You won’t find a more helpful, ahead-of-the-curve, communicative professional who planned our Sandals Montego Bay vacation while becoming a mother! She might’ve been unreachable for about 15 hours (kidding of course), but Kira Solomon made everything smooth sailing for us.

On a scale of 1 to 10, Kira really goes to 11! She is very organized, a wealth of knowledge, and extremely responsive to client questions and issues, often returning communications within a few hours, even outside of business hours. She helped us and our nearly 40 wedding guests address issues and questions that occurred both before and during travel (e.g., answered questions about the rooms and hotels prior to booking, including sending video walk-throughs of certain rooms; escalating issues caused by inept or nonresponsive hotel staff, including hotel billing and maintenance issues; answered questions around COVID-19 safety concerns; kept track of all bookings and updated us regarding all guests' bookings and cancellations; notified us of deals on our rooms; helped modify our bookings shortly before the trip; etc). She was our go-to in times of confusion and crisis (especially because our trip occurred right as the Omicron variant was first being publicized in the news); she ensured all issues and questions were resolved quickly and appropriately. In short, she was ON IT more than any other person I've worked with in the last year, and has gone above and beyond for us and our wedding guests. We would recommend her to anyone, and would 100% book through her again. Someone give this lady a raise, because she is crushing it!
