Included would be the facility fee, food, alcohol (if applicable), rentals (linens, plates, silverware, etc.), labor, decorations (table & buffet), DJ service (if applicable), security, taxes, & gratuity. The lower end of this range is going to be for a 2 - 2.5 hour afternoon reception with light hors d'oeuvres, no bar, and no DJ. The higher end would be for a 4 hour evening reception with heavier hors d'oeuvres, some type of hosted bar (either beer, wine, & soft drink bar or a full open bar), and a DJ service/Entertainment."
