VERY VERY VERY unprofessional Shopify "drop ship" internet based business. This one star review is being generous.
Poor customer service from representative Yesenia Casiano. After Ordering and confirming my items online I was emailed weeks later by Yesenia who stated that my order was placed on back order to a date that was after my wedding date. I called the representative Yesenia and she was very unapologetic and refused to have me speak to a manager or give me a number to a corporate location.
My order arrived much later than expected, only few days before the wedding and even though I contacted them several times, I always received the same answer ‘just wait, it will eventually arrive’. But the funniest pR now, I had to pay 30€ of taxes when the order arrived to the delivery martarman, becauseF wdid it in the wrong way and didn’t state ‘dutie paid’. I claimed it and they refused to refund the money. I ended up paying more than 50€ only for shipping, no worth it the hassle and the money for the quality....

They prepared our custom coaster wedding favors. We had no issues with the products and everything shipped timely. Very happy with the products.
Poor customer service. I placed an order for some personalized matches via the website. a couple days later I received a vague email from My Weddin favors. I called and spoke to a customer service rep and she told me that my item was out of stock but was expected to be back in stock soon. I asked what my options were and she said cancel or wait it out and hope they get to me in time. I inquired about upgraded shipping and she said the did offer overnight and two day. great, I asked if they would pay the additional charges since it was not my fault and she said absolutely not. I then asked for a discount on the upgraded shipping, still a no. I completely understand that things happen and companies run out of inventory but to be so unwilling to help a customer baffles me. At least attempt to keep my order in house .
I was able to get personalized candle tins from this vendor online for our wedding favors. My guests loved the scent of the candles. The favors were shipped quickly and I received them in great condition. The only downside was having to personally put the stickers on each candle tin, but that didn't take too long. The pricing was fair too.
CHEAP product. Ordered 60 wedding favors, most all had manufacturing defect, hot glued together the tea candle sand globes, worst than you would expect from a dollar store!!! Hear the customer service is terrible, I will follow up and let you know. I am returning all and want a FULL refund.
This company is a ripoff. Unfortunately we did not read reviews before we ordered. The products we actually received after our orders were substantially smaller than pictured, the printing is virtually unreadable it is so small and slight, and the quality is cheap. We never received two of the items we ordered and were told that they were put in boxes with other items, but were not actually included in those boxes. Ordered five monogrammed flasks which never arrived, and after four customer service inquiries I ended up challenging them through my credit card issuer. The issuer made the credit permanent within one hour of submitting it because this vendor has had so many chargebacks from unhappy customers. Stay away from this place. It should be out of business soon.
My item (once edible) item arrived late and was automatically returned before I received, so I am unable to speak to that specifically. The problem began with a shipper issue but I rate Myweddingfavors.com service low for their response after that. Neither them nor their vendor would work with me to file a claim with the shipper who wouldn't help me without their word. So, spent a lot of money for nothing but a headache. Skip this unhelpful middle-man site and find a vendor to deal with directly.
LOVE LOVE LOVE my wedding favors! We got personalized mason jars and they were perfect! We ordered 175 of them and not a single one was broken. I was a little worried after reading the reviews! But I could not be happier with the way they turned out! Without a doubt I would recommend! The products were great quality as well! Absolutely no complaints!
If you are looking for a stress free way to order favors for your wedding look elsewhere. I ordered in January and received my order in a timely manner but was sent the wrong boxes for my favors. When I contacted them to return the wrong boxes they gave me my options. I shipped back the boxes (which I had to pay the shipping for) in the beginning of February and it is now the end of March and I still haven't received a refund even though FedEx tracking proves that the return package arrived. After several calls, emails, and promises of a refund in 3 to 5 business days all they can say is "waiting for management approval." I've been in management approval limbo for almost a month. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I ordered bags for my bridesmaids and they came in a timely manner; however, I was missing one bag. When I called to let them know, I was left on hold for around 30 minutes and had to hang up and call again. The man told me that the ticket said all bags were shipped so there was nothing they could do. Now it's too late and I have to order another one additionally with rush shipping so one of my bridesmaids isn't left out.
We placed the order weeks in advance and were scheduled to receive delivery about a week before the wedding. They changed our delivery date without notifying us claiming that they wanted the favors to be fresh for the wedding. We received the favors at our house the day of the wedding and of course we were not home. They did refund our money but I sure do wish we had wedding favors at our wedding instead.
I had a very hard time deciding on wedding favors. I changed my mind a few times. Once I decided on coasters, I searched and searched for the best quality and price. This place was by far the best. Quality was excellent. Value was on point.
I ordered 80 stemless wine glasses with ink/design option and gift boxes. They came very well packed, nothing was broken and they are so cute. I love them and they are affordable.
I searched online at many places for great favor ideas and they were the ones with the best prices! We loved all the unique ideas they offered. Our shipment came on time and were a hit at our reception.
I wanted fun and whimsical wedding favors to go with our theme, but I didn't want just "different" favor boxes - I wanted something that would be great for photos and add some fun times to our wedding. I also didn't want to chance ordering favors that were cheaper on eBay after my dress-fiasco, so when our planner recommended My Wedding Favors, I went online and that same day ordered their ribbon wands (used to send us off after our ceremony and after our reception), and their candy tins. It was a little pricey, but again, I didn't want to deal with another bad seller on eBay, and I was pleased after receiving everything!
If you have a theme in mind, they have lots of directions you can go. Our guests loved them.
I ordered the "perfect pair" salt and pepper shakers as wedding favors and they went over really well. Everyone thought they were unique and cute. Shipping was fast and they all arrived intact (they are ceramic so they packed them very well).

The service is so great and fast. I got my products in good condition and in less than a week.
Like much of the other things, I waited until the very last minute to order the wedding favors, like a week before. I knew what I wanted but wanted to wait until I had a better number of guests. When I was about to order I noticed that what I wanted took a couple wks to personalize on top of the few days to ship. I called and they were great, they checked to see if it could be done and rush delivered and it worked out. I got 130 personalized stemless wine glasses delivered the day before the wedding and none were broken and they looked gorgeous!! I appreciate them rushing my order and how great they were on the phone!
I ordered stemless wine glasses from them and they were VERY affordable, but some came with ink splotches. I ordered extra just in case that happened so I was fine, but if you believe in getting it 100% right the first time the exchange process might be a time consuming hassle.
Their wedding favors were great quality and came fast!
We purchased the mint tins which I really liked. The packaging didn't turn out exactly as I thought but the assembly took hardly any time and hardly any effort. I liked the concept of guests being able to use the tins again, if they wanted. The mints didn't taste all that great though so if I had to do it again I might pick something different, like gum or fillable jars and pick out my own candy.
