I had no worries day, they took care of all hiccups that occurred with vendors, and all problems any of our guests stumbled upon. Having a Day Of Coordinator was the best decision ever!

We used Muse Events for our month-of wedding coordination. Danielle and Lori made it easy by stepping in and taking on the final planning details, such as coordinating with other vendors, making a day-of timeline, closing any gaps I missed, etc. Danielle was laser focused on making sure my fiancé and I got the wedding that we wanted and on the day of the wedding took care of all the behind the scenes set up, tear down and management. Would recommend Muse Events in a heartbeat!

I decided to use Muse Events due to being highly rated and I couldn't have been more satisfied. Danielle was my day-of Coordinator and was beyond happy with the service she provided!! She was prepared, professional, and knowledgeable...and above all, she took care of everything perfectly. Although she was providing day-of services, she reached out several times along the wedding planning process and answered all my emails promptly. I would highly recommend using Muse Events; they are a GREAT value for the service you receive. I had zero issues on my wedding day thanks to Danielle... if there were any problems, I was not aware, and that was priceless . My wedding was completely perfect thanks to Danielle :) :)

We used Danielle for our wedding in Keystone this past August and she was worth every single penny. Not only was she there leading up to the big day with every question I had but she also made our wedding day go so smooth. She set up our entire reception and ceremony and it was flawless. She is the real deal and I would recommend her over and over again!!!

Danielle was an absolute treasure to work with. From day one, she helped keep us on track for getting things accomplished, kept us from panicking when things went wrong, and was so helpful with suggestions, ideas, and support. On the day of, she wrangled so much - family, friends, and vendors (especially the other vendors). She made sure my husband and I had those perfect moments where we didn't have to worry about all the other things going on and just enjoy ourselves, which I can't emphasize enough as key to why when we look back on our wedding day that we loved it and were so happy instead of remembering stress and juggling expectations. Danielle with Muse Events was such a joy to work with! We hired Muse Events for day of coordination, to make sure that everything went on without a bump. Danielle was so sweet and helpful throughout the whole process! She helped me to ensure that I had everything for the day of, including shoes, which I almost forgot to buy! Danielle arrived a few hours before our wedding, and we were so far behind with getting our centerpieces and decorations in order. Even without her assistant, who was sick that day, she was able to bring order the disarray, and our wedding decorations and everything were beautiful. She also kept the groomsmen in line, which was a monumental task! I would recommend her for anyone that is looking for help in coordinating and ensuring that their event is successful.

I followed through with Muse Events on my wedding day because Danielle possessed knowledge, confidence and talent when it comes to coordinating events. Danielle was professional by assuring everything I would need for my wedding was planned. Danielle helped me with the venue and finding all the vendors that suited my needs. Fast forward to the day of my wedding, Danielle made sure everything was going along with the schedule. My day was truly a fairy tale and I don’t know if I could say that without the help of Danielle and Muse Events.

We hired Muse Events as a day coordinator but ended up getting so much more. TC and her crew were coordinators and everything went off perfectly. But TC also acted as a wise sage full of advice and experience in the months leading up to the wedding. At times, we needed a little mothering and we got that. At times, we needed someone to shock us out of getting caught up on things that didn't matter. You won't be sorry with TC as your coordinator or planner.

TC and Melissa are wonderful. They went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. They are so kind and thoughtful. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

TC Decker from Muse Events was nothing short of amazing to work with. We used her for "full service planning" since I was planning the wedding from out of state. I can honestly say I am so glad that we did! TC was very helpful in helping us pick each of our vendors as well as helping us plan the details and making sure everything was taken care of before the big day. Unfortuantely because we had to switch our date to get the venue we loved she was not able to be our day of coordinator and we had another woman from her company. Trish did an awesome job, she is much newer to the business than TC but at the end of the day everything got done and she made sure things went smoothly. If you are looking in to wedding planners at all I would strongly suggest at least meeting with TC! We had planned to meet three other planners but after meeting TC we knew we had met our planner, plus her prices can't be beat!

Perfect wedding planner. Well worth the price asked. we had "day-of-service" only, but she was always there via email or text for every question during the months before the wedding. She even helped pick vendors when we had no idea what we were looking at. During the wedding she was everything we could have asked for, even made sure we got plenty of food. 10 out of 10.

TC at Muse Events saved us the stress of going at planning a wedding alone. She thinks of things that you would never think to do and has the experience to back it up. She was the best money we spent when it came to our wedding!
