My daughter and son in law are both in the military. As the mother of the bride, I was doing most of the planning on their behalf. Hands down - the best decision we made was to use Mx2 Even Design and doing the signature wedding planning package. The difference you will pay in the package will more than make up for itself with use of decor inventory, knowledge of vendors and what fits your price point, the organization of what needs to be done and when, and a completely seamless day. David is incredibly responsive. He responded to texts/emails very quickly. I really cannot say enough about how helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with that he was. Forever grateful for all that he did to make the day so special!

David and his team is fantastic. He is extremely responsive and has great attention to detail. My wedding went off without any issues. He even helped sew one of my guest’s dresses when it ripped during the reception! Would highly recommend Mx2 Design if you are in need of a wedding coordinator!

David and Kora are the absolute best! We hired David for day of coordination but it felt a lot more like having a wedding planner! He made the whole process and day feel like a breeze and stress free. All of his vendor recommendations were amazing, he's super responsive to all of my family's many emails, and all of his experience and talent is priceless.

We used them for day-of-coordination, but I can tell you I felt like they were by my side through the whole process, especially as the day came closer with all the smallest details that I would have never thought of. David and his team are incredible! My husband and I got married in Lancaster and hired David as our day-of-coordinator after hearing about him from a coworker. He was with us every step of the way, providing advice on vendor selection, contract details, and even assisted with the coordination of postponing an entire year due to the pandemic. Mx2 Event Design executed our daughter's wedding plan flawlessly. It was a such a wonderful celebration, and we were able to enjoy the day without worrying about details. Lindsay had a vision for a 'garden party' which involved quite a bit of logistics, David, Korra, and Maria were so helpful in positioning and re-positioning large potted plants after the ceremony, the end result was stunning. It was a day we will never forget, many thanks to Mx2 Event Design for your part in making it so memorable.

I highly recommend having David and his team be a part of any wedding! David is VERY professional, friendly and dependable! His experience and knowledge is priceless. Although he was not the “official” coordinator of my daughters wedding, he stepped up to the plate as if he was. Throughout the entire process, David and his team were there to manage all the details and take the stress out of the day. We truly did not have to worry about a thing. The best decision we made for our wedding was hiring David and Korra from Mx2! David was so incredibly helpful throughout the planning process and in the weeks leading up to the wedding especially, he took away so much of our stress. I can not express how amazing MX2 team is. David and Korra were so helpful from looking at contracts, helping with timeline planning, reaching out to vendors. They decorated my venue beautifully and they have a large selection of rental items. I seriously can not recommend MX2 enough!

Between planning my dream wedding, then having to downsize because of covid, then rescheduling because of covid a week prior, to finally creating the most perfect wedding day almost a year later. He leaves out the fluff because the only thing with frills should be your actual wedding day! I cannot even begin to imagine how our day would have unfolded if we had not chosen David as our wedding planner. David was responsive from the minute I reached out to him. He is professional, to the point, and will get the job done, no matter what. No matter how many other weddings he was dealing with, he always made us feel that we were his only couple and his top priority. He was always readily available to chat and help guide my choices. With David, you will always get a response to your email, even in the most dire of circumstances. David was always quick to give suggestions and recommendations, but was never pushy and understood if I wanted to go a different direction. Planning a wedding during a pandemic was ultimately our biggest stress. David always kept us up to date with the current restrictions and was the most responsive of our vendors keeping us calm when we decided to move forward. He made us and our guests feel comfortable and enforced all restrictions keeping us all healthy. David is probably the most organized person I will ever meet and provided the most impressive timeline for us and our vendors. The best thing about David is he takes over all communication with your vendors. This took so much stress off of us as the wedding day neared. Along with our seventeen vendors that David communicated with, we had a windstorm right before our ceremony that knocked out the power and had all of our vendors struggling. David kept the show running as smoothly as he could. I have no doubts that if we had gone with a different planner, things would have run a lot less effortlessly. Since our wedding, we have a new running joke with our friends. We have been to several weddings since ours, and anytime something is going wrong, we laugh and say “If David was here, this would not be happening”. David was the absolute best decision we made for our day. Thank you so much!

David & his team are absolutely incredible. I could not imagine our wedding day running anymore smoothly than it had. They took care of any small things that came up during the day. Mx2 Event Design will always be recommended by us! Korra, one of the team members, made the rehearsal amazing and continuously checked in on the party throughout the day.

David is the best in the business. He was hands down the best money we spent for our big day & he definitely deserves more than he charges! David helped us plan pre-pandemic, helped us navigate the mid pandemic (even as we canceled the whole event prematurely), and replan in our 8 week timeline when we got the official go ahead. He helped us navigate all the details that we would have been lost on, the complications that come when tradition & reality clash, the unknowns when having a friend officiate the wedding. He has an incredibly fast response time & gave us the best recommendations. He was very accommodating to planning from a distance and worked with us to ensure every detail was taken care of. I don't have enough good things to say about the experience with David and his staff.

I would highly recommend David! He was our wedding planner , for our 10/10/20 wedding. I truthfully can only say positive things about David. He is so very organized, detail oriented, and he just truly cares! Without him, our wedding vision would not of come to life. The day of planner, helped a lot. Everyone knew exactly where to be and when. He also gave each vendor a vendor day of planner. David handled every phone call, payment , and make wedding planning virtually stress free. Of course there is a still stress, but that’s because weddings in general are stressful. But he took SO MUCH off from our plate , it was truly so helpful. We planned our wedding for 18 months with David . During that time we became close, and it was just so worth the long planning! David is truly valued forever in our family! My wedding was Beautiful because of him. The reception room was just breathtaking. He hung the drapes, and did many other things. I’m sure he did things we didn’t even notice he did. He’s THAT detail oriented. He thinks of every single detail, and makes it perfection. David will always be recommended to friends and family, he truly is the best wedding planner ever !

David is absolutely amazing. He helped us create our dream wedding at Historic Acres of Hershey from his initial recommendation of vendors to day-of coordinating and everything in between. David was always a phone call, text, or email away whenever we had questions or needed guidance. He was the backbone of our wedding and made our day so special. We hired David / Mx2 as our planner for our day – booking his premiere package. Let me tell you, it was the BEST decision we made. I asked my husband what vendor would he recommend to anyone - it was the fastest he ever answered a question (lol) - David! David gave us great recommendations on vendors from a cake lady, music and transportation. We booked each vendor he recommended, and they were beyond amazing! David was also so easy going, especially with the pandemic, as we had to do most of our meetings through video / phone calls! He was always so professional, caring and understood the vision from the start. We trusted David with our entire day! Speaking of our wedding – we didn’t have to plan a thing. David connected with each vendor, making sure they knew what time to arrive, where to be, what was needed. It was a wonderful feeling not having to worry about anything for our day. He had an extremely detailed timeline (which I’m type A), I was LOVING knowing what was going on when 😊 David and his team also did a beautiful job with décor – they draped the corn crib and pavilion, used his string lights, globes, and beautiful gold beaded chargers in the reception. I had three different tablescapes – with David’s input and design skills all three came to life! I remember I peeked into the pavilion before the reception started and thought I was walking through a magazine! Everything was perfect – I wish this review would allow me to upload photos because everything was so gorgeous. We cannot thank David enough and could not be happier with our wedding. David helped our wedding go off without a hitch, so we are extremely grateful to have hired him! To set some context, we got married during the COVID-19 pandemic. We were the last wedding before the state shut everything down. So the days leading up to the wedding were stressful to say the least. However, David was super helpful with altering plans, changing seating arrangements, making sure everything was clean, and keeping our day on schedule. He did a fantastic job with our table decor and decorating the mantle as a centerpiece for the ceremony. The draping and lighting made the Pavilion at Historic Acres look magical. Having meetings with David prior to the wedding was helpful as he asked us about details that my husband and I had never thought out. David is super organized and quick to respond to questions. He is a great wedding coordinator to have by your side at your wedding!

My husband and I were so glad we invested in a planner for our wedding day! We were grateful and thankful to have learned about David through our venue (Historic Acres of Hershey), and he was easily the best choice we made for our wedding day! David worked to answer all of our questions (big or small) and truly helped facilitate the perfect wedding day for us! We thought a lot about how to write this review comprehensively while not rambling and we thought it best to give you an anecdotal account of our experience that highlights the expertise and professionalism of David and the trust we had in him. Our story - Our wedding planning experience was unique to say the least. My family is from Erie PA (top left), her family is from Morgantown (bottom right), we were living in Cleveland, Ohio planning a wedding in Hershey. Sounds crazy - it was, it it only got crazier. I traveled extensively for work and we lived in three different states while we planned our wedding. We had wedding planning Skype meetings with David from Pennsylvania, Ohio, Israel, Georgia, and California. To say we needed a planner was an understatement! Vendors - This was by far the most helpful part of our planning process. David works with multitude of local vendors and after spending time with you and your significant other, he will provide 3-4 vendors (of each type) that meet your price point, theme, and any other special request that you have. All of the vendors David helped us pick were AMAZING. With his premiere package he also would notify us when payments were due and in which amounts making sure we never made a mistake! David helped us coordinate all of our appointments (tasting, flowers, etc.) and accompanied us for a whole day of visits — having him there ensures no detail will be overlooked. Wedding — David was already at the venue when I arrived at 10 am, he was ironing and hanging our drapery. He met my Dad and I to help unload our alcohol and plan the end of night loading. As vendors arrived he coordinated all of their activities and monitored the readiness of the venue and bridal party. He had an agenda for every detail of when to get ready, where to be, what times things started. We LITERALLY PLANNED NOTHING the day of wedding and it was perfect. When guests began to arrive David orchestrated their entrances, the seating, and prepped the bridal party for every major cue. He choreographed the ceremony and everything went off without a hitch, after the ceremony he queued up all the right groups of family and friends for photos and released people to cocktail hour when finished. He takes control of the situation and garnered respect from all of our guests (captured perfectly from a comment of one family friend to another “are you sure we can go in there? David hasn’t told us to yet.”). During the ceremony all we did was eat dance and enjoy our family and friends. David brought us and our families drinks and would come find us for photo ops, cake cutting, our sparkler sendoff, and everything else that was pre-planned. We never looked at our watches once, and David never missed a moment. As the night went on David worked tirelessly in the background, when the night was finally over all the food and alcohol was loaded, the decorations packed, and the venue cleaned with no one even noticing. David is THE REASON our wedding was amazing. Final thoughts - The reason David was able to make our wedding amazing is that we trusted and listened to him. He is an absolute professional at what he does, if you want the experience we had the only things you need to do are have a good stream of pre-wedding communication and on the day of stay out of his way and just watch the magic happen. — Nate & Brook

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with David as our coordinator and he was the best! He is very organized and detailed. Goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and puts so much attention on the couple the day of. His ultimate priority is the happiness of the wedding couple! OMG let me tell you what David went above and beyond what I expected of him on my wedding day. We booked him for the Day of coordinator package at Historic Acres of Hershey. Mx2 are put on this earth to plan the best weddings ever. David is my savior, I barely had to lift a finger to plan this wedding. Before I hired him I was in Hawaii trying to coordinate everything in Pennsylvania and I was pulling my hair out. He knows everything and everyone. He remembers everything and leaves no question unanswered. His team and him truly are superior planners. David was able to get my family to stick to a schedule which takes pure talent, and he sewed a button on a groomsmen pants right before the ceremony. We worked with David for our wedding this January. Having him there for the big day was invaluable!!! He is beyond prepared to be there for your every need and your guests. We used Mx2 Event planning (David Cole Snook) as our day of coordinator for our October 21, 2018 wedding. David was an absolute pleasure to work with, and a true professional in every sense of the word. He was incredibly responsive to all of our questions in preparation of our wedding day! Maria helped my husband and I plan our wedding and she was AMAZING. She helped with anything and everything we asked for and made our wedding day so smooth and effortless on the day of the wedding. I cannot say enough about MX2 Event Design. David was incredible to work with. We were planning our wedding living 7 hours away, and he was able to provide vendor recommendations – for vendors we absolutely LOVED – and worked with our schedule when we were in town to meet. He also worked with our vendors in advance of our wedding day to ensure that the timeline was correct and all of the i’s were dotted and t’s crossed. Having him there on our wedding day was invaluable. Not only was he busy decorating and making our vision come to life, but he also came to help us with any “emergency” – bridesmaids in need of safety pins, double sided tape, etc. Throughout the reception he was there to make sure we were on schedule and things were going as planned, and he also made sure that we – and our families – were taken care of. Our wedding truly was everything we had hoped for, and we have to credit David for that. I would highly recommend him and his team at MX2!

Maria did an OUTSTANDING job as our day-of-coordinator! Our wedding would not have been nearly as wonderful as it was without her. She was in contact with all our vendors, created a timeline for the day and kept everything to schedule the day of. She took my decor ideas and executed them beyond what I ever imagined. I don't even know of any issues that arose because Maria took care of everything and we could just relax and enjoy the day. She was so much fun to have around and truly works so hard for her couples. David was hired as our day-of coordinator but consistently went above and beyond that title for the ENTIRE engagement process. His energy, organization, and expertise in the business become crucial as the wedding comes closer. He helped us find special linens, fresh greenery, and even provided us stationary as we searched for the perfect invitation! One of the (many) most amazing things about David is his response time. As a nervous bride, no matter the time of day or day of the week, I would e-mail David and hear back from him within the day or at the latest, within 24 hours. This was so comforting! He provided us with in depth timelines, coordinated with our (MANY) vendors, and helped us with each part of our wedding night – dinner, cake cutting, exit, etc. David is an amazing wedding coordinator—you will be grateful to have hired him…we could not have done it without him! We never would have been able to pull off our dream wedding without Mx2 Designs. Maria worked with us to plan out every single detail of the wedding and reception. Before our first meeting, we were overwhelmed with how much we had left to do. Maria asked all the right questions and after a half hour we realized that everything was almost done. He is on top of everything, and ensures that your vision is carried out the day of. Several things went not as planned the day of, and it had no impact on our day because of David. He came to the rescue so many times, including calling in a back up hair and make up artist (because my original vendor did not follow through fully)! It was the best decision to have David coordinate our wedding- we would recommend him ten times out of ten!!!

David made our wedding day a breeze. He had everything under control and the day was executed seamlessly. I was extremely hesitant to hire a wedding planner as I am a bit of a control freak and a huge planner myself, however in the end I would highly recommend it to any couple. In the beginning of the planning process, although we had David as our planner, we did most everything ourselves to no fault of David's. Fast forward to about 2 weeks pre-wedding is when David really shines. From that point on he controlled all communication between our vendors which was nice to only have one point of contact. Then the day of, it was as if everything just magically happened. We couldn't be happier with the way our day went and most of that is due to David and his teams professionalism and ability to make it happen.

David is like a magician. He just makes it happen. If it wasn't for him, I don't think my wedding day would have been so flawless and my vision/style wouldn't have been the way it looked that evening. He goes above and beyond and it's truly hard to find someone like him, who is so dedicated to his work as if it was his own wedding. He's never missed an email or a text from us. I am so, so glad I found him and decided to work with him. Initially I was looking for a Day Of Coordinator but after much discussion with my Venue Coordinator, I realized she works for the venue and not for my own wedding. At first, it was hard to know the difference of my own coordinator vs venue coordinator but after meeting with David, I realized there are so many things the venue coordinator will not help me with. After expanding David's role for center piece arrangements, invitation design and order, venue decor and sign arrangements and many more, planning for this wedding could not be any easier. He was so wonderful and sweet. He is very transparent with you also, which I thought was very important. If you are ever in the market for a day of coordinator/wedding coordinator, I suggest you to reach out to him b/c you will not regret it!
