New Year's Eve, my husband and I had the wedding of our dreams. Our dreams came true because we were lucky enough to have Tanya from Nightingale Events as our Wedding Manager.
Like many brides, I had been dreaming about my wedding for years, and I actually enjoyed planning. So when we started our wedding planning journey, I didn’t think I would need planning services. Six months in, I had hired all these amazing vendors, and I thought: “I have no idea what I’m doing. How am I going to navigate working with all these different people and make my vision come to life? “I also didn’t want my sisters and close friends to be running around making sure everything went smoothly—I wanted them to be able to enjoy the day along with me. On top of that, things at my venue weren’t going exactly as I had envisioned, and I didn’t know what to do.
Thankfully, my photographer recommended I reach out to Nightingale Events, and that’s when I met Tanya. I would describe Tanya as the wedding best friend you’ve always wanted. She went over every detail with me, offering ideas to elevate the space in ways that were both affordable and within my budget. She also helped me decide where not to spend money, which actually saved me quite a bit. As the wedding day approached, Tanya came to all my vendor meetings with me. She also took over communication with them. When challenges arose, she handled them behind the scenes and then presented me with the best options. The lead-up to our wedding went so smoothly because of Tanya—I can’t thank her enough.
Tanya’s day-of team was outstanding. If anything went wrong, I didn’t know about it. She spent the day with me, one of her team members was with my husband, and another was at the venue, making sure everything ran smoothly. She and her team were on top of everything—from start to finish, including cleanup.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Tanya, Nightingale Events, and their wedding management services. It was worth every penny!

We met several times leading up to the wedding to hammer out ideas and logistics. Tanya not only helped us to coordinate all of the moving pieces that we already knew about, but to help us solidify opinions and even think about details and elements of the wedding that hadn't even crossed our minds before.
The day of the event, Tanya and her team did an amazing job acting as the glue for all of our vendors and facilitating a great experience for all of our guests. From handing out blankets during the ceremony to directing foot traffic to helping coordinate buses to checking in on us and our families/parties (just to name a few), there are so many little things they did that helped us to truly be able to just enjoy the moment. We can't believe how smoothly everything went, and it's in large part because we had so much behind-the-scenes help from this team. THANK YOU!
We booked Nightingale for Wedding Coordination & Management and had the absolute BEST experience working with Tanya! She was so friendly, thoughtful, professional, and detail oriented. Her positive energy was exactly what we needed during wedding planning and on our wedding day - we had so much fun working with her! Tanya was truly on top of everything, making sure we were on track with planning the weeks leading up to the wedding, coordinating with our vendors to ensure they had everything they needed, and putting together an incredibly detailed master timeline for the wedding weekend to ensure the day went smoothly. She was very patient and helpful, answering our many questions and was our go-to for wedding related advice. We went into our wedding day stress-free because we knew we were in such great hands and the day was flawless! Tanya, Ashley and Kristin were a dream team on our wedding day, ensuring the day went smoothly - if something went wrong, we didn’t know about it which was amazing and allowed us to enjoy the day completely. Hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day was booking Nightingale - Tanya and the entire Nightingale team were fantastic, I cannot recommend them enough!
The entire team at Nightingale is top notch. We could not be more thrilled to have had them plan our wedding!! Truly an honor. We had a unique vision for our wedding and Lisa (owner) did not hesitate to work with us to help it come to life. From day one she was thoughtful, thorough and communicative. She followed through in a timely manner and no task was too big or small for her to tackle. Her and her team's professionalism is unmatched and attitude and work ethic are infectious. We loved every meeting we had with them!! We even experienced some personal challenges during the wedding planning process, including the unexpected loss of our dog a few days before the wedding, and she was so incredibly empathetic, supportive and sensitive of our circumstance.
Lastly, Lisa's network is absolutely incredible. The quality of her relationships speaks volumes about the work they do, and she has such wonderful relationships with SO MANY high quality vendors for exactly the thing or service we were looking for.
We could not have done this without them and I would recommend any friend or family to partner with Nightingale on an event.
Planning a wedding is both exciting and overwhelming, and choosing the right planner can make all the difference. I cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had with Nightingale. Lisa and her team are absolute angels—they go above and beyond in ways I never expected. At one point, when I was feeling the heat, Lisa literally pulled out wipes to help me cool down. That’s just one example of her dedication.
Most importantly, our wedding day went off without a single hitch. If there were any issues, we never knew about them, which allowed us to fully enjoy each moment. Lisa and her team orchestrated everything seamlessly, making it possible for us to stay present and relaxed. Honestly, I’d get married again just for the chance to work with Nightingale once more. If you’re looking for a planner who cares as much about your day as you do, look no further.
We had the absolute perfect wedding weekend, thanks to Ashley at Nightingale Events. Ashley + her entire team were SO incredibly professional, patience, friendly and handled every little detail and thought of every contingency, all we had to do was truly enjoy ourselves.

Working with Lisa + the Nightingale team was a dream! They were organized, efficient, and made the coordination process straightforward. I was so grateful to have them come in and do the heavy lifting in the last 60 days before the wedding. On the day of, her team was incredible and ensured the evening went perfectly. Truly the wedding reception couldn't have gone off without them, they kept the evening flowing so I could focus on spending time with my husband and family and friends!. We are still basking in the perfection of my daughter’s wedding day. There are just too many details to point out from the very first planning meeting with the Nightingale team to the way everything was carefully packed up and placed in our cars at the end of the evening. Because of the efforts and care of the Nightingale team, we were able to enjoy every moment of the weekend. Their calm, collected, organized, professional yet friendly approach set the tone perfectly. Booking Nightingale Events was one of the BEST decisions we made when planning our wedding. Since our wedding was local, we didn't feel we needed a full-service wedding planner, but we did want additional support leading up to the wedding and during the big day! The wedding management package was absolutely perfect!

Less than a year ago I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa at a great friends beautiful wedding. Hearing about her experience with Lisa personally, I knew I wanted to work with her one day as well!
Not even a month later we became engaged and the planning began. Very early on we knew what we wanted for our wedding day, so the vendors were lined up rather quickly, and then I needed Lisa and her team.
Choosing who we wanted to work with was the easy part, but then it was time for decisions and making everything cohesive, and having a smooth wedding day.
Lisa jumped in to help and did just that. I was instantly at ease knowing that Lisa was in our corner, and that she would be running the ship on the most important day of our lives.
I couldn’t imagine how I could fully embrace our wedding day without Lisa and her team - and because of them I was able to enjoy every last moment.

"Best wedding ever!" That's what our guests told us after our beachfront wedding in early September. And it all is thanks to Lisa and her team at Nightingale. It is impossible to convey how wonderful Lisa is -- patient, responsive, cheerful, calming, knowledgeable. She understood our vision for the wedding and executed it perfectly. No detail was too small for her -- she made sure everything was exactly right. From the band to the catering to the flowers, to all the logistical details of a tented wedding and cocktail hour on the beach -- Lisa worked her magic and the result was spectacular. She even gently coached our flower girls down the aisle! Our families are so grateful that we were lucky enough to find Lisa. THANK YOU THANK YOU Lisa from all of us.
Anna and I had the privilege and absolute pleasure of working with Caity and the Nightingale Events team. There are so many great things that we have to say, but will start with we 10000% recommend this team for anyone looking to plan a spectacular event. Our wedding was as close to perfect as a wedding can be and we owe a very large part of that to Caity and the team. From the little things such as tips and tricks, our “welcome to the team” gift of our favorite cocktail, meeting after hours to accommodate our busy work and school schedules, or vendor recommendations; to the big things as logistical planning, day of support and vendor management, every experience we have with our planning partner was exceptional. Caity even drove into Newport to meet us for the first time in person just days before welcoming her (beautiful) baby girl into the world, and definitely against doctors orders. If that doesn’t show you this team would move mountains to support their clients, I’m not sure what would. At no point did we feel overly stressed about what needed to be done or what deadlines were coming up because we had constant communication prior to those upcoming timelines. If you are on the fence about what events team to pick, rest assured you’ve come to the right place and book right away!!

When I first met Lisa, her kind demeanor, incredible organization and my ability to click with her within an instant were just some of the reasons I knew that I wanted to hire her. Lisa was so wonderful and such a pleasure to work with. Her assistant, Nicole, was also a godsend on the day of our wedding, handling many emergencies for us with kindness and grace!!! I worked for Lisa and with Lisa. I was her intern a few (10) years ago, and she became a fast friend for me. When we got engaged I HAD TO have her as my wedding coordinator. We hired Lisa and her team for month of planning. She is ON THE BALL when it comes to making sure every detail is taken care of. Lisa had to miss our wedding last minute, HOWEVER, her incredible team were a dream. We did not have to worry about anything on our wedding day. They were so attentive, detailed and just amazing people in general! We could not have done it without the team ❤️
My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Lisa & Nightingale Events. We worked with her for the Wedding Management/Coordination service.
Lisa and I began to work together about 8 weeks out from our wedding date. Lisa finalized our timeline about a month out from our wedding. This included everything from transportation, vendor drop-offs/set-ups, and where our family needed to be when. Our weekly check-ins and "homework" she assigned to us in advance allowed us to feel so relaxed leading into the week of our wedding. It was nice to have one point of contact confirming all the details for us leading into the big day.
Lisa attended our final walkthrough with the venue and mini rehearsal before our dinner the night before our wedding. It was great for our parents and bridal party to know she was there for any questions they had day of.
Lisa & her team truly shine working onsite on wedding day. From parents, bridesmaids, other vendors, and guests I received so many compliments about Lisa and her team. I literally didn't worry about one thing on our wedding day. I had tremendous confidence in the Nightingale team to make decisions and keep the day running smoothly. To finding my brothers phone to safety pinning my dress when the bustle broke...there is really nothing they can't do!
Lisa's professionalism and years of experience makes her a rockstar at what she does. Her team is lucky to have her as their leader/mentor. Working with Lisa & Nightingale Events was by far the best decision we made (other than marrying each other!) when it came to our wedding day.
P.S. I know wedding planners is often looked at as "optional" or "nice to have" but I would highly recommend anyone who is starting to budget for their wedding to budget for a planner/planning service. In my opinion, it is 100% necessary.
We will try our best to put into words how special of a time we had with Rachel and her team. We ultimately hired Rachel for design and wedding management - it was the best decision we could have made! From monthly calls, to weekly calls and many text messages - Rachel fixed any problem big or small with a smile on her face & reassuring words. We hired Nightingale Events for month of coordination and we’re thrilled we did. We worked with Rachel B. who was a total asset for us leading up to the day and on the day of. While we planned what we wanted for the day, she and her team crafted the timeline and worked with our vendors to ensure it all went off without a hitch. She took on any stress that would have otherwise fallen to us and was overall a joy to be around on such a special day!
Where to begin!! We got married at Water’s Edge, a venue that handles most of the logistics and even provides a coordinator. But even with a venue like this, you still have photographers, hair/make-up, music, the florist and then guests to coordinate. The effort it takes is just nuts. So you need someone whose primary job it is to a.) coordinate all of your vendors and b.) look after YOU on your day to make sure that you’re enjoying every minute of it. There’s no way we would have been able to experience, let alone enjoy, this big party we planned for 18 months if it hadn’t been for Nightingale Events.
We worked with Caity Kitchens, who took us through the last 8 weeks: wrangling all of our vendors, going over every little detail to make sure the night was exactly what we wanted. She scheduled a venue walkthrough (which was so helpful to visualize the day) and had an answer to every question before and during the wedding —and there were a lot of questions! When is a vendor is arriving, where are the flowers going, when the Mother of Bride should be ready, etc. Caity coordinated everything and was prepared for any situation—including when the groom didn’t have pants! Caity had a plan A, B, and C (including running to the nearby outlets if she had to!). She even made us an Instagram Reel from our wedding day! All of this reminded us why we hired Caity and Nightingale Events— because they are there for YOU.
Caity is warm, funny, and has an infectious ease about her while also being a super-planner who has everything under control. She is such a joy to spend time with—we seriously miss our calls with her! Even if you think you’re a DIY kind of person, that you can manage all of it—having now been through it, trust us, you need someone to run the show that day, and you need the experience and expertise that only Caity and the others at Nightingale can bring. We can’t recommend Caity highly enough!
Hiring the Nightingale Events team was the best decision we could have ever made. After planning our wedding ourselves, we decided to finally hire Lisa and her team for wedding management. Beginning 2 months before our big day, Lisa was attentive, thoughtful, supportive and gave us peace of mind the weeks leading up to our wedding. She answered every single one of our questions, communicated with vendors on our behalf, and made the most detailed and organized wedding weekend timeline- this I think was the greatest gift of all! Not to mention, Xandi and Eric also helping keep everyone on schedule and making sure us and our families had everything we needed. Our families to this day say that Lisa and her team are the reason our wedding was such a success. Lisa was our greatest support system and we could not have pulled off our 230 person wedding without her. Not only was Lisa our wedding coordinator, but she became a friend and we miss her so much already!!
TLDR: HIRE THEM NOW – if you are reading this review, it means you are considering Nightingale. Book them immediately- you will not regret it.
We hired Nightingale for Wedding Coordination as they came recommended by our venue and I just have to say: WOW. I had the HONOR of working with Rachel. I am a pretty organized person, so I was able to book vendors and get all the initial portion set up. The amount of work Rachel put in those last moments before the wedding is almost indescribable. Let me just tell you that I felt that Rachel had my back the entire time when did have some hiccups with a different vendor. Rachel took care of it and handled it so well. Leading up to the day, she had us thinking about things we would never consider thinking about. Since I have never planned a wedding before, Rachel was the expert and mastermind to pull everything together. When I was booking vendors, it was once one was done, I booked the next, but the last 1-2 months, you are talking to ALL of them it is a very daunting task.
If I were to do it all over it again, I would rebook Nightingale in a heartbeat.
The day-of was magical. Rachel was my bridesmaid, friend, and me all in one. She anticipated ALL my needs and was the voice of reason the whole day and night. Our groom gal, Amy, was there for us too and I swear, they all were so so helpful so that Mark and I could enjoy our day. We felt like guests at our own wedding. Our job was to enjoy the day and they made it happen beyond our expectations. We didn't interact too much with the third gal but thank you so much for setting up the details of the room so nicely!

If you are on the fence about booking a planner/coordinator, take this as your sign to book this team! Our amazing wedding truly could not have happened without Rachel, Amy and the Nightingale Team ensuring everyone was where they needed to be and everything was running smoothly. We booked Nightingale to help with our wedding coordination 2 months prior to our wedding date (as I wanted to own the majority of our initial decisions & vendor bookings myself) and being able to hand the reins over to Rachel was the absolute best decision we made. The help, organization, support, and genuine kindness Rachel provided us leading up to and on our big day was easily worth the investment. I know our wedding day would not have been as effortless and seamless as it was if we didn't have this team helping us. From the moment we booked Nightingale, Rachel went above and beyond to help my partner and I feel special and taken care. Thank you for everything!!
We used Nightingale for wedding coordination and were assigned to Rachel, who we started working with a couple months out from the wedding. It was the best decision we could've possibly made. From the second we started working with her I felt at ease. There are so many things that - having never done this before - I wouldn't have even known to think about or consider. Rachel asked all the right questions and had us on track from the moment we started working with her. She was organized, personable, and so friendly and funny. That made our weekly meetings a joy instead of a chore. She took charge of working with all the vendors as well as the venue, and making sure that everyone was on the same page. Rachel was really attentive to what we wanted as a couple and making sure that our vision came true on the weekend of our wedding. Her attention to detail is amazing! She had an extensive timeline for the wedding day and everyone knew where they needed to be and when. The wedding went flawlessly, far exceeded my expectations, and I'm still getting compliments on it. If anything DID go wrong during the wedding, I honestly didn't know about it because Rachel and her team always had a back up plan or a way to mitigate the issue without stressing me out about it.
If I had to change one thing, it would be bringing Rachel and the Nightingale team on earlier. Hiring them was 100% worth the price, and I can't stress how important it is to have a planner on your team.
*Bonus points that Rachel and Nightingale are really dedicated to diversity and inclusion and it shows in the way they work with clients, vendors, and the content they post on their social media pages. I really appreciated that!
We can't say enough about Lisa and her team - look no further for a personable, meticulous, and creative wedding planner. When Lisa came on board, we were disorganized and in a state of panic about our wedding. After calming us down, she immediately got down to business coordinating vendors and making sure that the vision we had for our wedding was executed flawlessly. Unbeknownst to us, our day-of wedding set up needed to be coordinated almost down to the minute - and Lisa and her team were present for every minute of an 18-hour day. Bringing Lisa on was the best decision we made in the planning process!

Rachel and her team at Nightengale were absolutely amazing to work with. Rachel made sure that the lead up to our wedding was stress free and our wedding day was smooth and effortless all thanks to her team’s work. Planning a wedding can be one of the most stressful processes but Lisa was able to relieve so much of the stress and bring all my wedding inspirations to life to make our day perfect! The month before the wedding we had weekly check ins which helped to keep me on task and focused on what still needed to be accomplished. Lisa and the Nightingale Events Team were one of the first vendors we booked and we couldn’t have done it without them! When we first started looking at venues, we couldn’t help but feel compelled to get married at my husband’s family farm.
From the very beginning, we knew we needed to bring in a strong team to pull off this 250 person wedding! We interviewed with three to four different wedding planners, but Lisa and her team stood out among all of them!
Lisa carried a presence to her. She proved that she was timely, punctual, professional, and caring. Herself and her team took the time to get to know us & understand what we wanted to create. They helped us organize the process by giving us access to helpful resources & planning apps. With the wedding management package, they took over the final steps of planning to truly create the day we wanted and ease our stresses about the final details! They discussed timelines with all of our vendors, finalized big and small details, checked in each week with how we were feeling, set up and tore down decorations so our family and friends didn’t need to lift a finger, and so much more! This team helped take our stress away and reminded us that we were getting ready for one of the most exciting days of our lives!

I used Nightingale events for wedding management for our June 3rd wedding and it was THE BEST decision I made out of all of our vendors. Rachel was top notch and helped make all of my visions come to life. Leading up to the day she helped me with coordinating all of the logistics which allowed me to see my Grandma before the ceremony. Throughout the day Rachel and the team were so attentive to us and even my husband said it was so nice having someone there to keep the groom and groomsmen on schedule. My mom and sister have told me multiple times since the wedding day, thank god you had Rachel! I’m so thankful for Nightingale events, I was so relaxed and able to enjoy the entire day. If you are questioning having day of coordination, don’t, just do it, it’s the best investment you can make for your day, especially with the Nightingale team behind you.
Working with Lisa was possibly the best decision my, now, wife and I made when planning our wedding. She was always available to answer questions, kept us on track on the million things we needed to do, and helped us find an amazing team of vendors to work with. Plus, Lisa worked with our vendor team to reschedule our event TWICE due to the event being delayed multiple times from the pandemic.
The night of the event Lisa and her team seemed to be performing magic as they were always one step ahead of any unexpected wrinkle and kept the evening running smoothly. It made for a completely stress-free experience for not just us but also our parents as well. Everyone had a blast!

Hiring Nightingale Events was the first thing we did after getting engaged, and it was the best decision! We worked with Caity; she was AMAZING! We love Caity so much! She helped us do the finishing touches on planning and when our venue was difficult she fought so hard for us making phone calls and just doing everything she could to make our day happen how we wanted it. My husband originally didn’t want to do the month of coordination he felt like it wasn’t needed and a waste of money. But post covid replanning and dealing with everything he said thank god we did that I have literally no idea what we would have done without caity. It has taken me a while to write this review because I don't even know how to begin to summarize how amazing our experience has been with Nightingale Events. We began working with Lisa in June 2019 right after we found our venue and decided that we wanted our wedding planning experience to be as seamless, enjoyable and organized as possible. From the moment we spoke with Lisa we realized that we didn't need to look ANY further in order to find the perfect wedding planner - she was it. When the pandemic hit Lisa helped us seamlessly postpone our wedding from September 2020 to September 2021 by doing all of the communication and rewriting of the contracts with each and every one of our vendors. Lisa negotiated contracts, was ALWAYS at least 5 steps ahead of us with any concern or question we had, reminded us to complete tasks that we 100% would have forgotten about or procrastinated on and overall made our wedding planning experience SO enjoyable. Lisa is full of amazing and creative ideas that will take your event to the next level. When our wedding day came, Lisa was there to pick up and return our rentals (yard games, linens, decor), kept us on our timeline and made sure everyone was exactly where they needed to be. My husband lovingly calls Lisa and the Nightingals (we had Rachel & Elyse who were both incredible) the "secret service" because they were always, again, 5 steps ahead of us. I cannot express how strongly I feel that every bride & groom should have Nightingale Events for their wedding day. I don't know many people who can describe wedding planning as "a breeze" but we were able to and it's all thanks to Lisa from Nightingale Events and that alone is worth every single penny. We miss Lisa already and will miss our check in calls where we even chatted about non-wedding related things like our families, our dogs, our plans for the weekend and what was going on in our lives. Lisa has such a kind heart and while she works SO hard on so many weddings, she will make you feel like you are the only wedding she has for that whole year. She truly is that dedicated to each and every event she plans and cares so much about planning the perfect day for each couple. We have so much to say about Lisa and Nightingale events but first things first: if you’re thinking about hiring a planner, book them now—you won’t regret it. We booked her for wedding management, which starts a couple of months out from the big day. From the time we signed on with Lisa, she was available to us, answering questions and being supportive. Once we got closer in, we had weekly calls with Lisa to go over details big and small. She has such a keen eye for detail and a super extensive knowledge of wedding planning, so her guidance, insights, and organization in the final weeks were incredibly helpful. Throughout our time working with Lisa, we felt that we were in such capable hands. Wedding planning can be (okay, IS) stressful, and having a pro on our team really helped calm us down and stay focused on enjoying the experience. On the day of, Lisa brought her usual enthusiasm, clear-headedness, warmth, humor, professionalism, and organizational mastery to the event along with an incredible team of women. Oh my goodness, words cannot even describe how AMAZING Lisa and her team were for our wedding. The second Lisa and I did our initial call, I could tell that we were going to get along very well. We had the same sense of humor and the same love of sweets. Throughout our wedding planning process, she always checked in with zoom calls and with my vendors to make sure that we were all on the same page. We were in constant communication with Lisa and she would send reminders for anything we had to do. When it got closer to our wedding, Lisa was such a great help in helping our design become a reality. She contacted a bunch of different vendors and found the impossible - golden chairs to match our golden utensils. We were so impressed. Having a backyard wedding, you have to plan every detail and without her, our wedding wouldn't have been as gorgeous and as successful as it was. The day of the wedding, she handled all of my vendors and showed them where to go so none of the bridal party of family of the bride had to worry about it. Another one of her team members, Rachel, hung out with the boys and made sure they were at the venue on time. We got to be with Caity who was such a friendly and calming person to have on such an emotional day. It was pure perfection. I cannot recommend Nightingale Events enough. Not only was Lisa and her team the PERFECT people to help make our wedding day a dream come true, but she also became our lifelong friend. Run, don't walk, to hire the Nightingale Events team!!!
Lisa and her team were the most important investment we made while planning our wedding. We were initially considering holding the wedding in the backyard of our family home, so we originally hired Nightingale Events for a consultation and walk through of the property. We noticed Lisa’s expertise and skills immediately as she helped us understand all of the expenses that can be involved in a backyard wedding. She was honest, helpful, kind, patient, and informative. As I live out of state, we knew we would need more help with “on the ground” planning after that point, so we moved forward with booking full wedding planning support.
Nightingale Events was the perfect choice. Not only was the planning process made simple and seamless, the actual wedding day (with day-of coordination) was a breeze. I didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING. The nightingals took care of it all- they set everything up, moved car-loads of flowers and signs between venues, bustled my train, fixed my veil constantly, removed a stain from my dress, helped band-aid my blistered ankle, and somehow camouflaged effortlessly into the background while doing this all.
It is clear that the nightingals are devoted to creating and facilitating extraordinary events. On top of that, while with them, I felt like I was surrounded by friends and family. They put me at ease and helped me feel relaxed and ready on my wedding day. I truly couldn’t have asked for anything better!!
I couldn’t have asked for better wedding planners. My wedding was postponed from 2020 , for almost 3 years they helped me with every single serial. From guiding me in 2019 to pick my vendors, to helping me postpone my wedding in 2020, to helping me execute the wedding of my dreams in 2021 they were there every step of the way. They are beyond professional, organized & very keen to detail. Whenever I had any questions they were readily available to assist. We worked with Lauren for day-of-event-coordination through Nightingale Events and it was hands down the best decision we made throughout our entire wedding process. Lauren was available to help coordinate vendors prior to the wedding, develop a timeline, organize our rehearsal, preview our venue, and so much more. She was incredibly delightful and a welcomed calming presence for the entire process, particularly in the setting of a cancelled justice of the peace 2 days prior to our wedding! Lauren coordinated our replacement seamlessly. The Nightingale team was phenomenal on our wedding day. Everything was perfect- from the coordination with our massive family for photos, decor set up & breakdown, and organizing the timing for everything. No matter your budget, have Nightingale Events involved in some portion of your wedding. My husband and I tried to plan a micro-wedding in 2020, and hired Lisa to help us plan it, until we had a pivot and decided to postpone our entire wedding to 2021. Lisa was great in our original micro-planning, and even more amazing and accommodating when we changed our plans completely! She allowed us to use our credit from our deposit and hire her as our officiant since full wedding planning was outside of our budget. As an officiant Lisa was INCREDIBLE and Rachel who wrote our ceremony was AMAZING. Between the questionnaires, meetings, and the writing of our ceremony, they created something so beautiful and unforgettable. I haven't been to a lot of weddings, where people can't stop talking about the ceremony, but ours was truly exceptional and everyone was in love. There was not a dry eye in the room! If you want any part of your day to be easy and beautiful and special beyond compare, and you want your wedding guests to feel all the love in the world, Nightingale is the way to go!
Lisa and her team are the best investment we made for our wedding, hands down, no competition, full stop. We hired her for full wedding planning and design, and had an unconventional vision for two a two-night event at our family home. It was complicated, we were planning around COVID, and we had a firm budget. Lisa was brilliant with all of it. Our events were gorgeous and seamless. Our guests felt special, and my husband and I were free to relax, enjoy, and cherish our time with our loved ones rather than stress or consider any detail. For that reason alone, it was priceless. But on top of everything, Lisa was a dream to work with - we honestly miss her now! This past Spring my fiancée (now husband) and I made the tough decision to postpone our early October 2020 wedding to October 2021. We knew that even though we couldn’t have our original large wedding, we still wanted to get married in October as planned with a small group of immediate family and close friends. We were so lucky to have Lisa, Caity, and Rachel for our big day. Combine general wedding planning with a pandemic, you can imagine how stressful it could be planning this year. Lisa and team took that stress away. We had to cancel our original venue, and plan a "new" wedding in my parents backyard in just a short few months. From the coordination of vendors (existing and new ones), helping us envision the new plan, and setting up our tent and vendors day of, Lisa and team could not have been any more helpful in making it the best day of our lives. I can’t begin to praise the Nightingale team enough!! We worked with Lisa and had the pleasure of meeting a few other members of the Nightingale team along the way. Lisa was always professional, polished and FUN. She is extremely resourceful, organized and knows how to get things done. I never could have imagined all the details involved, and how much I did NOT know about putting together a wedding! Lisa was always able to prepare us, come up with quick solutions and connect us with some pretty amazing vendors.
About half way through our planning process the Covid-19 pandemic started to hit here in the north east. No one really knew what we were in for, or how long it would last. Lisa was on the front line speaking with everyone she could (including the governor himself!) to make sure she always had the most up to date information. As our wedding got closer, it became clear that our original venue would not be able to accommodate our party due to current restrictions. With just 1 month away, Lisa was able to find us a new (and even better) venue for the SAME date as our original wedding, and work with old and new vendors to accommodate.
In more ways than I can count, our wedding simply wouldn’t have been able to happen without Lisa and her team. Despite all the obstacles against us during a time of uncertainty we had the most beautiful and dreamy wedding. Nightingale will always be remembered as a big part of our special day.
If there is any question weather hiring a wedding planner is worth it, I can absolutely assure you the Nightingale team is worth it all.. and then some more!!

Super organized, very professional but fun, and really works with you to make sure what you envision for your big day is realized. We love Nightingale Events so much we hired them twice! For our original wedding plans (which COVID ruined), we hired the team for month-of coordination. Once we decided that we still wanted to get married this year, but with all the safety precautions in place, we decided to hire them for our mini wedding this year and then keep them on for our large wedding next year as well. This team is nothing short of amazing, especially Lauren, who we worked directly with. Lauren is extremely well-organized but also so thoughtful and personable. Every time an issue came up (and there were many!) she was easily accessible and helped guide me through it. Additionally, Lauren made us the MOST amazing sign which she wrote out herself with simply beautiful calligraphy. Fast forward to wedding day, and I was cool as a cucumber because Lauren was there. I wasn't worried about a single thing because I knew she knew the vendors, knew our vision and could handle any issues that came about. I am so incredibly thankful that we got to work with Lauren and still have to actively restrain myself from texting her on the reg. I cannot wait to work with the team next year! This team is the best around and do not hesitate to hire them for your day!!

Lauren Barone at Nightingale did a fabulous job for my daughter‘s wedding. She was available to answer any questions within minutes while planning and made many helpful suggestions. She organized the rehearsal so that everyone knew exactly what do do. The wedding day went perfectly, thanks to Lauren’s efforts. One of the guests even told me that she was “impressed with how smoothly everything flowed at the rehearsal.” I recommend her without reservation.

Lisa might actually be a fairy godmother... what she pulled off was pure magic. It was my dream to have my wedding at my family's farm, my concern was that it would feel too "backyard". Well she built this wedding from the ground up, and then some. She listened to what we wanted, she guided us to the best vendors to make that happen. She offered advice where we needed it, and let us do our own thing when we wanted to as well! The result: an absolutely stunning ceremony, a relaxed yet upscale cocktail hour, and a fantastic reception- the dance floor was never empty. I expected to have a really fun wedding, what I did not expect was to have almost all of our guests tell us that it was the BEST wedding they've ever been to. I could go on and on about all of the things that Lisa pulled off for us, but all you really need to know is that she and her staff are so incredibly professional, personable and absolutely amazing at what they do. Hiring Nightingale was the best decision I made out of all of my wedding planning. We hired Nightingale as our Month of Coordinators and the team went above and beyond our expectations. I specifically worked with Lauren and she was extremely responsive, organized, personable, excited and so sweet.

My husband and I were getting married in another state from where we live, and it was going to be difficult for us to coordinate our vendors working full time and out of state. Lisa and her team were recommended to us by my cousin who had gotten married a year prior to our engagement and came highly recommended. She helped us with venue searching and once we picked a venue, provided us a hand picked list of vendors for us to contact and hire (that was the package we chose, but there are other packages where she will help you through everything). Her list of preferred vendors is FANTASTIC and we were so happy with all the vendors she recommended. She and her team were very helpful in the weeks leading up to our wedding, helping coordinate with the venue and vendors to create a timeline for the day and to make sure every little detail was perfect. There was even someone there at all times prior to the ceremony to hold my train! The girls at the end of the night helped my family pack up all the items that needed to leave, which was so wonderfully nice of them and something that I didn’t even think about until we were leaving and had all the extra favors, card box, bathroom baskets, guest book, memorial photos, flowers, etc. to remove from the venue. A wedding planner is a must if you think that you will have a lot of coordinating to do (which you will) with little time or mental energy to do it. Lisa and her team at Nightingale Events did a spectacular job and will ensure the day goes smoothly so you can enjoy the happiest day of your life!

Now with that being said we cannot recommend Nightingale Events enough. We had the pleasure of working with Lisa for the last six months leading up to our wedding. Originally we weren't in the market for a wedding planner, and now we wish we had reached out to her sooner. The amount of professionalism and expertise that Lisa and her team brought to the table was invaluable.
My husband and I had a vision of what we wanted our wedding to be; a vision that we thought we could create on our own. It was Lisa and the Nightingale Events team, however, that made it better than we could have ever imagined.
