Before the wedding, my bridesmaids and I enjoyed a luxurious spa day, complete with manicures, pedicures, facials, and our own private space to unwind and sip wine. It was the perfect pre-wedding treat!

nd make up would last the entire day as I am a huge dancer! I'm so thankful I did, because neither my hair or make up lasted the drive home let alone our drive to our friends wedding. They took about 3 hours to do the trail which was way more than I knew I'd have day of and they felt completely out of their depth. I had wanted a bright look for make up, and the artist did really well but the materials used felt cheap. The hair artist redid my hair 3 times and none were like the picture I showed. I left feeling really discouraged. After looking at their website I learned I had been placed with 2 employees that were quite a bit newer to the company which I felt was disrespectful of someone planning the biggest day where loads of pictures will be taken. I will say the entire team was incredibly nice, and were understanding when I called to cancel. They worked with me to get some spa services done so I wouldn't completely lose the money with my deposit and those services did go well. I am appreciative of them working with me to end with a more positive experience.

ow quickly it went. We ended up being way ahead of schedule. Not only was our makeup beautiful but it lasted all day. The lashes looked real and I could not feel them. My girls were so impressed and said they did not even have to reapply lipstick all evening. Zoe and her assistant listened to everyone’s individual requests and personalized their makeup to best fit their needs. You will not regret booking New Seasons Salon and Spa for your special day and make sure you have Zoe for your bridal makeup!

staff was well coordinated. The entire party was streamlined in a friendly and orderly fashion. This was important as we only had 2 hrs to get bride, mom, and 3 bridesmaids through. Not only did they keep us on time, but we all looked amazing!!! I have naturally curly hair, and Heidi took great care of my hair and made me look beautiful. Brea did my makeup... which I HATE wearing, but she listened to me and kept it light weight, yet still look amazing. Now... I know I looked good, but MAN OH MAN, THE BRIDE. She was stunning and even took pictures at the salon. They had a room for us to get ready with a big beautiful mirror. Her pictures at the salon were stunning. I, also, used them for my own wedding. Ellen gave me the best massage ever to loosen me up for my big day. Again, she listened to me to ensure I had the best massage: not too heavy handed but not soft either. Wonderful and relaxing. Alisha was I charge of my wedding hair. Again, I have curly hair so it can be a beast at times to deal with. I wanted a slight side swoop with the rest of my hair down and curly. She was able to give me the most beautiful non frizzy curly hair do. She is just a delight to work with as well. A positive energy when nerves are running high. She kept me calm. Lol Lastly, I used New Seasons for my makeup to my cousins wedding. Brea, since she already had experience with me, remembered I hate makeup. Again, she kept the makeup light weight for me, yet I was still a knock out. Look... whether you are looking for a relaxing "treat yoself" day or using the salon for your most important day, New Seasons is a definite place to go. I highly recommend coming to New Seasons for all your beauty needs. Between all the ladies at New Seasons, they have kept my face looking young and smooth, hair shiny and soft AND my mind and body relaxed.

wedding, we found that the majority of the more reputable artists were already booked. I came across New Seasons in my search online, and the reviews were mixed. We needed someone who could come to our venue the day of our wedding, but we only needed hair and makeup done for myself, as our bridesmaids were doing their own. This was limiting when looking for artists, as many had a required minimum amount to book. New Seasons did not, which I was grateful for, and which is why we ultimately booked with them. I ended up getting a hair and makeup trial done before my engagement photos, and we also booked a his and hers spa day the week of the wedding. The overall experience was definitely mixed. Bri, who did my hair and makeup, was very friendly and also accommodating with the hairstyle that I wanted done. She showed up on time on the wedding day and brought an assistant to help, which was great. They did a good job overall with the hair and makeup, but we were extremely short on time due to limited time allowed at the venue for setup leading up to the wedding, This did not seem to be taken much into account as the hair and makeup was getting done. The assistant applied the eyelashes, and she took them on and off four times before deciding they were okay. There also were a number of makeup items such as mascara that they did not bring with them, as they said other people in the salon either took all of them or took the "good" ones for larger weddings happening that day. Luckily I had some extra makeup with me, but this was definitely not something one would expect when paying for bridal makeup. When we visited the salon itself, it was outdated and showed some pretty major wear and tear. It does not feel new and modern, and it looked like different areas of the salon were a bit neglected (cracked glass in a door, stains in carpet, etc.). The salon offers a variety of services, which is nice, but it seems to come at the cost of the level of quality, with them spreading their services too thin rather than taking a more specialized approach. When we went to pay for our services there was a lot of confusion about the amount owed, and it didn't seem that the staff members were on the same page when assessing our account. The staff was friendly overall, hence the three stars, but the salon could definitely use some upgrades and a little more professionalism in the delivery of their services.

I had two bridesmaids and two moms to have hair and makeup done. Everyone loved what they did! They even finished a little before schedule which was super awesome! I actually got to relax for a minute lol. And I LOVED my hair and makeup! My hair stayed up the entire evening and my airbrush makeup looked great until the end! Everything was just perfect!

g very fast! I have gone in and had my first color process with Wedding Specialist Brianna and she is AMAZING! My color and cut are exactly what I wanted and she is so knowledgeable and thorough in helping plan for the style & makeup for the big day. If you haven't used them before please give them a try. The location is in a strip mall and doesn't look like much on the outside, but the inside is so amazing and clean. I'm so happy to have them handling my wedding!

The bridal party and mothers spent the day before the wedding at the salon getting our nails done, and the entire staff was simply astonishing! We felt so at home. Everyone there is so talented and friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel like a princess. We had them do our hair, makeup, and nails, and every detail was perfect. I also had my eyelashes done, and they turned out so gorgeous! I would highly recommend this salon as they are professional, welcoming, and proficient in every service they provide! I will definitely continue to use them even after my wedding!

anted to grow my hair out to be healthy and strong. I worked with Jayna and John on scheduling all the details for my big day! There were 18 of us so it was a large group to do hair and makeup! Every time there was a change in plans, John and Jayna were right there to help figure out the next step, and let me tell you, there were quite a few changes! The wedding date changed due to COVID-19, the bridesmaids changed on who was getting what services, and we even had a last minute addition of a bridesmaid that they were able to add in for hair and makeup. My point is, they were very flexible! Then, my big day finally came, and it went perfectly! From the moment I got there, everything was truly like a fairytale. There is a bridal suite that my friends and I could hang out in between our services. We had a mimosa bar, breakfast, and lunch. It was amazing to have my friends and family there with my on the morning of the biggest day of my life. The scheduling went very smooth! I had no worries in the world because they took care of all the details. I had Alisha for my hair (so amazing) and Farrah for my makeup. I also chose to get lash extensions from Shea. These were something I’ve never done before but will definitely be doing again in the future. I love how they looked so beautiful and natural! I would highly recommend for any bride to get them! Plus they last through the honeymoon! A I got manicures and pedicures about 6 weeks prior to the wedding to help me stop biting my nails and my nails looked beautiful on my wedding day. I also enjoyed a nail party with my aunts a couple days before the wedding. A quick story to show how much they really care to make your day perfect, on my wedding day, I decided I wanted to purchase a tube of lipgloss that I was wearing so that I could reapply during the day. They didn’t have any extra tubes to sell so the owner, John, actually ran to the beauty supply store to purchase the exact shade that I wanted. It was so above and beyond what I expected. I couldn’t believe how thoughtful that was!!! All together, it was an amazing day and I really love this Salon. 100% recommend them for your wedding day!

Shannon did my hair trials, and my hair and my bridesmaids’ hair. I cannot express how good all of our hair looked. My makeup (airbrush) was wonderful. My makeup artist was a last minute replacement, and she did my makeup and also my bridesmaids’ makeup. My makeup plan kind of went out the window, but she quickly figured out what I wanted and everything went off without a hitch. I was gorgeous, and so were my bridesmaids. On my wedding day, my original makeup artist wasn’t able to make it, but the owners at New Seasons had a backup plan in place. I really commend their professionalism and forethought. Despite their morning being stressful, they made sure mine was stress free. I highly recommend them.

Shannon did my hair and Lejla did my makeup and I received compliments all night on how "me" my look was - they take the time to listen to their clients and get a feel for who they are before jumping in to a certain look and I really appreciated that. Jayna was responsive and amazing in helping set up all of my appointments. I live out of town but came in five to six times for trials, facials, nails, etc and she made everything as convenient and easy for me as possible. JeRae did my nails and she was also a true professional! Shay did all my waxing services and my facial, Abby did my spray tan and even took time out of her schedule the day of my wedding to make a couple of adjustments, and Jayna did my massage - all of which were amazing experiences. I would recommend this salon to any bride - they treated me so well and even helped calm my nerves on the wedding day with their fun personalities. Thanks so much, New Seasons!

ve. I had a seaweed wrap, massage, and hairstyle done. It was such a relaxing and refreshing way to kick off the weekend of fun and look great for our night out. Prior to the wedding day I had a trial setup with my stylist/makeup artist. I showed her photos of what I wanted for my hair and she did 3 variations on it during my time there, which was really nice to see her ideas on what I wanted. I picked one with some changes that we would do on the day-of and it turned out great! She even made it so my veil could easily be removed but I ended up leaving it in all night. The bridal suite was so nice to use too. We were able to have all of our things in one place, bring some much needed wedding snacks, and have a space for my bridesmaids to get dressed prior to the ceremony. The staff was all extremely friendly and attentive and the owners who I emailed with to setup up day-of services and even make some last minute changes to the spa party, were always very prompt in responding. Thank you New Seasons for helping make my day come to life!
