REBECCA, HOW DARE YOU make our day the most incredible dream come true!!!! Seriously. Rebecca took a handful of Pinterest pictures and somehow managed to see our vision and bring it to a dreamy, romantic reality.
She made sure our wedding day was flawless and—dare I say— enjoyable and stress-free! She was assertive, confident, and one of the most genuinely enjoyable people you’ll ever meet.
From day one, she made us relax and ENJOY the process of planning. She gave us a curated list of wonderful vendors to match our style—in every area, from venue to catering to photographer—everything. We could NOT have imagined an easier planning process nor a more perfect day.
(In fact, Rebecca was so incredible that it took a concerted effort to cut this review down so that people would actually read it!)
Mandy was our day-of coordinator and we could not rave about her enough! She was communicative and responsive throughout our entire wedding planning process, which included a lot of stressful COVID navigation and postponements. Mandy always made sure we had the latest and most updated information regarding COVID restrictions which was SO helpful! We really appreciated her expertise and recommendations for everything, from vendors to centerpieces. She created a day-of timeline and ensured all of our vendors knew what they were doing and when. This took a lot of stress off of us for our big day. We had anticipated our wedding day to be stressful and running behind schedule, but with Mandy's timeline, we were ahead of schedule and were even able to relax and have some down time before the ceremony. We honestly knew our wedding day was going to be perfect, thanks to Mandy and Mary-Ellen. We didn't have to worry about setting up decorations, or packing things up at the end of the night. Mandy took care of everything and we could not be more appreciative! Would highly recommend Mandy--she is the BEST!
Rebecca is awesome! We booked Rebecca as our partial coordinator almost 2 years prior to our wedding and she did not disappoint. She is a total rockstar and you can see it in all the hard work she puts into every single wedding. It was so nice having someone who had so much experience because she knew every single thing that could go wrong and prepared us for all the scenarios. Not to mention all the incredible work she did during Covid to get weddings back! Literal wedding savor for so many people. Rebecca wants to do anything in her power to give you the best day and I felt that the moment we met.
Everything was well organized every time we met and me being an overly organized person myself, it made for a perfect match. Rehearsal was so well planned, everyone new exactly what they needed to do.
Fast forward to our wedding day/ the best day of my life! I expected to have to fix problems all day with vendors or decor that I made and brought. Nope. Not a single problem needed to be run by me. Not to say their weren't any, but whatever happened throughout the day, Rebecca made sure all hands were on deck so the Bride didn't have to worry. I actually got to enjoy every minute of my wedding!
Thank you Rebecca for helping make my vision come true and for all the hard work you put into Ben and my wedding. It was a no stress day thanks to you and your team! We are so grateful!
Choosing Rebecca as our wedding planner was hands-down the best decision we made for our wedding. Rebecca came highly recommended by friends who had worked with her, and her professionalism, expertise, and kind demeanor were clear from our first meeting with her. She knew the vision for our wedding better than we did! Her vendor recommendations were spot-on and within our budget, and she deftly helped us navigate even the smallest aspects of planning — it's clear she knows weddings and the wedding industry better than just about anyone. And then the pandemic happened. When we decided to postpone our wedding, Rebecca took care of everything, from contacting our vendors to move our date to keeping us updated on wedding industry safety regulations. On the day of the wedding, we weren't nervous at all knowing that Rebecca would be at the helm. Thanks to her, we were able to focus on enjoying our wedding day, which was better than we ever could have imagined. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner, do it! And be sure to hire New Creations.
Before we met with Rebecca, we had already locked in Columbia Winery, our venue, and a date. Columbia recommended we work with a planner and New Creations was on their list of preferred planners. After our first meeting with Rebecca, we knew that she was a great fit for us and we choose the Partial Planning Package.
Rebecca was absolutely phenomenal. At the beginning of the planning process, we discussed with her what we envisioned for our wedding. She introduced us to wonderful vendors and helped manage all the details of things we hadn’t considered such as rentals (what and how much to reserve, when to deliver and return). We felt in control of all of the decisions, but appreciated that her experience and recommendations gave us a running start.
She took the time to get to know us and understand our vision for the wedding. We always appreciated Rebecca’s input along the way (thanks for helping us see that colored tablecloths really do transform a room!), but truly saw her shine on our wedding day. It was so wonderful having her and Della there, taking care of all things so that we simply needed to show up and enjoy the day. And we did!

Look, if you're not sure that you need a wedding planner, trust me you do. Sure you might be able to do it on your own, but it won't be worth the stress, and day-of you'll actually be able to enjoy your wedding. If you are looking for a wedding planner then you would be amiss to look past New Creations. We did the Partial Planning and Design Assistance package and to say that Rebecca exceeded expectations is an understatement. I cannot imagine doing this without her. She kept us on track and made sure that we didn't stress about things that didn't matter, but also made sure to bring things to our attention that we may have overlooked. Her attention to detail and eye for design make her fantastic at her job. Our first meeting with Rebecca was just her getting to know us and what we envisioned for our wedding. Since we had no idea what we were doing we discussed how we wanted it to feel, the vibe we were going for. In no time she had turned that into a pinterest board. It perfectly encapsulated what we wanted, even though up until that point even we weren't sure what we wanted! She made sure the vendors were all on the same page, and day of she seemed to have a 6th sense of where she was needed! One of our bridal party lost the magnet for his boutonniere almost immediately, but Rebecca was able to pin it in place. I got stung by a bee while socializing and was just going to ignore it when out of nowhere she's next to me asking if I need anything (followed up with itch cream, a band-aid, and an offer of ibuprofen)! She has a day of emergency-kit with everything she could possibly need. Shout wipes to get out stains in case of an accident, mini sewing kit for quick fixes, and of course band-aids. My husband and I will always recommend not just Rebecca, but New Creations, as every member of her team that we met were such honest and down-to-earth people. I didn't have a thing to worry about the day of the wedding, and I couldn't imagine a more perfect day.
When we started our wedding planning we went back and forth on if we thought we needed a coordinator. Looking back on it, I don’t even want to imagine what our wedding experience would’ve been like without Rebecca from New Creations Coordination. Even from our initial meeting with Rebecca, we could tell that she was extremely organized, had a lot of experience with weddings, and had a system for everything. We were at a point in our wedding planning where we didn’t have a clear idea of what was next. Rebecca swooped in and saved us with personalized planning to-do lists, organized by months and even weeks before the wedding. She removed the need for us to sort through hundreds (even thousands!) of vendors by having amazing recommendation lists based on who she’d worked with in the past. She was integral in helping us figure out the timeline for the wedding day - something we had been dreading doing. And, most importantly, when it came to the actual wedding day, Rebecca enabled us to have the best time while she made sure everything was running smoothly behind the scenes. She was ready for everything we anticipated and everything we didn’t anticipate. Seriously, I never would’ve thought it would be so important to have someone like Rebecca who knew how to fix my bustle in seconds (multiple times)! She was incredibly knowledgeable, organized, fantastic at communication, and absolutely necessary to making our wedding day what it was. Thank you Rebecca!!!
The services received from New Creations Wedding Design & Coordination truly helped make our wedding day turn out so wonderful. As the bride, the services were invaluable to me. Mandy's expertise, guidance, and experience kept me organized and focused in the months leading up to the wedding. This helped eliminate the feeling of being overwhelmed and stressed out, which in turn, also made their services invaluable to my husband-to-be😉.
Mandy is a true professional - she was on top of every single detail and seemingly did it all with ease. Her sense of humor and sweet, friendly nature made it so fun and relaxing on the day of the wedding. I didn't have to think about one detail, which is impressive for a wedding with 200+ guests. It was a huge blessing to be able to just enjoy being pampered & relaxing on my wedding day. Hiring Mandy and the New Creations team was the best decision we made for our wedding! From the very beginning she listened to our vision, kept us on track, and made sure everything went smoothly on the day of. The amount of stress she took off our plates was priceless, and I cannot recommend her enough! She did so much for us, there's no way our day could have gone nearly as smoothly without her.
The best decision we made in the wedding planning process was hiring Rebecca and the New Creations team! To start, Rebecca is one of the kindest, most genuine people we met in the planning process. From the very beginning she asked thoughtful questions to get to know us as individuals and as a couple to ensure our wedding was really “us”. We immediately clicked with Rebecca and could tell she was very experienced and would do the absolute best job for our wedding. Everyone we talked to in the Seattle wedding business knew her and spoke highly of her. And, wow, were they right! She set us up with a detailed checklist to stay on top of the planning, coordinated rental and vendor meetings with us and our other vendors. She checked in with us just about every week to see if she could help in any way, always responding to us quickly.
Rebecca’s pricing was completely worth it and more. My husband and I still say we wouldn’t have made it through the wedding planning process if it wasn’t for Rebecca. After hiring Rebecca, she immediately swooped in with her design eye and organizational skills. She helped us through the challenge of mixing my rustic style with my husband’s modern/chic style, suggesting so many fun and unique design elements that were truly us. Her eye for design is like no one else! Also, her planning checklist helped me stay on top of everything. She made the planning process so smooth and easy.
We went into the wedding day with no worries about our schedule and put full trust in Rebecca’s organizational skills to make the day run smoothly. On our wedding day, Rebecca and her assistant were our shining lights. Rebecca and her assistant handled our crazy friends and family with ease and created an absolutely stunning ceremony set up. Everything was going perfect until an unfortunate catering mix up caused me to have a severe allergic reaction. Calm and collected, Rebecca was right there to help me until I felt better. After I recovered, she kept the evening going without any hiccups. The way she handled the situation and managed the catering and reception set up could only have be done by a planner of Rebecca’s caliber. Our guests had no idea of my allergic reaction! The rest of the night went on perfectly and was better than we could have ever imagined!
Now, months after the wedding, our guests still compliment us on Rebecca’s work and professionalism on our wedding day.
We will never be able to thank Rebecca enough for what she did for us, but feel lucky to have found a friend in Rebecca during this process. We can’t recommend Rebecca and her team enough and will absolutely be telling everyone we know that she is the best in the business!

I am the mother of the bride and I don't know what I would have done without Mandy! We took about 10 months to plan our daughters wedding at the Seattle Fairmont and Mandy took almost all the stress out of it. Mandy has an ability to connect with her brides (and the parents) in such a unique way. We knew immediately after meeting her she was the one! Mandy gets a sense of the style you want to achieve and works diligently to make that happen. She also understands that everyone has a budget and will be beyond creative to keep that in mind. Our daughter worked full time and was doing research for graduate school, so she was extremely busy. Mandy always accommodated that when it came time for planning meetings.
Madeline and Camden's wedding was magical, like a beautiful fairytale. We hired Shane from Oak and Fig Floral and those two are like the dynamic duo ! I am not overstating this! They work beautifully together and want to create the most incredible weddings for their clients. I had so many people come up to us to say ours was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to!
They pulled it off without a hitch for 200 people! If you want someone to pull off the wedding of your dreams, look no further than Mandy (and Shane from Fig and Oak Floral)
We are convinced that New Creations was the key to how memorable and joyous our wedding turned out to be. New Creations expertly advised us through details and decisions that we did not even know we had to consider. Rebecca and her team gave us the confidence and assurance that we had all our bases covered and our wedding event went so smoothly, all we had to do was show up and have a great time.
On a personal note, Rebecca and her team are some of the warmest, most genuine people you can meet! She sincerely cares about each and every one of our clients, and by the time our wedding day arrived, she was more like a friend to us, rather than a wedding planner. We hired Rebecca for partial planning after we were referred to her by our photographer and because she had done so many weddings at our venue, which was a little challenging. Her friendly personality makes her so easy to work with but you know that she can be a task master when needed (in the best way). I've never seen anyone so organized and she not only kept us on track, but also our other vendors and the venue contact as well.
With her help, our wedding went so smoothly that everyone who encountered her mentioned how great she was. The timeline she created was literally exactly when everything happened and it required no work from us or our wedding party/family to make it happen.
We could not be happier with our choice and want to thank Rebecca forgoing above and beyond to give us the best wedding we could have hoped for!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Mandy from New Creations. Mandy went above and beyond to make sure every detail from our wedding was accounted for and truly helped my husband and me relax and just enjoy the day. Without Rebecca's meticulous planning, thorough note taking, project management experience, knowledge of the do's and don'ts' for weddings, connections with fabulous vendors (photographer, DJ, florist, lighting, projection company, videographer, cake maker, furniture, linens, venue, espresso bar, ice-cream etc), our wedding would not have been the fairytale that it ended up being for our families as well as our guests. It is hard describing the entire experience with New Creations without sounding overly complimentary, but Rebecca was a perfect fit for us and her talent and ability to guide us through this process makes her one of a kind. From the first day we met, she was able to describe a timeline for our wedding and provide a step-by-step guide as to how we were to accomplish everything we wanted. She was able to assess our personalities and offer her recommendations for what could be a good venue for us (we wanted something by a lake, resembling the natural beauty near my house), who could be a good florist that would be able to create a Grecian themed forest in the tent we used (and chuppah), and connect us to a DJ that she trusted to be able to create the atmosphere we wanted for our day. Throughout the year of us planning, she kept us in check of what needed to be done when (eg you need to order the cake now or you might not get it) and consulted us at every step on best practices (for instance, it's best not to send your formal invitations more than 2 months in advance or people could forget about the wedding). Rebecca also educated us on many aspects to weddings that I was completely unaware of (I learned you need to get your marriage license a minimum of 3 days before the wedding, if you don't have a list of the group pictures written out they are unlikely to happen, what a Tallit was etc etc). She answered every question and every email promptly and was able to get us vendors at the last second when we decided to change our plans. Lastly and very importantly, she kept us all calm on the big day and took care of all the details/contacting all the vendors/making sure everything happened the time it was supposed to for us. We absolutely loved our wedding and many of our guests repeatedly told us how incredible the event was. This is all thanks to Rebecca and her team and we could not be more grateful we found her.
As a wedding photographer, I have worked with Rebecca and her outstanding team frequently over the past few years. Inside scoop: she really is one of the best in the industry. And this lady sincerely cares about her clients.
I have a running joke that I have yet to see a single wedding event run even five minutes late when Rebecca is the planner. She runs the show with a gracious attitude, unwavering plan, and a sweet smile, which encourages all the other vendors to work in unison as a team for the common goal of making the wedding day a huge success. This may sound like common sense, but it is truly a rare gift that she seems to have naturally.
If you are considering skipping a planner, I strongly encourage you not to. The planner is the motor behind all the little wheels (the rest of us) to keep your day going seamlessly. And when considering which planner to hire you would be very fortunate to land this lady.

Weddings are not easy to plan. There is so much work that goes into one. Initially, we really did not understand this, and it is hilarious to think that we had actually contemplated not hiring a wedding coordinator. Rebecca is hands down the person you want for planning and coordinating your wedding. She was the coordinator for our wedding this summer at SAM in Seattle, WA. During the planning process she really impressed us with how warm, welcoming, and receptive she is to whatever your dream wedding might entail. Originally, we had some very off the wall/goofball ideas, and she instantly supported us by figuring out how we could make it happen. Her planning process turned out to be very clear, organized, and thorough. Once our wedding day arrived, she did such an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly and flawless. Before we found New Creations, my husband and I were completely overwhelmed by all the information we had read on various wedding websites, blogs, and local wedding magazines. We needed help with curating our choices and guidance in what really goes into a wedding, so we were very lucky to have found and hired Rebecca at New Creations early on after we got engaged.
Rebecca’s expertise, communication and interpersonal skills, organization, attention-to-detail, and genuine kindness made her an incredible and excellent planner, and we enjoyed working with her. Her wealth of knowledge and connections in the industry were invaluable—she helped us put together a rock star team of vendors, and Rebecca led the team so that we could have a relaxing and stress-free wedding day.
Additionally, Rebecca specializes in Filipino weddings, so we did not have to worry about explaining some of the Filipino traditions of the wedding mass because Rebecca already knew what to expect—she knew more about them than we did!
Rebecca’s clear and effective communication skills made everything so easy! She kept things moving the day-of while still making sure the atmosphere was light, fun, and relaxed. Everyone knew where to be and what to expect without any confusion. Furthermore, Rebecca’s organization skills were vital throughout the whole process. It was a relief to work with someone who could provide structure!
On the day of the wedding, Rebecca was very patient, respectful, and unobtrusive. No one felt pushed around, and the day seemed to flow seamlessly. There are so many parts that go into a wedding, so we were thankful that Rebecca has an eye for attention-to-detail. Rebecca demonstrated that she had all the answers to any of our questions, so we completely trusted that she would know what to do if something went awry. We were able to let loose and have fun with family and friends without worrying about troubleshooting any issues. Our guests are still letting us know how beautiful and fun our wedding was!
We had such a wonderful experience, and we could not have done it without Rebecca’s help. If you want to truly experience your special day with your fiancé with as little stress as possible, hire Rebecca!
Rebecca and her team were very easy to work with and allowed for a seamless (at least to my knowledge) wedding day, not to mention ease throughout the planning process. Rebecca in particular was gracious and flexible, yet organized and structured to cross all the "T's" and dot all the "I's." I was extra appreciative of her dealing with my sometimes difficult family members and their neuroticism. :-) Her team came HIGHLY recommended by a family member who works in the wedding business and we do not regret paying a little out of our budget for a much more enjoyable experience, especially considering we were planning from two states away. Even though I was heavily involved in my vision and took on a lot of the planning myself, Rebecca was always there to offer support and recommendations when needed--incredibly responsive. For this reason it was wonderful to choose to pay for the service warranted (we went with the middle package). My husband and I cannot say thank you enough to New Creations for helping us plan an unforgettable wedding. After getting engaged in Seattle, we had to move a few months later due to his job. I am so thankful we picked New Creations to help us plan while we were away. Rebecca is extremely detailed, patient, kind, organized and the list goes on and on. From the beginning to end, everything was stress-free, smooth and fun. Thank you for introducing us to so many amazing vendors and negotiating on our behalf endlessly. Also, huge shoutout to Mandy! I cannot speak highly enough of Rebecca and her team! We had a very long engagement, almost three years. We hired Rebecca for her full service from the beginning and it was the best decision made during wedding planning! During the planning process, she communicated constantly, was extremely responsive, and lead the way for all vendor meetings.
Every single vendor she recommended was beyond fantastic. During the planning process, she helped with everything we asked and over time I began to consider her as a friend as well as a vendor, we still text a month after our day!
The day of the wedding could not have gone better because of New Creations. I had almost every other vendor (no joke-our officiant, DJ, venue coordinator, florist, baker, photographer, makeup artist, catering staff, etc) come up to tell me that Rebecca was the most professional and pleasant wedding planner they have ever worked beside. She solved problems before anyone else even realized what was happening and was there for every little thing we needed.
If anyone is debating hiring a wedding planner, I highly recommend you take the plunge. Rebecca and her team made it so me, my groom, my bridal party, and my family were able to enjoy every last second of our day without worrying about coordinating or clean up. My husband proposed to me in April, and we wanted to get married in November. In between, I was graduating from law school in May and needing to take the bar exam in July. I knew that I would need a wedding planner to help keep my sanity during the planning process. I spoke with about 10 wedding planners around the Seattle area, and I knew Rebecca was the one. She has everything that you are looking for in a wedding planner - organized, great listener, creative, well networked, honest, and just a life saver. Another plus is that she is so well respected in the wedding community. Every vendor I worked with or met during this process raved about how amazing she is. At the end of our wedding, I got in touch with one of the managers at Fairmont and she asked me about Rebecca and said "Your wedding planner is REALLY good!" Lastly, what really moved me is that Rebecca genuinely cares for you as a friend. You just feel like you are planning a wedding with a trusted friend who has your back at all times. Work with her and you won't regret it!
My wedding was in October 2016 in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle at the Fremont Foundry. And Rebecca Grant was my wedding coordinator. I found Rebecca through some friends - a couple who was also recently married in the area, and whose wedding I attended and had a fabulous time. I asked for Rebecca's contact info from them, as they are people whose opinion I know I can trust.
Working with New Creations gave me confidence and peace of mind, to put it simply. The timeline and checklists specifically are extremely helpful, and knowing that I was “on track” and continuing to move things along. One piece at a time, rather than drowning in tasks, which was my initial reason for seeking out a wedding coordinator. It was fed to us in a manageable set of pieces that were well spaced out, and we could take our time and still enjoy the process rather than feeling like it was homework.
Our meeting locations varied, depending on the content and length of the meeting, from Rebecca's nice little office, to coffee shops, to vendor locations, to our own home for the final planning meeting. She was flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling, as both my husband and I work full time tech jobs.
Peace of mind is invaluable. New Creations assisted us in making sure necessary tasks were done, and done well, allowing us to avoid mishaps and mistakes that might have cost us money or valuable time. This is something that is looked at as a one-time thing, so we wanted to do it right and right the first and only time! Enough said.
I will be gladly touting the benefits of a wedding coordinator, and passing on New Creations' name to my network.

New Creations worked with us to create the perfect wedding day for us, and is a must for any couple getting married! Having New Creations definitely relieved a lot of our stress, especially since we are both young working professionals. We came to her with a couple vendors selected already, but we were unsure on how to proceed with other vendors. There were too many recommendations given to us, and we didn’t know which ones were responsible and trustworthy. New Creations really took the time to get to know us, before suggesting vendors, and walking with us through the whole planning process. We always felt respected, and consistently updated throughout the process, which is perfect because we are both type A people. Seven months ago my husband and I were casually perusing wedding planners and setup a few meetings just to see what all the fuss was about. (Weddings can't be THAT hard to throw together, right?) My FH and I hired Rebecca of New Creations for her Day-Of Wedding services. Initially, I was concerned about making sure my husband and I had fun and enjoyed our wedding. I knew that we would want someone to make sure everything ran smoothly and if problems arose, I wanted someone other than me or my husband to handle them. I also had no idea how the venue would be set up and tore down without us doing it ourselves (or putting too much pressure on our families to do it). I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rebecca and New Creations! I very much wanted to incorporate our Filipino heritage in our wedding but didn't know where to start. My husband and I have never been involved in the planning of any wedding before, we've just been guests. So we had no clue.

After months of attempting to plan our wedding on our own, we stumbled upon Rebecca’s website. Decided it wouldn’t hurt to contact her, so we filled out some information for her and send it in. Not to long after she had replied to us and we set up a meeting. When we finally got the chance to sit down and talk with her, we left feeling so warm and knew if we had her by our side we would be in good hands. Rebecca is magic. Her personality is just so genuine and personable.
While being engaged my husband and I decided it was time to buy a house and being first time homeowners and planning a wedding all at the same time made us very overwhelmed. Rebecca always made feel calm. During the planning process every meeting and every email I’d ever sent her, I was always left with a feeling that everything would be ok. We couldn’t be more thankful to have her knowledge guidance, and understanding.
My husband and I opted for the day of wedding design and coordination package. I now wish we had went with her for the full package, but never the less we still had an amazing wedding day. During the planning process I’d set up a Pinterest inspiration board, and showed it to Rebecca, I was stuck between two styles I was in love with. She helped us figure out which style was more us and one we’d be happy with. From there, we worked from the style inspiration and started to design our dream day. Since we decided to go with the design and day of coordination package, we used everything she gave us as a base and worked from there. She of course checked in time to time to make sure we were on track.
The weeks and days leading up to the wedding I was getting more stressed out. We even had a separate traditional Lao wedding the day before so at this point my mind was a complete mess. Thankfully earlier in the week we met with Rebecca to finalize details and handed over everything to her so we didn’t have much to worry about. Come our wedding day Rebecca and Erika were there to help with every detail and to make sure everything ran smoothly…. As it did. It was pretty awesome seeing them in action on the big day. My husband and I were very well taken care. Looking back at it now makes my heart smile at how everything came together. We can’t thank Rebecca enough, and couldn’t imagine our day with out her. My husband and I were married 8/16/14 and we continue to count our lucky stars that we found Rebecca from New Creations! From day one she was professional, organized, and followed through on absolutely everything. On a personal note, she was so easy to work with and helped ease any wedding planning stresses along the way. I was an event planner myself at my last job, so we were looking for someone we could trust and a wedding expert to take the stress off our families and us. We didn't want to worry about logistics on our wedding day – we wanted to enjoy every minute of our wedding day because we only get this one! She did all the set-up, logistics, and took vendor communication off our plate so we could focus on one thing– getting married!
With plenty of time to plan our wedding and my background in events, we went with the “Day-of Coordination Package with Design Services.” In the end, we even needed her expertise and extra attendance on a few vendor meetings, and she was a lifesaver in several situations! (On these one off meetings, we were charged by the hour, which was a perfect situation for us because we didn’t need the full planning package. This was clearly stated in our contract so there were no surprises). Rebecca was so organized in our initial meeting, set clear expectations, and was such a joy to work with through the whole planning process! Rebecca always emailed/called us back in less than 24 hours unless she was coordinating another wedding. (Which she always communicated in her out of office email messages and/or phone message). When it came to working with our vendors, she made things so easy! In fact, most of them already knew her because of her great reputation.
We refer Rebecca to any of our closest friends getting married! She fulfilled on all the details in our package and so much more. There are so many expenses when planning a wedding, yet hiring Rebecca was one of the best decisions we made! My parents especially appreciated the help because they were never taken away from the wedding to help with logistics. Our parents still talk about how this was one of the best days of their lives and how they were so stress free. Rebecca was the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. It started with the first meeting, which was exactly the experience we were wanting. Rebecca spent nearly the whole meeting talking about us. The stress that we had was very immediately replaced by the fun of everything. She asked us how we fell in love and what we wanted in the day. She asked us what was important to us and where we went on dates. She asked us questions from "Do you want ice sculptures?" to "What is your favorite thing about him/her?" There were so many questions that we hadn't thought of and the process of thinking of them, imagining and dreaming of what the day would be like was just...fun, light, wonderful...all the things you think wedding planning should be. Another great part is that we got to set our budget and figure out how to make what we love happen within that budget. That was a really great process and made everything we did feel like ours.
She just took away the stress. My husband and I were involved in every step of the process and her guidance through it all allowed that. Two weeks before the wedding, when most brides and grooms are losing their mind, we were finalizing our vows that we were able to write ourselves. We were discussing how to best involve our families in last minute planning and how to be with our out of town guests without losing time with just the two of us. We were planning a date before the wedding for the two of us. We were having fun. We were picking out final fun decorations and getting excited. We were journaling and dating and talking. Because we were able to trust Rebecca, we were able to spend so much more time with each other. It was what it felt like it should be. We were preparing to marry each other and taking in all that that means. All the while, Rebecca was taking care of the details that would make the day what we wanted it to be.
Another thing that you may not think of is how much you need someone to keep everything together. You have friends, you have family, you have each other, but in the midst of all the changes you need someone to be the same. Rebecca is the most professional person I have ever known. She changed my entire outlook on the way I pursue my career because of how much I value her ability to put what she is hired to do above the emotions of the process. She is definitely someone we would call a friend, but her professionalism also never faltered. She is someone who will stay steady through the sea of emotions that arise, someone who will finish what she said she would do, who will get back to you in a day or less, and who will be consistently supportive, encouraging, and couple focused the whole time.

When we started the wedding planning process, we did not think we needed a wedding planner. A couple of months in, we thought it might be a good idea. We just had our wedding three weeks ago and looking back I don't know HOW we would have done it without Rebecca!!!!!!
She took care of every single detail, including things we never would have known to do! Our wedding was absolutely a perfect, dream wedding (I think she somehow stopped it from raining that day too!) She was so, so, so organized and thoughtful about what we had told her we envisioned and she brought it to life. She helped us find the perfect vendors and we absolutely loved all of them! I actually cried when I saw the flowers, the room, actually I cried pretty much the whole time because it was all so perfect.

My husband and I RSVPd to a lot of wedding events that we received in our e-mail to maybe help our wedding plans. The third time we ran in to Rebecca Grant was definitely a charm because she realized we were still lost and in a daze. She took the time to sit down with us and discuss our ideas from beginning to the end.
We decided to hire her for the wedding day coordination only because we have felt that the major things we needed have already been accomplished. She still kept us on schedule by being more organized than us and giving us reminders of what she needs for our wedding. During the wedding, I barely lifted a finger nor worried about anything because she was always ahead of me and on top of things!

Rebecca is a god sent, no two ways about it. I don't consider myself a bridezilla but I can be very OCD about things, and I struggle with anxiety issues in the best of circumstances, and wedding planning was overwhelming for me. Rebecca, with kind words and an over abundance of patients, not only navigated me through the process but helped to pull ideas out of me that made the wedding truly unique to us. She was available to me at almost any hour of any day, always with a quick response and reassuring words. Her Day of emergency kit saved the day when my bridesmaids corset back broke. My wedding was flawless, I had several guests tell me it was the best wedding they had ever been to, and that is because Rebecca was my planner.
