My Darling Flower

This is hard for me to write because I was partially happy with my florals for my wedding but at the end of the day I wish I had gone with another vendor, this one just missed the mark for me. I feel gracious giving a 3 star review but just can't justify a 2 star review. I'll start with the good: the centerpieces and florals we recieved we're beautiful. From what I can understand (I had a planner and a coordinator) all of the florals arrived on time. Now for the not so good: First, I wasn't expecting red flowers in my bouquets at all, maybe small hits of red since our main color was wine but had asked for wine colored flowers in our centerpieces but there was a miscommunication of that. Thankfully the red looked good against my dress but it was definitly a different color than my bridesmaids dresses. Second, my bridal bouquet wasn't much bigger than my bridesmaids yet it was tripple the cost. I also ended up adding a gold ribbon to my bouquet to make my bouquet pop among the rest. Thrid, I ordered an extra boutineer for my dad & I don't think it was ever delivered, if so I never saw it. Forth, my husband's boutineer mostly feel apart before we made it to the reception. A flower literally fell out while we were taking bride & groom photos. (And no nothing crazy happened between the ceremony and reception.) Fifth, when trying to communicate what I was unhappy with its been mostly silence with zero recognition that I wasn't completely satisfied with my florals. I sent an email explaing what happend and recieved no response (only after she saw an initial review I left she emailed me so I replied telling her that I wasn't happy with and that I was mostly waiting for my professional photos so I could show her what I was talking about). Many weeks later all i received was a gift certificate for a future purchase... I don't live in the area anymore so not sure what that would do for me, which I said in an email reply and still haven't heard anything back. Just thought it was a little odd that I sent information about how I wasn't satisfied and all she did was send a gift certificate in a seperate email weeks later without addressing any of the issues and still hasn't responded or acknowledged what I wasn't happy with.

Tamera was amazing! So much talent! Our flowers and greenery was stunning!! I sent my wish list but the outcome was way better than I had planned! She was easy to work with and makes your wedding florist vision happen!!

I have worked many times with Tamera. She is super sweet and professional. Every time my company uses her I am blown away with the flowers and arrangements💐! She can work with any budget and will work hard to have your vision come to life!! I highly recommend them!!
