Through the evening he communicated with us to keep the formalities rolling appropriately, and the best part- our dance floor was full thee entire night! Thank you Neil! Thank you Darrel! Highly highly recommend these guys!!

sic wasn’t queued in his system or saved in his phone. What happened, firstly I had emailed him all my documents for music and my expectations of what we were looking for. I never got a response. We did end up chatting on the phone and letting the Tuesday before my wedding. I had some concerns then because it was slightly unorganized and he couldn’t find some of our music, but ultimately he did so we pushed forward. Day of my ceremony music started before my bridal party began walking so he had to start it over. After introductions into reception he apparently lost the documents I gave him. It was SILENT. We were supposed to go right into the first dance and he LOST our song. His wife had to come to my table and ask. After that we went straight to cake cut. Also lost. Again awkward silence. His wife again had to approach us at our cake table and ask what our song was. Embarrassing to say the least. He started the night with OLD music. No one moved. I had several people, including my husband, tell him to please change the music cause no one was moving. It took too many songs to change. Finally we got some line dances and people started to move. He never picked up on the vibe. I also specifically said BRIDAL PARTY could request and he told them no. It was clearly on the sheet. We even told him to open it up cause no one was feelin the music and that was an issue. I did say to play a variety, but as a dj you need to feel the crowd and he wasn’t, at all. Our uplifting was pretty, photo booth was great! They did apologize, but it still didn’t fix all the questions being asked by my guests and the awkward/embarrassing quiet moments when it was clear and communicated what I wanted for the evening.

They kept our guests entertained all night long and added in personal touches that made the night extra special for us. Music & More Inc. maintains very reasonable pricing for their services and really is the best deal out there if you're on a tighter budget. I would highly recommend reaching out to this company for your upcoming entertainment needs.

Covid and he was very accommodating with us switching our dates and always responded quickly. When it came to the actual reception, I was not at all impressed. I had given him a timeline that we were not able to stick to but he had said ahead of time that he would be flexible and be able to switch things around if necessary. I had requested a specific song to open up the dinner music with and he did not follow it. I kept having to go over to the DJ booth to let him know which event was next. His one computer was not working at the beginning of the reception, there was awkward silence in between a few songs and things just felt very dragged out. I had to remind him of a very special event that would have been missed if I had not said anything. His assistant did not know who was going first for the garter or bouquet toss. I feel as though I just paid for her to have a fancy meal and do not feel like she contributed to the reception at all. He also left his business cards throughout our reception hall on the cocktail tables, coffee table etc. without asking and I found that extremely unprofessional (and I’m quite annoyed by this). Lastly, I found the vibe from him to be a little old school and out of date. Once he got the ball rolling and open dancing had begun, we had a fun rest of our reception. His customer service was very good but services were not what we had expected. Overall, we were content with our choice in DJ.

He was so easy to work with, and we are really happy that we chose Music and More. We would highly recommend them!

lenty of options to choose from and he did not pressure us at all. Since we lived somewhat far from where Darrel was based of, he was agreeable to meet halfway to save us time which was a plus. Me and my wife are not planning on getting married again but if we have some type of event that we will need a DJ service, we will make sure to use his company again!

some reason we were given the run around with who was going to be our DJ, and ended up with Fran from a different company - Dejavu. I was confused with this change and didn’t understand it, but didn’t question things. Fran was just as responsive, professional and friendly and were all in all happy with the evening even with a couple small issues. The things that didn’t go so well were - when I waked down the isle, the song that we selected didn’t play and there was a short moment of awkward silence. You could see Fran in the background motioning to one of her girls to fix it, and it resumed. The other somewhat issues were, the photo booth was only available at certain hours and we had guests constantly going over there to try and take pictures and told us they were rudely turned away since it wasn’t open yet. Once it was, it was incredibly fun and the props were very creative. Again, minor issues that we could look past. I would recommend Fran from Dejavu Entertainment for others in the Cleveland area.

se of the situation. Darrel had a cancellation and I snagged him. I didn't expect the quality of service he and his helpers provided. It was unbelievable and incredible. The one and ONLY slip up was a wifi connection lost and we were announced with the same song as our bridal party. NO BIG DEAL! However, Darrel and his helper BOTH sincerely apologized to us throughout the night which wasn't needed! It wasn't there fault at all! Darrel was SO accommodating and attentive to not only me ( Bride) but also my 7 year old daughter and our guests. It's a scary thought now looking back thinking we almost didn't have Darrel. Him and his team are a serious blessing. Darrel also brought his own smaller lighting for our modest 70 guest reception. I would recommend Music & More to anyone and everyone over the "bigger" names in the industry. Darrel + team, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for making our reception the greatest night of our lives. We love you guys so much!!
