Naperville Florist did absolutely beautiful work for our wedding. Our consultant, Alex, was an absolute rock star and worked with us to make our vision a reality every step of the way. Their work was gorgeous, and the owner, John, was a great help on the day of the wedding as well, delivering and then sticking around to help repurpose everything from the ceremony into the reception. We are thrilled with the way everything turned out, and we cannot recommend this company enough.

I am beyond pleased with Naperville Florist and cannot recommend them enough for weddings!!! They were recommended by our venue, Itasca Country Club (which I also highly recommend)...
, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation I had.
From the very beginning, they truly understood my vision and brought it to life perfectly. Every arrangement felt like exactly what I had imagined. We had a mix of high table arrangements, wreath-style centerpieces, and long table arrangements, and each one was stunning in its own way. The bouquets and boutonnieres were beautifully done, and even the church pew flowers were such a special touch—they didn’t miss a single detail.
Working with Alex was such a great experience. She was incredibly easy to communicate with and really listened to everything I wanted. We had an initial meeting where they created a mock-up display, which made the whole process feel so collaborative and exciting. I was able to give feedback and make a few tweaks, and they took every comment to heart. On the day of the wedding, I was genuinely blown away—they took my ideas and elevated them beyond what I could have imagined.
One thing that really stood out was their ability to source flowers like lavender and peonies for an April wedding, which isn’t always easy. That extra effort meant so much and made everything feel even more special and intentional.
They even went the extra mile by calling me the day after the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly, which just shows how much they truly care about their clients and their work.
Overall, I could not be happier. Naperville Florist and Alex were an absolute pleasure to work with, and I would highly, highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist who will truly bring your vision to life.

I worked with Alex, who was very easy to talk to and extremely accommodating. Upon inquiring for their services, I was able to provide so many details and pictures of what I wanted for my wedding. They always set up time to speak based on my availability, which was extremely appreciated while I was planning everything else.
I had no issues in explaining what I envisioned, and they executed so wonderfully. The delivery of the floral to two different locations was also smooth and efficient. Many of my guests wanted to bring our wedding florals home with them, and complimented how lovely they looked the entire night. I definitely recommend them for any floral needs!

nals. Their guidance throughout the process made our lives easier and we really trusted them with every little detail. Their knowledge and expertise with not only the floral arrangements, but also their experience with the venue really minimized our stress on planning. They coordinated with our planners and venue reps while executing and delivering on everything they promised on our wedding day. Our flowers were so beautifully done and we received so many complements from our guests. My wife (whose opinion matters most) was absolutely in love with all the flowers, especially her bouquet and our wedding arch. I cannot emphasize how happy we were to have worked with the Naperville Florist team. It was such a wonderful and seamless experience overall!

ng, I was astonished at how absolutely beautiful they were. They were exactly what I wanted. Everyone all day and evening raved about how beautiful the flowers were. Before we left for our honeymoon the next day, I put them in a vase with water. We returned a week later and most of the blooms still looked beautiful. printed out for a file she started on me. At our final appointment 2 weeks out, she showed me the mango calla lilies I had selected and they were very yellow compared to the photos I had given her (I didn't have yellow in anything else I was doing). She said she would just have to wait and see, but that she would do her best to get the red/orange ones - no guarantees (& this was the first time I had ever heard anything other than, "yeah, we can do those flowers"). I asked her if she would call me if she had to make substitutions. A few days before, I hadn't heard from her so I called and she said everything was fine, so I stopped worrying about them.
The day of the wedding the flowers were beautiful, more lovely than the picture I gave her. However, we paid for small bouquets for our mothers and they came out as corsages. Also,they delivered a wedding cake topper when it was supposed to simply be calla lilies. The later really upset my Aunt who had made the cake custom for Dave & I.
Overall they are a good value and gave us the flowers we wanted on our budget, however there were some communication issues that caused a little extra stress on and around the wedding day.
