e our decision to book with Napoleon House so easy! They were so communicative, helped answer all our questions, eased our stress and helped us put together an event that all our guests enjoyed. The Rosa and Pietro rooms were beautiful and we loved the balconies and vintage charm. The food was outstanding and all our guests kept commenting on it. We even still talk about it! Josh, our event lead, was so attentive and kind. His Bananas Foster presentation was the perfect cap to a wonderful dinner. He even helped us pack up our left overs, so that we could pick them up the next day. The Napoleon House team truly went above and beyond. They made our day so stress free so that we could enjoy every moment. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Our out-of-town guests were mesmerized by the atmosphere BUT to our surprise our local guests were impressed and their love for the city was renewed ... I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! From the moment I called to inquire about the Napoleon House as a potential wedding venue; I was greeted with opened arms, professionalism, top-notch hospitality, the works! I actually cancelled other venue appointments and changed my wedding date to have everything here after one conversation with Beth! NAPOLEON HOUSE DOES IT ALL FROM START TO FINISH!!! I moved away from the city at a very young age and wanted an the ol' school, authentic N'Awlins vibe for my wedding and BOY O' BOY did they deliver! Never once did the Napoleon House staff waiver in their customer service, professionalism, and dedication to making my big day the BEST DAY!!! MY HUSBAND AND I AREN'T ONLY PLEASED BUT OVERJOYED WITH NAPOLEON HOUSE! BOOK YOUR WEDDING HERE NOW!!!

They made wonderful suggestions for us both with vendors and planning our menu as well as layout at Napoleon House, and we cannot thank them enough for their guidance. As a venue, we were so lucky to find Napoleon House as it was budget friendly AND so beautiful on its own we didn’t need to add much decor at all. The food was exceptional, everyone was talking about it and still months later bring it up to me. It was the exact vibe we were looking for and if we could do it all over again we could. Their professionalism and approachability made the entire process stress-free. One standout detail about Napoleon House is how well-organized their website is. As someone who planned the entire wedding myself without hiring a planner, I appreciated having access to most of the information I needed upfront without having to ask. Beth also gave me a thorough tour of the space, which helped me envision how to plan everything perfectly. An added bonus was the affordability—the cost to reserve the space prior to full payment was only $750, which was much lower than other venues I considered. After looking at several venues, Napoleon House stood out for many reasons. Being locals, we were already familiar with the exceptional quality of their food, so we knew our guests would enjoy every bite. We set aside time during the reception to have a private meal, and our server Josh went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The historic charm and ambiance of the building were another huge draw—it’s such a stunning space that it didn’t require any decoration to make it feel magical. Napoleon House also allowed us to use the space prior to the event’s start time, giving us the opportunity to take extra photos with our photographer, Sammy Odell. We also used the private suite area to enjoy champagne toasts with our friends before the festivities began. One important detail to note is that Napoleon House, built in 1797, is a historic building and does not have an elevator. To ensure everything ran smoothly, we notified our vendors and guests ahead of time and hired extra help for tasks like carrying the band’s equipment upstairs. We rented the Rosa and Pietro Room upstairs, which was perfect for our 81 guests. The space easily accommodated a six-piece band—The New Orleans Players—who were absolutely fantastic, as well as a dance floor for our guests to enjoy. We chose a reception-style service, allowing for a variety of food options that everyone loved, and scattered tables throughout the room for comfortable and social seating. The food was a highlight of the night, with several items becoming instant crowd favorites, including the prime rib, shrimp beignets, muffalettas, shrimp and grits, gumbo, and the show-stopping bananas foster display. Our guests are still raving about the incredible flavors and presentation. To add even more charm to the evening, we hired Alexa Fitzpatrick, a local ambient aerial performer and captain of a Mardi Gras krewe. Her mesmerizing performance added a uniquely New Orleans touch to the celebration. Our reception was everything we hoped for and more, and we’re so glad we chose Napoleon House. If you’re looking for a unique, elegant, and stress-free venue in New Orleans, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Our family and friends cannot believe we planned our reception without ever stepping foot into the Napoleon House! We owe this success to Beth Sigur and Karen Pena, the sales director and sales manager at the Napoleon House. They were amazing in assisting my husband and I with the process of booking and planning our reception. I had only ever attended formal sit-down weddings and was a little worried about how a cocktail style wedding would be. Karen and Beth answered all of our questions and put our worries at ease! My husband and I love history and the atmosphere of the Napoleon House perfectly fit the vibe of our wedding. From the moment you step inside, it feels as if you have been transported into a beautifully preserved piece of New Orleans history. We had 100 guests and utilized the upstairs and courtyard downstairs. It never felt too crowded and it was nice to have an outdoor space in the courtyard as well as the upstairs balconies. One of the standout features of Napoleon House is the food. It was definitely a highlight of our wedding. Our guests are still raving about the menu we chose! Eating mini beignets on the dance floor is something we will never forget! Beyond the atmosphere and food, the service at Napoleon House is impeccable. The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. A special shoutout to Josh, the banquet captain. He made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. He was so thoughtful and we are so grateful for all of his assistance throughout the night. AZING! We live in Philadelphia, so we planned everything from afar and put our trust in this dynamic duo. We had only visited the venue once and knew it was the perfect vibe for our wedding. We had our ceremony in the courtyard, which was flipped to our reception during our second line parade. It rained, not terribly, but enough for the team to need to make some last minute adjustments to our floor plan, etc. And we trusted them every step of the way. Our guests won't stop raving about the food, the hospitality or the overall ambiance of the venue. We knew all along we made the right choice with this venue and crew, but now that it's over and no one will stop talking about it, I'm convinced. I feel like we can call these folks family now. Can't wait to visit again for all the delicious food we didn't get to eat because we were busy dancing! Thank you!!!

line, our party host graciously greeted all of my guest and led them into the courtyard to receive welcome cocktail and start dinner service. The food was incredible. Our bartender was fun & made sure everyone had a great time. When it came time to cut our cake our host for the evening walked us through the process and made sure everyone got a slice. I could go on and on about how incredible my reception was. We visit NOLA often from Illinois and I highly recommend Napoleon House!

retty much everything for us (tables, linens, waitstaff, food, bar etc) we just wanted to show up, get married, and party, and Napoleon House definitely answered that call. We didn’t even need much in way of decor aside from florals and centerpieces so it was a great choice for our destination wedding. Karen and Beth from the sales team were AMAZING to work with and were great with communication, always responding promptly and taking the time to answer my millions of questions that popped up in the year and a half from booking our date to actually walking down the aisle. They use a dedicated portal for communication and looped my coordinator into everything as well so it was all seamless. They even let me design the chair arrangement for our ceremony which I appreciated. The staff the day of was so wonderful, the bridal party was waited on in the back room by Josh who was so thoughtful and had plenty of water and snacks as we worked up to the ceremony and then waited for the reception. As we had our ceremony and reception in the same space, the staff flipped the space during cocktail hour faster than expected, leading us to start our reception almost 15 minutes early which was pretty cool. (I guess I could have used the time to take more photos but they had pulled aside appetizers for cocktail hour for the bride and groom so we was busy eatin’ and enjoying) My guests are still raving about the food and drinks. My friends that work service industry said it was definitely the best Pimms cup they have ever had and a bunch of our guests went back the next day to get full size muffulettas. I was really pleased with the assortment of appetizers and entrees I could choose from when setting my menu it allowed me to have a nice variety for my guests to try some great New Orleans fare. I felt the pricing was fair as well per person for the buffet style menus and we had a ton of food left over that they sent back with the bride and groom which we were thankful to dig into after the festivities. We had a wedding on the smaller side (54 guests and on a Sunday) but Napoleon House treated our affair as if we were a huge event and made us feel so special. I could not have picked a better venue, my guests and I will be talking about the venue space, food and hospitality for years.

e in New Orleans was there–and there could not have been a more perfect place to kick off our wedding weekend and introduce our out-of-town guests to the city. It was the quintessential New Orleans experience and many guests commented that our welcome party was better than some wedding receptions they’d been to! Working with Beth to plan the event was a joy and such a breeze. Everyone raved about the food–especially the fried catfish. We loved having a Pimm’s Cup for guests at the entrance as a welcome drink, the bar was fabulous, and the champagne tower was a brilliant way to get the party started. The ambiance was perfect and captured the effortless elegance that is New Orleans’s trademark. Many of our local Louisiana friends and family were also blown away by the upstairs rooms, which they hadn’t had the opportunity to enjoy before, and loved taking the party out to the balcony! And as a special touch, Beth also put some of the Napoleon House holiday bell ribbon necklaces aside for our guests, which was a festive keepsake that everyone loved.
