We cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole Silver Events, especially Lauren Vaccaro, who was our planner for the year leading up to our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding.
F...
rom the very beginning, Lauren was patient, kind, organized, incredibly efficient, and always professional. She listened carefully to the bride and groom’s vision and was wonderful at helping us bring it to life. We generally stayed within our budget, but there were times when achieving the look they wanted required an additional investment. Lauren and the NSE team handled those conversations with tremendous professionalism and class. They never pressured us but helped us understand where spending more would truly make a difference and where we could save. We trusted their judgment completely.
NSE also helped plan our rehearsal dinner/welcome party, which was absolutely perfect and set the tone for a wonderful wedding weekend.
What impressed us most was how much they handled beyond what we even realized we needed. They coordinated the hotel and room block, the bride and groom’s getting-ready location and food, the brunch the day after the wedding, and all of the many moving pieces on the wedding day. Their coordination with the photographer, band, décor, and other vendors was exceptional. Everything came together beautifully, and we were able to simply enjoy our family and guests without worrying about what was happening behind the scenes.
We were fortunate to have Sam as part of our planning team, and she was wonderful to work with. Nicole herself was also very involved throughout the process and, especially, during the wedding weekend. Having Nicole personally there and involved in most of the calls and details gave us an added level of confidence and reassurance. Lauren, Nicole, and Sam worked seamlessly together, and it was clear that the entire NSE team was invested in making the weekend special.
We also want to recognize Ty, Leslee, and Skylar, who were part of the NSE team behind the scenes and contributed to making the wedding weekend such a success.
The wedding was absolutely beautiful—elegant, warm, fun, and completely reflective of the bride and groom. More importantly, the entire weekend felt effortless to us, which is exactly what you hope for after a year of planning.
We are so grateful to Lauren, Nicole, Sam, Ty, Leslee, Skylar, and the entire NSE team. If we ever have another event to plan, I will genuinely look forward to working with them again. We highly recommend Nicole Silver Events to anyone looking for a team that combines creativity, organization, professionalism, good judgment, and genuine kindness. They truly became trusted partners in creating an incredibly special weekend for our family.

ing, you name it — and Nicole coordinated all of it flawlessly. From the first planning meeting to the last dance, she went above and beyond, staying on top of every single detail so we never had to worry about a thing. Every vendor showed up on time and knew exactly where to be, the timeline flowed perfectly, and any small hiccups were handled before we even knew about them. She really let us just be present and enjoy our day instead of stressing over logistics. If you're looking for a wedding planner who can handle a fully independent venue and still make everything feel effortless, we can't recommend Nicole enough.
We had an amazing experience with NSE from start to finish. Lauren was an exceptional planner—kind, organized, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire planning process....
She helped bring our vision to life while keeping us on budget and connected us with incredible vendors. On our wedding day, Lauren, Ty, and Leslie made everything feel seamless and stress-free, even keeping us calm through uncertain weather. Our families were equally impressed with the team's professionalism and care. We would choose NSE again without hesitation and highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding.

Nicole, we couldn't stop saying how much we wished we had hired her from the very beginning.
From day one, she took an incredible amount of stress off our shoulders. Nicole has this amazing way of making everything feel manageable and under control. She’s incredibly organized and detail-oriented, always one step ahead, catching things we never would have noticed and making sure everything stayed on track. She’s so patient and understanding—we changed our minds more times than I can count, and she always made us feel heard and supported. She always listened, reassured us, and helped us feel confident in our decisions. She really took the time to understand what we wanted and brought our vision to life in a way that felt so us and exceeded every expectation. Her communication was clear and consistent, and she guided us toward vendors we could trust, which saved us both stress and money. The mockups she put together were incredibly helpful, and you could tell she genuinely cared about every little detail. Beyond that, she’s simply a joy to work with—professional, kind, and genuinely invested. It felt like working with my best friend.
On the wedding day, Nicole and her team were absolutely incredible. Everything ran seamlessly, on schedule, and looked stunning — we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about a single detail.
We can’t recommend Nicole enough—truly. She is exceptional at what she does and we feel incredibly lucky to have had her by our side throughout this process. We adore her and will always be so grateful for the effort and heart she poured into making our wedding day feel so special and unforgettable.

Yesterday was an absolute dream. There are so many people to thank for making our day perfect. Nicole Silver Events events is one of them.
I worked closely with Lauren and Nicole...
. I could feel how much they genuinely cared about my husband and I. In just six months they made my vision of a day I have dreamed of since I was a kid become a reality.
I get teary eyed writing this because I will miss not talking to them on a daily (something hourly basis) asking what time do we need to be here or how many hotels rooms left in the room block. Every question was answered and every worry was comforted.
On my big day I had never felt so calm. I knew these two ladies were by my side and it was going to be a perfect day.
They allowed me to truly embrace this journey and be fully present for our day. If you are looking for wedding planners, you absolutely need these ladies by your side too ❤️

wedding day SEAMLESS. She made sure my husband and I were happy the entire day and thought of anything I missed before I ever even noticed. She is such a joy as a person and my family and wedding party raved about her and her team afterwards. Her calm demeanor was exactly what I needed to even me out!! She’s perfect and I’d recommended her 1000 times over.

mom worried about a single thing on the wedding day and she made sure everything was executed to a tee without bothering us or making us feel any kind of stress at all. She was absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire planning process. She made everything super easy and helped a ton with communication between us and vendors. We used her partial planning package and I could not have asked for more. She had great vendor suggestions and gave great advice on anything we had questions about. I could say a million amazing things about Nicole and her team but she is an absolute yes! I seriously don't know what we would have done without her. Thank you so much Nicole!!!!!

or creating world-class events was evident the entire time we worked together.
Financial Investment: Nicole was hands down the best investment we made for our wedding day. One of the things we appreciated most about Nicole was her ability to understand our vision and bring it to life in a way that exceeded our expectations. She intentionally listened and provided her professional opinion through the scope of what we wanted. This is a unique ability that made the financial investment in her worth it a hundred times over.
Time Commitment: Planning a wedding is a time commitment and can easily become overwhelming. Nicole's ability to streamline the wedding planning process and alleviate stress was truly remarkable. Nicole was always on top of deadlines and kept us informed every step of the way. She was extremely flexible in her availability to meet at times that were convenient with our schedule. We knew that she was busy with other clients and her personal life, but we always felt like a priority whenever we needed something.
Vendor Management: Vendor selection is a crucial aspect of the wedding planning process. Nicole's vendor relationships were an incredible asset that gave us a variety of options; this allowed us to make great vendor decisions that fit our style and budget. She worked seamlessly with everyone, and it was evident that all of our vendors appreciated and respected Nicole and her staff. Her organization and communication allowed our vendors to all be on the same page and work together effortlessly.
Staff: Nicole's staff was absolutely outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and they ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day of our wedding. We received so many compliments from our family and guests about Nicole and her staff.
Day of Coordination: Her preparation and master timeline made the wedding day a breeze. She thought of details that would've never crossed our mind. Nicole and her staff executed our timeline perfectly and they were prepared when things beyond anyone's control (weather issues) occurred. Their calm demeanor and expertise allowed us to get the most enjoyment out of our day.
Selecting Nicole Silver Events is an absolute no-brainer. For all the compliments we have for Nicole as a wedding planner, she's an even better person. You will quickly consider her a friend. We are deeply indebted to Nicole for her help in making our wedding day a dream come true.
Nicole and her team was an instrumental part of our wedding and we cannot recommend her enough to couples who are starting to plan for their big day. My fiance (now wife!) and I ar...
e from New York had our wedding in Denver. We were quite nervous planning an out-of-state wedding and that was where Nicole stepped up big time to help our dream day become a reality. From small things like letting us know that we can send wedding related packages to her instead of bringing everything from New York, to being so detailed and coordinated with all of our vendors, she really allowed us to focus on our wedding and took all of the "work" out of our day for us to enjoy with our friends and family. Even when we were at times unsure and frustrated with our planning, Nicole helped us stay grounded and focused and let us know she is reachable and available at all times to help us. She was such an important partner for us in planning for our wedding and we thank her so much for everything! <3

ur photographer even made a comment that she’s never seen a wedding timeline run on schedule and be so organized as it was. I didn’t have to worry about anything and Nicole made sure I was well attended to so I got to fully enjoy and be in the moment for our beautiful wedding. We are so glad we had her.

ing that did come up was handled so professionally. They handled a large wedding party as well as a large guest size with ease. I was so thankful to have them there! I couldn’t recommend them more!
Nicole was absolutely a core component of helping us to plan for and bring together every aspect of our wedding day. Her service and assistance was always with a smile on her face ...
in addition to the clear and timely communication that she always delivered. There were more than a few elements that she thought of ahead of time, and even went out of the way to provide for us without our request. Fast forward to the multiple rain and wind storms that rolled through during the middle of our wedding day – Nicole was prepared with umbrellas that we didn’t even know she had brought, a few days before she helped us decide on getting last minute standing heaters, as well as shawls to keep the guests warm. It was needed.
Not to mention having her assistants help move the tables, chairs, and entire DJ booth mid-dinner to protect from the rain, all while making sure that our every need was met as bride and groom (from bringing us drinks from our cocktail hour, to making sure that bouquets, phones, and lip gloss were readily available) and keeping the whole event running smoothly.
We were so impressed with the care and intentionality that Nicole took from the very beginning of the planning process when we were still picking out themes, color pallets, and styles of napkins, dresses and flowers. Her knack for design paired with her connections to vendors equipped us to make the right decisions at every turn and not have to worry about any unknowns. This was very helpful in also allowing us to stay on budget, as she already had an idea of where prices could range for different things.
Our wedding would not have been nearly as polished or perfect as it was if Nicole had not been involved. We were extremely happy throughout the engagement, on our wedding day, and after our wedding day that we picked Nicole Silvers. We would recommend her to anyone, and if you get the pleasure of working with her – know that you are in the best hands for having an A++ wedding.

single detail, knowledgable and took a genuine interest in what we wanted and our overall vision.. Her connections to the best vendors in Colorado helped make planning and building out my vendor team a breeze. She has experience and recommendations for everything from napkins and linens to which ways to best track your rsvp's. She was responsive to every email, text, and question. Working with her felt like working with my best friend. I could not have had such an incredible wedding without her and I'm genuinely so sad I don't get to continue to work with her. Hiring Nicole as my full service wedding planner was THE BEST investment I could have made for my wedding. Not only did my now husband and family love her, my guests raved about her as well. I would 1000% recommend working with her and her team, she's absolutely the best of the best. I'm already planning on hiring her to one day plan my sisters wedding. I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with her and would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey, I knew working with Nicole of NSE would be a wonderful experience. Nicole is full of knowledge, experience, and taste. She ...
is wonderful to work with and very friendly, which helped ease some of my wedding stress. Since we mostly needed help with wedding design, we hired NSE to provide partial wedding planning services. In addition to putting together a comprehensive design deck, she also provided a list of trusted vendors and other planning tools to help us on our journey. We ended up choosing several of our vendors using her list, and they did not disappoint. From start to finish, I was always able to reach Nicole if I had any questions or things I needed help with. She responded quickly and with great detail - always having a solution. When it came to our actual wedding day, Nicole and her team also served as our day of coordinators. We had an unexpected 12 inches of snow on the wedding day and the NSE team handled everything seamlessly. As the bride, I had a few decisions to make last minute but know there was much more “behind the scenes” that was handled at a moments notice. I couldn’t have been happier with how the day was handled given the circumstance of unexpected weather. I would highly recommend Nicole Silver Events for your wedding planning needs.

h my vendors, and constant support and help through the entire planning process to help us create a wedding basically from scratch! im in the wedding industry myself so i knew i wanted someone who would let me do the parts i knew, and wanted to do, but could step in and help me make the millions of other decisions i didnt know about or needed more professional guidance on!! nicoles experience, guidance, and touch made everything even more amazing than we could have imagined! we truly had to bring in EVERYTHING for our day, because our wedding was in our family neighborhood, so having nicole there to manage the communication between so many moving parts, and think about all the tiny things we might have missed was truly a life saver! id say she put out all the fires on our wedding day too but from my side of it all, it went on without a hitch!! if there were any issues i never heard or saw them, and she even made sure to have a glass of wine and beer in my husband and i’s hands all evening! i’m so so thankful nicole planned our big day, and couldn’t have dreamt up a better team to have made it happen!!

agious positivity turned our dream celebration into a reality.
I began working with Nicole with NSE in 2021. The vision for our day flip flopped a few times but Nicole stuck with us despite all the 180s we took during the planning process. Nicole’s guidance in vendor selection was key in making our day such a success. She helped to guide us in selecting vendors who she knew would execute our vision and fit our vibe. Her guidance in decor, food selection, and aesthetic refinement was instrumental and our day would not have turned out as perfectly as it did without her.
The day of our wedding was an absolute dream and I attribute the majority of that to Nicole and her team. I felt next to no stress the day of my wedding thanks to NSE. I had no doubts that everything we had dreamed up would be executed to perfection and I was exactly right. From the coordination of our vendors and setup, to getting my details to my photographer, to ensuring everyone followed the timeline that would allow us to have all the moments we wanted, to making sure I was watered and fed, to making sure our reception decor and floral was PERFECT, and the list goes on, NSE had it handled. I cannot rave enough about this team.
Thank you Nicole and the whole NSE team for making our wedding dreams come true!

From the initial meeting, I had full confidence that NSE would be able to recommend the perfect vendors for our needs, keep us on track with decisions and payments, bring our overall vision to life and execute our event with ease. Nicole gave us the wedding day of our dreams and I genuinely could not have imagined our planning process without her. The NSE team was creative, experienced, detail oriented, and fun. I could not recommend this team more!

She made the entire process stress-free and I knew that I could 100% trust her and her input on any of my questions, concerns, tough decisions, etc. Nicole and her team made my wedding dreams a reality and none of it would have been possible without them. Leslee was my day-of coordinator that made the day run so seamlessly and promptly addressed any hiccups before they became an issue. Truly, I can't say enough AMAZING things about Nicole and her entire team of planners. She quickly becomes your friend and someone you will miss when the planning process is over, truly. Our day exceeded every expectation and that was all thanks to NSE! Hire NSE & I can personally promise you will never regret that decision.

Like many brides, I expected that because our v...
enue had a built in day of coordinator, that I didn't need to hire a wedding planner. Then I went to two weddings where something went horribly wrong and the venue day of coordinators were no help at all. I knew I wanted someone to be there the day of that would be on our side and keep everything moving smoothly.
We interviewed many local wedding planners and ultimately decided to go with Nicole Silver Events. Nicole and Lauren (our day of coordinator) were incredibly professional, poised, and got right to the heart of my concerns during our interview. I also loved that they had a 'month-of' package instead of just a day-of. Lauren was absolutely amazing, setting up walk-throughs, coordinating with vendors, designing a custom day of schedule, and even helping me with research when our officiant pulled out less than a month before the wedding.
And then we get to the actual day. It was absolute perfection and I know that Lauren and her team were a huge reason why it went off without a hitch. We unfortunately were rained out of our outdoor ceremony site, but Lauren was always calm and confident. I had no doubt she would be able to shift to our rainy-day plan, and she absolutely delivered a stunning vision.
I would also highlight a few moments where I felt Lauren went above and beyond. I may have cried (a time or two) and Lauren always had fresh tissues ready to go. When the venue confiscated the groomsmen gifts (we didn't put it together that the gifted whiskeys were outside alcohol), she tracked down the bags and was able to retrieve the cigars. Lauren and team also loaded the car with all of our gifts, décor, and other personal items. At the end of the night our DD just had to hop in and drive off. It was that simple.
Because of Nicole Silver Events my husband, our parents, and myself were able to completely enjoy our wedding and be in the moment. I would absolutely, highly recommend them.
Thank you Nicole, Lauren, and the entire team. We are incredibly grateful for you.

est, most fun and perfect day I could have possibly imagined and I have Nicole to thank for that. Not only was she the best at managing the entire day down to every little detail I never knew to plan, she is like the coolest person ever and I now want to be her or be best friends with her. All day she was back and fourth from my bridal sweet to the venue showing my videos of the set up, offering me drinks, asking how she could help etc.. I literally cannot recommend hiring her as your wedding planner enough. If I could go back and redo it, I would have hired her for the entire planning process, not just day of coordination. Moral of the story is, if you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, please do yourself a favor and hire Nicole. Thank me later.

I would honestly say Nicole and her team are a luxury to have on both your wedding day and in the wedding planning process. If she is available, hire her immediately. It’ll be the best call you make. Cheers!
Nicole was such a wonderful wedding planner!!! Throughout the process, Nicole provided us with recommendations that met our desires - whether it was price or locations or services ...
that we were looking for. She was knowledge about the processes, the area, and was extremely helpful if we were having any difficulty with coordination. Throughout the process she checked in with us to make sure everything was going well and we felt comfortable reaching out with any questions or concerns we had. A few months prior, she took over most of the communications for us allowing us to focus on any final touches. On our wedding day, Nicole and her team were absolutely wonderful. They were there promptly and helped with the setup of all of the items that we had for our wedding day. She dealt with any problems or questions that arose that day, leaving us able to focus and enjoy our big day. She even loaned me her coat when I was a frozen popsicle! They seamlessly helped get everything pulled together and it all looked wonderful. She was there for us the whole day and to top it all off, she did an absolutely wonderful job making sure everything was packed and ready to go at the end of the night. I could not recommend her and her team enough!
Hiring NSE was literally the best decision we made for our wedding. We hired her in November 2021 for our wedding in October 2022, and she was there for us every step of the way.

We had only moved to Denver about a year ago so we had no idea of any good florists, caterers, bands, etc., and Nicole provided fantastic recommendations for all of our vendors. We had the absolute best team thanks to her.
I felt so comfortable reaching out to her with any questions along the way, and she and her team made the day-of smooth sailing. I even had friends and family come up to me at our wedding and ask, "Who is that? She's so great!" If you are looking for a wedding planner, I cannot recommend NSE enough.

our first conversation she started organizing our thoughts and brought our vision to reality. She recommended amazing vendors and facilities to look at and did all the legwork so we just got the easy job of sitting back and say yes and no.
Nicole and her team were so invaluable on the day of my wedding, making sure my husband and I didn't have a worry in the world and could just focus on being in the moment. Like planning a wedding isn't hard enough already, I decided to challenge Nicole and her team by hiring a famous drag queen (Jinkx Monsoon) to surprise my husband on our wedding night with a performance. Nicole and her team took care of all the coordination, travel, sound checks, transportation, etc. to make our day even more special with the surprise performance.
If you're looking for a wedding planner, I implore you to look no further. I promise you won't be disappointed with Nicole and her amazing team and me and my husband will be forever grateful for everything they did for us. Whether they like it or not, they are now family!

s amazing because it came with so much freedom, but with that freedom came many logistical challenges that you just don't think about with a traditional venue. Luckily, Nicole was on the case! From power, ice, toilets, water, shelter from the weather, etc. she thought of everything and helped us have an absolute DREAM of a wedding. We even experienced a drop in the weather forecast from a high of mid-80s to mid-50s and Nicole was calm, cool, and collected. We worked together to get heaters, blankets, etc. and it worked out perfectly. What was most impressive about Nicole though was how she and her team worked on the day of my wedding. I did not lift a finger. And any problems that arose were solved before I even heard about them. Long story short, she knows what she's doing. Thank you Nicole!!!

p of everything and making sure my husband and I were enjoying the day, that there was a point where I was able to lay down for a nap during hair and makeup!
My husband and I booked Nicole half way through our wedding planning when I realized I would need a loooot more help. I was on a tight budget, so I was only able to book Nicole and her team for a “month of/day of coordinator.” But it seriously felt like I booked a full planner. She checked up on me to make sure I was booking the necessary vendors, she constructed a detailed timeline for me and shared them to all of the vendors, she knew what problems would arise before they even happened. When I had some issues with one vendor in particular, she made sure to be on the call with me to resolve the issue. On the day of the wedding, I planned to cut and place all of flowers myself- she said absolutely not and did them for me. The wedding day goes by so fast and so many random issues arise, but she handled every single one of them and made sure my husband and I were having a great time.
By the end of the wedding day, my husband and I wished we could do it all over again exactly as it was. If you book with Nicole and her amazing team you will not regret it! It is fully worth it to have this team by your side on your wedding day. So much gratitude from us!
