The entire Nellie Hill team was amazing to work with! I am not the most Type-A person and felt overwhelmed by the wedding planning process which led me to Nellie Hill. They provide...
d a lot of vendor recommendations and I ended up booking multiple vendors based on these and was very happy with my choices. They also always had an answer for any wedding-related question I had as they are so experienced - This took SO much wedding stress away. As the wedding got closer, Haley was my point person and was also there on my wedding day. She was so attentive to the small details that you don't even think about and was incredible with communication with all of the vendors as the day got closer. Our wedding was last month and there were a few small hiccups and Haley handled each one beautifully and always came to me when she already had a solution in mind! She has such a calm energy that truly calmed me down. I couldn't have asked for a better team behind me and would recommend them to any bride!

own wedding this past October. During the wedding planning process, Nellie was available to go over any questions or concerns we had and was especially patient in going over every last detail with us leading up to our big day. Her team was very helpful in assisting us with coordinating the transportation services we provided for our guests, which made an especially convoluted task less stressful for us. Both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day went perfectly as planned and this is in large part owing to Nellie and her team!

d us pull off the wedding of our dreams. From the very first call with Nellie’s team, we knew we were in amazing hands – we were immediately impressed with the team’s clear attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and wise advice. ie was the best fit for our needs and what we wanted out of our wedding day. She was responsive, provided excellent vendors and was helpful with every detail. She created a beautiful design based on our preferences and executed it perfectly. Leading up to the wedding Nellie and team handled all of the vendor coordination, communication and family questions. She created an in-depth wedding timeline for our wedding weekend which allowed it to go so smoothly and seamlessly. Nellie and her team handled everything on the wedding day so we didn’t have to think about anything and could just fully enjoy ourselves. We truly could not do it without them and can say we had a perfect wedding because of Nellie Hill Events.

ng process. She was patient in moments of our indecision, enthusiastic about even our wackiest of ideas, and confident in execution of the logistics that cemented the event together. Day of, I couldn't have envisioned a more upbeat, genuine, and calm crew. Nellie and Sequoyah made a day full of inclement weather run so, so smoothly. They kept us on schedule, added to the festivity with their positivity, and in the ultimate pivot, darted out mid-reception for emergency Happy Meals for the kiddos who weren’t into the grown-up dinner being served. Many thanks — we couldn’t have (and wouldn’t have wanted to) do it without y’all!

like I was in the best hands to ensure a great event. Nellie was organized and professional, but she was also warm and flexible. She helped us solve for gaps we struggled with ourselves (i.e. renting and setting up a dance floor in the forest) and she stayed til midnight while we navigated the shuttles getting all our guests home safely following a perfect event. Like all brides, I was mentally prepared for something to go wrong, but nothing did. I got my dream wedding, and it's not lost on me that Nellie and he team played a big role in making that possible!

We don't know what we would have done without her! We are SO grateful to Nellie and her team for everything, and we strongly recommend her services to anyone!

overall so grateful we found her! In an incredibly stressful time (with the COVID-19 delta variant as well as chances of a very rainy wedding day) she helped us feel prepared and flexible based on how the day would turn out. It ended up not raining at all (we were so grateful!) but she was ready to transform the space for rain the same morning if we needed to. She also stuck by our side for two full years while we postponed our wedding!

e glass door to use as our seating chart. She was particularly supportive when we had to change our plans due to COVID and had to re plan our wedding! As a bride, her calming presence allowed me to really soak in the day and relax. Our vendors loved working with her as well and went out of their way to tell me that! We would recommend Nellie to anyone looking for a planner.

to the wedding, Nellie handled all communications with our vendors, generated day-of timeline and even offered officiant templates as my brother was conducting the ceremony!! She was always prepared for anything and everything that came up and was swift in getting me answers to my many questions. On the day of the wedding, she and her team executed our vision to perfection. Despite the ceremony, dinner, and reception being in (3) separate places, everything went off without a hitch. Weeks later, we are still getting compliments about how smoothly everything. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator at all, I'd say the right one is worth every penny. If you're looking for the right one, then look no further. Hire Nellie!
