New Jersey Limo Bus

We can highly recommend NJ Limo Bus for wedding transportation. Their vintage Princess Roll Royce was beautiful, clean, and most importantly, on time. Unlike several other car companies, Sheikh & Traci were honest and responsive throughout the process and the photos of the car that they showed us matched the exact car we received. Well worth the price for comfort and security and we highly recommend.

We did not need this service for a party bus or limo but a simple transportation to a from our hotel and venue. I am super ecstatic about them, however, because of how accommodating and patient they were with me and my bridesmaid crew. We ended up being over half an hour late because the salon ran over the expected time. Instead of getting angry, the driver was calm and actually told us everything is okay and not to worry! It really helped me de-stress a little more knowing that I had hired a great company to shuttle our crew.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! On January 20th, 2019, I booked a party bus for my wife’s 50th birthday for a night out on the town with friends. The party bus was to take us to dinner at a local restaurant followed by dancing at a NYC club. On January 19th, New Jersey declared a state of emergency from an impending winter (ice) storm. The storm prohibited driving of any vehicles in the New Jersey’s northern corridor, where I reside. I cancelled the night because of the risk to us and our guests. The restaurant and NYC Club understood this and refunded my deposit. However, this Limo company was still willing to drive and put lives at risk, despite treacherous conditions. Their lack of empathy for the situation extended so far as to not even refund my $1,000 deposit, despite the contract I signed stating under General Additional Policy: “If for any reason, New Jersey Limo Buss LLC is unable to perform the service as contracted for. Its liability shall be limited to no more than a full refund of any monies paid by the customer hereunder.” Clearly this company does not value the safety of its customers, nor the terms of its own contracts. Stay away!!!

Please do not use this company for any coach bus, limousine or party bus rental. As of mid 2018 this company has a new owner, Sheikh Elahi, and all reviews prior to mid 2018 should be ignored. My wife and I hired New Jersey Limo bus & Limousine for our wedding. We reserved a coach bus to take our guests to and from the hotel to our venue and a party bus for the wedding party. The Party bus was over 30 minutes late arriving to bring the wedding party to the ceremony. The driver wasn't friendly, drove crazy and didn't use the contacts given on our questionnaire. I was getting calls the day of the wedding instead of our coordinator. New Jersey Limo Bus & Limousine double booked our wedding with another event. After the coach bus dropped our hotel guests off at the venue for the ceremony the driver informed us that he would not be returning at the end of the evening to take our guests home. Our coordinator had to call and yell at New Jersey Limo Bus & Limousine to get them to send another vehicle. However, the bus they sent was smaller than what we paid for. Additionally, this bus only made one trip instead of the 2 trips planned. As a result we had guests taking Ubers back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Lastly, the owner Sheikh Elahi, charged my credit card prior to the contractually agreed upon date. Sheikh said he would give me a $50 credit, but never did. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

I will say, some of the reviews on here scared me a little bit, but it was all for naught. I booked NJ Limo Bus back in 2017 for my wedding, and everything went without a hitch. I originally wanted the 20 passenger party bus for my bridal party, but NJ Limo bus upgraded us to their brand new 30-passenger bus for no charge. My bridal party had a wonderful time and I think they enjoyed the extra room. My husband and I had the Austin Princess for ourselves, and we enjoyed a champagne toast and a nice long ride in a beautiful vehicle together. I did catch our driver's name, but alas, I have forgotten it, but he wasn't just on time, but very early. Both drivers were extremely punctual. Thank you so much for making our wedding extra special!

I referred NJ Limo to my cousins for their wedding Aug 25th, and they were very please with the excellent , professional and punctual service. From booking with Christina and Cathy at the office to instructing the cheaffeurs Mathew and David of last minute changes for pictures. Booked a 12-person limo with wedding package(extra $100 for champagne and red carpet) they showed up on my wedding day with a smaller vehicle with no champagne and red carpet. Ceo Sheikh Elahi stated he will refund me, I waited 2 months and he did not. I don't even care for the $100 anymore, just look else where for ride service and don't end up like me.

Thank you for the great service you had provided for us for our wedding day. James and I were so nervous as we had heard horror stories of limo issues on the wedding. Dealing directly with the owner directly was a great experience. He was very helpful and patient to accommodate our multiple changes in the plans and requirements. Got a good deal on a beautiful white Rolls Royce, two stretch limos, and a party bus for our guest. The day of the wedding went very smoothly. The Rolls Royce looked great. All the drivers were very professional and friendly. They arrived 30 minutes before schedule to get familiarized with pickups and drop offs. Everyone had a great time. Although we were told that tips for the drivers are included in the cost, we gave them extra tip to the drivers for their great work. Thank you so much for making my wedding a wedding to remember!

This Limo/Bus Company is the most incompetent company I have ever used in my life. Here are all the horrible things that happened when I used this company for my wedding. 1) They lied to me and told me if I pay right away in cash then I would get a credit back from them if I do not use all the hours/services I was originally quoted for. When I did not need all the hours with them they told me I get a credit to their business and not my money back. They NEVER told us it would be a credit for their service. They told me it would be cash back. 2)No one would ever get back to me when I needed assistance or had questions. It was like pulling teeth trying to get an email or a call back from someone there. I have never dealt with such horrible, unreliable customer service in my life. 3) This is the cake topper: The day of my wedding the bus was late and then it was not the bus we had requested for. It was a small bus that didn’t even fit half of my guests. My guest had to take ubers and old people were left standing on the bus with NO AIR CONDITIONER. Everyone was late to my ceremony. 4) Then the wrong bus came AGAIN to pick up my guest at the end of the wedding when we told them we wanted one BIG bus. 5) When we confronted he owner of this "company" if you even want to call it that, he did NOTHING to accommodate and didn’t even apologize to us. Instead he blamed everything on his assistant, Cathy. He is so unprofessional and did not want to compensate me for the disaster/headache they caused me on my wedding day. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES/TRANSPORTATION THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO. THEY ARE ROBBERS AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS THE WORST "COMPANY" I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. AND ALL OF THIS HAPPENED ON MY WEDDING DAY. SHAME ON THE POOR EXCUSE FOR AN OWNER OF THIS CRAPPY PLACE HE IS TRYING TO RUN.

I rented 1 party bus (37 Passenger), 2 limos (20 Passengers) and an Austin Princess Rolls Royce for my wedding. I cannot speak more highly of an experience than the one we had with NJLimoBus. The drivers were fantastic and very friendly with all of us. They were quick to get to the location and on time for everything including our 3 stops along the way to the church. The price was very reasonable, the staff at the office was exceptional, especially Zee and Cathy. They helped us select all the vehicles, shared pictures, and made sure that everything was set with our ride the day before. All the vehicles we used were amazing, beautiful and kept in such great shape! It really made our pictures and experience much better. This experience was the most stress free limo experience I've had in a very long time. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for transportation for their wedding day!!! Thanks again for everything!

DO NOT USE!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS UNRELIABLE & FRAUDULENT!!!! THIS COMPANY NEAR RUINED MY WEDDING DAY AND WAS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! LET ME LIST THE ISSUES BELOW: 1. I WAS PROMISED A 20 PASSENGER STRETCH LIMO WITH JET DOORS I ASKED THE OWNER TO SEND ME PHOTOS OF THE LIMO AND WAS SENT STUNNING PHOTOS!! WHEN THE LIMO ARRIVED THE DAY OF MY WEDDING IT WAS NOT A 20 PASSENGER LIMO, DID NOT HAVE JET DOORS AND LOOKED LIKE IT WAS FOUND ON THE BOTTOM OF THE OCEAN. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. THE INSIDE HAD PIECES ENTIRELY MISSING FROM THE INTERIOR, THE SMELL WAS ATROCIOUS LIKE MILDEW AND DIESEL FLUID. THE OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY RUSTY! THIS WAS NOT THE VEHICLE I WAS PROMISED VIA EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE. MY BRIDAL PARTY WAS MORTIFIED THAT THEY HAD TO GET INTO THIS VEHICLE AND I WAS BEYOND EMBARRASSED. 2. THE ROLLS ROYCE THAT SHOWED UP WAS YES THE CAR I REQUESTED BUT HAD I KNOWN IT WOULD BE NEAR FALLING APART, SMOKING OUT OF THE ENGINE, BARELY RUNNING AND LEAKING OIL ALL OVER THE DRIVEWAY (WHICH IS NOW RUINED) I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT ONLY DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR THE DRIVEWAY TO BE REDONE NOW DUE TO THE OIL STAINS BUT MY WEDDING GOWN STUNK LIKE AN ICE CREAM TRUCK ALL DAY AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE THIS CLEANED AS WELL. MORTIFYING!!!! AFTER ASKING THE DRIVERS TO HAVE THE OWNER CALL US IMMEDIATELY WE NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. ONCE WE CALLED TO COMPLAIN WE WERE TOLD THIS IS SOMETHING EVERYONE DOES AFTER USING THEIR SERVICES AS IF IT WAS JUST A PLOY TO GET OUR MONEY BACK!! BECAUSE WE USED THE SERVICES WE HAD NO RIGHT TO COMPLAIN OR WANT A REFUND. FROM THE LOST PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES, TO THE COST OF HAVING MY WEDDING GOWN CLEANED TO REMOVE THE STENCH AND THE DRIVEWAY REDONE TO REMOVE OF THE OIL STAINS. Late to pick us up, limo smelled like mildew and looked like it was burnt. I felt so sick the entire ride

BEWARE !!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!! My sister inlaw booked this company for her wedding last weekend not only was the limo running late when it showed up it wasn’t the correct limo they promised her and the Limo looked like it was found out of a junk yard . The smell was horrendous . I don’t know how these people still have a business absolutely disgusting what they do to people on one of the most important days of there life .

This company is a complete JOKE and should be absolutely ashamed of themselves! If I could give them 0 stars I would! I attended my best friends wedding this weekend and we had the displeasure of riding in the most disgusting limo I have ever seen! The bridal party got legitamely sick from the horrific mildew smell that was so pungent! This limo was 100% in a flood! The windows were full of mold, all the leather ripped, floors filthy, roof rusted and the “stair rails” if that’s what you can even call them were some make shift rotted tar looking things! It was absolutely horrendous and we all have pictures of evidence! The fact that this company is in existence is beyond me! How you can you show up to pick guests up in a wedding, the most important day in peoples lives, in something so foul!? This company needs to be shut down!

Since I had a great experience with them for my friends birthday , I decided to use them for my wedding .The, Austin Princess, limo and party bus we got were absolutely amazing! The drivers were on time and everything was perfect! Red carpet and champagne toast was marvelous! Our wedding was able to start exactly on time, Fariya was great to work with, easy going and personable. We would recommend New Jersey Limo bus to anyone getting married or anyone who is looking for a beautiful party bus or limo for any event. Must say our Drivers Jamie and Joe were great too. I used New Jersey Limo Bus for my wedding , and it was the greatest experience I had. The bus was beautiful, the drivers were very friendly and had great service especially Edwin. They made my special day that much better and I had the greatest time on this beautiful bus. Everything was more then promised. Not only did it meet my expectations but it definitely beat them. I would give them five stars- I was really a wonderful experience- On time , very cooperative . We had to change itenenarary couple of times but they were very cooperative . Even they upgraded our party bus with out any charge - Driver was so pleasant - It was all the way red carpet treatment - I would highly recommend them . Thank you for making my wedding perfect .

I would give them ZERO stars. They are THE WORST. They never completed the trip and never refunded the money. Now Joe says there is a new owner. Save yourself the headache and book someone ELSE!

I would never hire them for anything. The company took the full payment of thousand of dollars from us upfront and then called two days before the trip to say they can't do the return trip. They left us hanging. A month later, we are still fighting for our money and they have a new story every single day. Check BBB- you won't hire them.

Booked them to transport the bridal party and also to provide shuttle service back and forth from the reception venue and hotel and both drivers were excellent! The bus for the bridal party was early at the first pickup, which I thoroughly appreciated, and got all of us to the church exactly on time. The shuttle bus from the reception was also prompt and ensured that all of our guests got back and forth from the hotel with ease. Highly recommended!

NJLimo provided transportation for our wedding on 11/4/16, and they were excellent to work with! We had the 30 passenger limobus that came with red carpet/ champagne service. The driver was prompt - he actually came about 30 minutes before our planned time, which was great, because we were on a tight schedule! Our driver was friendly and professional. All was reasonably priced. We were very pleased and we absolutely recommend their services!

We needed a shuttle bus for our guests since the distance between hotels and church were far apart and New Jersey Limo Bus was very accommodating to help us out. We rented a 12 passenger limousine as well as the 55 passenger coach bus to transport the wedding party and guests to and from the hotels, church, and venue. The vehicles were very clean and comfortable. I was surprised to learn that a party bus was sent instead of the coach bus for guests and everyone seemed to enjoy the ride, except for the rude attitude from the party bus driver, as reported by my guests. The drivers for the limo and coach bus at the end of the night were very professional and kind and got everyone to their destination in no time! It was relaxing to know that everyone would make it back safely after a night of partying! We were very satisfied with the service and professionalism, but the rude attitude from the party bus driver lands this vendor with 4 stars, rather than 5 stars.

VERY SNEAKY WITH HIDDEN "FEES"! My husband and I used them for our wedding in early April. After mapping out the whole scenario with them and planning how many pick ups, 1 for him to church and 1 for me, and from church to reception, and the time frames they drew up the contracts. Trusting them we signed the contract thinking they knew what they were doing. Two weeks after the event they slammed us and doubled our rate for over time. After calling customer service, they were extremely unhelpful and were not interested in making things right. You can certainly get a better cheaper limo for your wedding. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service and experience they provided! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!

They were very helpful, very patient and very accommodating. We loved our limo and our driver was very patient with my bridal party.

Air Conditioning Did Not Work and Poor Customer Service We rented the 24 passenger limo / party bus (newjerseylimobus.com/our-fleet/24-passenger-luxury-limobuses/) for our wedding. Our ceremony was in Queens, pictures were in Brooklyn and reception was in New Jersey which means we were on the bus for several hours. Within a short time of leaving our church, we noticed that barely any cool air was blowing from the vents. It started to get uncomfortably but everyone was still having a good time. In NJ, our whole wedding party was standing up by the 1 or 2 working vents to get some cool air. Warm air was also blowing from the vents under the seats, most likely heated by the engine. The bus driver was nice enough to pull over to see if he could fix the A/C problem but was not able to. By the time we arrived at our venue, everyone was pushing to get off. Fortunately, there were only 12 of us on the bus so it could've been a lot worse but we ended up all right next to each other anyways. Also, the TV and some of the speakers were broken which meant that the music could either be really loud on one end of the party bus or hard to hear on the other. Trying to get some sort of refund or even an explanation from New Jersey Limo and Bus seems to be impossible. I've followed up many times over the last 2 months and when someone actually follows up, they just tell me that they are forwarding my concerns to customer service and someone from there will get back to me. I would definitely not hire this company again and if you want to have a good experience, you should stay away too. NJ Limo Bus was by far the worst vendor we had related to our wedding and isn't worth risking your time, money or memories on this poorly operated company.

We used the 2015 Escalade and Coach bus for our wedding. The vehicles were gorgeous, clean, and spacious for our large wedding party! The new jet doors on the limo were excellent and look great in photos! Prices were the best in the area for such large and spacious vehicles.

We used New Jersey Limo Bus for our bridal party. What a wonderful experience it was! My husband and I also joined the limo bus after we took our pictures. Our driver was absolutely amazing! He was so polite. It had been raining a little that day and he covered each bridesmaid and myself with an umbrella and was an absolute gentleman! Not to mention, the limo bus was gorgeous, spacious, and very clean! 5 stars!!!!! Thank you New Jersey Limo Bus!

If I could give this company zero stars I would! Transportation was our main concern throughout our wedding planning and Joe assured us that there would be no problems. However, they did not send the correct transportation to shuttle our guests from the hotel to the venue and vice versa. People were left stranded for a very long time at our venue after the reception. Needless to say, I arrived to our hotel way after my guests and my bride. I recommend using another company for your transportation needs.

We used New Jersey Limo Bus for our March 2015 wedding. They were a pleasure to deal with from the start. Joe is super helpful and professional. We used Rolls Royce Austin Princess and the 30 passenger limo bus: both cars were spotless. The drivers arrived ahead of schedule and were extremely professional. After the wedding we also wound up book them for our airport honeymoon transfers and everything was seamless. I highly recommend New Jersey Limo Bus Company to anyone look for wedding transportation. You can't go wrong with them!

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with NJ Limo Bus! We selected a Rolls Royce and a limo bus for our wedding day, and we were not disappointed! Not only were the vehicles pristine, but the drivers were friendly, delightful, and professional. They arrived on time and got us to our destinations on time, all with a smile! Throughout the whole day, the drivers were extremely attentive to me, making me feel very special and at ease. When we were at the church before the wedding ceremony, they helped keep me calm and collected, and they even went out of their way to help me with my dress, making sure the train was flowing correctly, for when I walked down the aisle. That meant so much to me. I seriously appreciated having them there with me at that important moment, and will never forget it. We also booked NJ Limo Bus for a car to the airport when we went on our honeymoon, and that was also a first-class experience! We had an amazing driver, who we loved chatting with! We would absolutely recommend NJ Limo Bus to anyone who wants high-quality transportation services! They are the BEST!

My husband found this company and called to get information regarding limos for our wedding. The owner is a 'yes' man. Which sounds wonderful until I called him numerous and got him on his cell phone, never in the office, rushing me off the phone, and promising me things that the office was not aware of. In the end, I was charged TWO MONTHS before I was supposed to be. The office did nothing for me. The owner also told me he would reimburse me whatever charges it caused but never told the office. The office never refunded me the money. Everything was dealt with horribly. I never write reviews but this company was the worst to work with. The only good thing about this company was our driver Hector. He was great! I would not recommend this company.. Even if Joe makes it sound great when you call or visit. It's all for show.

I rented the 2015 Escalade for our family trip to NYC to see Jersey Boys. Randy was our driver and he was absolutely fantastic and so professional that he made the day perfect, Besides the fact I have no idea how he handles that vehicle in NYC with all the Xmas traffic he managed to find parking spots in front of every place we wanted to go and get us everywhere on time in spite of the crazy traffic. At first my family was hesitant to spend the money on at limo but at the end everyone agreed it made the day wonderful and everyone could not say enough good things about Randy. We are already planning our trip for next Christmas and without a doubt will use this company and request Randy.

We used NJ Limobus for our daughter's wedding Nov 2, 2014. Joe and his staff were lovely to deal with. The beautiful Rolls Royce was a huge hit and the 10 person limo was great as well. The drivers were experienced, on time and very nice. We would definitely call Joe again for transportation for any event.

New Jersey Limo Bus was great to work with. While there was very little communication leading up to my wedding, all was confirmed once we called the company. On the day of, the drivers were on time and professional. Thank you!

Booking the limo service was fine initially. Rates and availability were communicated effectively and payment/reservation was conducted via telephone which was great (as we were booking while out-of-state). Leading up to our wedding, we had not heard from NJ Limo and decided to be proactive. Three weeks prior to the wedding, we contacted the agency to provide our estimated timeline of the day. We were informed that we were supposed to provide this information in the required form, which they had not yet received from us. We were surprised to learn of this form, as it was never provided to us. We were made to feel negligent in this process when in fact the required form was never provided and we were never given the opportunity to share our inventory before we proactively did so. A strange booking process, indeed. The day-of experience was disappointing. One of the limos (the groom’s limo) was fine. The other one did not know how to drive a limo. It was raining the day of our wedding and the driver was not very accommodating in the rain. He was unable to park the car at our destination and kept going back and forth and back and forth, over and over again. The entire bridal party was nauseous at this point and screaming for him to stop the car but he kept going back and forth. The groom’s limo did not have the same problem at the same location. Since he could not manage to park the car on a curved driveway, the bride had to get out of the car in the pouring rain instead of under a covering. The driver did, however, help escort the bride under an umbrella. He also did not help the bridal party put their things in the trunk. We also couldn’t figure out the radio and he provided no help. Overall, the service was disappointing and not worth the price for the distance and time we had the vehicles. We only drove about 20 min total between three locations. The limo service was, in fact, the only disappointing aspect of our entire wedding day. Hopefully you will get a more experienced driver if you book with this company for your big day.

NJ Limo bus was the perfect choice for our wedding! We used the 30 person limo bus which was clean and spacious - we loved it! Our driver, Edwin, was professional and friendly. Highly recommended!!

Worst limo company ever!! I booked my bus with them for my wedding and anything and everything that could go wrong did. The bus driver was rude, ate all of our snacks that we brought on the bus. The bus stalled about three times in the middle of the road. We got no red carpet and the complimentary champagne bottles were not offered to us we had to ask for them. We were supposed to have water and soda on the bus and no one even told us where they were. Our bus was also supposed to come with an extra person on the bus as a server yet there was no one there. Not to mention it looked like our bus had not been washed in months. When I called the company after my wedding I spoke to Joe to tell him my problem and he started laughing and basically called me liar saying that I have a long list of problems not just one thing I'm complaining about and that his driver has been with him for years and he's never had a problem with him and since he didn't report anything it's hard for him to believe what I'm saying. I had a bus load of people that can agree with every single thing I was saying yet he believed his driver over me. He then had me speak to someone else that handles issues like this and she told me she would look into it and get back to me. Well it's been about a month and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Stay away from this company!!!!

We were very pleased with the service and professionalism of NJ Limo and Bus. From our first meeting we were quoted a competitive price and treated with respect. We rented a large 56 passenger bus and a party bus for our wedding. Both vehicles were clean and had friendly drivers. NJ Limo and Bus even gave us a surprise champagne toast after the church ceremony. They called a week before the wedding to iron out any details and were skilled at talking to a stressed-out bride! I’m really glad we chose NJ Limo and Bus for our wedding day transportation needs.

We hired New Jersey Limo Bus for usage of a party bus for the bridal party, and a coach bus to transport guests to/from the hotel. I was so worried about the coach bus transportation after buses from another company broke down during a friends wedding, but we were very pleased with the outcome from New Jersey Limo Bus as there were no issues! I felt even more comfortable as I was given the names and phone numbers of the drivers and the bus dispatcher the day before the wedding just in case there was a problem. The buses were clean and spacious, and the drivers were very respectful!

We used the 26 passenger party bus for our wedding. It was great to have the extra room for everyone & be able to stand & move as opposed to a regular limo. They were very prompt & knew exactly where they were going at all times. The bus was clean & very modern. They provided champagne, soda, water & ice and also allowed us to bring any other drinks or snacks that we wanted. They also provide a server on the bus who not only served us any drinks we asked for, but also managed the CD that we gave her (changing songs & volume at our request) She was a delight & very helpful! They have very competitive prices & a huge fleet to choose from. My bridesmaids were all asking for their number for their own weddings!

I used Joe and NJ Limo Bus for my wedding this past November. Joe and his team did an amazing job. I got married right after hurricane sandy when there was a gas shortage in NJ and NJ Limo Bus was great! They were on time with gas! We used one of the rolls royce cars for the bride and groom, and one of the party busses for the wedding party. All the vehicles were clean and the bridal party loved them! The rolls royce was equipped with champagne and the party bus had a bar tender on it! It was an awesome ride to the wedding and reception! I would highly recommend using NJ Limo Bus for your wedding!

We used NJ Limo Bus for our wedding and couldn't be happier. Let me first say that we booked our limo 20 days before the wedding. They were so accommodating!

I used this company for my wedding and loved them. They were super friendly and organized. The staff made us feel so comfortable and my driver kept me calm and laughing on my nervous drive to the church. My only complaint is that the Rolls Royce we selected for that day was not the one that showed up. The replacement broke down and had to be jump started by my family 3 times! Once I was in the car it was in poor condition and when we took a turn the handle on the door I was holding fell off. Thankfully the driver was really nice and his sincere personality made up for it. The party bus we rented was spacious and clean and everyone enjoyed it. I give the staff there 5 stars however management needs to step it up a little!

We rented the 24 PAX Party Bus for our wedding. It was amazing!! The inside was very cool - not at all retro or anything it seemed like it was brand new. There was comfortable seating, colored lights and music. There were also two people staffing the bus - there was one driver who was very professional and nice and then another guy who was there to help. He walked up and down the aisle pouring champagne and was quite a server! I would definintly recommend NJ Limo Bus to my friends and family.

Great job but a little pricey

Upgraded our bus free of charge. Arrived ON TIME and got everyone where they needed to go early. Super clean, super nice.

We rented the 24 passenger limo bus which was awesome. The driver was very nice and professional. He showed up early and was very accommodating. There were many flooded roads by our venue and hotel and the driver was able to make sure that we were on time for our church and our cocktail hour. The ride was very comfortable, the limo was very clean, and everyone had such a great time!

The limo and bus we had were great – very clean and the drivers/attendant on the bus were professional. Joe worked with us to make sure we had the best deal for pricing and scheduling. We had a number of pick up s and locations throughout the day and we were on time for everything! Even the ceremony! It was great to know we had dependable drivers who knew where they were going. Definitely would recommend!

the limo service was terrible the driver apparently forgot that he was supposed to pick up the bride as well ..never showed up for her pick -up made her 45 minutes late to her own wedding then blamed it on a broken gps, when the shop was right down the street from the hotel he was supposed to pick up at .This was unacceptable then he rushed us after the mass and we could not take all of the photos we were supposed to. Then, he had the nerve to ask my bridal party for tips and also threatened to slap us with an overtime fine

I must say that New Jersey Limo Bus is the BEST limo/car service you can hire.....they are SUPER PUNCTUAL!!! They arrived early to my wedding and driver was super profesional :) I am so so so so happy with their service. We also used the company as a car service for the airport and I have to say it was great too!! :) VERY RELIABLE COMPANY.......will definitely keep hiring when needed :) New Jersey Limo Bus.....you cant hire anyone better!!! :)

Using NJ Limo Bus was the biggest mistake of my wedding. It took them over and hour to get from the church to my home which is only a 20 minute drive. I knew of a few detours that we needed to take in order to get to our reception and I advised them of that and I was told that they would take care of the route no problems at all. Well let me put it this way.. thank god we had taken the route a few days earlier just in case. When I called to discuss the situation I was treated so nastily that I was literally shocked. NEVER AGAIN!!! Think twice about these guys. They are super helpful and attentive up until you book them and pay the deposit. After that good luck. Worst limo company ever.
