My Forever by Nikki

I wish there were a higher rating than 5 stars because there aren't enough stars to share how vital and wonderful Nikki is. I told her that she was the best money we spent on the wedding and I assure anyone reading this that she was. Nikki coordinated with all the vendors before the event and scheduled the timeline for the wedding. Her energy and attitude were stellar! She set up the items we brought and ensured everything was in a central location for loading at night. My daughter's wedding was a dream come true for all of us and Nikki was a big reason why. She relieved us of worry so that we could enjoy the occasion and was so upbeat and reassuring that we actually did!

Nikki was the second planner that we met with and right away we knew that she would be the perfect match!!! Her energy and happiness is just contagious. She was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had. She made our day run so smoothly and without any stress. Yes, you heard me brides, NO STRESS!!!! Nikki is the best at what she does and we love and appreciate her so much! Hire her! 💖

Nikki was SO AMAZING!!!! She helped keep us calm the day of and went above and beyond helping me when I wasn’t feeling my best!! She did a phenomenal job and listened to our every request!! The day was smooth and perfect with her help!! We could not have pulled it off without her!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Nikki. She is AMAZING – such a delight to work. Nikki has such a positive attitude, uplifting energy, was available and very responsive throughout the entire 1.5+ year of planning. One of the things I appreciated the most was that she understood our vision, gave us great ideas and was able to work with us on executing every single detail! Nikki’s vendor connections and reputation with vendors is unmatchable. Each of our vendors was a perfect fit for us, and it Nikki’s relationship with each vendor helped throughout the entire process. Nikki takes the words hard working, passionate and hustle to a whole different level!! In the end, our wedding day was truly PERFECT and we received so many compliments on how every detail was so beautiful and each guest had a blast! Both me and Jeric had the BEST DAY EVER! That all could not have happened without Nikki. I would recommend her 100 times over and over to any bride. WE LOVE NIKKI!!

Where do I even start?! Working with Nikki for our wedding 11/18 was nothing short of amazing! We booked Nikki as our Day of Coordinator after we spoke with her over zoom. Her personality was shining through and I loved everything about her. After meeting her in person, she truly is the sweetest person you will ever meet! She was always a text away during the planning process and so prompt with her responses. She will help you confirm your vendors, create a timeline, etc. Come wedding day, she had everything under control. She came in with her positive energy, ready to get the day started. She kept the vendors and us on schedule all day. If something went wrong, I still have no idea. She made our day run so smoothly, I cannot thank her enough! It felt like we've known her for years. Like I was talking to a long time friend of mine. Nikki made sure that we ate, and had drinks all night too. She even helped with my bustle when my MOH was having trouble. My bridal party had nothing but compliments to say about Nikki. She came to work and it showed. Even my now husband loved her! She also helped with our bride and groom photos; tossing my veil to get the perfect shot and got some BTS videos. She was great to work with and have by your side on your big day. If we had to do it all over again, we would book her again and again. We would recommend Nikki one hundred and ten percent to anyone, we loved her!

Nikki is incredible. I would HIGHLY recommend her. She helped us secure some vendors and was always a text or call away when I had a question, big or small. I really appreciated that because planning a wedding is stressful at times. All I can say is the day of the wedding she made the day STRESS FREE and easy. We could just enjoy the day and each other and she was there for whatever we needed. She kept the day running on track and if anything was a struggle behind the scenes we didn’t know it. She kept a positive energy all night and my guests really loved her too. So did my bridesmaids! They were so impressed by her but I knew from working with her before the wedding she was going to be amazing and she REALLY was. I can’t thank her enough for taking on what I know has to be a stressful day coordinating everyone and everything it takes to pull off a wedding. Because of her we got to relish in the magic of the day. Hire Nikki, you won’t regret it!

Getting to work with Nikki for our wedding was a dream come true! She is extremely organized, knowledgeable about all things in the wedding world, and has great relationships with so many vendors. Not to mention she truly is the sweetest person you will ever meet! She and her team made our wedding day stress free and it allowed us to really soak in and enjoy every bit of our special day. From setting up all our decor perfectly, to making sure we ate and had water/drinks all night, and even coming to the rescue with bobby pins when my hair started to fall - Nikki truly handled it all! She creates a special bond with each of her couples and treats everyone like family, even after your wedding has passed. I cannot express enough how amazing working with Nikki and her assistant Sydney was. From the very beginning, she was helpful, professional, and REAL. No ask was too big or small and she made the months leading up significantly less stressful. And as for the day of, she and Syd made the day flow effortlessly. Even as a few things went unplanned (as they will do) the week/day of, they rolled with the punches and gave my husband and I the wedding of our dreams. Even just moments before I was going to walk down the aisle where I felt like I forgot even how to take a breathe, Nikki was there hyping me up for the biggest moment of my life and calmed my nerves. If you are on the fence about having a wedding planner/still deciding which one, TAKE THIS AS YOUR SIGN that Nikki is the planner for you. She was my first and only choice and you and your partner will not regret it. I have endless thanks and appreciation for all her and Sydney did for my husband and I. The day would not have been the same without her.

We loved Nikki for her energy and friendliness, but we relied on Nikki for all her other strengths. We postponed our wedding date and so had an extra long wedding planning period because of COVID. Nikki was attentive and helpful the entire time, offering support that we felt went above and beyond her “middle of the road” package. She was very responsive to all of our questions and communicated quickly by both text and email. She is well-connected to the San Antonio wedding community and was exceptionally knowledgeable as well - especially important for us as we were an out-of-town couple. We cannot recommend Nikki enough for any couple!!

Where do I begin!! Nikki is truly the best person imaginable. I wanted to be in the moment of every aspect of our wedding and did not want to stress about every little detail. When we had our consultation with her, her bubbly personality and knowledge of everything we knew nothing about it was an easy yes for us. We felt like we knew her for years. She’s such an easy person to get along with, such a kind hearted soul and will literally do everything humanly possible to make you happy! If it wasn’t for Nikki we could not have pulled off the wedding of our dreams! She was always readily available! The day of the wedding she killed it! Every single person talked so highly about her! Her attentiveness to detail, how organized and professional she was and how fun and sweet she is! There is no one better than Nikki! Not only do you have her as your wedding coordinator but after it’s all said and done you truly gain a lifetime of a friendship with her! She is truly a boss at what she does and is worth every single penny! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Nikki from the bottom of our hearts for being the best person ever! We love you!!!

Nikki was and is the absolute best!! She was there for us every step of the way including rescheduling due to covid and was even there at our small pandemic wedding to help celebrate us. I am so grateful for her. I didn't have to think about anything except for getting ready on the day of my wedding and that is exactly what I was hoping for.

Nikki had been nothing but amazing to us since the day I spoke with her on the phone. She's so enthusiastic, even more than I was at times. We had a traditional Vietnamese wedding which she had not done before, but I honestly couldn't have asked for someone better than Nikki and Sydney. Nikki made sure I got everything I wanted and dreamt of for my wedding. First off, her prices were SO FAIR! They weren't cutthroat like some others out there and I shopped around A LOT! Second, her services that she offered were amazing. I didn't see anyone offer the same services she did. We hired Nikki as our day of coordinator package, but her services start about 30 days before the wedding date. However, from even months before the wedding date, when I had questions or needed help with anything, she never hesitated to answer or help me. Our wedding happened during Snovid weekend, which was the craziest and most stressful part of my wedding. Nikki was constantly doing her best to stay in contact with us and all of my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page since we were still wanting to go through with the wedding. It wasn't until two days before that our venue could no longer host for us. Nikki immediately called me right after she heard the news and she immediately worked with all my vendors to make sure we would find a new date ASAP. We were able to confirm a new wedding date within 24 hrs considering all the craziness that was happening that week with considering many people had no electricity and water. On the wedding day - I was stressfree! Besides the nerves, jitters, and normal things that noone can control except myself, my family, friends, wedding party, and I were stressfree. I didn't have a worry on my hands bc Nikki and Sydney were like speedy Gonzales. They made sure everything was the way it was suppose to go as smoothly as possible. There were a few times where I had a bit of a freakout and Nikki HAD MY BACK! During our reception she constantly checked in with my husband and I to make sure we were fed, hydrated, and doing good. I honestly couldn't have asked for anyone better to help me with my wedding. I would say having her as my coordinator was the best money we spent on our wedding besides the food. I know many brides don't want to do their wedding over again bc of the stress and how tired they were, but bc of Nikki and her team I honestly want to relive my wedding day over and over. I had so much fun and I loved every bit of it. When people ask me what's worst investing in, the first thing I always say is having a wedding day coordinator is the best investment you can do towards your wedding!

We hired Nikki after firing our previous planner who did not fulfill her contract and kept all of our money.. I was a little hesitant to hire another coordinator since that happened the first time around but I did some research and found Nikki. After a phone call I immediately felt so good about having her take care of our wedding! We hired her for day of coordination services but I felt like she helped us so much more. From the first phone call to the details meeting, she reassured me that everything would run smoothly and it did! She takes care of you on your wedding day and your immediate family. I do not see how my wedding could have happened without Nikki. She is the best!

Must hire!!!!!! Nikki was amazing and such a huge help as our day of coordinator!! She helped us by creating a schedule and keeping everyone on track. Also with organizing vendors. Also she is so sweet and fun.
