beyond to problem solve and make sure everyone was happy. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She’s a pro and really knows what to do. She worked with the staff at our event site seamlessly and guided the bridal party , helped the bride, when we were missing something day of, she figured out how to supply it- DoorDash for one needed item and creating a basket with for the flower girl! We also had a bouquet mishap- the brides bouquet started falling apart. Tia used zip ties to fix it and make it look even better than the florist did. We absolutely loved having her as a part of our wedding. 100% recommend and would use her again if I am planning a wedding or any event.

at she had previously committed to, conflicted with our wedding Tia was incredibly generous and literally flew a colleague in to be on site with us for the day of our wedding, while still being fully present for all of the preparations. She was professional, creative and we can't recommend her enough. She is absolutely the woman you want holding your hand through the process.

meline of the whole day. Which helped me so much with organization. She is in time and personable she got along with my crazy family and they all loved her. She went above and beyond my expectations. We needed help with the decorations and without any questions she came the day before the wedding and helped set everything up. The same goes for the ceremony location. ns with such grace and a smile on her face! We received compliment after compliment about how amazing she was, and we as a couple couldn't agree more. We hired her on as a day-of coordinator, but her services went so much further than just the day of. She helped us craft our timeline, meeting with me 3-4 times before the big day and always keeping practical logistics in mind throughout it all. She was so easy to get ahold of and wonderful with communication. She kept our wedding party on track throughout the day, she kept us all in good spirits and helped the day to flow flawlessly. We will always highly recommend her services to any and all couples/people, and we will definitely be reaching back out for all our future big events!!

While my venue did come with a Maitre d', as I was putting details together I started to realize that the Maitre d' was really there to protect the venue and I needed someone the day of to advocate for our interests. Tia was so responsive and I hired her basically immediately after speaking with her on the phone. I had spoken with two other coordinators and Tia came out as the clear winner here - out of the three, she was the most responsive, the kindest and the most knowledgable. She has years of experience with wedding coordination and it really showed immediately in our first conversation. Tia took the lead in keeping us on time, organizing our Chinese Tea Ceremony, placing our wedding decor, coordinating and corralling guests, organizing the first look, organizing the firework sendoff, packing away all of our wedding decor at the end of the night, and so much more. Before I hired Tia, I had to do some convincing to convince my husband that we needed a day of coordinator. After the wedding, my husband admitted that (1) having her was vital and (2) he doesn't know how we would have managed without her (and I of course agree!). I think that without her, things would have been much more stressful for us and we would have had to rely more heavily on family members and friends to pick up the slack, which is no fun for them. Tia was professional, extremely reasonably priced, and so easy to work with.
