Professionalism // The team over at Music Host brings decades of experience to the table, and it shows. Before we even booked, during the planning process, leading up to your special day, and on the day of… You get the involvement, consideration, sincerity, and the support you would expect.
Communication, Planning, and Event Support Tools // They have an online client portal?! We were not expecting that but let me tell you, it made building playlists, dedications, do not play lists, and all the lists a breeze! Communicating around music and expectations you and yours have for the evening can be unexpectedly challenging but this tool and the Music Host team make it so straightforward. Their team is there late the night before for last minute requests, months in advance with ideas and conversations. Working with you to understand what your vision is for the evening so they can make it all happen, and on the day of just checking in with you making sure everything is to your liking.
Flexibility, and Sound Equipment // On the day of the wedding, some surprise circumstances caused us to have to pivot the locations for our ceremony and cocktail. The team at Music Host came fully equipped and made our new locations at the venue feel and sound as though this was the plan all along! Seeing a vendor be this adaptable and confident certainly eased our nerves about the whole situation. The equipment used was top notch. Different style microphones for different folks through the event, a wonderful audio system, and crystal clear audio all made for a lovely evening.
Vibe Check and Guest Feedback // Music Host brought the best out of ever special moment! Walking down the isle, high energy/fun reception moments, first dance, and the most hype and memorable last dance.. All amazing on their own but Music Host really brings it to the next level! From the “classics”, some EDM, a lot of Latin dance music, Indie Dance.. we really had an eclectic mix. Everybody was dancing, smiling, and loving it! Your special day will have such a wide range of emotions and music host will make sure to match it musically to bring out the best in it all.
Event Included - Wedding Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Reception, and Dancing all different locations at the same venue.
Duration - 6 hours for guests. Music Host was there well before that interacting with venue staff, other vendors, and event staff.
“Day of” Services Provided by Music Host - sound check with officiant, interfacing with venue audio equipment (marks in flexibility because this was not the original plan), music for wedding ceremony, music during cocktail hour, music during reception, M.C.ing / introductions of bridal party and people giving speeches throughout the evening, building the energy / creating the vibe you are hoping for, and D.J.ing the roof off the dance floor!!!
