New Seasons was perfect for my wedding! The staff was friendly and so helpful. The makeup/hair trial experience was so much fun getting to around before the big day. New Seasons has amazing staff that go above and beyond, they answered every little question and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. Couldn't be happier with their services. Shout out to Ashleigh! Not a lock of hair fell out of place the entire day.

I booked with NSSS for my bridal services about 6 months prior to my wedding. I had booked for my trial to happen on a day that I had a friends wedding so I could see if the hair and make up would last the entire day as I am a huge dancer! I'm so thankful I did, because neither my hair or make up lasted the drive home let alone our drive to our friends wedding. They took about 3 hours to do the trail which was way more than I knew I'd have day of and they felt completely out of their depth. I had wanted a bright look for make up, and the artist did really well but the materials used felt cheap. The hair artist redid my hair 3 times and none were like the picture I showed. I left feeling really discouraged. After looking at their website I learned I had been placed with 2 employees that were quite a bit newer to the company which I felt was disrespectful of someone planning the biggest day where loads of pictures will be taken. I will say the entire team was incredibly nice, and were understanding when I called to cancel. They worked with me to get some spa services done so I wouldn't completely lose the money with my deposit and those services did go well. I am appreciative of them working with me to end with a more positive experience.

New Seasons was the easiest and best decision I’ve made for my wedding day! They provide all the hair, makeup, & beauty needs for anyone’s big day. The team is professional, experienced, & very accommodating. New Seasons also has a private room they use for spa parties as well as weddings, which provided space for me & my party to hang out, relax, & wait in between our turns for services. They also provided refreshments, which was a nice touch! I highly recommend them for anyone planning group activities, needing a great wedding crew, or just wanting a relaxing day at the spa!

I’ve had several appointments with New Seasons Salon and the combination of the talent and kindness of the service providers makes this place stand out. The staff functions as a team and they streamline wedding services in a unique fashion. Our party was in and out of there in 2.5 hours. They have a private room where we got to relax during downtime. I highly recommend coming to New Seasons for all beauty needs. They actually listen.

Zoe Hall was our makeup artist for my bridal makeup, my 10 bridesmaids, and my mom. She and her assistant were prepared before the wedding day with a schedule and I was surprised how quickly it went. We ended up being way ahead of schedule. Not only was our makeup beautiful but it lasted all day. The lashes looked real and I could not feel them. My girls were so impressed and said they did not even have to reapply lipstick all evening. Zoe and her assistant listened to everyone’s individual requests and personalized their makeup to best fit their needs. You will not regret booking New Seasons Salon and Spa for your special day and make sure you have Zoe for your bridal makeup!

So, I have had several dealing with New Seasons Salon. All FABULOUS!! I was 1/2 MOH for my best friends wedding, and she booked us at New Seasons to have hair and make-up done. The staff was well coordinated. The entire party was streamlined in a friendly and orderly fashion. This was important as we only had 2 hrs to get bride, mom, and 3 bridesmaids through. Not only did they keep us on time, but we all looked amazing!!! I have naturally curly hair, and Heidi took great care of my hair and made me look beautiful. Brea did my makeup... which I HATE wearing, but she listened to me and kept it light weight, yet still look amazing. Now... I know I looked good, but MAN OH MAN, THE BRIDE. She was stunning and even took pictures at the salon. They had a room for us to get ready with a big beautiful mirror. Her pictures at the salon were stunning. I, also, used them for my own wedding. Ellen gave me the best massage ever to loosen me up for my big day. Again, she listened to me to ensure I had the best massage: not too heavy handed but not soft either. Wonderful and relaxing. Alisha was I charge of my wedding hair. Again, I have curly hair so it can be a beast at times to deal with. I wanted a slight side swoop with the rest of my hair down and curly. She was able to give me the most beautiful non frizzy curly hair do. She is just a delight to work with as well. A positive energy when nerves are running high. She kept me calm. Lol Lastly, I used New Seasons for my makeup to my cousins wedding. Brea, since she already had experience with me, remembered I hate makeup. Again, she kept the makeup light weight for me, yet I was still a knock out. Look... whether you are looking for a relaxing "treat yoself" day or using the salon for your most important day, New Seasons is a definite place to go. I highly recommend coming to New Seasons for all your beauty needs. Between all the ladies at New Seasons, they have kept my face looking young and smooth, hair shiny and soft AND my mind and body relaxed.

We used New Seasons Salon & Spa for our wedding day beauty needs as well as for a spa day beforehand. When I searched for wedding hair and makeup artists about 6 months before our wedding, we found that the majority of the more reputable artists were already booked. I came across New Seasons in my search online, and the reviews were mixed. We needed someone who could come to our venue the day of our wedding, but we only needed hair and makeup done for myself, as our bridesmaids were doing their own. This was limiting when looking for artists, as many had a required minimum amount to book. New Seasons did not, which I was grateful for, and which is why we ultimately booked with them. I ended up getting a hair and makeup trial done before my engagement photos, and we also booked a his and hers spa day the week of the wedding. The overall experience was definitely mixed. Bri, who did my hair and makeup, was very friendly and also accommodating with the hairstyle that I wanted done. She showed up on time on the wedding day and brought an assistant to help, which was great. They did a good job overall with the hair and makeup, but we were extremely short on time due to limited time allowed at the venue for setup leading up to the wedding, This did not seem to be taken much into account as the hair and makeup was getting done. The assistant applied the eyelashes, and she took them on and off four times before deciding they were okay. There also were a number of makeup items such as mascara that they did not bring with them, as they said other people in the salon either took all of them or took the "good" ones for larger weddings happening that day. Luckily I had some extra makeup with me, but this was definitely not something one would expect when paying for bridal makeup. When we visited the salon itself, it was outdated and showed some pretty major wear and tear. It does not feel new and modern, and it looked like different areas of the salon were a bit neglected (cracked glass in a door, stains in carpet, etc.). The salon offers a variety of services, which is nice, but it seems to come at the cost of the level of quality, with them spreading their services too thin rather than taking a more specialized approach. When we went to pay for our services there was a lot of confusion about the amount owed, and it didn't seem that the staff members were on the same page when assessing our account. The staff was friendly overall, hence the three stars, but the salon could definitely use some upgrades and a little more professionalism in the delivery of their services.

This team prepared to do the hair and makeup of 13 people and did it flawlessly. They showed up on time, with so much gear and tools to make this process go smoothly. I requested that we were done at a certain time and we were done earlier than that! They were so nice and pleasant to work with during this entire process. I highly recommend booking this team for any event.

I loved my wedding hair & make up & so did all of my bridesmaids. They got us in & out in a timely matter & it was overall a great experience & we loved all the girls. 10/10!

After a last minute cancellation with a different hair and makeup arrangement, New Seasons Spa saved the day! With just 5 days until the wedding, they rearranged a space for us and called in extra help so that the Bride, Bridesmaids, MOB & MOG looked beautiful for the special day. I cannot thank New Seasons Spa and Salon enough for saving me the week before my wedding. After my previous hair and makeup people ghosted me, New Seasons came in clutch moving things around to fit me and four other people in my wedding party in for hair and makeup. They were so professional, friendly, efficient, and amazing at what they do. My bridal hair and makeup was stunning and stayed all night long! I was unable to trial with them due to the last minute incident, but I fully trusted them and was so happy how everything turned out. I cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend!

Obviously, every bride wants perfect hair and makeup, but doesn’t want to spend a fortune. This salon has the whole package! I did my trial about 2 weeks prior with Brianna (which I highly recommend to everyone!). We were able to talk about things I liked and things we would change day of. They traveled to my hotel in St.Louis. I had two bridesmaids and two moms to have hair and makeup done. Everyone loved what they did! They even finished a little before schedule which was super awesome! I actually got to relax for a minute lol. And I LOVED my hair and makeup! My hair stayed up the entire evening and my airbrush makeup looked great until the end! Everything was just perfect!

I have chosen New Seasons Spa & Salon for my wedding services. They have been absolutely wonderful with my MANY changes & answering my communications and back and forth with quoting very fast! I have gone in and had my first color process with Wedding Specialist Brianna and she is AMAZING! My color and cut are exactly what I wanted and she is so knowledgeable and thorough in helping plan for the style & makeup for the big day. If you haven't used them before please give them a try. The location is in a strip mall and doesn't look like much on the outside, but the inside is so amazing and clean. I'm so happy to have them handling my wedding!

I was one of the bridesmaids for a stylist who works here. Her wedding was June 2021. We had such a fun time! Everyone was so excited for her and all the stylists made it very special. We did our hair first thing and it went so fast! We were all ahead of schedule so we ended up having time to hangout and get to know her coworkers. Thank you guys so much for making it fun for the whole party! We could tell how much Bri appreciated it, I’ll definitely be coming here for my wedding!

I had such a great experience with my bridal party in preparation for my wedding this weekend. We had a nail party and were able use the complimentary room they have which was great! very spacious and great place for everyone to hangout throughout our day there. I was also able to get my trial for hair and makeup with Bri, I can't say enough good things about her. it was obvious she has tons of experience with brides and put all of the concerns I had about my look at ease. I feel WAY less stressed going into my wedding this weekend knowing I'm in good hands.

New Seasons made my daughter into a beautiful bride her hair with extensions and flawless airbrush makeup done by Brianna! It was a relaxing day and everything went perfectly on time. The best part that made New Seasons unique was the bridal suite she got ready in! She was able to hang up her dress in a beautiful in a gorgeous armoire which was great for the photographer and videographer. 100% recommend them for your wedding!!

Jayna and John were absolutely amazing for our bridal party! I had eight bridesmaids and needed a lot of flexibility given their ranges of needs and the salon was wonderful and accommodating throughout the whole morning. Everyone looked absolutely incredible. Highly recommend!

Working with New Seasons for my wedding was truly amazing. John and Jayna were so incredibly helpful with planning the beauty details for our wedding. Not only were they incredibly accommodating on the day of the wedding, but also for every appointment we made before the big day. The bridal party and mothers spent the day before the wedding at the salon getting our nails done, and the entire staff was simply astonishing! We felt so at home. Everyone there is so talented and friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel like a princess. We had them do our hair, makeup, and nails, and every detail was perfect. I also had my eyelashes done, and they turned out so gorgeous! I would highly recommend this salon as they are professional, welcoming, and proficient in every service they provide! I will definitely continue to use them even after my wedding!

Wow, I cannot say enough AMAZING things about New Seasons Salon & Spa! They were perfect for my wedding day! I started working with Alisha about 6-8 months prior to my wedding. I wanted to grow my hair out to be healthy and strong. I worked with Jayna and John on scheduling all the details for my big day! There were 18 of us so it was a large group to do hair and makeup! Every time there was a change in plans, John and Jayna were right there to help figure out the next step, and let me tell you, there were quite a few changes! The wedding date changed due to COVID-19, the bridesmaids changed on who was getting what services, and we even had a last minute addition of a bridesmaid that they were able to add in for hair and makeup. My point is, they were very flexible! Then, my big day finally came, and it went perfectly! From the moment I got there, everything was truly like a fairytale. There is a bridal suite that my friends and I could hang out in between our services. We had a mimosa bar, breakfast, and lunch. It was amazing to have my friends and family there with my on the morning of the biggest day of my life. The scheduling went very smooth! I had no worries in the world because they took care of all the details. I had Alisha for my hair (so amazing) and Farrah for my makeup. I also chose to get lash extensions from Shea. These were something I’ve never done before but will definitely be doing again in the future. I love how they looked so beautiful and natural! I would highly recommend for any bride to get them! Plus they last through the honeymoon! A I got manicures and pedicures about 6 weeks prior to the wedding to help me stop biting my nails and my nails looked beautiful on my wedding day. I also enjoyed a nail party with my aunts a couple days before the wedding. A quick story to show how much they really care to make your day perfect, on my wedding day, I decided I wanted to purchase a tube of lipgloss that I was wearing so that I could reapply during the day. They didn’t have any extra tubes to sell so the owner, John, actually ran to the beauty supply store to purchase the exact shade that I wanted. It was so above and beyond what I expected. I couldn’t believe how thoughtful that was!!! All together, it was an amazing day and I really love this Salon. 100% recommend them for your wedding day!

The New Seasons team was incredible to work with! They were extremely good with communicating back and forth and were very agreeable when changes were made even the day of. The bridal suite was a great room to hang out in while everyone was getting ready. All of the bridesmaids, mothers and myself LOVED our hair and make-up. They got everyone out ahead of schedule and were very energetic on the wedding day. I will recommend New Seasons to all of my friends on their wedding day. They helped ease a lot of stress on the day.

I can’t say enough good things about New Seasons Spa! I had my hair, makeup, and nails done by them, and everything was perfect. Jayna, the owner, met with me and was very considerate about my needs. I had them travel to my hotel room instead of using their onsite services (JeRae did my beautiful nails beforehand). Shannon did my hair trials, and my hair and my bridesmaids’ hair. I cannot express how good all of our hair looked. My makeup (airbrush) was wonderful. My makeup artist was a last minute replacement, and she did my makeup and also my bridesmaids’ makeup. My makeup plan kind of went out the window, but she quickly figured out what I wanted and everything went off without a hitch. I was gorgeous, and so were my bridesmaids. On my wedding day, my original makeup artist wasn’t able to make it, but the owners at New Seasons had a backup plan in place. I really commend their professionalism and forethought. Despite their morning being stressful, they made sure mine was stress free. I highly recommend them.

New Seasons Salon was amazing! My bridal party and I had our hair and make up done done there and everyone looked amazing. Their bridal suite room is great, too. They had us out on time too, which was a big plus. Shannon and Shay did my (the bride's) hair and make up and they did a fantastic job! Shannon even stepped up to take photos of my mom putting my veil in my hair.

The stylists and makeup artists did great with me and my bridesmaids, moms, and flower girls on my wedding day! Shannon was my stylist and did the best with my hair and making adjustments until it was just right! I will be using her in the future for sure!

Everyone at New Seasons is amazing!! I don’t usually wear a lot of makeup or do much with my hair so I was worried about looking too overdone for my big day and the staff exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the beginning, Jayna and John were amazing and super helpful with their quick answers and awesome solutions for everything. And on the morning of my wedding, me and my bridesmaids had so much fun with the girls there that it made my whole day so much easier. I would recommend New Seasons to any bride! Easily the best decision I could have made!!

The New Seasons team was simply an amazing choice for my wedding day and pre-wedding beauty needs. They accommodated last-minute changes, dealt with a large bridal party, and we had a lot of fun! Shannon did my hair and Lejla did my makeup and I received compliments all night on how "me" my look was - they take the time to listen to their clients and get a feel for who they are before jumping in to a certain look and I really appreciated that. Jayna was responsive and amazing in helping set up all of my appointments. I live out of town but came in five to six times for trials, facials, nails, etc and she made everything as convenient and easy for me as possible. JeRae did my nails and she was also a true professional! Shay did all my waxing services and my facial, Abby did my spray tan and even took time out of her schedule the day of my wedding to make a couple of adjustments, and Jayna did my massage - all of which were amazing experiences. New Seasons was amazing. They took excellent care of everyone in our group, including my twelve year old niece who hadn’t had her hair done for an event before. They worked with each of my bridesmaids to create the perfect updo for them. And everything turned out great! The ladies working seemed to have just as much fun as we did. They worked with us to make sure we were ready to go in plenty of time to make it to the venue...they even started a little earlier than normal for us!

My bridesmaids setup a spa day here as part of my bachelorette party a few weeks before the big day. We each booked different services from their offerings, which is pretty extensive. I had a seaweed wrap, massage, and hairstyle done. It was such a relaxing and refreshing way to kick off the weekend of fun and look great for our night out. Prior to the wedding day I had a trial setup with my stylist/makeup artist. I showed her photos of what I wanted for my hair and she did 3 variations on it during my time there, which was really nice to see her ideas on what I wanted. I picked one with some changes that we would do on the day-of and it turned out great! She even made it so my veil could easily be removed but I ended up leaving it in all night. The bridal suite was so nice to use too. We were able to have all of our things in one place, bring some much needed wedding snacks, and have a space for my bridesmaids to get dressed prior to the ceremony. The staff was all extremely friendly and attentive and the owners who I emailed with to setup up day-of services and even make some last minute changes to the spa party, were always very prompt in responding. Thank you New Seasons for helping make my day come to life!

very nice staff. They made me feel at home while doing my hair and makeup for my wedding. I have had several services done here and probably will not go to another salon because of the great experience. Prices are comparable to other hair and makeup places. I tried to get my hair and makeup done at a cheaper price by going to Sephora and Great Clips for my engagement photos to try to see if it would work for my wedding day. This was the biggest mistake I ever made. Thank God it was not my wedding day, my face looked flushed out and hair was falling horribly during the photo session. I realized it was better to pay a little extra to get a better experience. At New Seasons, they knew that I did really use a lot of makeup and made my hair and makeup look so amazing for my wedding day and I felt like myself. I am so happy I went with them and they even had a place for me to get ready the day of which was a must for me. They did the hair and makeup for my wedding party and everyone looked amazing. I could have not been happier with the hair and makeup. I also have very thick and damaged hair and Emily was great to make sure my hair looked amazing. Great experience :)

New seasons is awesome! Very friendly and fun! They have a private room with a HUGE mirror wardrobe to put your wedding dress in. They've got a group of very talented stylists and makeup artists! Also a great spot to relax and get a facial and massage beforehand!

With her knowledge of skin care and products, she keeps my problem skin in top shape. I cannot say enough good things about New Seasons Spa & Salon. When I finish my service, I walk out of there simply glowing. You won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience with New Seasons for my wedding hair and makeup! Jayna and John were so on top of everything and helped me decide what I needed. They listened to what I wanted and my hair and make up was gorgeous!! Also, the bridal suite was phenomenal. Such a beautiful space! I was so grateful to have a nice space to get ready since we did not have a space with our venue.

I'm a regular pedicure client and I wanted to take my daughter for a mani-pedi for her 7th birthday. JeRae turned the experience into a princess party for my daughter and niece. The party was complete with a princess tiara, wand, boa, and balloon for my daughter, plus sparkling apple cider, cupcakes, cookies, rings, and gift bags for both girls. They had a blast! The staff were fun and patient with the girls. My daughter said it was the best present ever and wants a repeat next year. :)

My experience this past weekend at New Seasons was wonderful! I had a larger bridal party (8 bridesmaids) and the salon handled the the planning and coordination of getting all of us through hair and makeup in 2 hours seamlessly. We went to the salon and took advantage of their adorable bridal suite. We were able to bring in mimosas and light snacks. Having so many stylists dedicated just to my bridal party was wonderful. This is the first wedding I've been a part of that EVERYONE left loving their hair and makeup!!! Like - really, that never happens!! Everyone at the salon was great... especially Melissa W. She did my hair and makeup on both my trial run and the big day. I showed her a picture of what I was thinking for my hair and she totally knocked it out of the park! I was less specific about what i wanted when it came to makeup. During my trial, she started with a natural look and then we added more where I wanted (more eyeliner, more contouring, etc.) we even tried 4 different lip colors before we arrived at the perfect shade. She really wanted me to love the final look and I beyond appreciate her taking the extra time to make she it was perfect. I truly felt so beautiful on my wedding day; huge thanks to Melissa for being a huge factor in that!!!

I had a phenomenal experience at New Seasons. I typically wear pretty minimal makeup and don’t do much to style my hair, so I was really nervous about how to make sure I looked “bridal” on my big day. The team at New Seasons eased all of my nerves. They worked with me to somehow identify the exact look I was hoping for even though I had trouble expressing it. I went in for trial hair and makeup a week or two before my wedding, which I would definitely recommend doing, as it gave me the chance to see what I liked and didn’t like. Everyone was very open to that feedback (solicited it, even) and made sure I looked exactly as I had envisioned I would on my big day. On the day itself, my bridal party (5) and I all had our hair and makeup done together at New Seasons. It was fun to get away from all the chaos going on at the hotel and venue and just focus on being together at the salon. New Seasons provided us our own hang out room where we could wait between services, which made the whole experience even more festive. I truly cannot recommend New Seasons highly enough!

My bridal party and I absolutely LOVED our experience with New Seasons Spa and Salon! They catered to all of our needs and even opened on a Sunday for us! We were all very happy with our services and highly recommend New Seasons! I will be coming back for all of my hair, make up and nail appointments in the future!
