Conveniently located on Scenic Highway in NortheastPensacola Heights, our catered events extend west as far as Mobile, AL, north to Brewton, Al, and as far east as Panama City, Fl.

Jessica coordinated everything and was incredible! We loved our experience with Nancy’s! Highly recommend their quiches for morning before/after breakfast!
We hired this company for our wedding, and we have absolutely nothing but high praises to give! Their team was efficient and helpful. Kiersten was easy to communicate with and made the planning so easy. The food was to die for!! They gave us everything what we hoped for!
Our original caterer cancelled on us and honestly, it was for the better because Nancy’s Catering was AMAZING! The tasting process was painless and we loved that we were able to customize the menu to fit our needs/desires. Not to mention the menu selection has a ton of variety so we were able to be as conservative or wild as we wanted to be. We had a pretzel bar set up for cocktail hour, which doubled as a cool decor piece for the reception. Our guests RAVED about the food! The Mac & Cheese bar was *chef’s kiss* and I honestly still dream about the fried chicken; it was that good! Michaela and her team made sure all of the food was set up beautifully and also cleaned up at the end of the evening. Nancy’s Catering showed up and showed out and I would highly recommend them for any event.
I absolutely loved Nancy's Catering and you cannot go wrong if you select them for your wedding! We had selected them for our catering for both our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. Everything from start to finish was absolutely flawless. We knew we had to pick them after our tasting because the food was beyond delicious and more than that, they were extremely professional. Nancy's made the catering process so incredibly easy! Michaela was a dream to work with and ensured everything was perfect for our events. Not only that, but we had back-to-back catering events and they were both executed flawlessly in every detail. Nancy’s catered our wedding 7/20. Not only was their service amazing but the food was incredible. My especially picky wedding guests and family members were going back for extra portions of almost everything. We’ve had several people ask who did the catering and if it’s possible to get more of their incredible prime rib. Beyond the show stopping food, Dina was communicative and helpful. She never missed a beat. I would love to work with them again.
Nancy’s catered our beachside wedding reception and helped make it an absolute dream! Macky was so attentive and helpful from the very first meeting and helped us through all the difficult decisions of planning such a big event. My husband and I were blown away with the personal touches and professional of Paul and Bridget at Nancy’s. From our first meeting we both felt so comfortable expressing our vision for our wedding, and even better we both felt heard throughout the entire process. No request was too big or too silly. We are very pleased our experience and we hope you can share you big day with them too! You won’t regret it! We must have met with 5 or 6 caters and when we sat down with Paul we both felt like our needs were heard and beyond met. At our reception Bridget was phenomenal, and her staff was top notch! Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough great things about Nancy’s Catering. The service, the set-up and the food were beyond amazing. The staff were great to work with from start to finish. They helped me pick the menu that we wanted that worked with our budget. They were very creative and can tell they are very experienced. We did food stations with a his/her do it yourself station with mac & cheese and grits with all of the toppings you can think of, flatbread station, skewer grilling station and passed hors d’oeuvres of crab cakes, caprese skewers and greek pastries. We received so many compliments from our guests about how wonderful the food was.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Nancys!! They did an exceptional job and every single thing was delicious. The artichoke hors d'oeuvres were to die for! We also got the crawfish alfredo and a chicken dish (it was basically all the ingredients of chicken cordon bleu but a touch different) and it was fantastic. I've had my guests call me after the wedding just to tell me how much they enjoyed the food. We had plenty of food for people to go and get seconds and just enough extra to take a little bit home with us to enjoy later. As for the pricing, it was very fair and reasonable. I was expecting it to cost a lot more than it did.
Superb service and food from the start of our wedding plans to the cleaning up of our reception! Paul Silivos and his crew are amazing.
We found Paul as a saving grace after a miserable experience with not one, but two other coordinators. From our fist meeting with Paul, we could tell he knew the business. He was able to answer all of our questions (there were lots) and found a solution to any issues we ran into. I would recommend Paul to ANY bride that is not able to devote all of their time to wedding planning, but still wants a beautiful wedding.
My guest raved about the food all night long!!!! I had a mac n cheese bar with all different toppings, margarita grouper cooked fresh at the venue, steak medallions with mashed potatoes :) They have so many options and everything is DELICIOUS!!!
I went with Nancy's Haute Affairs because Paul answered each and every question I e-mailed to him, and I had many. The price was right, the service was great, and the staff on the day of went above and beyond. Very happy with our choice and would use them again!
I worked with Melissa from Nancy's and she was beyond amazing. She was so professional and very organized. She definitely took a ton of stress off of me. Aside from the service, the food was phenomenal. We still have people talking about it over a month after the wedding! Nancy's is a little pricey, but the service and quality make up for it!

We used Nancy's Haute Affairs for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception food and rentals. We worked with Paul for all of our details and he was amazing! He helped us so much with figuring all the little details out. The food was absolutely delicious for both dinners and our cocktail hour food was wonderful (we heard). All of our guests said the food was great. The staff they had at both our events were terrific and very professional. The rentals worked perfect for what we need and were a great value. We also went with Haute Affairs because we could get the catering and rentals all from one place. Some of the most helpful, most professional, and caring people I have worked with.
I started planning my wedding a year in advance of the date and all the while never thought about a wedding coordinator. About two months until the date and with all my planning behind me, I panicked when I realized I had no one for a true coordinator. I started my research and quickly found Paul at Nancy's Haute Affairs. From the first time meeting with him, I could tell he was ON IT. He was well educated from the previous events he had planned and coordianted, had plenty of suggestions for a timeline, knew exactly who he needed to check in with, etc. Before I knew it, he had taken the stress off me (which any bride needs!), started arranging everything with my vendors and we were homebound for the wedding. The actual wedding day couldn't have gone smoother. He came and checked on me and my bridal party at the salon, made sure we didn't need anything, he worked with my parents & in-laws at the venue to set up everything, got me an early check-in at the hotel we were staying at, and once the ceremony started he was professional as ever and coordinated the toasts, cake cutting, dances, end of the night, you name it! He was AWESOME and I am so happy I found him. Not to mention, apparently my great aunt thought he was so adorable and did such a great job, she wanted to adopt him into our family! Thank you Paul for an amazing wedding, you have a great talent for people and organizing/coordinating events!!!

Catering: Nancy's did such a great job- the food was fabulous! They even packaged up to-go plates for the groom and I to include cake! I only wish we could have eaten more!
Wedding Planning: Melissa at Nancy's Haute Affairs is absolutly wonderful! She is such a sweet person, and wonderful to work with. Her team had everything planned out, and every detail thought of. They even had my purse and extra shoes strategically placed under the head table for me to change into quickly. The whole team was classy and a joy to work with, especially the day of- one of the crew was even doing the dishes at my parent's house to keep my mom away from them!
The two things I would critique would be- we thought we had paid for the total planning package, but I ended up doing a lot of the leg work myself prior to the week of...probably my own fault since I wanted to try to do a lot myself to save some money...but I wasn't even sure at that point how much I could ask of them to do.
The other critique would be the set up at the reception...the way we had it set up would have been perfect if the number we thought were coming actually showed up...but since there were a lot less...I would have rather had it set up the way I saw it in my mind. The layout was very open (great for walking around) but it seemed sort of scattered and choppy to me. I would have rathered a more closed layout with specific, seperate places for say the food and dancing...instead, we ended up in the tent for the majority of the time and missed out completely on the wonderful courtyard. Again...I should have simply stated my opinions and wishes more in the planning process. So be direct with what you want and Nancy's will get it done for you!

I recently got married and Nancy's Haute Affairs was amazing! Paul, our rep there, helped us through the whole planning process and the food was the best - we are still getting compliments from our guests! Paul really went above and beyond to not only make our dinner wonderful, but he suggested vendors, helped us with a reception timeline and did everything he could to give us the perfect day! They also provide all the chairs, tables, linens, etc...couldn't ask for more!!
I worked mainly with Paul. Our menu was absolutely amazing and he even threw in another dish last minute for free! Absolutel worth every penny!!
