Being lucky enough to have Nicole help us with our wedding was hands down the best decision we made. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, organized and helpful. She gave incredible recommendations for vendors while taking our personal preferences into account and made the communication with everyone a breeze. She kept us on task with figuring little details that we didn't even realize we would need plan for and really just made the overall planning experience as stress-free as I think is humanly possible. On the day of, everything was handled flawlessly. We didn't even have to think about what was going on the behind the scenes because she had it so dialed in. And the day was perfect. We didn't give ourselves much time to plan our wedding (5 months) and Nicole is the single reason we could 1) pull it off and 2) have it be such an incredible day. And she was just a ton of fun to work with too. She is a dream wedding planner. Would so so so highly recommended. We cannot thank her enough.

We decided on Nicole within minutes of being on the phone with her. I could tell right away on that phone call that she knew her stuff. She had ideas I had never thought of and had the type of attitude that you could tell got things done. I knew she was someone I wanted to make sure our wedding day ran smoothly. And it ran perfectly. She was incredibly on top of it and created our day of schedule down the minute. She was professional, so nice and charming and a total powerhouse. My entire family was so impressed by her. If anything went wrong on my wedding day I didn’t know about it and that was 100% down to her hard work. If I had to rank my vendors she would be at the top.

Nicole was the absolute best wedding coordinator I could have ever asked for. She was so involved, on top of everything, sent me reminders on what I needed to do, gave her recommendations/honest opinions when I needed them and made our wedding day go SO smoothly. She reached out to all of our vendors to ensure everything was scheduled appropriately for the big day. We had an out of town wedding and she offered to have any of our wedding decorations sent to her home to make it easier on us. One of our groomsmen had an issue with his suite being delivered to his home on time so she offered to have it delivered to her home and she brought it to the wedding rehearsal. Our wedding day went so perfectly and it was 100% because of Nicole. She was running around handling everything with the venue the day of and if there were any issues, I never heard about them! If you’re looking for someone dedicated, professional, friendly and knowledgeable then she is your girl! Highly highly recommended if you’re in need of a wedding coordinator.

My wife and I were SO grateful to have found Nicole. We found Nicole based on a recommended list of vendors provided by our venue (Ecotrust). Finding Nicole ensued a stress-free month leading up to our wedding and an even smoother day on our wedding day! Nicole paid close attention to every detail and communicated clearly and regularly with us throughout the planning process. She reiterated that she would be available when we needed her and followed through flawlessly. During the planning process, Nicole reached out to all of our vendors to make sure we on-track in regard to payment, schedule, coordination, etc. This enabled my wife and I to worry less about timeline components as we got closer to our wedding day. I cannot stress enough just how much we appreciate Nicole and her attention to detail! She has a keen eye for decorating, planning, and hospitality. Throughout the evening of our wedding, she did multiple check-ins with my wife and I and made sure we always had our needs met. Not only did she make us feel comfortable, but validated in our thoughts and feelings surrounding our vision of our wedding day. Thank you, Nicole, for helping make our wedding day extra memorable. Nicole is the BEST! We used her Month of Management service and we could not be happier with our decision. She was always so quick to respond and was so patient and helpful whenever I had changes, questions, or problems. Once the wedding came, she made everything run seamlessly. The rehearsal was quick and organized due to her leadership and the day of our wedding went EXACTLY to plan because of her help coordinating of vendors, guests, our family, and us. She was even able to squeeze a surprise dance into our tight timeline when my mom asked her about it on the day of our wedding. My family and friends were also so impressed with Nicole and how easy she made everything for us on the day of. We cannot recommend Nicole enough!

Working with Nicole was a game changer for our wedding. We didn't want to overwhelm our friends and family with all of the day-of management and I am so glad we found Nicole as a recommendation through our venue, McMenamin's Kennedy School in Portland. We were very impressed by her previous experience as an event and wedding coordinator in L.A. and her expertise thruly shined through. I adore Nicole. We hired Nicole as our month of wedding coordinator and she made wedding planning a breeze. She worked really well with our vendors and was on top of everything. She even talked to my officiant over the phone leading up to the wedding because it was his first time officiating a wedding. She went above and beyond her role. I cannot recommend her enough!

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Nicole! Having been to a few weddings recently, I strongly recommend Nicole. We hired her as our day of coordinator through our venue, and it was by chance that we got to work together. She made our day so smooth and we had nothing to worry about. She even sewed my bridesmaids' dresses back together and helped the girls keep our cool. Our planning meetings were really productive and she was on top of everything and asked us about every little detail that we had no idea we needed to think about. I trusted Nicole from the get go because she came highly recommended by a personal friend and she didn't disappoint! I didn't have to lift a finger on the wedding day and she ran the event just like the experienced pro she is. I don't know how she does this, but she's onto every minute detail as she coordinates tricky timings and vendors. She's highly responsible and reliable and I definitely recommend her services.

I hired Nicole with her partial planning package a year before the wedding date and she was amazing. From the get-go she got me in touch with amazing vendors so I was able to secure my top picks for every category. Her recommendations and advice were so valuable and made the entire process so easy. She was also a great line of support with questions I had and ideas that I shared with her. She was always very straightforward with me about how to make the most of the day. It was also so wonderful having her at vendor meetings with us. She really stood up for us to make sure we wouldn’t be overcharged or taken advantage of. I am so incredibly grateful. I definitely want to plan a vow renewal so that I can work with her again!.

We interviewed a lot of planners in the PNW area and had very high expectations because this was a destination wedding for us and our venue had very nuanced considerations for vendors and guests—once we met Nicole, she was the obvious choice and one of the best decisions we made during the whole process. During the nearly year of planning, she was flexible, creative, supportive, and thorough. On the day of, she managed to choreograph vendors and guests alike and probably juggled random hiccups about which we aren’t even aware. Even after the wedding, she was an advocate for us in tying up loose ends with vendors and followed through with every last detail.

I can’t properly express in a short review how incredible Nicole Issler is as a wedding coordinator. I was sure we didn’t need to spend the money on a coordinator, yet the venue required us to have one. This turns out to be the most valuable service ever because of Nicole. We went with her “month of” package and realize that our daughter’s wedding would have been 100 times more stressful if we did not have Nicole. She took control of all vendor communication and coordination, she created a very detail day of timeline which included consideration for things we would not have known. Excellent communication, 2 great vendor referrals and unbelievable effort on the wedding day! Nicole did everything and she was so fast, efficient, involved, attentive, thorough, polite, competent and the list continues. Our month’s of planning was executed perfectly by Nicole which allowed the entire wedding party, both families, and all guests to focus on one thing, enjoying the entire day. Nicole is exceptional and I will refer her to everyone I know. Thank you Nicole for making our daughter’s wedding perfect!

We hired Nicole as our Day of Coordinator for our wedding this past August. From the get go Nicole was very responsive and easy to communicate and work with. She did an amazing job coordinating with all the vendors the month prior which was such a relief. On the day of Nicole was confident, executing all the small details and ensuring everything went smoothly, and when I unfortunately got stung by a bee she was immediately there with topical Benadryl and zyrtec. She also went above and beyond to pack up to go food from our buffet for us to have later which was so sweet. Nicole exceeded all of my expectations and I am so glad we had her help on our big day.

Nicole and I have worked together on several weddings over the last few years. She is one of my favorite vendors to work - with not only because she has a great personality, but because she's ON IT! I can count on her to remember all the details and she helps make my job easier too. Her background and experience sets her heads and tails above the rest for event planning and coordination, along with her strong work ethic. Any couple would be lucky to have Nicole plan/coordinate their wedding and know it will be pulled off seamlessly.

Nicole played a huge part in making our wedding a success! During the planning portion, she provided a list of recommended vendors which was so helpful when we were just getting started, and was happy to answer any questions no matter how small. Leading up to the wedding, she did a fantastic job of making sure every little detail was taken care of, and communicated with our vendors. Everything on the day of the wedding went great! She was so on top of everything, our family even commented on how amazing of a job Nicole did! We are so thankful for her being a part of our day and highly recommend her!

No reason not to hire this girl. She is *ON TOP* of everything, puts you at ease, nudges you when you need it, and will give her opinion if she thinks you might need to go in a different direction. I needed a wedding EXPERT, and Nicole is it. My wedding day went as smooth as butter. From setting up my car-load of decor, wrangling family for the rehearsal, making sure I drank enough water/ate enough food, cleaning up after the event, she was there at every turn, I didn't have to lift a finger. Like a second, much younger, more organized mom.

We hired Nicole Issler to be our wedding planner about 6 months before our August 2022 wedding. We had already booked our venue and our photographer and we wanted to have help finding our other vendors and staying on track. Nicole met with us once a month for around an hour at a time and gave us a lot of great advice on working with other vendors and making decisions on all of the little details we still needed to work out. The timeline she helped us with kept us on track to have everything ready with as little stress as possible! She was always available via email and phone for anything that came up outside of our monthly meetings. When my hair and makeup arrangements fell through around a month before the wedding, Nicole called and emailed around and found me the perfect person to take over. It was such a relief to not have to stress over doing that all on my own! On the day of the wedding Nicole took full charge and we didn’t have to worry about anything, it was so nice to be able to just enjoy our day. She grabbed all of our extra decorations and things we needed and made sure they were all exactly where they needed to be. She took over all of the vendor communications so we didn’t have to worry about anything. She even grabbed us both plates of food and drinks whenever we needed them! We really enjoyed working with Nicole and we highly recommend her services!

We really don’t think we could have had the day we wanted if Nicole hadn’t been there. Truly without a doubt the best decision we made! We were free to enjoy our wedding and based on our many conversations with her she made sure we stayed on track with our timeline and our day was perfect. I loved every minute of it and I’m so grateful to Nicole for her help. I am not a planner and I needed someone to ask the questions that I hadn’t even thought of. 100% hire her!!!!

Nicole was an absolute dream to work with! She helped us foresee and navigate vendor hurdles leading up to the wedding and managed all situations on the day of so we could relax and enjoy. Her vendor relationships, wealth of experience, and professionalism all shined through and we were grateful to have her on our team!

Nicole is one of the best! She will make sure you are covered even when you don't know what's going on. Month-of coordination is a must in my opinion after working with her. She was responsive, considerate, professional, and acted with urgency. She helped develop a timeline and provided her input based on past experience, she coordinated the rehearsal, ensuring everyone knew their placement and walking order, she set up all of the decorations/table settings, and she made sure the timeline stayed on track. Make sure your coordinator and photographer talk and know when to take over the timeline. Different vendors have different roles, don't assume everyone knows! Nicole was simply indispensable; I cannot thank her enough! She comes with years of experience not only as a wedding planner but as a venue coordinator. She has a wealth of knowledge and connections in the Portland, OR Metro area and will make sure everything is correct. On the day of the wedding, the rental company sent the incorrect napkin colors, and I said something.... less than 30 mins later the correct napkin colors were delivered. I was SO relieved and happy. Hire Nicole! I promise you won't regret it.

Nicole was absolutely amazing! We hired her month-of service for our wedding it was a necessity! Nicole's attention to detail was unmatched. After our first meeting I knew we were in safe hands. She is kind, realistic and creative. She worked her butt off to execute all of my wedding day visions. She took over sole communication with my vendors which was such a blessing. My wedding day was the best day of my life because I was able to enjoy it and not worry about anything. Literally I did not have to do a thing. 5 stars is not enough to express how much everyone needs Nicole at their wedding or event.

Nicole was a valuable part of our special day! She helped with planning, made sure we thought through everything, had great vendor suggestions, and kept us on track. She was especially great on the day of. We loved how she used our concepts and materials for decorating. Most importantly, we truly forgot about all the details of coordinating caterers, bar service, cleanup etc etc and just enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend.

We met with her on zoom prior to wedding. I thought I was very well organized but Nicole asked so many thoughtful things I had not thought of. We had Nicole as our wedding coordinator for our wedding a few weeks ago. From the beginning, Nicole helped made us feel like we were good hands. She is whip smart, and was able to anticipate everything that might come up and keep us on track. She was patient with my many questions, and thought of tons of things I hadn't, which helped us be ready on the day. In the month leading up to the wedding, she handled a number of vendor issues that otherwise would have taken a lot of my time and energy. The wedding itself went beautifully and seamlessly, and as the bride, I was able to enjoy myself completely and focus on my guests instead of worrying about details or logistics. If you are having anything more elaborate than a backyard barbeque wedding, you should have a wedding coordinator, and you could do no better than to hire Nicole.

As a bride planning most of my big day by myself. When Nicole entered the picture a month before my wedding I was so relieved! There’s so many things I didn’t think of that she thought of for me and brought to my attention. I paid the extra to have her for a longer period of time and help out with rehearsal. For those of you on the fence about doing that, just do it! It’s just so worth it. She set up the majority of my decor, cake display, and packaged everything up at the end of the night! Not to mention when things were behind schedule or things got moved around she was flexible and managed to keep it all organized and flow so well. I cannot say enough about Nicole. As a guy the thought of planning a wedding, or even assisting my wife in the process, was an overwhelming prospect. We were referred to Nicole by our venue and we are so thankful for that. Nicole covered every possible aspect of our wedding from color coordination to seating to vendors, centerpieces and flowers. Nicole brought up details that my wife and I never would have thought of like an emergency kit which came in handy when the bow tie strap broke for one of my groomsmen. She sewed it up like a pro just before picture time. Without Nicole we just wouldn’t have been able to relax and enjoy our special day. Simply the Best Nicole is a gem. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my many questions no matter how big or small. I had a lot of anxiety planning my wedding due to family drama and Nicole was someone I could talk to about it. She made me feel better and like I wasn’t alone in dealing with it. She was able to keep certain crazy family members in check day of to make sure I had no drama at my wedding. Besides that she managed the entire day from beginning to end flawlessly.
