azing time and would highly recommend. First off, the hotel itself is massive and feels upscale without being stuffy. All the rooms are suites, which made it super convenient for hanging out with friends and family over the wedding weekend. We booked a 3 bedroom suite that was basically 2 apartments connected (1 one-bedroom and 1 two-bedroom), so we had plenty of space to host family and friends throughout the weekend. The indoor banquet hall has beautiful windows, a dedicated dance floor, and a separate buffet area, which kept things flowing smoothly. We had 72 guests, and it felt spacious without feeling empty. It could easily host more. The food was also great and their chef managed to do different styles (Indian and American food) for our mixed culture wedding. If you're blending cultures or have dietary needs, they will handle it Rick Martin, the venue coordinator, was absolutely fantastic and professional, from our first tour to the day of the wedding. He was full of helpful ideas when we were undecided on details like setup or timing, and always quick to respond to emails and answer the long list of questions we sent him all the time. He was super flexible even with super last-minute changes on our end. On the day of the wedding, he was great at helping vendors set up, keeping things on schedule, and making sure my partner and I didn't have to stress about a thing on your wedding day For photos, there are some great spots around the golf course and the front garden: lots of greenery and scenic backdrops. Our ceremony was outdoors under their pergola, which connects right into the banquet area. There’s also an outdoor area for cocktail hour which is great if the Florida weather cooperates (which it usually does). We also had a nice rehearsal dinner the night before and the banquet room was split in half for our small party and we had catered food and drinks there as well. I would say make sure your you plan shuttle services from the rooms to the banquet hall for your guests way in advance or have them park there - they have a big enough parking lot for the banquet hall area Overall from a value perspective, this venue is a great choice. You get: on-site hotel accommodations (all suites), in-house catering and bartending, tables, chairs, linens included, Indoor and outdoor ceremony options and a relatively private event space separate from general hotel traffic! My wife and I highly recommend!

There are plenty of beautiful photo opportunities and the veranda and ballroom have a lot of potential with your decor ideas. 

Mystic Dunes. Everything was fabulous! We were so grateful for Rick and his team throughout the weekend. The months of event planning were stress-free and collaborative. Rick heard all of our wishes and ideas and brought them to reality! Our family and friends in attendance had nothing but FABULOUS things to say about the whole experience. For our wedding reception, Stephanie was incredible and made sure everyone was taken care of throughout the night. Everyone on staff for each of our events was welcoming, professional, and energetic! We are forever grateful to Rick, Stephanie, Frank, Megan, David, Jim, Daniel, Elmo, Marie, Esteban, Armando, Jackson, Michael, and everyone else on staff during our stay and celebrations!

rom the initial consultation, planning meetings, rehearsal dinner, and the wedding day itself was seamless and as stress free as it could possibly be. The venue itself is so beautiful, and the price was MUCH more reasonable than other options we looked at. My husband and I both agreed that our wedding day was the best day of our lives and Rick and his team played a huge role in making that happen. We had a small intimate wedding of only 70 people but the venue can hold up to 150 people. I made a last minute change for my head table and ordered some floating candles from Amazon and Rick worked his magic and displayed them beautifully! The food tasting process was also great. Rick is super patient but also organized and knowledgeable. Just what my husband and I needed! Ladies, men normally don’t like the fuss that comes with weddings but my husband felt at ease after meeting with Rick. He’s the real deal! And the venue is gorgeous. I would highly recommend Mystic Dunes for your wedding venue! They are super professional and know how to leave a lasting impression!

Rick was amazing, he was so quick to respond to our questions during the planning process, and on the wedding day he was our rock. His staff is also incredible, they were never bothered with a question or a last minute request to help with an unexpected birthday mini celebration. The location is beautiful - right on the golf course surrounded by beautiful foliage. Almost everyone attending was from out of state, so it was important for us to have an affordable hotel option - the Hilton on the property was terrific! They gave us a great wedding block discount for our guests and the rooms where very large with full kitchens, living room, balconies, etc. plus the amenities onsite were terrific as well. All in all, look no further...Mystic Dunes is the one!!

dings. The ceremony area is just outside the reception area and next to the cocktail area. No one has to get in their car and drive from one place to the next. The cocktail area is on a stone patio perfect for a bar and passed apps. The reception hall is large and has a side area for a buffet that is perfect. It’s tasteful and elegant without being pretentious. The best part was the pricing. We priced several hotels and venues that started around 25k with very little included. Then they nickel and dimed you to death. Many charged for each slice of cake! Not Mystic Dunes. Their packages include ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, open bar, rehearsal dinner and even cake cutting!! All for a very reasonable price. We had a little over 50 people and our package was around 11k. And that included so much. Importantly, the packages all include your wedding planner Rick Martin. He is incredible. Very good communicator, organized, professional, and kind with over 20 years experience. He made everything so smart and perfect. I’m very glad we chose Mystic Dunes.

Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food. We had people tell us that they were wanting more. Any hiccups that occurred, Rick handled with grace. The staff was amazing and so nice. We arrived a day early and he took every piece of decor from us and made sure it was setup for us. Along with all of his help setting up, he coordinates with the other vendors to keep everything on track. He truly is the best, and makes sure that your day is exactly how you want it. I was exhausted after vising so many places then I remembered my older son’s wedding was at the Mystic Dunes in May 23. I mentioned it to my fiancée, and he agreed to go have a look. I already knew how this place looked inside & outside, how the landscape and the kissing bridge are so beautiful to take pictures, cocktail hour and ceremony outside with provisions should it be a rainy day to have it all inside. I hadn’t met Rick Martin the year before when my son had his wedding at this venue. We really fell more in love with this place after we met Rick Martin, the Day of Event Coordinator. The place is beautiful, clean and looks magical. I must say from the moment we sat in Rick’s office to discuss our wedding at this venue, we made the decision to host it there, in the 30 mins of us talking to him. He is very calming, friendly, happy, takes great care in the attention to the details and most of all he is a great listener and made the magic happen for our wedding, he made sure it was “our” vison and our wedding from beginning to the very end when he says good-by. If we weren’t sure of something or how we wanted it done he came up with ideas right in front of us, to put us at ease immediately. He has a great style, knows instinctively what you need to make your wedding blossom and be a great success! He coordinates very well with all the vendors, some of the vendors know him by name and are very happy to keep working with him. I felt confident, happy, relaxed, and most of all he gave me the sense of reassurance that my wedding day was going to be the most wonderful one of this year. He takes pride in all he does, really loves what he does, it really shows in all aspects. This includes his personality, his quick responses to email, even on his days off, phone calls or meeting in person. Truly you are never alone when dealing with Rick from the very beginning to the very end. We were impressed with him during the planning stages. He goes up another level the night before for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. He is unflappable and takes care of everything and everyone from the wedding party to all the guests. He takes pride in all what he does. This is reflected by his staff. Who are attentive and calming. His staff were always checking on us to make sure we ate something or if we needed anything. It was very impressive how the chef came out to greet us & thank us for letting him to cook our menu. The food was amazingly good, amazingly displayed and served, we even have pictures of all the food. We still have family and friends talking about the event and how beautiful everything looked and how amazing the food was and how everyone had an amazing time. Overall, our experience at the Mystic Dunes was amazing to say the least made more special by Rick and his team. He even took time to take care of our personal wedding items that were left behind. Just Amazing. Rick, thank you so much for all your dedication, attention and care you showed us. We will be visiting you again at the Mystic Dunes in the future. Of course, the venue itself was beautiful - but Rick was THE reason for us choosing to have the wedding, rehearsal dinner, & morning-after breakfast brunch all at Mystic Dunes. His experience showed in every call, every email, every conversation, and every meeting. Rick treated our wedding weekend with the care and attentiveness as if it were his own. He took our ideas and helped mold them into the perfect wedding day. We got married at Mystic Dunes on March 16, 2024, and the day was even better than what we imagined. Rick was part of every single aspect of the day, coordinated with our vendors, and made sure we as the bride & groom had the best experience imaginable. Overall, there aren’t enough compliments we can give Rick Martin (and the entire Mystic Dunes staff). He was the primary reason for choosing the venue for our wedding, and he delivered over & above our expectations. We could not recommend Rick & Mystic Dunes enough.

in my decision BUT it's only because I had Rick Martin as my wedding day coordinator. He was an incredible partner when mapping out my wedding and had impeccable taste which served me well when trying to bounce off a few ideas with him during the menu tasting. Rick also was very quick on his feet on our wedding day. For example, the florist was running really late and before I could even freak out, Rick had a plan to use other flowers he had in his office and thought of new center pieces on the spot. Luckily, the florist showed and all was well, but the way Rick quickly came up with a solution had me calm the entire day since I knew that if anything happened, Rick would fix it. My husband and I got married in January 2024 and people are still talking about how magical our wedding was and our bridal party constantly brings up how amazing Rick was too!

ce is very big and was perfect for my 130 guest. the chandeliers and tall windows make it look very pretty also , with the decorations we added , our wedding was breathe taking, no lie! Everyone keeps telling us how this was the best wedding they have ever been to. Also Rick was amazing!!!! Whenever I needed to talk to him , he responded right away. He made adjustments for me last minute and was there with anything we need. 10/10 recommend mystic dunes! Oh and the honeymoon suite we got after the wedding was over , was also perfect! Huge room , hot tub , balcony , etc & it was super clean!! Book your wedding here!!!

nd for the last year Rick has made sure to make my wedding a priority to him. He would always reply so fast to emails and answer every single question I had. Although I did my own decor, Rick made sure to give me his best professional advice when I needed it the most. In fact, the day of my wedding I got makeup on my dress prior to the ceremony and Rick did everything in his power to get the stain out as I went through a emotional big breakdown. Mystic Dunes was also super affordable as well and you can pay however much you can do little by little until 10 days prior to your wedding date. And let me not even tell you how AMAZING AND DELICIOUS the food was at my wedding. I kid you not...it was the best food I've ever had. I would have another wedding just to eat that food again. You will not regret making Mystic Dunes your wedding venue!!!

He provided an easel for our picture, our cake stands, knives for the cake-cutting ceremony, chairs, and much more. I know the venue provides a lot but Rick went above and beyond what was asked of him. I can't express my gratitude. The venue has large windows overlooking all of the greenery.

Now for the Chef and food team. Our guests could not stop raving about the food. We had the steak and cheese crostini, bacon wrapped scallops and a beautiful meat and cheese platter during the cocktail hour. On the buffet line we had flank steak with chimichurri sauce, herb roasted chicken and we added a couple of pork loins so we had something for every taste. It was absolutely scrumptious and even the mushroom risotto was cooked perfectly. I just can't speak highly enough about the venue team and everything they did to make our day so special.
