Nicole was great to work with! We wanted to make sure we were able to enjoy our wedding and not stress too much about meeting all the vendors as they arrived and giving directions and she made that possible. She also had her assistant Jenn with her on the day which was super helpful. We were having people park at another location and shuttle to the venue and being able to have someone at the spot people were parking to greet them, assure them they were in the right place and that the shuttle would be along shortly was great. If you're considering getting a day of coordinator but not sure it's worth the money, just do it. You're already spending so much on the event, it's worth paying a little more to be able to enjoy it.
Nicole was so great to work with! She knows what she's doing and how to help execute your day perfectly! Nicole was great at offering suggestions and helping with our timeline. She really helped everything run smoothly.
I found Nicole over the summer and I was looking for a day of coordinator mostly, but Nicole’s offering were more affordable than any other wedding planner, and because of that I was able to hire her for month of help as well. All I can say is I am SO GLAD I found Nicole and booked with her. She has an incredible personality and she knows what she’s doing. She answered all of my ridiculous questions from day one and is the most helpful person I’ve ever met. If it weren’t for her, I don’t think my dream wedding would have become a reality and I could not be more grateful to her and her team. We even had extra help on the day of and they worked so seamlessly together, I wouldn’t have know there was another person helping without us being introduced. They were like my fairy godmother making all the magic happen. If you’re considering any wedding help at all, give Nicole a shot. I didn’t think I could afford a wedding planner, and I thought I’d be doing it all myself or begging family members. But Nicole saved me, and my my wedding. Thank you!
I can't say enough about how amazing Nicole was to work with! I reached out to Nicole pretty early. I knew once i had the venue and picked out i needed someone to help me plan out the rest. She did that and more. Nicole was responsive and attentive. I would send pictures and videos of inspiration and she would help with her brilliant mind figure out what i wanted exactly. From Bi Monthly meetings and just checking in to helping me pick my perfect engagement picture to helping me pick a bridesmaid color she did it all. I was able to really relax throughout the whole process knowing nicole had it all handled and if i had questions she answered them immediately. Day of Nicole came to where us girls were getting ready and helped really get everyone on time, then she took off to the boys and made sure they were on time and ready to go. she made sure that transportation showed up on time for my guests. It was so helpful for me to know it was being handled and that my bridesmaids could focus on the wedding and having so much fun. She always made sure i was taken care of and looked my best weather it was fluffing my train out or making sure i was having fun. Nicole took everything i gave her and ran with it. she made my day as perfect as possible ! I can't recommend Nicole enough. If you’re having second thoughts don’t. she’s worth every penny and more
I can't say enough about how amazing Nicole was to work with! I contacted Nicole pretty late in my planning but knew that I needed someone to help me with my day-of logistics. I had a wedding coordinator at my venue, church and hotel; however, Nicole was key to ensuring that all of the pieces came together between the three different locations. I was able to give Nicole my list of small things that were on my mind and she just took care of it all -- ie. making sure the groom left on time for the ceremony! Getting tips handed out to all of my vendors. Making sure that transportation showed up on time for my guests. Making sure my mom had what she needed all day. It was so helpful for me to know it was being handled and that my bridesmaids could focus on the wedding and having fun! Nicole also grabbed so many great behind the scene photos throughout the day that were a fun sneak peek before I see the final photographs! I can't recommend Nicole enough!
We hired Nicole as our day-of coordinator for our wedding and I couldn't recommend her more! Our pre-wedding planning meetings made me feel so at ease in trusting Nicole to take care of all the details and any issues that could come up on the day-of so that we could totally enjoy our day. Nicole is extremely personable, organized, and communicative. She truly cares about making your day special and has all the experience to make your vision come to life seamlessly. If there were any issues that came up at our wedding, I don't know about it and I absolutely credit that to Nicole! As someone who was initially on the fence about hiring a coordinator when beginning wedding planning, I can say Nicole was 100% worth it!!
I found Nicole's profile on The Knot by happenstance. She was immediately responsive, communicative, and made me feel like a priority. I hired her as our Day/Month of Coordinator and it was possibly the best decision of the entire planning process. She made it a point to be a part of every conversation with every vendor, create a full detailed timeline for every vendor, reach out to vendors independently, and handle every single behind the scenes step of our process, seamlessly. I am openly a horrible planner and organizer, and she saved me. On the day of our wedding, she was everywhere all at once. She helped me make difficult decisions regarding ceremony location due to weather, finalized details, decorated, delegated, and handled a lot of big personalities with ease and grace while also making sure my husband and I had food and drink waiting for us at our table and that we were blissfully unaware of anything unplanned. Nicole absolutely made our day perfect. Hiring Nicole will be the best decision you make and makes you feel as though you have a long time friend by your side through every step of the process.
Nicole was amazing to work with and made our day so special! My husband and I did a small COVID ceremony in 2020. When restrictions lifted in May 2021, I reached out to Nicole to help plan a wedding reception for August. Our venue had fallen through and Nicole not only helped us secure a new venue, but helped our vision come to life in less than 3 months. Nicole was thorough, organized, and communicated clearly and effectively. On the day of the wedding, I was able to enjoy my day without worrying about taking care of any small details. Nicole thought of everything and if anything had gone wrong, I did not know about it. We could not have done our wedding without Nicole and her professionalism and knowledge!!
I cannot recommend Nicole enough. She’s professional, compassionate and gets the job done. She was wonderful at making my ideas and visions come to life. She made the entire process so stress free. From contacting the vendors, to making time lines to last minute tag removal, she really can do it all! Nicole really understands the industry, aka how to throw a smooth, fun, successful party, and it really shows. Nicole is definitely someone you’d want to help support you on such a big day!
Frankly, we asked Nicole to handle a lot for us. And man did she come through! After planning, cancelling, and replanning our wedding, we wound up doing a smaller wedding for our closest 30 family and friends. The ceremony and cocktail hour took place on top of Mt. Cranmore, while the reception was in my dad's backyard. Being smaller, we chose to save cost on a lot of things. For example, rather than going for catering we straight up ordered a bunch of pizzas and thai food on the day of the wedding. Just regular old takeout. And then arranged it into nice catering dishware we got from a friend, served buffet style. You're probably wondering how in the heck did we get all that done while sipping cocktails on top of a mountain...it was Nicole! She was our MVP!!
Nicole lugged decor up the chairlift right before the cermeony to setup, because we only had a 30 minute window. She made sure everything started on time, our musician was where he needed to be, gave out all our vendor payments and tips, got the marriage license to our officiant, and passed out programs to our guests. She ordered our takeout while up there, too!
Then during the cocktail hour, she departed to go get our reception in order. She picked up the takeout, arranged everything beautifully, filled up drink dispensers, really she hustled to make sure it all looked wonderful and professional by the time our guests got there. She started the music, lit up the tiki torches, helped our photographer and videographers, she really came through for us in so many ways and we could not have pulled it off without her.
And she did all of this without ever needing a thing from me or my husband. She was just head down, getting everything done, honestly just slipping under the radar. It was a bit like magic!! This is of course thanks in part to our meetings beforehand and the lists I provided to her of what we needed done, but I also think she just has a tremendous eye for this stuff and is going to take off!
THANK YOU NICOLE!!! I almost did not hire a coordinator, but man am I glad I did. Hire Nicole - you will not regret it!
