ays” but you know what they have complete control over? COMMUNICATION. Not even once did anyone from the company call me to tell me they were running late. My bridesmaids called the company at 5:30 when one of their husbands (a guest waiting for the bus) informed us around 5:15. They arrived shortly after 5:30, an HOUR after our contracted pick up time.
When my guests arrived on their bus, there was apparently no air conditioning and it smelled like urine. Multiple guests at my wedding shared this with me.
This would never be acceptable but what’s worse is the owners pitiful customer service on the phone. He told me that I wasn’t being truthful when I informed him the bus was not air conditioned. His employee, Lucille, was who my bridesmaids spoke with and she rushed my friend off the phone saying “there is a customer here looking to sign a contract” to which my friend replied “we are paid in full customers who already have a contract.” In what works is this acceptable customer service??
They’re getting one star, as our ride home at night went smoothly and they agreed to give us back approximately 25% of our total bill. We are going to be disputing this.

ary 19th, New Jersey declared a state of emergency from an impending winter (ice) storm. The storm prohibited driving of any vehicles in the New Jersey’s northern corridor, where I reside. I cancelled the night because of the risk to us and our guests. The restaurant and NYC Club understood this and refunded my deposit. However, this Limo company was still willing to drive and put lives at risk, despite treacherous conditions.
Their lack of empathy for the situation extended so far as to not even refund my $1,000 deposit, despite the contract I signed stating under General Additional Policy:
“If for any reason, New Jersey Limo Buss LLC is unable to perform the service as contracted for. Its liability shall be limited to no more than a full refund of any monies paid by the customer hereunder.”
Clearly this company does not value the safety of its customers, nor the terms of its own contracts. Stay away!!!
Please do not use this company for any coach bus, limousine or party bus rental. As of mid 2018 this company has a new owner, Sheikh Elahi, and all reviews prior to mid 2018 should be ignored.

ne for our wedding. We reserved a coach bus to take our guests to and from the hotel to our venue and a party bus for the wedding party. The Party bus was over 30 minutes late arriving to bring the wedding party to the ceremony. The driver wasn't friendly, drove crazy and didn't use the contacts given on our questionnaire. I was getting calls the day of the wedding instead of our coordinator.
New Jersey Limo Bus & Limousine double booked our wedding with another event. After the coach bus dropped our hotel guests off at the venue for the ceremony the driver informed us that he would not be returning at the end of the evening to take our guests home. Our coordinator had to call and yell at New Jersey Limo Bus & Limousine to get them to send another vehicle. However, the bus they sent was smaller than what we paid for. Additionally, this bus only made one trip instead of the 2 trips planned. As a result we had guests taking Ubers back to the hotel at the end of the evening.
Lastly, the owner Sheikh Elahi, charged my credit card prior to the contractually agreed upon date. Sheikh said he would give me a $50 credit, but never did.
PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

helpful and patient to accommodate our multiple changes in the plans and requirements. Got a good deal on a beautiful white Rolls Royce, two stretch limos, and a party bus for our guest. The day of the wedding went very smoothly. The Rolls Royce looked great. All the drivers were very professional and friendly. They arrived 30 minutes before schedule to get familiarized with pickups and drop offs. Everyone had a great time. When I did not need all the hours with them they told me I get a credit to their business and not my money back. They NEVER told us it would be a credit for their service. They told me it would be cash back. 2)No one would ever get back to me when I needed assistance or had questions. It was like pulling teeth trying to get an email or a call back from someone there. I have never dealt with such horrible, unreliable customer service in my life. 3) This is the cake topper: The day of my wedding the bus was late and then it was not the bus we had requested for. It was a small bus that didn’t even fit half of my guests. My guest had to take ubers and old people were left standing on the bus with NO AIR CONDITIONER. Everyone was late to my ceremony. 4) Then the wrong bus came AGAIN to pick up my guest at the end of the wedding when we told them we wanted one BIG bus. 5) When we confronted he owner of this "company" if you even want to call it that, he did NOTHING to accommodate and didn’t even apologize to us. Instead he blamed everything on his assistant, Cathy. He is so unprofessional and did not want to compensate me for the disaster/headache they caused me on my wedding day.

fully. your review is full of lies and misrepresentation of facts regarding our business. First of all, there was no credit issue at all; in fact, the price quoted to your husband was for *TWO* pick-ups and drop offs -- first at 2pm and the second 11pm. Upon your and your husband's visit to our office, you told the staff that the owner had quoted you the price for *THREE* pick-up and drop offs. Given that we have multiple sales representatives in the office and our customers end up speaking to multiple people over the course of a booking, we have a rule of always honoring the initial price the customer has been quoted, and we believe in trusting our customers when they tell us the quote they were given. In this case, you and your husband misrepresented the quoted price but we let that go.
Again, as the owner was not present, the sales reps took your word for it. Never in our company's history have we booked a ride for our 55-passenger coach at such a low price. Regarding your comment that our staff never spoke to you: our record shows not one or two times, but 7 different correspondences of our staff either speaking to you or your husband. We always request a detailed itinerary from our clients and go over each item in detail. Our manager called your husband one day before the wedding and went through each and every item on the itinerary. As per our record, the call took place at 4 pm. Your husband updated the exact number of people and confirmed the pick up time.
For the first pick up, we sent our 55-coach bus, for second ride we sent the 45-coach bus based on your husband's feedback. As per our driver, he was able to move each guest that was confirmed by your husband. Your husband called our office and told us that the number of guests was more than he estimated - it was between 70 to 80 guest . The owner, to accommodate his request, promised to send not one, but two buses with a total of 80 passenger capacity. He thanked our owner for his accommodation. The company did not charge you for the second bus. After a few days, he again called and had some concerns. The owner once again offered him two free rides as a compensation for his concerns, which your husband accepted and utilized both of the free rides.
In summary:
You tricked our staff into getting 3 rides as opposed to the agreed 2 rides. We sent not one but two buses at the end of the night to accommodate your 70 plus guests and did not charge for the second bus although you had booked only one bus.You got 2 free rides after your wedding and still you choose to write a vicious review with intention to blackmail the company to get more free rides.
Last but not least, reviews are there to give feedback but not to black mail the company. I must bring to your attention the language used by you in the review - it is considered defamation. We have discussed this with our attorney and reserve the right to pursue this matter in the court of law.

The price was very reasonable, the staff at the office was exceptional, especially Zee and Cathy. They helped us select all the vehicles, shared pictures, and made sure that everything was set with our ride the day before. All the vehicles we used were amazing, beautiful and kept in such great shape! It really made our pictures and experience much better. This experience was the most stress free limo experience I've had in a very long time. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone looking for transportation for their wedding day!!! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY DESTROYED BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. THE INSIDE HAD PIECES ENTIRELY MISSING FROM THE INTERIOR, THE SMELL WAS ATROCIOUS LIKE MILDEW AND DIESEL FLUID. THE OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY RUSTY! THIS WAS NOT THE VEHICLE I WAS PROMISED VIA EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE. MY BRIDAL PARTY WAS MORTIFIED THAT THEY HAD TO GET INTO THIS VEHICLE AND I WAS BEYOND EMBARRASSED.

THE ROLLS ROYCE THAT SHOWED UP WAS YES THE CAR I REQUESTED BUT HAD I KNOWN IT WOULD BE NEAR FALLING APART, SMOKING OUT OF THE ENGINE, BARELY RUNNING AND LEAKING OIL ALL OVER THE DRIVEWAY (WHICH IS NOW RUINED) I WOULD HAVE NEVER WENT WITH THIS COMPANY. NOT ONLY DO WE NEED TO PAY FOR THE DRIVEWAY TO BE REDONE NOW DUE TO THE OIL STAINS BUT MY WEDDING GOWN STUNK LIKE AN ICE CREAM TRUCK ALL DAY AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY TO HAVE THIS CLEANED AS WELL. So from our end we felt as if we put our best foot forward. As far as the limo. If it were really that bad there would be a lot more complaints on it. That particular car is rented out 3 to 6 times a week and the only complaint we have on it is from your party. On top of that anyone is welcome to come inspect the limo before they book. When we're trying to resolve a complaint and the person on the other is being unreasonable there is not much we can do. She was demanding we pay for her wedding dress, fix her driveway (We didn't damage her driveway) and wants her entire ride for free. This was just unreasonable so that is why we cut off trying to work with her. We really tried to put our best foot forward and resolve her complaint. If she comes around and reasonably decides she wants to discuss a resolution we'd be happy to discuss it.

een! The bridal party got legitamely sick from the horrific mildew smell that was so pungent! This limo was 100% in a flood! The windows were full of mold, all the leather ripped, floors filthy, roof rusted and the “stair rails” if that’s what you can even call them were some make shift rotted tar looking things! It was absolutely horrendous and we all have pictures of evidence! The fact that this company is in existence is beyond me! How you can you show up to pick guests up in a wedding, the most important day in peoples lives, in something so foul!? This company needs to be shut down!

After calling customer service, they were extremely unhelpful and were not interested in making things right. You can certainly get a better cheaper limo for your wedding. eception was in New Jersey which means we were on the bus for several hours. Within a short time of leaving our church, we noticed that barely any cool air was blowing from the vents. It started to get uncomfortably but everyone was still having a good time. In NJ, our whole wedding party was standing up by the 1 or 2 working vents to get some cool air. Warm air was also blowing from the vents under the seats, most likely heated by the engine. The bus driver was nice enough to pull over to see if he could fix the A/C problem but was not able to. By the time we arrived at our venue, everyone was pushing to get off. Fortunately, there were only 12 of us on the bus so it could've been a lot worse but we ended up all right next to each other anyways.
Also, the TV and some of the speakers were broken which meant that the music could either be really loud on one end of the party bus or hard to hear on the other.
Trying to get some sort of refund or even an explanation from New Jersey Limo and Bus seems to be impossible. I've followed up many times over the last 2 months and when someone actually follows up, they just tell me that they are forwarding my concerns to customer service and someone from there will get back to me.
I would definitely not hire this company again and if you want to have a good experience, you should stay away too. NJ Limo Bus was by far the worst vendor we had related to our wedding and isn't worth risking your time, money or memories on this poorly operated company.

It is disappointing to hear that you did not feel the air conditioning was functioning at a high enough level for the comfort of your guests. As we discussed on the phone in detail, the air-conditioning and other amenities are checked both pre and post ride.
In an effort to address this issue, you were offered a partial refund. With regard to the TVs and sound system, both were found to be working well both before and after the ride. This same vehicle was used other times in the same busy weekend in June with nothing but compliments from those clients.
In reference to the follow-up, not only does this assessment above seem harsh but unfair. We spoke at length and there have been several calls back and forth. If there is something additional you wish to discuss, please reach out to Ann directly and she will be more than happy to revisit the matter.

The matter was discussed at length with the clients after the event. It seems unfair to penalize us with a one star rating out of 5 for the client's failure to plan.
To avoid this on your wedding day, please plan by coordinating with your guests, with the hotels you guests will be staying at, and with your limousine and bus provider. In over 12 years of business and thousands of wedding shuttles successfully completed, this is only the third time a client has ever underestimated seating. Plan well to avoid this scenario.

On this client's day of service, the transportation was punctual. The driver was professional. Services were rendered as contracted for. The only issue seems to be the payment schedule. We apologize if there was a miscommunication somewhere about the payments. It, however, seems quite harsh to offer the lowest rating for a company that offered clean, modern transportation, punctual service, and a courteous, experienced driver.

ot heard from NJ Limo and decided to be proactive. Three weeks prior to the wedding, we contacted the agency to provide our estimated timeline of the day. We were informed that we were supposed to provide this information in the required form, which they had not yet received from us. We were surprised to learn of this form, as it was never provided to us. We were made to feel negligent in this process when in fact the required form was never provided and we were never given the opportunity to share our inventory before we proactively did so. A strange booking process, indeed.
The day-of experience was disappointing. One of the limos (the groom’s limo) was fine. The other one did not know how to drive a limo. It was raining the day of our wedding and the driver was not very accommodating in the rain. He was unable to park the car at our destination and kept going back and forth and back and forth, over and over again. The entire bridal party was nauseous at this point and screaming for him to stop the car but he kept going back and forth. The groom’s limo did not have the same problem at the same location. Since he could not manage to park the car on a curved driveway, the bride had to get out of the car in the pouring rain instead of under a covering. The driver did, however, help escort the bride under an umbrella. He also did not help the bridal party put their things in the trunk. We also couldn’t figure out the radio and he provided no help. Overall, the service was disappointing and not worth the price for the distance and time we had the vehicles. We only drove about 20 min total between three locations. The limo service was, in fact, the only disappointing aspect of our entire wedding day. Hopefully you will get a more experienced driver if you book with this company for your big day.

As the bride writes, on the day of the wedding there were two limos reserved. One limousine was outstanding. The bride mentions that there was concern with the second limo driver as he did not park as close to the door as she would have liked. We are happy to hear that the driver did use the umbrella.
In response to this, what isn't included in the above review is that we discussed the matter at length, looked into all facets of what was reported, took action, and even offered the bride a partial refund.
Our drivers are among the safest and most experienced in the industry. To drive for our company, staff undergoes a rigorous and selective hiring process and in-depth training. From time to time, there is human error. In this case, the driver could have parked closer to the door. We take responsibility where we err in these rare cases and do our best to remedy the matter promptly and amicably.

dip) while the passengers were off the bus.
In looking into the matter, this is what I learned. the bus was clean. The bus was on-time. The driver confirmed that (when they stopped at a destination mid-ride) there were many soda cans, some chips and an open, half-eaten dip container on the bus. As it is the responsibility of our staff to tidy up the bus while the passengers are off the vehicle, he straightened up the cabin. The driver threw away much garbage and discarded empty cans, used cups, dirty napkins and threw away the 1/4 full bag of chips and half-eaten dip (as the passengers were away for over an hour). He assumed that the dip would be spoiled or unwanted.
I did get back to the client (and did not initially hear back assumably as they were honeymooning) and offered the above information. The client continues to believe that the driver had no right to throw away their dip and chips. I even offered to compensate for the physical cost of the dip & chips but was told it was a matter of principle by the bride. I regret to hear that this matter has escalated to this level.

When the client initially contacted us, we advised that we would have to check (as the vehicle was in the yard) and get back to them. The client was not satisfied with this answer and threatened legal action over the missing umbrellas. As soon as the box of umbrellas was found, it was mailed to them.
Again, we maintain an extensive and organized lost & found system. Additionally, we are quite proud of our staff's level of honesty and proactive approach in returning missing items to guests (whether its a unity candle, a keepsake, or an envelope of money).
We had the party bus! It was SO MUCH FUN!
we had a wedding bus, it was awsome, was able to have everyone together with lots of room and the hostess was very nice and helpful
