Fast forward to our wedding the 15th of November and WOW. Florals, planning, staffing everything had us both feeling like the two luckiest people on the planet. ven knew what food I wanted. And above all else I wanted to get married on Lake Rabun, a pretty rural area of north Georgia where I spent a lot of my childhood at my family lakehouse. I thought “I’m a planner, I’m organized, I know this area I can do this by myself.” Well lord knows that wasn’t the case and shortly after I began planning I started asking around to Atlanta friends about a wedding planner. That’s how I found Natalie! Natalie was amazing from the first phone conversation I had with her all the way through the wedding day. She checked in with me every week and made sure I was feeling okay and if there was anything she could do for me. The real reason I’m so happy I hired Natalie however is that she navigated Covid like a champ and walked me through all the pain and stress these past few months have been because of the virus. If you’re in the Atlanta area (or even if you’re not like me!) HIRE HER. Natalie and her girls are one in a million and worth every cent. My wedding went off without a hitch and was the most relaxing, calm day. Okay now let’s talk flowers; I always knew I wanted lots of flowers at my wedding and I could picture them in my head. Natalie is also a master florist in addition to an amazing planner so I immediately hired her as my florist as well. OMG I’m so happy I did!!!!! My guests are still raving about how they were the most beautiful flowers they’ve ever seen! Natalie is so creative, intentional and heartfelt in every flower that she arranges. She also was incredibly accommodating with working out a month by month payment plan for me which was so amazing and took so much stress off me as a bride. I wish I would have hired Natalie Durham Events the moment I got engaged - that would have saved me so much stress and worry! I finally worked up the courage to DM Natalie on Instagram on May 29, 2019. At this point, I had already booked my venue and photographer for a November 9th, 2019 wedding, and had a really clear idea of what I wanted for my wedding day in my mind (and on Pinterest haha). Natalie replied to me almost immediately. After our first phone conversation, I knew that I needed her guidance and expertise. Not only is Natalie an incredibly talented wedding planner (with over 10 years and 400 weddings under her belt), but she is also an insanely talented floral designer! I didn't even know I cared about flowers until she helped me design my flower palette. Trust me - flowers make *all the difference* in any venue on your wedding day. My advice? Don't skimp on flowers. Hire Natalie as your wedding planner, and then definitely hire her to do your flowers as well. You will be absolutely blown away with what she can do, and hiring her for both services makes more sense from a budget perspective. Working with Natalie Durham Events also gives you access to an elite group of vendors that she is connected to. For example, makeup and hair artists normally need to be booked 9+ months before your wedding. I was about 5 months from my wedding, and Natalie connected me to a very popular team of makeup and hair artists who were able to accommodate my large bridal party, including my mom and my mother-in-law. The only reason they agreed to fit me in with my tight timeline was because of Natalie's positive relationship with them. Another example of Natalie's connections in the industry is related to our caterer. We had a rough experience in our first tasting with one caterer. After that, I didn't know how to move forward, so I just didn't. Once I hired Natalie, catering was one of the first issues that she tackled for us. She put me in contact with a premier caterer in the area (who I thought I couldn't afford), and told him our situation. Much to my surprise, he happily agreed to cater our wedding (on a tighter timeline than normal). Even more surprising, his price was lower than the other caterer with which we had a bad experience! Without Natalie, we would not have had the ability to work with this caterer within our budget and our timeline. Natalie is extremely organized, very responsive, and an absolute joy to be around. Every single person in my wedding party loved her. Especially my mom! My photographer even took the time to tell me how much she enjoyed working with Natalie. She can truly work with any personality type without any issues. She is so kind, but also very assertive, and she stands up for her brides to make sure their best interests are always the priority. You do not have to be a big budget bride to take advantage of all that Natalie has to offer. Don't be like me and wait until you are in a time crunch to reach out to Natalie - the sooner you reach out to her, the more you will enjoy the wedding planning process!

I had not even hired her yet and she was asking me questions, getting to know me and my now husband, and taking detailed notes. I was hooked, and I had to have her. I hired her about 15 months out from my wedding. She was there every step of the way. I was finishing up my senior semester of college and there was no way I could of done it without her. She kept up with me on all my major life events, kept me on task, and had all of the systems in place for me to feel like my wedding was already going perfectly. The thing that I loved the most was that Natalie actually cared about me, my fiance, and my life. She would call just to make sure that I was feeling good about everything and if there was anything she could do for me. Fast forward to wedding month... this is the month where all hell broke loose, from venue complications, bridal party fall outs, parents going crazy, etc. This is also where Natalie put on her Fairy Godmother crown and was available what seemed like 24/7. She put fires out left and right and not to mention I could call her anytime I was stressed and she would calm me down. Wedding day came and I had such a peace of mind about the day because I knew Natalie and her team were there making sure everything went perfectly. I was able to relax and enjoy my day. Also, Natalie does flowers and THEY ARE AMAZING. They took my breath away they were so stunning. My day could not of been anymore perfect and it was hands down because of Natalie and her team. Shout out to Stephanie and Morgan for being the best assistants ever! She is worth every single penny and is hands down one of the best investments I have ever made. I am so beyond grateful I met her. Not only do I have a perfect day to remember, but I now have a new friend!

She nailed it! Pinterest had nothing on my flowers!! I wanted it to look like flowers threw up at my venue and she did that in a fabulous way! If your not using Natalie your doing it wrong! A few months later I realized this whole wedding planning gig was A LOT, and that if I really wanted to enjoy my own wedding I should probably recruit some help. I "interviewed" a few wedding planners but no one really understood my vision or could handle my spunk like Natalie could. That is my favorite thing about Natalie she ALWAYS will bat for you. I had a vision for my wedding day and the bride attitude to go with it. Natalie was able to see my vision and handle everything without flinching. Natalie and I had the perfect amount of communication. I never felt like I had to double check her work or check that she was working thought the checklist. She is VERY accessible and on top of her game. If you ask her to do something, she's likely already done it or working on it. Lets fast forward to wedding day. April 20th 2019. Just like any bride I have been checking the weather for weeks. Forecast started with sunny and 70 degrees. The week of that all changed. 40 and rain.... I picked my venue based on the fact that I would have a beautiful orchid wedding. The week of Natalie was prepared, she was determined to help me have the outdoor wedding of my dreams. Four days before called and said hey maybe pick up some blankets for you guest. Yes ma'am I said. The day of the wedding we were inside/ outside/ inside/ outside all day it kept switching. Well my husband and I wanted to have our dogs in the wedding... We HAD to have it outside. So not only did Natalie and her team have to set up the ceremony multiply times because of all the back and forth but in typical Natalie fashion she went to bat for me and made sure we would make this wedding happen and it would be outside!! By some miracle Natalie and her team pulled it off and We were married outside without rain and without freezing our butts off. It was perfect! I also hired Natalie to handle the flowers for our big day. Who doesn't love a two-in-one packaged deal! Let me start by saying I know NOTHING about flowers. I pinned a few things on Pinterest and told her to do whatever she wanted. It feels great to trust someone so much that you can leave things in their hands. Natalie went ABOVE AND BEYOND on my flowers. I was OBSESSED with my boutique. I mean it should have been in a magazine. It was the biggest most dramatic beautiful boutique I have ever seen. Her table arrangements were out of this world. Natalie and her team did the decor for the whole venue and once I saw it I was blown away. All my expectations were exceeded in every category. The next week my family and I were reminiscing on the amazing weekend and we all agreed that Natalie ran that wedding like a BOSS and that she was the best money we spent on the whole wedding. She kept all the guests in line and kept the wedding on schedule. I wouldn't change a thing about my wedding day and I don't think I could say that if I hadn't hired Natalie Durham Events. Future brides who are reading this post, DON'T THINK TWICE! Hire her, her rates are fairer than fair and she is a superstar. You don't want to look back and have wedding regrets!

skeptical about getting a wedding planner at first, but I am SO happy I did, and I am actively telling everyone I know about Arranged to Eat! I was still able to share my ideas, but I had someone in my corner to help balance those ideas with her business savvy and tons of experience! After our first conversation, I had such a great connection with Natalie, and I immediately trusted her with my wedding because I knew she would protect me and my wedding vision and make it happen! I would even call her to ask for her opinion on color schemes and other small stuff like that just because I knew she was the best lady to answer those questions. On Friday and Saturday morning (morning of my wedding) random people would be asking me questions or coming to me with little problems and I wasn't worried at all, because I knew Natalie and her team were already on it. They are very professional and hold themselves to a higher standard than anyone else I've worked with before. The biggest thing that stood out to me is how easy to work with everyone was. I think wedding day is inherently stressful since it's so important, but I can honestly say when I saw Natalie I was instantly calmed. Through this whole process she's been an amazing planner, and a great friend and advocate. To me, other than the amazing quality of their work, their sincere kindness and friendship is what sets them apart! I even had Natalie sticking tissues in my dress at the reception because it was starting to poke me. I really cannot think of enough nice things to say about Arranged to Eat. The only other thing I'll mention (and the pictures speak for themselves) are the flowers. My flowers were AMAZING! To put together flowers that were so beautiful and perfectly matched everything I wanted (in the middle of winter-when nothing is available) is a miracle. I have had so many people tell me about how jaw-dropping everything was and I completely agree! I am telling all of my friends that are engaged and dating about Arranged to Eat because I love and trust in their service so much! I even had a couple bridesmaids tell me that they want Natalie and Arranged to Eat to plan their weddings once it's time. Like I said, it was a wonderful experience having Natalie in my corner for this crazy and hectic planning process and I would not have had the perfect wedding that I did without her! Really, I think one of the best decisions I made in my wedding planning process was pick Arranged to Eat to help me plan my 200+ person wedding!

Not only did she do our wedding coordination, but she did our flowers as well. Everything turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The bridesmaids bouquets matched their dresses perfectly and complimented them so well. My bouquet looked identical to the one I sent her many months prior, and it tied everything together. On the day of, I asked her to add my grandfathers wedding band to my bouquet, and she placed it in the perfect spot with elegance and ease. The day of the wedding she made it a point to check on my girls and I multiple times to make sure everything was okay. Working with Natalie was really a dream; she made dreams and visions that I didn't even know I had come to life. Our whole experience could not have gone any more smooth and perfect, and I will never be able to thank Natalie for all she has done. Knowing Natalie is knowing love, and you will never feel anything less than that working with her!

After booking both her coordination and floral services, everything moving forward was easy breezy. She took everything on, from answering questions, to communicating with vendors, to helping me stay organized, literally everything. She listened to my requests and knew exactly what I wanted --it's like she could read my mind. When mother nature decided to change her mind right at the time of the ceremony with a thunderstorm, Natalie was quick to throw 'Plan B' together in a matter of minutes. She got all the guests inside, rearranged the reception area to conduct the ceremony and made sure everything ran smoothly and stayed on time. She literally took all stress of planning my renewal in the matter of 5 months from 700 miles away! I definitely recommend Natalie to all future brides/grooms, she has become part of my extended family.
