We are beyond pleased with how our wedding turned out at Nicotra's. Everything went off without a hitch. Any hiccup that did arise was handled quickly and professionally, accommodating to our needs.
Jackie, the bridal attendant, was phenomenal. She was everywhere at the same time, keeping track of everyone's needs, helping with photos (fluffing and bustling my dress countless times!), and handling anything else that could possibly arise. She made sure we were fed and watered, both during and after the event. Lory, our coordinator, helped our vision come to life. All other team members were polite and accommodating; the event would not have gone as smoothly without their professionalism.
The food was spectacular; all guests left pleasantly full (if not overly so!), complimenting on the plethora and quality of food. Dietary restrictions were discussed and accommodated very well.
The location has a lot of beautiful spots for photography. We lucked out with the weather, and got many gorgeous shots in the lawns outside.
Overall, we would definitely plan another event here. Highly recommend!

Nicotra’s Ballroom made our New Year’s Eve wedding an absolute dream come true, and we cannot recommend them enough! From the moment we toured the venue to the final moments of our big day, every detail was handled with incredible care and precision.
A special shoutout goes to Jenn, our event coordinator, who was nothing short of phenomenal. From the very first meeting, Jenn made us feel confident and at ease. Her expertise, organization, and genuine passion for what she does shined through in every interaction. She was with us every step of the way, helping us bring our vision to life while offering invaluable suggestions and solutions we never would have thought of on our own. No question was too small, no detail too insignificant. Jenn truly made us feel like family.
The rest of the staff, including our FANTASTIC Maitre’d, Matt and our AMAZING bridal attendant, Jennifer, who followed their lead with unmatched professionalism and care. They made sure every aspect of the day flowed smoothly, allowing us to simply enjoy each moment without a worry.
Nicotra’s Ballroom exceeded all of our expectations. If you want an unforgettable wedding day and an extraordinary event coordinator who will make you feel completely supported and valued, Jenn, Matt Jennifer and the team at Nicotra’s are the absolute best. I had my wedding at Nicotra’s Ballroom this past October, and I’m not even sure where to start with the compliments - I wouldn’t change a thing. We had our rehearsal dinner at Lorenzo’s, our cocktail hour in the Trevi Garden, and reception in the Persimmon Room.
We had attended a wedding at Nictora’s a few years before planning ours, and we were so impressed that it made our venue search very easy. I’m happy to say that the team consistently delivers on great food, service, and atmosphere. Our guests are still talking about the food being some of the best they’ve had at a wedding, also complimenting the uniqueness of the venue.
Jennifer Finch, our planner, kept everything organized and running smoothly - she was extremely willing to work with us on little details, provided helpful and insightful answers to questions, and kept us feeling calm on the day of the wedding. While Nicotra’s provides the full package, there was enough customization available that things really felt ours.
She’s a natural. Our bridal attendant, another Jennifer, also went above and beyond - she was friendly, helpful, professional, and made sure we were FED and comfortable at all times. Our Maitre’d Matt was also amazing! Took time to ensure everything was to our liking, was very helpful and kind to guests, and was overall adaptable. The entire FOH staff was excellent, honestly - they made our celebration so much more special. To cap it all off, the Nicotras themselves stopped by to say hello to us and check in on guests - what a personal touch!
Something that you often miss out on with a ballroom wedding are beautiful grounds - not the case here. We had many tons of options for beautiful couples portraits moments, and the floor to ceiling windows provided another great bit of atmosphere during the reception.
We closed our reception with the Viennese Hour - if it’s in your budget, do NOT skip this. It was an absolutely incredible and massive display that blew guests away. And having an extra hour to party is awesome!

If you’re looking for a stress free wedding, look no further. I can rave about our wedding forever, our event planner Alessandra Moss helped us every step of the way. Our guests enjoyed the heavenly cocktail hour and were impressed with the professionalism of the staff.
Day of coordinator Jennifer was attentive and took care of all my bridal needs. We highly recommend booking Nicotras Ballroom at the Hilton Garden Inn for your wedding venue, we had a lot of guests traveling and it was easy for our guests to stay in the hotel.
We shared our first look on the beautiful property, there are endless options for photo ops. We were able to take many photos and video inside and outside the venue. The ceremony took place outside on the Gazebo, it was absolutely stunning, the weather was perfect.
Alessandra met with us regularly in person and was easily accessible via email. She walked us through the wedding planning and guided us on the next steps of the process. It was a great relief that the venue took care of a lot of the details, and we used one of their vendors Red Carpet Events for decor/flowers and they were fantastic.

We just had the most splendid Wedding we could have ever imagined. The management and staff of Nicotra’s were helpful, friendly and warm throughout. We had an Orthodox kosher wedding and it went off without a hitch thanks to all the cooperation and understand of Alessandra and her staff. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding.

We got engaged in January 2024. In late January , we met with Alessandra, and we both immediately knew we found the perfect place for our wedding. She was thorough, friendly, professional, explained everything to us, showed us the entire venue, and reviewed the pricing with us.
She not only listened to us, but took special care to make sure our wishes became realities. Every step of the way, she was there, quick to respond to emails and phone calls, and never once left us in the dark. We got married in July, only six months after visiting Nicotra's for the first time.
Everything on our Wedding Day went perfectly. The Bridal Attendant Jackie was there for us the entire day and went above and beyond - even hunting out crayons for a crying 5 year old. She was absolutely amazing. The Maitre D ran everything smoothly through the entire event.
The venue was beautiful - we had our wedding in the gardens and the reception in the Tea Room. Nicotra's was very attentive throughout the entire evening. It was beyond my expectations. Everyone has been raving ever since about our wedding.
With the cocktail hour, we got the Raw Bar and the Sushi Bar as add-ons. Everyone loved it, especially the groom. He gave them a request (half-jokingly) for a plate of salmon sushi during the cocktail hours, and even that, Nicotra's made sure he had his own plate of salmon sushi during the cocktail hour. We picked the Paella, which was out of this world delicious. We got a taco bar, and people loved it. The food during the cocktail hour was excellent, plentiful, and everyone we spoke to was blown away by it.
Our guests all loved the food, which has been a major talking point. Every single person who attended has said to us "you two had an amazing wedding, everything was perfect, and the food was so good - we couldn't move when we left."
They also loved the wedding in the garden. It was a picture perfect day. The amount of amazing photos we got from our Guests is staggering - the Gardens was such a picturesque place for a wedding - can't wait to see what our photographer comes back with.
We used their recommended reverend (Rev Vincent Sica), who knocked the ceremony out of the park. Our guests were buzzing for weeks that it was the best ceremony they ever attended.
It's now a little over a month and a half later, giving us a lot of time to unpack everything from the engagement, planning, and our wedding day. After reflecting back on everything, neither of us would have changed anything at all. Alessandra worked hard to plan and execute the perfect wedding of our dreams, and amazingly did it in just six months. Everyone from Nicotra's did such an exceptional job with our wedding. If we had to do it all over again - we would do it exactly the same way, without changing a single thing. We highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue to go here.

The details, the attention, and the support from start to finish cannot be praised enough. From my event planner Jennifer Finch, to my maitre’d Matt and my bridal attendant Jen M - they were all an amazing team and made my day perfect like I had always dreamed.
The food (chicken Milanese, short ribs, salmon, penne vodka, Tuscan display, among many other buffet options) were outstanding - my guests are raving over ALL of it.
The attention to my decor and the set up of a dessert station were beyond what I imagined with additional touches that perfected the vision.
They were all incredibly attentive to my needs and checked on me throughout my day prepping in my bridal suite. They made my photos run smoothly, had a back up plan that blew my guests’ minds when the weather took a turn, and made us all feel like part of the family of this breathtaking venue.
Five stars is not enough for how wonderful they made mine and Donny’s day, and I highly recommend this venue if not for the atmosphere and menus, then for the amazing people who will make your wedding (or event) beyond your wildest dreams.

This past weekend we had our wedding at Nicotra's Ballroom. Given how many events they have at the space, I was a little apprehensive if they would be attentive to us on our special day.
Over the last year and a half we have worked with the most amazing planner, Alessandra. She answered all my questions thoroughly (I have a lot) and even up till the wedding was able to accommodate last minute details.
On our wedding day, Nictora's Ballroom went above and beyond, the service and attention we received was amazing. We had the absolute best bridal attendant, Jennifer & Maitre'D (Tom) who checked in on us and was able to accommodate myself and my husband. The night turned out amazing and I'm so happy we picked this venue. Everything is conveniently located in the same spot which our guests were really happy about. We highly recommend!

Nicotra’s Ballroom was the perfect place for us to have our wedding. We originally chose the venue because it was convenient for our out-of-town guest. But we quickly learned that the Ballroom staff is what sells this place more than anything!
Starting with our in-house wedding Coordinator, Jennifer Finch, who guided us through the entire process. She was quick with emailing us back with any questions and had solutions to any road bumps that came our way! By the end of our wedding night, me and my husband felt like we knew her like a friend as we had become close during the planning process.
The weekend of our wedding went smoother than a type-a bride could’ve planned and that was all thanks to the staff at Nicotra’s Ballroom! Our Rehearsal Dinner began with the staff walking us through the ceremony and reminding the wedding party to go slow and enjoy the moment. After rehearsal, our wedding party went to Lorrenzo’s Restaurant located in the Hilton. We were able to customize our menu with the event planners there to accommodate our guest preferences. It was perfect to begin the wedding weekend!
The bridal suite we were given had accommodations of low back chairs and professional lighting, making it perfect for our hair and makeup to come to us the morning of the wedding to get the ladies ready! On the day of the wedding, I was assigned a bridal attendant, Jackie, who was with me the entire day. I cannot praise Jackie enough for everything she did for me and my husband that day. She walked with us in freezing temperatures to get our pictures done outside for hours. She ran upstairs to our rooms a million times to get things we needed and bring things up we no longer needed downstairs. She helped me bustle my dress and get into my second one for the night. Jackie was beyond a blessing that day, and I don’t know how to thank her for everything properly.
The Matre’d, Tom, ran a tight ship for our entire event. Everything was set up beautifully from the ceremony area to the cocktail hour, to our reception. It was like he could read our mind of how we wanted everything to look and feel! Tom also kept the entire event moving at a perfect pace and made sure all the guests were happy and comfortable. The rest of the waitstaff during the event was beyond amazing, we had guest tell us they never left the table for a drink because they would finish one and one would be handed to them by their waitress or waiter!
We appreciated the variety of food options and accommodations made for our guests with specific allergies. All the food options we had available to us made sure that even our most picky eaters had something great to eat. When we were shopping around for different venues, we were amazed at the number of things included in the wedding package that other venues would have expected us to pay extra for. We received nothing but compliments from all our guests all night long and after the event.
Our wedding weekend was one we will never forget, and that is a big thanks and big credit to the Team at Nicotra’s ballroom. We cannot recommend them enough for your wedding day or any big event really! I know we will be using them in the future for different events we will have!

We just made a wedding for close to 400 people at the Hilton Garden Inn Nicotra Ballroom. From our fabulous event coordinator, Lory, to our Bridal attendant Jackie and our Head Ballroom Captain, Tom, everything went smoothly and without a hitch. Lory was by our side from the initial meeting through the end of the evening providing guidance and support. Jackie was a fabulous bridal attendant with spunk and a bubbly personality putting all members of the bridal party at ease and was most helpful and attentive. Tom was an excellent Ballroom Captain and ensured all food service and dancing went forward and continued smoothly and with an expert’s touch. Lory, however, saved the day when I realized I lost a very important document and she was able to find it and keep it under lock and key until the Bride returned to retrieve it. I appreciated all of their efforts and congratulate them all on such a beautiful wedding experience!! My only criticism would be that the Hilton Hotel needs better signage to direct quests to the ballroom entrance and parking in the back area of the hotel, which by the way is decorated beautifully! You don’t want your quests to miss the beautiful outdoor scenery! Thanks to all!

I don’t know where to start but they were absolutely amazing in every way. Jenn Finch was the absolute best planner I believe you can find. We had no clue where to start and what to do planning a wedding but Jenn knew she was funny and patient with us. She had made planning painless. As for the event everyone at our wedding are still talking about how beautiful the gazebo was and the room where we had it in, people raved over the food. The bridal attendant Jen and the maitre d Mike were fabulous couldn’t ask for better people. Price was perfect for our budget and it included a lot. It I ever have another event I would definitely go there. Also the hotel is extremely clean and staff is extremely helpful. Thank you Jenn Finch and all of her stall. You made a great memory for Dotty and Myself.

My husband and I were married at Nicotra’s on 10/20/23, our event planner Alessandra, bridal attendant Jackie and maitre d’ Tom provided us with excellent service personally. Jackie was fantastic, she was by my side at all times and helped me throughout the day, I am very thankful for her! She was the best. However, we were very disappointed with the feedback we received from our family and guests. There was a lack of direction for our arriving guests, no one knew where to go and people were just wandering all over the place. Several guests also noted that the food quality and service during the reception were inconsistent. Some waiters offered steak to be cooked only rare or medium while other tables were only offered medium or well done. Unfortunately many of our guests found the steak to be excessively tough and difficult to cut. There were also notable delays in serving the meals, which left a less-than-ideal impression on our guests.
On top of that, after Jon’s Aunt stated her steak was tough, the waiter offered the table steak knives instead of a new steak. She also said he was very rude to her. Another guest of mine had to tip their table waiter in order to get some service, he wanted coffee at the end of the night. I thought coffee and tea was supposed to be offered to our guests anyway, so why did a tip needed to be given for that to be received?
All in all, the staff was not attentive to our guests. Very disappointed and embarrassed to hear this from our loved ones.

Save yourself the leg work your not getting a better bang for your buck anywere else then Nicoltras Ballroom!..
When you request a meet & greet to check the venue you will Jennifer . Shes the head of basically everything. She will calm all your nerves & truly make sure you have all your needs met for whatever size party you may have .
Jennifer is 1 of the most meticulous people I've ever met besides myself. I tried catching her slipping & she's way ahead of the game guys so you can Relax shes all over it & shes always available to chat, talk, meet , email etc....
The night of the wedding you will get a host that tends to all your needs. We were lucky enough to get another Jennifer which we called her Jennifer#2 no disrespect intended. Jennifer #2 is that cool aunt you either have or wish you had because she truly cares about your needs on the big day. She went above & beyond!!!.

The Party Consisted of 1 hour in the Cocktail Room & then 4 hours in Trevi Room as our party was around 90 people but could've easily fit 125.
The cocktail hour was a tremendous hit that people didn't realize that was not the main room!!.. When they transfered all the guests over to the main room everyone was stunned .
The lighting & all the linens & architecture of the room really popped..
The Entrances were seamless under Jennifer #1 & Jennifer #2 & Mathews Guidance .. It can be tricky rounding up all your drunk family members after cocktail hour which they handled 1000% leaving us in our private bridal sweet to regroup from the church & practice a few dance moves...
The entire party had a blast & danced the night away. They had to turn the lights on for people to get out..
Its a convenient venue because they have the hotel & give u & all guests a major discounted rate so nobody needs to drink & drive. They also give the Bride & Groom a big Bridal sweet which is separate from the bridal room ...
The tasting went well & on the night of the party the food came out as good as it did during our private tasting process..
Jennifer the Head Manager also has all your vendor needs handled. They have all the private vendors you may or may not want to add.
Special affects,Florist,DJs etc... You can use your own vendors aswell that is up to you..
Again I can not say enough on a 3500 word review .
Also the Owners Husband & Wife are on site & truly care for all their guests & workers. Great People you will be meeting them through your process.

On September 16th, 2023, our dreams came true at Nicotra's Ballroom, and we have Jennifer Finch and the amazing team, including Jenn M, Matt and countless others, at the Hilton Garden Inn to thank for it.
We had an ambitious vision of throwing a big multicultural bash that would reflect not only our blended cultures, bringing together Italian-Irish and Nepali heritage, but also the diverse background of our guest list. And from the very beginning, we knew we made the right choice as Jennifer walked us through every step of the process in both planning and executing an event that exceeded our loftiest expectations.
From the incredible food to the amazing service, the two of us and everyone in attendance are still raving about an unforgettable night in the beautiful Tea House Garden. We truly felt like royalty and a number of guests told us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. Through all the laughter and tears (of joy, of course!), we couldn't be more grateful or recommend highly enough choosing Nicotra's.

Nicotra's Ballroom had excellent service quality. Our coordinator Alessandra was super helpful in helping us plan our wedding. Whenever we had questions they were quick to answer or address any issues. She was detailed in asking us what we wanted for our wedding, details that we hadn't even though of.
We booked the Gazebo and Tea House Garden for our ceremony and reception. When the weather wasn't looking the greatest for an outdoor ceremony Alessandra and the team help upgrade us to the Trevi room and made sure to coordinate with our vendors for a smooth setup. Everything looked beautiful! And probably better then if we had it during the hot weather outdoors. It was my dream come true and exceeded my expectations.
Also when our original Photobooth vendor had issues with their equipment and couldn't do the job. Alessandra was quick to contact another Photobooth vendor and get him within the hour! I thought we weren't going to have a photobooth for our guest but she saved the day! Our guest even didn't notice there was a problem. The wedding was a hit, all of our guest raved about the ceremony site, cocktail/ reception setup and the food.

Where do I start?! Nicotra’s Ballroom was #1 on my venues list during my search at the beginning of wedding planning and all it took was one visit and I was HOOKED. Lol

We had our wedding in November at Lorenzos restaurants hall, which is part of Nicotras group. I loved working with Briana, she is so professional, responsive, creative, kind and amazing. She would answer all my questions and whenever I mentioned any problems to her, she would quickly suggest effective solutions. The venues are so beautiful, the grounds are also beautiful. They have amazing customer service here.
And the food is also amazing. All my guests loved our party so much, they loved the venue, the decor, the service and the food. Everyone had an awesome time.

We had the most amazing wedding at Nicotra's ballroom in October 2021. I think our guests will be talking about it for years to come. We met Jennifer 2 years ago when we were venue shopping and she had us fall in love with the place. She was with us every step of the way, no question went unanswered and we truly felt like VIPs. The day of the wedding, we were nervous but the staff literally did everything for us and made the tea garden room absolutely beautiful. It literally looked like a million dollar wedding!! Everyone was so impressed and the dance floor was always packed. I cannot thank Nicotras ballroom enough for the dream wedding we had. Every little detail that we asked for was fulfilled. It was so wonderful to have our wedding at Nicotra's Ballroom! We had our reception at the Trevi Garden and loved the setup of that room. Plus it was really convenient to have the venue be part of the Hilton, so that our out of town guests could stay at the hotel on site. And needless to mention it was nice from a getting ready standpoint that we could get ready upstairs and then head straight to photos at the venue. Our planner was Jenn and she was great to work with! She was patient, very thorough and kept us on track on what we needed to do. We especially liked the generous tasting and our sit down session with Jenn where she provided lots of useful tips. In general, we asked a lot of questions and Jenn had all of the answers. Even with a hurricane potentially crashing our wedding, Jenn came up with timely suggestions and helped us think through our options and what changes to make. Overall, the wedding we had was spectacular! Everything was set up in such a pretty way and our guests raved about how good the food was. The bridal attendant Jackie and the maitre d' Tom did a great job in ensuring everything ran smoothly. We highly recommend having your wedding at Nictora's Ballroom!

Had our wedding august 2019 and we loved our event planner Jennifer Finch for taking care of every detail before, during and after the event. Any difficulties with seating arrangements, changing number of guests or deciding on last minute things Jen always returned calls and emails promptly and was professional, caring and made us feel at home. The cocktail hour was absolutely fabulous with a wide variety of options and we had the option of eating this separately from the guests so we can actually enjoy the food! Guests were happy about the food and enjoyed the large array of options at the open bar. The grounds, lobby, Tea house room and statues are all beautiful and make amazing pictures. The staff was attentive to not only my husband and I but also all the other guests including our bridal party. They made sure we all had our belongings during the night and helped us pack up flowers and extra items. The bridal suite to get ready in is spacious and perfect for hair and makeup. The bridal guest room to stay overnight was huge and decorated nicely which was a huge convenience after the day was over. Overall the experience was great and I would highly recommend to any future bride and grooms to consider Nicotra's Ballroom for their event.

Nicotras ballroom is where i had my dream of all dream weddings! Sue Vaiana is the best wedding planner, abd the greatest person ever! She made all our wishes come true! When we were booking the owners met with us and made our decision way easier !!!
Our wedding night was perfect Jackie the bridal assistant was the best help and made it so easy and calm.
We also received a beautiful monogrammed blanket and fresh dinner in our room with champagne that night !!

The best night of our lives. We got married in the Trevi Garden room on October 2018. Cant believe its almost a year! We can honestly say it was a night we will never forget. I loved the whole ambiance in the Trevi Garden room. It was beautifully setup and our guest were entertained the entire night. Sue was the best to work with. She was very accommodating and made sure everything we wanted we got! She was always on email to answer any of our questions at any time during the whole process. She made sure we had everything from the morning getting ready process to the very last minute of the night! The staff also made sure we had everything we needed and wanted throughout the entire night!! The food was delicious and the cocktail hour was amazing! Wow. Just Wow. After meeting with Jennifer Finch (who is absolutely amazing by the way), we decided to have our son's Bar Mitzvah at Nicotra's Ballroom. It was a Saturday night affair (so very much like a wedding) and they nailed every detail. It couldn't have been more perfect, from the food, to the waitstaff. Everything was amazing! Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, both the quality and the quantity of choices. We did the Parisienne (Venetian) hour and it was fantastic. From the chocolate fondue fountain, the ice cream bar, the cordial bar and all the cakes and pastries.
The staff are true experts. From the Maitre'd (Tom was incredible) to the bartenders and waitstaff. All seasoned professional that take pride in their work. Everyone of the people that worked our party, were professional, precise and a real pleasure. No task was too great for them. They made the evening go off without a hitch.
If you can, book Nicotra's ballroom and make sure you ask for Jenn Finch, she made every moment of the process painless and fun. She works with you to ensure your party is exactly what you want and she delivered. She has an amazing presence, always smiling and happy. She's wonderful and quite simply, the best!

Our wedding reception at the Trevi Garden ballroom was held here in May 2019. I chose the Trevi because I like high ceilings with curtain drapery, resembling an indoor tent. The included catering service was terrific as our wedding guests only had compliments on the quality of the food! Sue, the coordinator at the Hilton was a pleasure to work with-upbeat, direct and organized. We had a 9-piece band play, as well, in which a stage was provided at no extra cost by Sue. The elegant lamposts, the statues and fountain within the venue offered a classic theme. The lobby of the Hilton hotel was impressive and elegant too! I got a bridal suite for my party and stayed overnight after the wedding too. The bridal suite was large in space that it accommodated my bridesmaids, hair & makeup, photographer & videography crew! Highly recommended holding a wedding here.

the hilton garden inn has went above and beyond for us. less that 24 hours before our wedding with Royal Caribbean cruise line our wedding was cancelled. during this time Alessandra Moss worked with us to plan a last minute wedding that took place on sunday may 19th. she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. we had our reception at Lorenzos in the wine room. Brianna is the manager. She and Alessandra worked together to give us the most magical day. Brianna even had a Napoleon cake thrown in for us. Alessandra worked her but off to make sure all of our guests had accommodations for both Friday and Saturday night. Sunday before the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Nicotra even came up to us to introduce themselves. They rented a shuttle bus for our 45 guests that were sailing on the cruise with us. Words can't explain how grateful my husband and I are for everyone at the Hilton. They made sure we had the most incredible day. Our wedding turned out absolutely beautiful. We will never forget how they went above and beyond.

My husband and I had our wedding at Nicotra’s Ballroom over Labor Day weekend and it was perfect! We had an Indian ceremony in the outdoor gazebo in the morning and our reception was in the ballroom. We have literally no complaints about the day! Sue Vaiana, our wedding planner was amazing and was there for every single question that we had. She would respond to our questions promptly and always had a solution when we weren’t happy with something. Its rare to find such a nice venue with a hotel attached to it and this place is exactly what we were looking for! We utilized every single room that the Hilton Garden Inn had to offer. We had our Hindu ceremony (with baraat) outdoors, lunch in the tea room, cocktail hour in the Trevi garden and our reception in the ballroom. It was a long day, but our guests loved the venue and everything that Nicotra’s offered. The food was beyond plentiful and if somebody left hungry thats because they chose not to eat. They really considered our opinions and needs with the tasting and how we could accommodate our large amount of vegetarians, without making it seem like they were just eating vegetables. The long day went by so quickly and without a hitch and we really could not say that without the help of Sue. She was even there to greet us as we drove back from the church before cocktail hour!
The Nicotra’s really do not pinch pennies when it comes to making sure their venues are in top notch shape. They renovated about 6 months before our wedding and they did a phenomenal job. We highly recommend Nicotra’s Ballroom, Sue Vaiana and the Hilton Garden Inn!

The grounds are so beautiful for pictures and our cocktail hour room and ballroom were both spectacular. The Nicotras, themselves, even came around to make sure that everyone was enjoying themselves. The food was delicious and we received many compliments for choosing to have our reception there. Many of our out-of-town guests also found it convenient that the venue is located at the Hilton Garden Inn.
My bridal attendant was Jackie and our maître d' was Tom and they both treated us as though we were family. Our event planner was Sue and we can't express how amazing she was to work with! She made us feel so comfortable if we needed any help and she had wonderful suggestions. If we had questions, Sue always responded right away. Sue truly helped to make our big day beautiful, elegant but also fun.
If you are considering having your wedding on Staten Island, look no further. Nicotra's Ballroom will give you beautiful memories that you will treasure and hold close to your heart forever.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Nicotra’s Ballroom in October 2018. The day was beautiful from start to finish! Everything was perfect because of the extremely accommodating staff at this venue specifically Sue V., our wedding planner. Her attention to detail was amazing and the way she makes you feel through the whole process is amazing. She guided us and listened to our desires and made our dreams come true. She helped us every step of the way and made the process really fun. I looked forward to seeing her each time we had an appointment! The day of staff made sure that we had everything we needed and wanted, they all went above and beyond. The food was delicious and the Persimmon and Magnolia ballroom is incredible. The floor to ceiling windows, lit with candles set the romantic tone and the huge dance floor kept the party going all night. I highly recommend this venue to everyone.

My husband and I got got married at Nictora's ballroom in September 2018. After the first 5 minutes visiting with Sue at Nicotra's ballroom my husband and I knew this place was different than any other venue we had seen. Sue immediately made us feel at home and like part of the family. We wanted a smaller wedding and she showed us the Tea room, which has the feel of a grand ballroom, yet perfectly fit our 120 people. After reviewing the menus and everything included, our jaws literally dropped when Sue gave us the price. We could not believe we were getting everything we wanted for such a reasonable fee.
During the entire 15 month process from booking to the day of, Sue was there to guide us. She helped with vendor recommendations and gave us honest opinions and suggestions. Every little question, as silly as we thought it seemed, Sue was happy to answer. I knew my wedding day would be perfect because Sue would be there to oversee everything.
The day of the wedding was absolutely magical. The food was amazing, service was perfect, and we felt like royalty the whole day. If we were to do it again, we wouldn't change a single thing.

Picking Nicotra's Ballroom to get married was the best, and easiest, decision that my (now) husband and I made. Working with Sue Vaiana ensured that we had a magical wedding that was everything we hoped for and more. All of her recommendations (we used all the preferred vendors) were spot on and she was there for us every step of the way-- literally answering our emails in the middle of the night. Coming from a huge family, our guest list was huge which made finding a venue that could fit everyone AND was affordable was a huge stressor for us. As soon as we walked in to Nicotra's Ballroom, all of that stress seemed to melt away. The prices were great, the service was incredible and our friends describe our wedding as "one of the best weddings they've ever attended."
We planned our wedding with Sue, who was incredibly supportive and amazing from the get go. As someone who's incredibly Type A, I had a vision for exactly how I wanted every last detail to play out and Sue made everything work. She has this incredible way about her of making us feel calm but also nailed every detail. We cannot thank her or the entire staff at Nicotra's Ballroom enough. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would!

After having our wedding at Nicotra's Ballroom, I can't imagine why anyone books anywhere else. We booked with Sue, and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was so easy and fun to work with, and she really made the whole process seamless every step of the way.
We held our reception in the Tea Room, which is absolutely stunning and perfect for photos; not to mention, the entire property has great opportunities for some really fun pictures (hello LOVE sign!)
The food: if food is a priority for you, seriously look no further. The amount and variety of food at both the cocktail hour and reception were out of this world. Bonus; the staff really goes out of their way to make sure the bride and groom eat as well (I'm pretty sure I tried about 90% of the menu items we selected!)
The whole team at Nicotra's really goes above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect. I would recommend them in a heartbeat, and will absolutely book them for any future parties/events we host!

First, lets talk about the planning. When we first met Jennifer Finch, she was very cooperative, informative and knowledgeable. She helped us to decide on many things and was open to listening to our opinions. We learned that it was best to email her on Friday- Monday ;)
Decorations, since we have an Asian background, the Tea Garden was the best fit for us. However it you have a large party, the other rooms may be better for you. I was told by some guest that the room for the cocktail hour was a little tight for our 130 guests. OK. On the wedding day, the bridal suite upstairs was large and comfortable. We were so glad that we had that room after a busy and eventful day. The service was great. The food was ok, but not as good as the tasting. Some guest did not enjoy the fish.
Lastly, we did not have a pleasant experience with the bridal attendant. It may have been that we had high expectations for her role. She was at times busy on her phone. She was also hard to find and the bridal party needed to look for her. We did mention it to Jennifer, who actually took it seriously which we highly appreciated.

I got married at Nicotra's Ballroom at the Hilton Garden Inn on October 13th. Our cocktail hour was in the Trevi Garden and the reception was in the room with floor to ceiling windows. Our guest count was 164 and the the rooms did not feel cramped or to spaced out. The tables and dance floor where all layed out perfectly. We received many comments from friends and family about how amazing all the food was and how nice the venue is. Jennifer Finch, the senior events specialist, was very helpful and quick respond for anything we needed. We chose this venue because we felt that she was professional, sweet, down to earth, since the first time we met her. On the day of, I really felt like I was being taken care of. Bridal attendant ( Sabrina) and Maitre'd (Tom) were very attentive and made sure we have everything we needed. They both were around whenever we needed anything to drink, or help with my dress and shoes. The food by Nicotra's Ballroom was amazing and exceeded my expectation. Everybody loved the food and the servers were great too. The entire Nicotra's Ballroom team did a great job executing our wedding event. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to have the wedding of their dreams!

We worked with Sue at the Hilton Garden Inn in Staten Island. From the first time we met her, Sue made me, my (now) husband, and my parents feel so at ease. Leading up to the big day, Sue was attentive and pretty much always available through email, even on her days off. We had a ton of questions in the 2-3 weeks prior, and she never left any of those questions unanswered. She even work with my husband to surprise me with a late-night sliders and fries station at the end of our reception.
No wedding will go off without a glitch. Our biggest issue was the torrential downpour that afternoon, which prevented us from getting our desired outdoor pictures. Sue went above and beyond to make sure we got every other possible shot we asked for. I and some of my family have a gluten allergy. Sue worked with the chef and our bridal attendant to ensure that I was able to eat as much food as I wanted and not 'get glutened'.
From the room blocks down to the brunch the day after, my husband and I and our families could not be happier with Nicotra's Ballroom and the Hilton Garden Inn. Every guest we've spoken to since has raved about everything: the food, the cocktail hour, the ballroom itself. Sue, Lacqua, Tina, and the Nicotras gave us the wedding of our dreams! We can't wait to have another party there!

Nicotra's ballroom was the perfect choice for our wedding. We had over 350 guests, the venue was very accommodating and very flexible. For 350 people the price was affordable. The site was beautiful and winter white for our Wedding, but warm inside. Our coordinator was very responsive and answered all of our questions. This is the perfect place to have ceremony, reception and preparation. It truly felt like a magical night. We would absolutely choose this venue all over again and recommend it. We just made our youngest daughters wedding here. One word would describe the wedding "amazing" Yes the venue is spectacular., yes the food was amazing. There are so many different event spaces that we utilized. The property has refurbished and looks spectacular. However, what really separates this location from all others is the staff. We worked with Sue Vaiana who was simply amazing as well. There is nothing that they said no to. An additional note on this location is that the Nicotra's ( yes the developers of the hotel as well as many other properties in the area) were on site for the wedding. They are a true power couple who want to make sure the special day for my baby girl would be spectacular, and it was. I would highly recommend this venue. It has everything and will make that wedding that your daughter has been dreaming about and planning since she was a child a reality. Lastly , I think the best way to sum up how we feel about Nicotra 's Ballrom is what I told my wife after the wedding was over. I told her I had no regrets about anything we spent our money on. We got our monies worth and more.

We had our wedding at The Hilton this past July. From the first meeting we could tell that our wedding was being handled by professionals who knew what they were doing! Sue V. was our wedding coordinator and made the day come together perfectly. The wedding exceeded our expectations and all of our guests raved about the food, music, and service! Please use the house vendors that the Hilton recommends, they were all excellent!! We had our ceremony and reception both at the Hilton and it was truly perfect! Over 50% of our guest stayed at the hotel over night, and the Hilton made it so easy for our guests to book their rooms and also offered a discounted rate for the room block. By far the Hilton and their staff are the best on Staten Island!!

From the moment we walked in to view this venue until well after our wedding day (6/9/18), the staff at Nicotra’s Ballroom went above and beyond to make our wedding truly magical. (Andrew and Coleen Hernandez) What can I say about Nicotras! My husband Andrew and I just had our wedding reception there on July 21st and our wedding is still being talked about. Jennifer Finch was pretty much there for us every step of the way. From her recommendations to helping us pickout our fantastic menu, she is the go to girl! Not only was Jennifer great but the rest of the staff as well. They were Warm, friendly, helpful people and really accommodated every single one of our needs. When I first walked into the reception hall that day and finally saw the vision come together. They did such a beautiful job it brought me tears of happiness to see the flowers, centerpieces, and my beautiful cake! The cocktail hour was also spectacular! All of my guests loved how comfortable they felt in the Trevi Garden and of course they thought the food was amazing! The Hilton is a venue/hotel that will surprise you in many ways . This was my husbands and I 3rd venue to look at , but it felt like the most obvious choice to pick. Every bride has there check list , the Hilton Garden Inn Staten Island ( Nicotra's Ballroom ) will most likely fulfill them and more .
Our Check list
1. Large venue ( fitting 275 guest + "comfortably " which is the key word)
2. Large Cocktail Room , with enough seating for guest. ( keep in mind venues will say they can fit 200+ , but in reality , there isn't enough seating for all of your guest , they will have tall tables and ladies ,we all want to sit down when we have those high heel on )
3. Shots allowed - Some venues will not allow shots for your guest .
4. Pricing ( ladies and gentlemen one of the biggest cost with your wedding ) My biggest advice , don't go Hall hunting until you factor in the , Plate Cost( Including Tax and Gratuity ) x Guest Total =
1. Prices of Plates for the Weekend and Month ( Friday Saturday and Sunday )
- Wait for it , price does not change on the day/ month you pick at the Hilton ! You don't have to negotiate a price for a certain day you prefer . This was the biggest relief ever !

8. Location ( my husband is from Staten Island and I was from Monmouth county NJ)
Other things on our list that we didn't think to consider that the Hilton included
- Wedding Cake / bakery included into price , Ice sculpture included , They assemble your sweetheart table , Tasting day with all meals
My husband and I had a 320+ guest list , and the Hilton had more than enough room to seat the guest comfortable. We ended up with a 275 Guest Total in the end . Jennifer was our wedding coordinator and she has the patience of a Saint . She is on top of her game. Jennifer is there to remind you of all the things you need to do for the wedding to run smoothly . She is a very busy women , so always make an appointment to meet with her or email .
The Hilton gave us the Trevi Garden for the cocktail hour , absolutely beautiful ! It fit all our guest and especially seated all our 250+ guest at a seated table . Amazing food ! I didn't have one complaint about the food and honestly you won't , the food at the Hilton is amazing . Cake was awesome ! Service was outstanding ! Price is amazing and you won't be able to beat it for the quality of food you are getting . Location awesome ! Venue is huge ! Grounds are absolutely gorgeous, we took pictures on site and it saved us so much time ! Hotel convenience was amazing ! Dance floor was huge ! Also we were given the Nicotra's ballroom ( 3 sections of it ) to fit all our guest. My husband and I paid for our guest breakfast the next morning .Service went well , my only negative comment would be about the Hilton is that the breakfast service waitress , were rushing me and my guest out . There might have been an event happening that day and I'm unsure if that was the reason. Don't hesitate to check it out , call up / make an appointment , and just get prices before making many final decisions .

My Husband and I got married at Nicotra’s Ballroom in November. When we got engaged, we spoke about not wanting to travel far for ourselves and our guests. We wanted something close and extravagant and Nicotra’s Ballroom was the perfect place for us. Our Wedding planner Sue was nothing but Awesome. She was willing to do anything to help us make our day special. She always answered our million questions in a timely manner and she made sure our Wedding day ran smoothly. Nicotras Ballroom set a beautiful ambiance with the most scenic up lighted woods. The service was impeccable and the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests had the option of staying overnight in the Hilton Hotel, and the morning after we had a delicious brunch with all our loved ones that stayed the night. Our Wedding was a dream come true! We had the greatest experience and so did our guests. We had about approx. 290 people at our Wedding and the phone calls did not stop! My husband’s uncle came up to us and said “I have been to a lot of weddings in my lifetime but this wedding tops them all!” Believe me when I say he wasn’t the only one! We can’t thank everyone enough at Nicotra’s ballroom for helping us make our Wedding day magical and the best day of our lives! If we could do it again we would be using Nicotra’s Ballroom!

Hands down, the best decision we made while wedding planning was to have our reception at Nicotra's. We worked very closely with Sue during the entire process, who was phenomenal beyond words. Sue was the one to answer my initial e-mail inquiring about coming to check out the venue, she guided us through the venue and package options, she sealed the deal and navigated us through the entire process. Her expertise and ability to predict all needs/concerns is uncanny. (I swear she can almost read minds!) To make it even better, she is the kindest and absolute easiest person to work with. Always available via phone, e-mail or an in-person drop by. Every step of wedding planning was enjoyable and my husband and I feel truly blessed to have had such an incredible experience. But why stop here! I must also give a tremendous shout out to our bridal attendant, Victoria and our Maitre'd, Tom, who were rockstars!! Honestly - every staff member at Nicotra's/Hilton were top-notch, on-point, courteous, professional and a delight. (We even got to meet Mr. & Mrs. Nicotra a few times and we enjoyed our conversation with them very much. It meant a lot to see how vested they are in their business and that they still give it a personal touch.) ...I really can write on forever, but I will leave just a few more comments. The food was sinfully delicious, (compliments are still rolling in from our guests and our wedding was back in October 2017,) the grounds are manicured beautifully and served as the perfect backdrop for all of our photos, and the ballroom views were breathtaking at night - looking out into the perfectly uplighted woods through floor to ceiling windows! The hotel rooms were great for all of our overnight guests, (approx 70 people.) Oh, and how can I forget the wonderful brunch we got to have with everyone the morning after! That was special because we got to savor a few extra moments with all our loved ones from afar, right back downstairs by the ballroom! Again, I could go on and on but just trust me when I say you cannot go wrong with having your wedding here. It truly was the most incredible day, made even better by Sue and the staff at Nicotra's Ballroom!

So Nicotra's ballroom were do i begin. Its been 1 year and two months since my wedding and til this day im still amazed by all the love and respect we have gotten from the Nicotra's family. My wedding day was an absolutely fairytale , Sue made sure every last detail was above par. She was amazing and settling to work with and boy is that venue lucky to have her! The photos were all done on the premises with endless unique mind blowing photo sectors set up all around the huge property!!! The food was royalty worthy and dont get me started on my venetian hr that is still talked about to this day. After the day was done we were escorted to our suites were our custom made pajamas along with every dish, dessert and horderve that was served and champagne . Top shelf everything at the bar, my husband is a liquor snob and did not like the tequila options so sue had special cases ordered, i mean i can go on forever! Im just a working class gal from bensonhurst who handed the ball to kick off the next chapter in my life to Nicotra's and man what a touchdown. They made sure that everything was perfect. A year later i get another personalized gift from the Nicotra's family. I love them so much i want to work there. Dont bother looking any further nothing will top this location.

I had my wedding here a couple of months ago and everything was perfect. There are several nice rooms that are accommodating and all beautifully set up. Sue made sure everything was done as requested and had no problems putting in special request to make the day unforgettable. They are great to work with and are very easy going!

My husband and I got married just this past Saturday at Nicotras. I don't know if I can accurately explain how grateful I am for this whole experience. We booked our wedding in 2015 immediately after falling in love with the grounds and the Ballroom. Sue Vaiana is the events planner and she is amazing. I swear she might actually live there. The attention to detail that she has is incredible. When I forgot something, she reminded me, any question I had, she found my answer.
Mr. and Mrs. Nicotra even came to congratulate me during cocktail hour and tell me how thankful they were for my kind words and patronage of their business.
Even the vendors that were recommended were spectacular and beyond friendly and accommodating. The day before my wedding was hectic to say the least and Sue and my Bridal attendant Jackie were essential to the whole process. The food was phenomenal, the staff is friendly and welcoming.
I couldn't find a complaint if I tried. The level of professionalism is unprecedented.
My next big event, there is no one else I'd rather call on than Sue and the staff at Nicotra's.
