HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this place for no one. My dress was the wrong size had to get it altered after I paid for a dress without a discount that was not given . The customer service was not good we were over looked during our fitting never had a personal attendant to our party to pick out dresses . Please don't waste your time here go somewhere that deserve your business !!

DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, GO TO NEW NATALIE'S!!! If you particularly enjoy RUDE, absolutely NASTY customer service from the owner (I'M TALKING ABOUT YOU, JEANNIE) and cockroaches (YES, LIVE GIANT 2-INCH COCKROACHES) in the fitting room, by all means, visit New Natalie's. Sure, the dresses are cheaper than what you would normally find elsewhere. But they've gotta do SOMETHING to keep customers coming in through the doors, right? The girl who helped me with my dresses was nice. However, she clamped on my dress in the back in such a way to hide a giant TEAR in the dress that I ended up purchasing. I didn't notice until I had taken it home that night and tried it on for my roommate! I tried going back literally less than 24 hours after I had purchased the dress. I was so turned off by the completely intentional deception of hiding the true quality of the dress, so I tried to see if I could exchange it for another dress or a headpiece/veil. However, as previous reviewers have mentioned, once you pay, Jeannie will treat you like dirt. She accused me first of ripping it myself (NOT TRUE) and then of having bought a new dress and thus wanting to return it (ALSO NOT TRUE)!! So because she was so NASTY to me, I just left. I didn't want to stay in the lair of the spawn of the underworld for a second longer. I did end up going to Bride Beautiful a few weeks later and found the dress that I LOVE love LOVE!! WORTH EVERY PENNY just to avoid any more interaction with New Natalie's. All in all, DO NOT come here unless you want to cry tears of sadness rather than of joy on the day you buy your wedding dress.

I called to inquire about a specific dress---the man who answered was by far the most off-putting person I have encountered thus far in my wedding dress shopping. He was rude, hurried, and was obviously exasperated that I called and wanted to get some more information. Our phone call lasted less than two minutes, but by the time he was asking for my information to call me back I knew I did not want to schedule an appointment at the store. I don't know what their dress selection is like, but I wouldn't go here unless you are willing to compromise on customer service. Life is too short to voluntarily deal with rude people.

If you're looking for the "Say Yes to The Dress" boutique, this isn't for you. I was determined to find my dress in one day which meant lots of Bridal Salons. I went to several boutiques that gave champagne and gifts for the brides and her guests prior to New Natalies. I had the typical Bridal Salon visit that every girl wants prior to going to New Natalie's- but had read that New Natalie's had a HUGE selection of wedding dresses so I decided to go there last. We walked in and the salon is less than impressive- lots of dresses in bags, no decorations, very little seating. We had made an appointment so our Sales lady greeted us shortly after we walked in. I showed her my Pinterest board and told her what I wanted- she picked a few for me and then my bridal party picked several as well. We ended up finding several of the dresses that I had pinned there at the store so that was a pleasant surprise. The dressing rooms are less than desirable and by no stretch of the imagination is the area for you to try on dresses/ for your guests to sit private. You have to share a stage with everyone who is there at the same time as you which can get a little awkward. All of this aside, I ended up finding my dress at New Natalie's and the price was cheaper than what we had been seeing in other stores/ online. My dress only took about 2 months to come in which was also a pleasant surprise. We ended up getting the Bridesmaids dresses at New Natalie's as well because of the wide selection and the cheaper prices. While trying on dresses, all of the girls were crammed into one dressing room and the whole experience was a bit of a cluster, but alas we found a dress that worked for everyone. I'd compare New Natalie's to going to a TJ Maxx (nothing wrong with that) in that you kind of have to dig through everything to find what you're looking through. If you can manage to do that, then you might be able to find a great deal!

The store had a ton of variety and the employees made it easy to find the perfect dress. I also got my dress as a trunk show item (making it cheaper). I'd say it was a great value!

I came to New Natalie’s on the recommendation of another friend who recently found her dress there. I had two wonderful women assist me with finding dresses in the store and trying them on. The ladies understood what I was looking for and helped me find dresses in the style that I was looking for. I was incredibly impressed by the SUPER reasonable prices and the lovely customer service. Even their alteration pricing is incredibly reasonable! My only complaints were that the lighting was poor throughout the entire store and they didn’t have a simple cathedral veil in stock to try on with my dress. The store owner was very helpful in providing wedding suggestions and during the payment process. They also have a great selection of bridesmaid dresses! I HIGHLY recommend coming to New Natalie’s to find your dress!

Store is in a weird location, hard to find. Minimal parking. It smells funny when you walk in. I was shopping for myself (Bride) and bridesmaid dresses. After trying several bridal shops and boutiques (David's Briday, Anya's, Lori's etc) I stopped in after work one day on a whim. I did not have an appointment and the consultant was very happy and friendly. They were not busy and they had time to accommodate me. Dresses are pretty affordable (majority of dresses I saw were in the 1000 dollar range). They work with your budget and have a pretty decent selection (about the same as a David's Bridal). I was able to put 1/2 down on the dress and pay the rest when i picked up the dress. My dress and my bridesmaid dresses were ordered at the same time and took 5 months to deliver to the store. We ordered in May, they delivered in October. Wedding is Halloween weekend. I was in a situation where one of my bridesmaids was only available every other weekend for fittings and to wait that close to the wedding to get alterations done was just too nerve wracking for me. I called almost every day with little to no updates.. I decided to have my dress and one of the bridesmaid's dresses altered with New Natalie's. The bridesmaid dress was affordable and was perfect. I feel, the price for the alterations on the wedding dress was a bit over priced and expensive. It cost 50% of what the dress cost to get it altered. Their alterations person does not steam press the dress or do anything to get the dress "wedding day ready". I had to take it elsewhere for that. The dress had wrinkles in it (taffeta material). The owner (Jeannie) was nice until i paid. After that, any experience with her was rude, and uncomfortable. The dress came in a ripped up clear plastic bag. I requested another bag and was told they did not have anymore. I would suggest going somewhere else. It may be pricier but you get what you pay for with this place. If you have to use this place I would say buffer your wedding date a little, and take the dress elsewhere for alterations. For the money, this place is worth considering. But it was a lot of extra work on the bride.

New Natalie's was a nice little shop and the service was much better than what I had received at other bridal shops. The dresses are reasonably priced.

New Natalie's has a great selection of dresses. You can find every style there. They were able to get my dress in plenty of time during my short engagement. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were great too!

This is in reference to: 6334 Warren Dr NW, Norcross, GA 30093 I had a hard time finding the right dress with the right color for my bridesmaids. I wanted gold color, it was not easy to find the dress with that color that looks good and doesn't cost a fortune. New Natalie luckily have that. Not top of the line store, but has what I need.

My experience at New Natalie's Bridals was wonderful. The associate assigned to me spent over 4 hours selecting dresses, getting me laced up, buttoning and cinching where needed. Her suggestions and encouraging words were a welcomed change from earlier experiences at David Bridal locations. The quality of dresses offered blew David's away. Their clear labeling process makes it easy to select dresses of all styles, no matter the bride's budget. Great store, great on-site selection, great experience!

In 2010 we went shopping at New Natalie’s for my sisters wedding dress & we had a great experience! Everybody at New Natalie’s Bridals was extremely nice and very helpful! The customer service was wonderful! The couple that owns New Natalie’s was very nice and easy to work with!! Our consultant was Piper and she was fabulous! She knew exactly what my sister was looking for and found her a beautiful dress. I recently get engaged and knew I wanted to go back to New Natalie’s. We visited the new location which is more spacious! There was about five other brides and everyone had their own space. No one had to fight for the mirror which was awesome. With the help of Piper and Hope, I was able to find so many beautiful dresses! These two ladies are AWESOME!!! They made the experience great by allowing me to try on as many dresses as I wanted, providing answers to questions I had, and finding the PERFECT dress I had described to them! Stephy is also GREAT!!! She helped up pick out Bridesmaid dresses! New Natalie’s quality of dresses is amazing & nothing like I have seen at other bridal stores! Not only is the quality great, but so are the prices! The selection and prices are Excellent at New Natalie’s! I actually priced my gown at another salon, and I saved a good bit of money here. They had a LARGE variety of different dresses, fabrics, prices & accessories. I would HIGHLY recommend someone going to New Natalie’s!! We have gone two times in the past three years and both times we were treated with Great Customer Service and found Beautiful Dresses!!!

I had visited 4 other bridal salons and even had a dress on lay away at Davids Bridal, but as soon as I walked into New Natalies I was floored. There were over a thousand dresses. Mermaid in one section, ball gown in another, a line in another, and ALL price ranges. My Dress was about $1200 but the gril trying on dresses next to me had on a $5,000 dress. I also loved that they had all different styles. Hope my consultant, was so helpful and helped me find a jacket to match perfectly with my dress. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a great experience going to New Natalie's to shop for my wedding dress. My co-worker recommended this location and I am so glad I took her up on it. Piper was my amazing consultant! She was very patient and kind and she took her time with assisting me as I tried on as many gowns as I liked. The owner was very nice to me as well. I would certainly recommend this location to any future bride. They have a large selection and great prices.

This shop was the worst fromteh moment I placed the order. I was from out of town and when my dress was two months late no one wanted to speak to me to explain the delay. There systems are old and everything is still done by paper. My dress was gorgeous and it was a good price but in the end I paid for it in headaches.

I had seen my dream dress in a magazine and couldn't believe it when I walked into a trunk show at New Natalie's and there it was! The staff was incredibly patient, worked with my local bridemaids, and the alterations lady they use is AMAZING. They have recently moved and so there were some communication breakdowns in between the old location and the new (the man we spoke with on the phone was a little unpleasant, the ladies are amazing!) but overall, great experience, great ladies!

This vendor moved a little while after I bought my dress so I can't speak for the new space, but in the old location there was more space than I expected and much more inventory than I expected as well. There were lots of sale selections and a full range of prices. The only downside was that the space for family to sit and for trying on the dresses in front of the mirrors was not very intimate, it could've been better. The service was very friendly, however, it seemed there were not enough employees to cover everyone to keep the visit timely.

The store had great bargain deals on designer dresses. Hope, my consultant, was amazing. She listened to everything I wanted. The only issue I had was getting the run around on when my dress would be in town.

I love New Natalie's. My sister had bought her grown here. I went in to buy mine. The dress shop has tons of dress in every size not just in 0-6 but higher. I love they everyone out on the floor even the other brides are giving their opinion on the dress.

When I first started looking for dresses I went to David's Bridal first DO NOT DO THIS!!! David's Bridal will make you feel like a huge fat hippo even if you are a size 0! When I went to New Natalie's they made me feel beautiful!! I tried on several dresses and when I found the one it was an amazing experience that I never thought I would have because of my experience at David's Bridal. New Natalie's has actually moved to Norcross so don't go to the Chattahoochee Avenue address!!

Don't be scared away by the massive racks and hustle and bustle of this shop. Nearly all of my friends married in Atlanta recommended this shop to me. I tried several boutiques and tried on countless samples, being a bigger girl, this was a most unpleasant experience. The best thing about this shop is that they carry so many dresses in a wide range of sizes. I firmly believe that you have to try on a dress in your size to know if it is your dress. The very first dress I tried on was the one! The service left something to be desired, but the price and the variety was tough to beat. The alterations lady was amazing, ask for Ruth she's great!

I went to New Natalie's in February 2012 with a wedding date of August 2013 , so I had plenty of time to have my dress ordered and shipped. Piper helped me find the most perfect dress she was so nice! I ordered my dress with an estimate arrival of July which wad fine. Months passed and my fiance decided to move the wedding up to January and it was October and my dress still wasn't here. I called the shop told them what the situation wad and they made sure I would have my dress on time. I got my dress in less than 2 weeks! The entire staff wad wonderful. I would go back again for my vow renewal anytime.

I was a little skeptical of New Natalie dress shop because of the outside appearance of the store. But once I walked inside, they had a very large selection of dresses for VERY affordable dresses. The only complaint was that it was hard to get in touch with them. They preferred e-mails, but then they wouldn't return them.Their seamstress, however, did a great job on my wedding dress.

This place is where you want to go to get a designer gown at an affordable price! My gown cost $3000 online and I found it at New Natalie's for $900. My bridal consultant was very nice. The wait to try on dresses is long, and the owner of the store is not very nice, but for the prices of the gowns, who cares? The store does not offer pressing or steaming for the gowns. Overall I was satisfied with this store.

If you're a bride with a little extra to love, New Natalie's has a great selection of gowns to try on in EVERY size. And they're not just the throw away gowns that the distributors are trying to get rid of. They're stylish and on-trend. They also have a variety of price points and great alterations staff. Love this store!

Carty (I hope I spelled it right) was an exceptional assistant/consultant and my alterations lady, Ruth was magnificent. She made my dress fit and look as if it was made perfectly for me. Wow!

I found the perfect wedding dress at New Natalies. My experience was good. I had someone to find me dresses and she paid attention to my emotions. At first I was feeling very disappointed because all the dresses I thought I liked did not look good on me. Then she said, stop, I think I have a dress you would like..and sure enough...I loved it. My dress was a hit and I owe it all to New Natalie's...

Just as I was about to tear my hair out over finding a dress in New Orleans, a recently married full-figured friend tipped me off to drive to Atlanta just to visit New Natalie's. I thought she was insane, but I was just desperate enough to do it, and boy I'm glad I did. The store isn't much to look at, but I was impressed by their large selection of plus-sized samples in all kinds of styles. I went first thing in the morning, and learned that the place does get crowded, but I received excellent service and a lot of attention because the store wasn't full. I was helped by a very nice older Caribbean lady, Carty, who was an expert and made me feel very comfortable. All the staff was friendly, including the owner. My entire shopping experience lasted an hour and a half - I found my dress -- Kenneth Winston for Private Label by G 3348 -- on the "Let's Make a Deal" rack at 75% off! I was able to buy a sample off the rack that was clean and ready to wear (I had one fitting) and I am still getting compliments on how gorgeous the dress was. A++!

Friendly service and open ears are priceless. After 3 dresses we found the one, not only is the sales team nice the seamstress as well.

I have never felt so unwelcome in my life. A 12 year old boy was working the front desk. Then the man (maybe owner) couldn't find my appointment and became very rude to me. Usher me to one corner and said to wait. I was only allowed to try on a few dresses at a time and then when I finished trying them on, i had to wait back in line to try on any more. They rushed me out 10 minutes before their closing time. I definitely do not recommend going here unless you simply want a cheap dress.

New Natalie's is a tad overwhelming with the sheer amount of dresses to look through, but once you find your groove, you'll be fine. Appointment is recommended as you will get your own consultant to help guide you through the options. The communication was a bit spotty when checking in on my dress, but the owners were dealing with an illness in the family and can't be blamed for that! They were really nice and helpful once everything was worked out. Great price range to choose from! My dress was absolutely lovely.

New Natalie's has an excellent variety of dresses in all sizes. Piper and Hope were incredibly helpful to my throughout the entire process. There was a little confusion with my veil order but the entire staff worked with me to make sure that my order was correct and ready in time for my wedding. Overall, I am happy to recommend the to others.

It's in an industrial part of town, but New Natalie's has amazing dresses, and Piper is wonderful to work with. I also coordinated alterations through them, and Ruth did a great job on my dress.

It's taken me a while to figure out exactly what I wanted to say and I've finally come up with it. Don't go to this place unless you are looking to buy something off the rack and get no attention or customer service what so ever. My Bridal Consultant Farisha was amazing. It's no wonder she quit and is doing her own thing now. I would have quit, too if I had to work there every day. First off, you walk in and the person at the front desk acts like they have better things to do than to greet the customer. The customer is the reason you are open...you greet them and make them feel welcome. Point blank! Finally, Farisha came to the rescue and we immediately started picking out dresses together. Now, I am a very short, very busty woman and it was overwhelming enough to have to look through all the dresses, but to look for a dress that everyone is going to be staring at you in...that was a nightmare in my own mind. Farisha made me feel so confident and all my worries went out the window the second we stepped into the dressing room. I tried on my first dress and out I went into what I like to call "The Cow Show". It literally looked like a State Fair. All these girls were walking one after the other to show their gowns off to not only their guests, but the whole freaking store. The guests and other audience members had to sit in the blazing hot room under too bright spotlights and on benches. Make your customer's guests feel comfortable. 9 times out of 10, one of those guests will be helping the bride buy the dress and if they are uncomfortable, it's over. I finally found THE DRESS and the designer was there. She made me feel great, too. It wasn't until we ordered the Bridesmaids dresses that things started to fall apart at the seams. Every girl was measured and every dress was extremely too tight. It was almost like they measured them 4 sizes too small. Every single one of my bridesmaids, including the very tiny ones, had to have their dresses taken out. Not to mention, the creepy husband of the owner offered to "measure" my underage sisters. You have to get almost completely naked to get measured. Not a funny joke. Well, after 6 months of them dodging phone calls and emails, the Bridesmaids dresses finally arrived. 2 MONTHS LATE! Of course we all know they were too small. Then it was time for my dress to arrive. I had just lost my job and was not hearing anything back from New Natalie's about my dress and finally it came in....1 MONTH LATE! The creepy husband of the owner asked me if I had "gotten over my problem". What...me getting fired? No...not over that. It's hard enough to lose your job while you're planning a financially draining wedding, but to have someone make fun of you for it is uncalled for. The last thing I'll share before my blood pressure goes through the roof is this: My bridesmaid Kelli had tried the sample dress on. It was a 14. The dress she ordered was a 14. I know sample dresses get stretched out and whatever, but Kelli's dress did not fit her AT ALL! It was so tight she was turning blue and we couldn't even zip it all the way. Kelli had lost 5 lbs since we initially went to try the dresses on. She called the store owner to see what she could do, and instead of the owner calling Kelli, she called me and told me "Maybe your friend Kelli needs to lose more weight!" UNCALLED FOR AND UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It's embarrassing to me to see women treated this way! Shame on them.

I went to New Natalie’s because I was looking for a deal. My consultant was great. She is the ONLY reason this place gets 2 stars for service and she deserves 5 starts. They emailed me with a delivery date of my dress, but accidentally sent me the delivery date of my bridesmaid’s dresses. Simple mistake. But, when I called and emailed them about it, they did not respond. They actually didn’t call me at all until my dress was actually in the store. Frustrating! My dress was awesome. I had it altered there as well. The first round of alterations were good and the seamstress was SUPER nice. However, she forgot to attach my belt and I had her take in the waist a little more. I went for my final fitting and to pick up my dress and it was great. And then it happened... on my wedding day, when we were taking pictures (we did all our pics before), I realized that she did not hem the underlining of my dress. The tulle and everything still had straight pins in it and they were falling out as I was walking and the length was causing me to trip. MAJOR BUMMER. Luckily, I brought a ton of safety pins and my mom and bridesmaids were able to hem it with safety pins. I will be taking my dress back there to get it hemmed or at least get my money back. (And, yes, I realize that I should've checked to make sure everything was right before I walked out with it.) Based on my experience with their staff (other than my consultant)and seamstress, I would not recommend New Natalie’s to a friend.

They had an excellent selection of dresses at the store and offer various trunk shows throughout the year so you can get a designer dress at a great price. My only problem is that they are not good about giving you accurate time frames for when things are gonna be ready. My dress was delivered 3 weeks after the time frame that they told me, and no one could give me any answers. I had the same issue with my bridesmaids dresses, and customer service was out of california. It was very stressful to deal with.

New Natalie’s has great variety of dresses and sizes. I went to several bridal boutiques and it was hard to get the true feel of the dress since the majority I tried on was too small. At New Natalie’s I did not have this problem, they had a variety of dresses and styles for me to try on that fit. This made the process easy. The staff was very friendly and patient. The process was also very reasonable. I was very happy to have been able to find my dress here.

This shop was very helpful, has a large selection, and great values!! I absolutely loved my dress and Piper was always there when I needed anything!

They ordered the wrong belts for my dress and then had to track down new ones 3 weeks before my wedding. They found some...but wrong size so I had to pay for alterations. No discount offered.

New Natalie's has a great selection of wedding gowns and bridesmaids dresses. No bells and whistles here but the prices are pretty good.

We ordered dresses from New Natalie's and the team would not answer any of my phone calls. This was pretty stressful. Very great selection of dresses and very good prices. A must see for trying to pick bridesmaid dresses.

New Natalie's was the second dress place I want to, and found MY dress!!! The people there were very helpful and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I found my dress here! They have high quality dresses for reasonable prices. They also have designer bridesmaid dresses. Their only flaw is their jewelry is a little flimsy. They also had poor communication slills whm it came to understanding when the bride wanted the veil. But overall it was a great experience.

There is a huge selection of great dresses at great prices. This place is certainly not a fancy boutique, but would you rather have a fancy store or lower prices? Store staff was really nice and helpful, as well.

OK, so I actually had 3 different gowns from 3 different shops and hands down, new natalies was the absolute best to work with Yolanda is one of the most patient and nicest people that I've ever met. My sister(MOH) and Mom live in another state so it was hard shopping for wedding gowns alone, just when I was feeling down and ready to throw in the towel, Yolanda stepped in and she was my right hand, I can't say enough about the amazing professionalism that she exhibited and the time taken to help me find what I was looking for. The gown was gorgeous, the shop could use a little spurcing up as the carpet looks quite dirty but the service was unbeatable.

New Natalie's gave me the best customer service a girl could have. I went without my mother and my associate stepped in and made me feel so special. Thank you New Natalie's!

Ms Karty was so great to work with. She was patient and honest and the owner made wonderful suggestions for bridemaids dresses even though I didn't purchase from them. Grade A service!!!

Lets start by saying that my dress came in wrong. Yes, I had the nightmare actually happen to me. But, Jeanie at New Natalie's took care of everything! When I was absolutely panicked, she had my dress company on the phone and had secured a new dress for me to be rushed. I had plenty of time for alterations and everything worked out perfectly! I enjoyed my shopping and customer service and we even found the perfect bridesmaid dress at a reasonable price.

I have to say I was very skeptical upon first walking in to New Natalie's but please don't judge this book by its cover. They have a ton of dresses to choose from IN THE STORE and in lots of sizes. I loved being able to try on my size and seeing what the dress would really look like on me. My only complaint would be to let us take pictures before buying a dress. I wanted to see what various dresses looked like in pictures and couldn't do that.

This store had an awesome selection of dresses over size 14. The were modern/contemporary and very flattering to a larger frame. The sales personnel didn't treat me any different for not being a size 2-10 bride.

The selection of wedding dresses and styles was great. My consultant was amazing and listened to what I wanted and was able to find the perfect dress.I also bought off the rack for a amazing discount.

My mother and I went to look at dresses on a whim one Sunday afternoon. We were greeted quickly and paired with a lovely sales consultant, Maria. She listened to what I wanted and even let me look around the store and pull what I had in mind. After trying on 3 dresses that were beautiful, but not "the one" she came back with a 4th one. I fought her tooth and nail about trying the dress on, but I am so glad that I did. It was "the one"!! I ordered it on the spot. My dress was $350 and everything I was looking for. The staff was helpful and friendly every time we went in, they never tried forcing me to purchase extra accessories and they even gave us a coupon to use on another dress for someone in my wedding party. I would recommend anyone to go there for wedding or formal attire.

New Natalie's was a great find. I live in Kentucky and went to ATL to find my dress. Istumbled upon a trunk show and my bridal consultant Hope helped in every way possible!
