I took time to review the contract you signed, and I didn’t find anything contrary to the services provided. It is clearly stated that we work with an outside vendor for china rentals and what all is included and what is not when it comes to services we provide. It looks like we covered these responsibilities during initial calls. Those took place on 12/21/22 with a handful of follow ups, and again in emails starting on 07/28/23, and lastly during our final check in phone call 30 days prior. Most clients we work with note how much they appreciate the consistent, reliable communication and detail we provide during the pre-booking and post-booking process. I pulled an excerpt from your signed contract that I pasted below if it helps to clear up anything. We are always happy to accommodate changes to timelines and needs within our ability. I think this was seen in action when our VP worked on-site for your wedding to help ensure everything was smooth. CLIENT must have a designated representative either from their own party or VENUE onsite for delivery. CATERER will not be on-site to receive delivery. It is the CLIENT'S responsibility to ensure all items have been delivered to the venue. · Broken or damaged equipment owned by or provided by CATERER. Notes: CLIENT has chosen to get the rental items delivered from A Classic on Thursday, 10/26/23 between 9:00am - 12:00pm. Exact date will need to be confirmed on the final 2 week call. It is the CLIENT's responsibility to ensure they have received all allotted items at the time of delivery. A Classic will pickup rental items the following Tuesday, 10/31/23 by 5:00pm. (This is pending the venue's ability to store product on these days). To address set-up concerns, we had extensive calls to come up with solutions that were agreed upon by all parties and sent our Vice President and Director of Weddings personally on-site to coordinate set-up for the day at no additional cost. We also followed up post-wedding, starting on 11/02/23, but have not received any correspondence back - is it possible these have gone to spam? We will absolutely use this feedback to address parts that can be improved so we can continue to bring the best experience possible to our clients. Thank you!
