Nellie and her team were a fantastic help in making our day run smoothly. Their experience of putting on gorgeous weddings and knowing what to ask and what to look for made me feel like I was in the best hands to ensure a great event. Nellie was organized and professional, but she was also warm and flexible. She helped us solve for gaps we struggled with ourselves (i.e. renting and setting up a dance floor in the forest) and she stayed til midnight while we navigated the shuttles getting all our guests home safely following a perfect event. Like all brides, I was mentally prepared for something to go wrong, but nothing did. I got my dream wedding, and it's not lost on me that Nellie and he team played a big role in making that possible!

Nellie was wonderful to work with. We partnered with her for her "Wedding Planning Light" and design services, which perfectly fit our needs (we had already IDed and hired most of our vendors before we brought Nellie on board). She was the perfect backstop as we made decisions, brought a sunny vibe to our whole process, and worked expertly with our venue team to ensure our day was absolutely flawless. We'd recommend her to anyone planning a wedding upstate!

We had a great experience working with Sequoyah who was always energetic, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. She was ready to accommodate any tweaks we had and was a huge help in coordinating timelines and logistics with the vendors, keeping us on track right up to the day. Our wedding day ran smoothly because of Sequoyah's onsite support and management, and we highly recommend her services.

Nellie and Sequoyah were great. We worked with them throughout the planning process, but primarily during the last few weeks and during the event. They tied all the strings together before the day of the event (calling vendors, coordinating, brining last minute items) and then had the event run SO SMOOTHLY. highly recommend.

Nellie and her assistants (Sequoyah shoutout) were super helpful for planning our wedding! We got the "wedding planning lite" package and it was truly a bargain- phone calls and email consultations were super crucial to helping us getting this planning done, and day-of coordination let us hang back and enjoy the ride as bride/groom. They worked with our vision for what we wanted and we got it!

We loved working with Nellie throughout the wedding planning process! She was organized, kind, flexible, and responsive, and she took our feedback well to create the wedding weekend of our dreams. Nellie is a wonderful planner! She is calm, kind, solutions-oriented, and very adaptable. She really knows the Hudson Valley and had tons of great vendor recommendations, and we're overall so grateful we found her! In an incredibly stressful time (with the COVID-19 delta variant as well as chances of a very rainy wedding day) she helped us feel prepared and flexible based on how the day would turn out. It ended up not raining at all (we were so grateful!) but she was ready to transform the space for rain the same morning if we needed to. She also stuck by our side for two full years while we postponed our wedding!

Nellie’s calm, cool demeanor was very reassuring and brought great energy to our discussions. She provided helpful ideas and offered support in many ways such as offering an antique glass door to use as our seating chart. She was particularly supportive when we had to change our plans due to COVID and had to re plan our wedding! As a bride, her calming presence allowed me to really soak in the day and relax. Nellie is an absolute delight. She is professional yet fun simultaneously. She took a giant weight of my shoulders for the month of my wedding and I am sure I could not have done it without her. She is sweet and patient and honest...all the things you need in a wedding planner! Nellie is fantastic! Warm and personable, she is quick to put you at ease amidst the wedding planning chaos. She is experienced, knowledgeable, reliable, and VERY organized. Prior to the wedding, Nellie handled all communications with our vendors, generated day-of timeline and even offered officiant templates as my brother was conducting the ceremony!! She was always prepared for anything and everything that came up and was swift in getting me answers to my many questions. On the day of the wedding, she and her team executed our vision to perfection. Despite the ceremony, dinner, and reception being in (3) separate places, everything went off without a hitch. Weeks later, we are still getting compliments about how smoothly everything. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator at all, I'd say the right one is worth every penny. Nellie was a fantastic day of coordinator for our wedding! From her calm demeanor and positive attitude to her fantastic attention to detail, I couldn't even begin to imagine not having her there that day. We had to activate our rain plan and switch up the timing of a few things on the actual wedding day, but Nellie and her assistant made sure everything went off without a hitch.
