. So fun. We wish we could put the night on repeat. The venue is gorgeous. All of the employees we encountered were kind and accommodating. We don't know how they did it all and it was outstanding. Lindsay is an absolute treasure. She is fun and full of cheer & happiness and oh so organized and responsive. She takes care of everything - the smallest of details that a couple wouldn't even know to think of. Now that the wedding is over, I really miss her! She made planning fun and stress-free. If we were to plan our wedding all over again, we would not change even one single thing. Thank you Mystic! Thank you Lindsay!

easier and so we could do the rehearsal. We met with about 3 different managers before they let us into the ceremony hall only to find that it was even set up yet. The day of the wedding came, and I got a call from my florist saying she wasn’t allowed into the ballroom to set up, let alone just drop the flowers off into the room. I had security just drop the flowers off into my hotel room and our wedding party ended up having to set the flowers. Come time for the first look and photos. We worked with our coordinator to have the photos be on the golf course, but when we get to The Meadows Golf Course, the manager refused to let us out onto the course as if he didn’t know about the wedding and that they don’t allow couples out there. Luckily, one of the drivers agreed to take us out there telling us they do this all the time. Photos complete, I realize there is no signage telling our guests where to go so as the bride, I’M running around trying to figure out where everything and everyone is. Luckily, my photographer and DJ took over and help communicate to guests on where to go. Ceremony is just about to start, and my DJ is the one who eases my anxiety and lines us all up to begin the ceremony. Coordinator has been nowhere to be found up to this point in the day. Ceremony done, most of the anxiety gone, I go to get a drink from the bar, a drink that I had already paid for and hosting for the night (meaning I’m clearly 21+) and the bartender refuses to serve me because I’m not carrying my ID around with me. They then start charging our guests for soda while they serve soda for FREE on the casino floor. All that said and done, we were told that the venue would clean and all we would have to do is pick up our things in the morning. I get to the ballroom in the morning and find that everything is just shoved into a corner and I still have to do my own cleaning. We come back from our honeymoon about 5 days later knowing we had left stuff at the hotel. We get to hotel security and as the bride and groom, we weren’t allowed to pick up ANYTHING because we couldn’t describe it in detail and we weren’t listed as the owner of the lost and found items. I immediately email our coordinator letting her know so we can just get everything the next time we’re at the hotel. She agrees, but 3 weeks later and we haven’t heard from her. I give them a call and they tell me that anything left over 30 days is distributed to the tribe and community. I went into my wedding weekend with an open mind, but seeing how much work my wedding party, DJ, photographer, and videographer did throughout the day to keep things running smoothly, I cannot recommend Mystic Lake as an appropriate wedding venue especially with coordinators who are were not present the day of the wedding.

Working with Lindsay was a breeze, we didn't feel stressed or pressured into doing anything that we didn't want to go through with and she actually listened to what WE wanted and delivered undoubtedly. All of our friends and family still talk about that night even after a year has passed. We had a couple of hiccups along the way but in the end we couldn't of asked for better. The price is great for what is included and the convenience of the hotel being right there can't be beat especially with family coming in from out of town. I talk this place up every chance I get to my engaged and long term relationship friends. HIGHLY recommended!

She exceeded my expectations & did not disappoint...from scheduling the day, making sure all small details were taken care of, to being there right before we all walked down the aisle!!! She is VERY good at her job!! The venue was great for everything from rehearsal & groom's dinner, ceremony & reception/dance. It was so nice to have everything at one location to make it easy for not only bridal party but all guests as well. We had a ton of compliments on the venue & the food was awesome. We used the Wabasha Room for ceremony & the Grand Ballroom for reception/dance. Also all the wait staff and any other staff member we encountered were super friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this venue, in fact we hope to be able to use it when our other son gets married!!!

All of the guests raved about the food and the venue and there was plenty for everyone especially considering a number of the groomsmen were former college football players and still had quite an appetite. I was able to meet with Lindsay once before the event and coordinated everything else via email or phone calls. I would highly recommend this location for such an event.

't treated the same way that Lindsay treated me. We signed the contract for the venue within 30 minutes of our first in-person interaction with Lindsay at Mystic. Throughout the entire process, Lindsay's communication was quick and precise, making the planning process a very stress-free one for me. We thoroughly enjoyed the food tasting day with our parents as chef clearly explained to us what all of the food was and how it would be prepared. We also had our groom's dinner at Mystic in a small convention space which made that Friday night extremely easy! Our wedding party and most of our guests stayed at the hotel so having both events at Mystic was a no-brainer! Day of execution was flawless (or what I could tell) as the entire banquet staff ensured that our guests were taken care of and comfortable. The food was top-notch and the cake . . . unreal (I want more)! Overall, we were extremely pleased with the result of our day and had no regret with the venue choice of Mystic Lake Casino & Hotel and its very talented staff! Thanks to all for making it a beautiful day that my husband and I will always remember!

And, just as good was the service. Just anything we needed at any time, the staff was incredible! (From a last minute request to have iced tea at the start of the reception, to serving additional appetizers for the bridal party, to a few instantaneous dinner changes/additions...no hesitation at all by the serving staff to provide anything to anyone.) We got SO MANY compliments on the ballroom, the food (LOTS on the food), the accommodations...just everything about the reception! The room looked amazing, thanks to Lindsay and the fantastic staff there. The pricing was also a key point as an all-inclusive affordable package, no nickel-and-diming, plus we were able to be creative with a few things like the lighting and beverage inclusions. We're SO happy we made the choice to go with Mystic for our reception and we wholeheartedly recommend them for a wedding venue!

d when we were finally invited for our taste testing (9 months later), that's when we discovered that their food was as terrible as their customer service. With only 4 months left, we were scrambling to find a venue that would cater to our needs and that's when we stumbled upon Lindsay at Mystic Lake Casino. We were always interested in Mystic Lake, so we called to inquire about their venue, and as we explained our situation regarding the bad experience and bad food, they were able to schedule an in-person meeting with us the SAME DAY. We were so impressed when we arrived because Lindsay had requested that the chef put together some dishes for us to taste while we discussed details. WOW factors: 1) Lindsay's sincere concern for our concerns, and 2) the chef personally served us and explained what he was serving. What a great first impression! We were blown away at how much they cared, and at that very moment, that's when we KNEW this would be the place in which we can entrust one of the most important days of our lives. My husband and I got married in the Grand Ballroom on November 11, 2016 and we could not be more happy that we chose Mystic Lake. Most importantly, we were very pleased with Lindsay's attention to our needs, her professionalism, her time, her flexibility and her superb customer service skills!! Thank you so much, Lindsay! I highly recommend choosing Mystic Lake to cater your events. They've got great people like Lindsay that care!

r Daughters Wedding , but I will try. Jennifer and her group helped plan out every detail of Danielle and Kyle's wedding. Their Wedding Package included a Suite for their Bridal parties to get ready in on their Special day, including a Suite for Danielle and Kyle's Wedding night. Jennifer's planning included every detail you could think of . The lighting to the flowers, the music to the decorations, table settings and placement. The whole ambiance of our entire evening. There was not anything we had to ask for. The Staff was attentive and on top of everything so that the whole evening stayed on schedule. We were able to meet prior to the Wedding Day and sample food and desserts for the menu for the Wedding and everything surpassed our expectations and was absolutely incredible and yes the food was delicious. We had the Traveling Photo booth, which was a big hit, especially the photo album that was put together of all the pictures taken from the evening. All suggestions from our planner Jennifer. Simply Beautiful every detail of the evening. Our friends and family still talk about what a Fairy tale wedding Danielle and Kyle had. A BIG shout out to Jennifer and the planners that helped in Making Danielle and Kyle's Wedding a day that they can always look back on and remember that Dreams can come true!!

We had more than a quarter of our wedding guests stay at the Mystic Lake hotel and they all enjoyed the restaurants and activities Mystic had to offer! We were able to work with the hotel front desk staff on handing out goodie bags for our guests with $10 of free Mystic Lake cash! My wedding party and I got ready at Mystic in two adjoining suites! It was a perfect set up for a bridal suite while the boys got ready in a separate room! We had pictures taken on the golf course with the help of some staff as well! It was absolutely beautiful and provided many different options for pictures! All of the food was delicious! We were so grateful on how accommodating they were with all the food allergies and food preferences of our guests (vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, etc.). We highly recommend the pizza as a late night snack; it was a huge hit! The decorations and lighting team did a wonderful job too; they had great suggestions on how to make different parts of the room pop! Another great advantage of Mystic Lake is that they do the tear down and clean up at the end of the night for you! When our reception was over we were able to leave the banquet room and continue having fun with your guests instead of having to tear down all the tables at the end of the night! We were also able to reserve some cosmic bingo tables after our reception for our guests and us! We all had a blast! As a part of the package, Mystic provided the bride and groom with a suite for the night of the wedding. We were able to stay in the same suite that the bridal party got ready in the morning so we didn’t have to worry about moving our belongings from room to room on the wedding day. This was such a huge convenience, as we didn’t have to worry about changing rooms or moving our belongings throughout the day. Overall our experience working with Lindsay and all of the Mystic Lake staff was fantastic. We would highly recommend Mystic Lake as a venue for your reception as the accommodations that are available onsite are second to none. We will definitely have future events here!!
