Natalia did an amazing job with an updo for this important gala event I had in DC. From the moment I met her, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. I wanted amazing hair because it was a black tie event and I am so glad I found Natalia! She texted me right away so we were able to schedule a trial first. She got to meet me and see my hair and get a sense of what I was after. The day of —easiest hair day of my life— as expected I had an amazing style, amazing photos, everything stayed in place and I got so many compliments. Natalia knows her hair, and she listens to her customers which was important to me, I had a good idea of what I want and it takes skill and attention to detail. I can be quite picky about my hair, over the years I know a professional when I see one! Natalia was prompt and punctual, great quality to me, hard working and made sure I was beyond satisfied with the result. She wasn’t going to let me leave until I said “1000 %” don’t change a thing! Left with a smile on my face and a great look. Totally worth the experience to work with a professional!
