Leading up to our wedding we did a tasting with the venue and absolutely fell in love with the Pimm's Cups as well as the delicious food! We had so many people tell us at our wedding and the weeks after that they loved the food at our wedding and that it was some of the best food they had ever had! On the day of the event, the hospitality shown by everyone at Napoleon House really blew us away. Our lead server Josh took care of everything we needed and went out of his way to help make our day absolutely perfect. The entire team at Napoleon House from setting up for our wedding to serving the delicious food and drinks were so professional and helpful and I couldn't ask for a more perfect day. We could not have asked for a better experience than what we got at Napoleon House. It was beautiful and perfect down to the very last detail.

It was freezing on our wedding day, and Beth called me that morning to quickly solve for the weather. We came up with a plan together and it was PERFECT! Everything we could have dreamt and more. Then, there was the food. EVERY SINGLE GUEST we had raved about the food. Some even took leftovers home. One of our cousins said he even asked to meet the chef, and we have a chef in the family who is typically a picky eater and he loved every bite he had. But perhaps more importantly on the day, there was the service. The hospitality was AMAZING. Our lead waitress, I think her name was Jeniffer, was super attentive and made sure we ate and even packed up some food for us to take home since she knew we weren't eating a lot on the day. We were so busy dancing and having a great time! All our guests commented on how kind the servers were. And everyone loved the bartender, he was fast and had a great memory so drinks were coming out quick and they were all delicious. If we were to do this all over again, we would book Napoleon House. My husband was even saying he wanted us to renew our vows here and maybe come back for our 1 year anniversary. We really can't say enough good things about this venue!

They offered suggestions, kept us updated on COVID guidelines, worked with us to make sure every detail was what we envisioned, from the dinner and drink choices, down to the last details of the video presentation, and toasts to the happy couple. The evening of the dinner, Joshua and his team of servers were professional, courteous and attentive to our guests. The appetizers, dinner, and desserts were all delicious! Our experience at Napoleon House couldn't have been better - we had a wonderful time and the space was absolutely beautiful--we highly recommend this venue.

When we arrived a few days before, they were so accommodating with dropping off decorations and having our rehearsal before they even opened the restaurant! They allowed me to store all my decorations on site before the wedding and then allowed me to leave them the night of the wedding and pick up the day after. That took a ton of stress off! Day-of, Karen was an angel, a literal angel!! She was so efficient, calm and sweet and took care of anything we needed. We had EVERYTHING at Napoleon House: guys got ready there, ceremony, photos, cocktail hour, sit down dinner and reception. All of the tables, chairs, linens etc. were all included which also helped to cut down on cost. One of the most wonderful things about Napoleon House is the FOOD, the food was out of this world! Our guests are still raving about how delicious everything was! The waitstaff on the day of was also wonderful, the bartenders were awesome and made sure the drinks (especially the Pimm's cups) kept flowing all night! Leading up to the big day my husband and I were lucky enough to be able to make a trip to New Orleans and have a food tasting and oh my goodness everything we tasted was delish (pro tip make sure you go to the food tasting very hungry because you will want to try everything!) We really can't say enough good things about this venue, everything was absolutely perfect and I am so glad we held our big day at Napoleon House! The party captain and staff were busily refilling food, but still faded into the background discreetly. We did a second line in between the ceremony and reception, and when we came back, the space was completely reset and ready for our reception. It was magical! The space and food were such high quality, and Napoleon House is also incredibly affordable. Our wedding with 50 people was the perfect fit here. Cannot recommend enough!

We had an awesome tasting a few months prior and left feeling so full! 😂 We could not decide on our menu! Everything was so delicious. Our guests are still raving about the food and I highly recommend the bruschetta and alligator sausage. Guests raved about the catfish. And..... the shrimp and grits..... you are failing in life if you do not have it on the menu. It is to die for!!! The bar was amazing. Pimms cups are delicious and all of our guests were very happy with their mixed drinks. Servers were so friendly and fun. Kristi and I had our own personal waitress that evening and she was awesome. She made two big plates for us to be able to eat before going back out to our reception. We never had an empty drink. She was very attentive. The champagne was flowing and I loved it! We had around 115 guests and the room was definitely full, but it totally worked. Everyone had room to dance and have fun. It was intimate and I liked that people couldn’t get away from the group. It kept everyone engaged, dancing, drinking and having fun. My guests are telling me it’s the most beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to and I believe them. One guest said they’d come to Napoleon House every single year if we want to keep renewing our vows. 😂 The venue is just the best. We will definitely continue to host events and parties at Napoleon house throughout the years. Only thing I wish is that I could live the night all over again.

My guests were so pleased with the menu- everything was delicious!! I could not have been happier with how calm they made me, and how smoothly everything went. THIS is 100% the venue to use. Your pictures will be beautiful (the stairs, tower, and balcony are gorgeous in photos) and your guests will be so impressed by how the venue looks upstairs. My wedding is still being talked about!

We chose the premium beer and wine open bar and picked a selection of passed hor'dourves and a serving station of an assortment of foods. The food was incredible!!! My guests are still talking about it. The shrimp beignets and catfish were standouts. SO GOOD. The staff was also so accommodating and kind and attentive. I had a friend make a playlist for the evening and the manager on duty that night allowed my friend into the back (I think maybe the kitchen?) to hook up his phone. We also had speeches and the manager provided us a with a mic and went and turned the music off and back on for us. He was so on top of it and didn't mind going above and beyond like this. The bartender was also great, was attentive and had a great attitude. He even did last call in to-go cups for our secondline around the French Quarter after. We worked with Alex Bitterman, a sales assistant, in the months leading up and she was awesome. Always responsive and accommodating to our various requests. Overall it was the perfect experience. I HIGHLY recommend having your rehearsal dinner or reception here!!
