Night Shift Brewing

It’s been three weeks since our wedding at Night Shift Brewing and my husband and I are still on cloud nine. First of all, if you have not visited this brewery at all yet, get there NOW. You will not regret it. Their beers are out of this world and the staff is super knowledgeable and unbelievably friendly (literally every single person we have ever interacted with there is amazing). We had been to Night Shift several times before beginning to think about wedding venues and once we decided we wanted a brewery venue, Night Shift was an obvious first choice. We looked into several other breweries in New England and Night Shift was by far the best value and the most visually appealing. Night Shift is a really cool looking place anyway but one of the things we liked best about having our wedding there was that we were given a ton of room to really make it our own. When we met with the venue coordinator, Alex (more about him to later!!!!) he gave us suggestions about set-up and organization of the venue but really gave us a ton of freedom to make the place look the way we wanted it to. He was able to accommodate almost every single one of our decorating ideas, and we had a LOT! I have to admit that I was a little nervous about the short time that the staff had to set up before our wedding (They close to the public just one hour before) but the staff exceeded our expectations. In just one hour this amazing group of people completely transformed the place into the space that we had been dreaming about, talking about and planning for months. Our friends and family who had been to Night Shift prior to the wedding kept remarking about the amazing transformation. One of the highlights of our wedding planning process was getting to work with Alex Navarro. Alex is amazing at his job. He is laid back and easy going yet insanely organized at the same time- which mirrors my own personality to the tee. Alex listened to our ideas, gave us input, and always followed up with us in a very timely manner when we had questions. Alex has the gift of being able to anticipate the needs of others at all times. On the day of our wedding rehearsal, I watched as he walked around the tap room with my mother, who was slightly anxious about this “non-traditional” wedding that we had planned and had lots of questions about the set up on the day of. On the day of our wedding, Alex once again anticipated our every want or need. When the whole wedding party arrived after an hour outside doing photos on a hot summer day, he immediately greeted my husband and I with beers before the ceremony (our favorite ones mind you, he didn’t even have to ask, that’s how good he is). During the reception Alex gave me frequent reminders to drink water. In the middle of the reception, Alex took my husband into the fridge to cool off when it seemed like he was getting too hot. Having Alex there on the night of our wedding was almost like having another best man or maid of honor there. You guys. He is that awesome. He clearly loves his job, as do the rest of the staff there. All of our guests remarked about how friendly the bartenders were and how much fun they all seemed to be having. Many of them were simultaneously pouring beers and dancing behind the bar! All in all, I can’t say enough things about this place. If you are looking for a fun and unique venue, definitely consider Night Shift for your wedding or event. You absolutely will not regret it!!

Night Shift is a perfect place for a night out, a work event, or wedding reception. I am so excited to have my wedding party there this fall! The beers are fantastic (as you know if you’re a craft beer nerd), the space has a loft-like look from the industrial setting of a brewery, yet feels cozy, and the staff is wonderful. Alex Navarro, the taproom and events manager, has gone above and beyond to accommodate all my questions and ideas. I was an events planner for years and am consistently impressed by his professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude. This makes me feel really confident about picking Night Shift as the venue for such a special occasion. It is awesome that they are receptive to various catering options - I am having Mei Mei’s food truck serving tacos and cannoli with late night pizza delivery. There is space for a band, which we are also having a DJ. All my friends are so excited to party at one of our favorite breweries for my wedding!

GO HERE! GO HERE OFTEN! LIKE RIGHT NOW! GET UP AND GO HERE!!! Just had my wedding here and I can't speak highly enough about the entire staff and space! I can't even express how amazing this place is! The beer is so delicious, the variety and seasonal changes always result in something new and exciting. I'm here at least every other week anyway so it felt like getting married in a familiar, friendly place. The superstar of Night Shift is definitely Alex, the bar manager/event coordinator! He is so accommodating in every way. Just a really sweet, friendly person who you can tell really cares about what he does and made sure we didn't want for anything. He's not bad on the eyes either, I believe my now husband used the word "dreamboat" specifically, and all of the female guests asked "who's that?" like when the male star of a rom com appears on screen for the first time and everyone swoons. (It's those big green eyes Alex!) Really though, the whole event was so fun and everyone has been telling us it was the BEST wedding they've ever been to and I think it was almost entirely due to Night Shift!

My husband and I want to echo the reviews that NightShift already received and agree that it was an amazing venue for our wedding last August. We wanted our wedding to be unique and fun, so NightShift provided the perfect setting for our wedding. The space has all the charm of a trendy barn wedding at half the price. Our guests raved about the beer selection and how welcome they felt. Alex, their event coordinator, was a great person to work with and was incredibly helpful in the preparation and planning. He was on hand at the wedding and made sure that the groom and I had everything we needed throughout the night (especially a full drink). We can’t recommend this spot highly enough for all their helpful staff & awesome venue - we’ll definitely be coming back regularly and the brewery will be a special place for us.

My wife and I wanted to have a wedding that was unique, fun and personal. When we first visited Night Shift, we immediately knew it was the place for us. The taproom, decor and patio area just fit everything we wanted in a casual setting. And not only do they brew and serve immensely delicious beers, but the entire staff makes you feel very comfortable. Throughout the planning process their events manager Alex was very helpful and happy to help when we had any questions. We were even told after by some friends and family how great the staff was at the reception. I can easily say it was the best night of our lives and wish we could do it all over again.

My husband and I chose Night Shift for our wedding reception. We wanted a casual venue for our friends and family to gather to celebrate, choosing to avoid some of the more traditional components of a reception. We loved the unstructured feel to our event. It was catered by Munch Mobile Kitchen and the beers on tap are always fabulous, covering the range of light to more complex brews. There is also a patio for enjoying the summer evening. We had 145 guests, but the space could have easily held 200 without feeling crowded. We pulled the event together in 3 months and communication was amazing throughout the entire process. My only complaint was that the party went by too quickly!

We had the best experience with Night Shift. They're not your typical wedding venue, but they know how to throw a party. We were the first wedding reception they'd ever hosted, and I was so impressed by how organized and professional they were. Alex, their event organizer, was extremely responsive to all our emails and always made time to meet with us. The venue itself is already really charming so you don't need to worry about going overboard with decorations. We had about 110 guests and were able to fit in a large band, buffet tables, corn-hold game, and still have plenty of room for seating and (most importantly) dancing! Of course one of the best parts was having access to their long list of excellent beers. Their tap selection varies, but Night Shift loves experimenting so there is always something for everyone (they even arranged to have wine that night for our non-beer drinkers). The bar was very well staffed so there were no wait times for beer and they even came by the tables to see if anyone needed refills. My groom and I had such a wonderful time, we wish we could get married there again!
