That said, we do want to offer a bit of constructive feedback. Unfortunately, the bride’s name was mispronounced during key moments of the evening, despite providing the correct pronunciation ahead of time. It may seem small, but it was an important detail on such a meaningful day. Additionally, for our first dance, the wrong version of our song was played. We had sent a custom audio file that was really special to us, and it was disappointing that it wasn’t used. Overall, Darrel did a great job keeping the party upbeat and memorable, and with more attention to detail on those important personal moments, it could have been an exceptional experience from start to finish.

We got to meet with them a month before to go over our details, questions, any concerns. The relief i felt when Karen informed me she would be helping with timing, coordination, and communication was remarkable. They both gave us that feeling of comfort and warmth, as well as family orientation that every bride and groom should feel during their event. They had everything timed perfect. No issues with anything. Very welcoming and professional. Karen kept in great communication with us, our photographer, my maid of honor. Also ran things through me to make sure it was going okay. Made sure all our entraces were timed perfectly. Our formalities went smoothly and the music lined up. They were exactly what we needed and you definitly cant go wrong with their prices. The lighting was a wonderful touch. They stayed till the end, even through tear down. I would hire them again for any event. We also got the package that included a photo-booth area which allowed a fun and silly way for guests and ourselves to commemorate the evening. We were given a photo album as well as a flash drive with all of the pictures at the end of the night. There was an hiccup with the specific cover of a song we had chosen, but they were able to figure out a solution that allowed us to enjoy and move on with the rest of our reception.

we were quite impressed once meeting with him. After that, for some reason we were given the run around with who was going to be our DJ, and ended up with Fran from a different company - Dejavu. I was confused with this change and didn’t understand it, but didn’t question things. Fran was just as responsive, professional and friendly and were all in all happy with the evening even with a couple small issues. The things that didn’t go so well were - when I waked down the isle, the song that we selected didn’t play and there was a short moment of awkward silence. You could see Fran in the background motioning to one of her girls to fix it, and it resumed. The other somewhat issues were, the photo booth was only available at certain hours and we had guests constantly going over there to try and take pictures and told us they were rudely turned away since it wasn’t open yet. Once it was, it was incredibly fun and the props were very creative. Again, minor issues that we could look past. I would recommend Fran from Dejavu Entertainment for others in the Cleveland area.

is dying and we had to push our wedding up a year earlier because of the situation. Darrel had a cancellation and I snagged him. I didn't expect the quality of service he and his helpers provided. It was unbelievable and incredible. The one and ONLY slip up was a wifi connection lost and we were announced with the same song as our bridal party. NO BIG DEAL! However, Darrel and his helper BOTH sincerely apologized to us throughout the night which wasn't needed! It wasn't there fault at all! Darrel was SO accommodating and attentive to not only me ( Bride) but also my 7 year old daughter and our guests. It's a scary thought now looking back thinking we almost didn't have Darrel. Him and his team are a serious blessing. Darrel also brought his own smaller lighting for our modest 70 guest reception. I would recommend Music & More to anyone and everyone over the "bigger" names in the industry. Darrel + team, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for making our reception the greatest night of our lives. We love you guys so much!!
