Amber did a good job and did everything that was expected of her.

To simply put it, Amber was awesome. She was there for me every step of the way, answered countless emails, and made sure everything was okay. On the day of my wedding, it poured, and yes it was supposed to be outside. Amber checked on me every couple of minutes to update me on the weather. Eventually, we had to move it inside and she did AMAZING! She used her skills with flowers and candles to turn the inside ceremony into the most perfect venue. Amber kept all my crazy groomsmen in line and told me when things were being done at the reception. I can't say enough good things because she played such a huge role in making my day a success.

I found A Sister's Touch through a random google search and truly glad I did. We used AST for floral services and day-of-coordination. Amber was wonderful from day 1. She was patient throughout my decision making process, gave great suggestions/advice along the way, and went the extra mile leading up to the wedding to make sure things fell in order. Our floral arrangements were beautiful, bouquets were amazing, and we wouldn't have been able to pull off such a successful day w/o her and Felicia by our side on the wedding day. She was willing to work in our budget for the florals. Our reception looked amazing with their attention to detail! Thank you!! <3

I am so beyond pleased with A Sister's Touch Floral Design. Amber is phenomenal at working within your budget in order to put together the design that you envision. Amber truly has a gift at taking what you have in mind (even if those thoughts are jumbled and spread apart!) and creating the most beautiful arrangements. The flowers were gorgeous and so fresh that they are still going strong nearly three weeks after our event. Amber is quick to respond and very prompt in her delivery and set up. I honestly cannot wait to plan another event where I may get to use her services again!

I hired Amber as my day-of-coordinator and she was an absolute dream. A month out from my wedding days she took control of everything I had left for my wedding. I had no stress going into my wedding day because she handled everything. We used A Sister's Touch for both florals and day-of-coordination, and I am extremely happy with both services. Amber from A Sister's Touch was great! She was responsive, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly on my wedding day. We met only once before the wedding, and emailed before the big day to iron out some details. She worked seamlessly with other vendors to ensure they all worked together to give us the most amazing day. She was very good about knowing what I should be bothered with, and more importantly, what I shouldn't be bothered with. If I didn't care about something or didn't know what was normal, she helped me out. She kept everything on schedule and looking flawless. I only had one slight issue the day of my wedding, when the venue didn't remember to use the bar in the room that I had requested. I mentioned it to Amber, and immediately, she solved the problem. It wasn't even a big deal, but I really appreciated how swiftly she sprung into action to get what we had requested! Now onto the decor and flowers... They were beautiful! I had a fairly strict budget with expensive taste, and she definitely worked to get me the best of both worlds. The flowers were exactly in the style that I wanted. She never pushed me to spend more than I was able and the tables, mantlepiece, and bouquets/ boutonnieres were perfect. Also, ask about what rental items she has! I rented gold chargers and a sparkle tablecloth for the cake table- it was affordable and one less thing I had to worry about.

A Sister's Touch was a great company to work with. They were attentive to all of my questions about the big day. I hired Amber as my day of coordinator and I am so glad I did. I didn't have to worry about a thing the entire day. Felicia played a huge role in things as well, and without her our day definitely wouldn't have ran as smoothly.

Amber and A Sister's Touch did a beautiful job at each of our daughter's weddings. We challenged her with doing the arrangements for 2 weddings, only 6 six weeks apart. The weddings were individualized, not cookie cutter of each other. The table arrangements at the venues were fantastic and the rooms could not have looked better. The Bride's and attendant's flowers were gorgeous. We could not have asked for more and would use A Sister's Touch again in a minute, would not even look anywhere else!

First off she did not live up to the terms of her contract. She was not there for us, she was not on top of issues and she didn't answer her phone it went right to voice message. She always had excuses like it was a really busy time for her or the best one was she was out of the country. It was as if she was screening our calls. This is why she was hired.  We found her to be disorganized and unresponsive and unprofessional. She had no timeline in case of rain and it did rain. She would not answer her phone on the wedding day when the photographer was trying to get in touch with her. The week of the wedding; we finally had to push her to get a contract for Transportation and Linens. The transportation company was a total fiasco. They were not familiar with the area and delivered the wedding party to the wrong place. Because the shuttles were so bad in delivering people to the wedding, the wedding had to be delayed which cut into the time the DJ was being paid to play. Ms. Cook was busy setting up flowers (a conflict of interest, as she was also the florist) instead of being with the bride the day of the wedding, which was a major part of the contract. We did not see her until it was time for the Wedding procession. I had to send out Rehearsal Invitations without a location for the rehearsal because she could not get a room.  Forget the budget.  She never once checked to keep us on course.  We had requested face to face meeting which she very rarely wanted and in fact didn't show up for the final meeting with the venue and the caterer. I am still trying to get the items back that we brought and paid for that she did not use at the wedding.  I have had a number of people in my community who have asked for recommendations and I told them flat out I would never recommend her to anyone. I never want anyone to go through what my family had to endure with her.

My wedding day was absolutely PERFECT !!!! Amber and her staff were unbelievable. I never stressed about anything, they were so great to work with and I highly recommend them!!

I decided to hire Amber as our day of coordinator and could not have been happier! Our venue did have an on site coordinator but honestly we couldn't have pulled everything off without Amber. I interviewed 3 other coordinators and she was by far the best of the bunch and at a value none of the others offered. We had a relatively large wedding and she helped make everything go so smoothly and I didn't worry about a thing knowing she was there! I would seriously recommend her to EVERYONE! She was always in touch leading up to the big day and very responsive. She was so sweet and calm and collected which is exactly what I needed. Amber you seriously are the best!!!

Amber from A Sister's Touch is AMAZING. As a day-of planner, she went above and beyond just "the day" to make our wedding come together. She met with me twice before the wedding and another time for me to pass off some of the decor items for the reception venue. She took over communication with my vendors for me two weeks before the wedding and made the process seamless and stress-free for me. She was a joy to work with! She is knowledgeable, easy-going, organized, kind - the list goes on! She created an environment where everyone in my family was able to enjoy the wedding festivities and not worry about the details day-of. We were unsure of whether to hire a day-of coordinator at the beginning of the planning process, but it was one of the BEST DECISIONS we could've made for the weekend! Amber took control of everything and we didn't have to worry about a single thing. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes and the event went off without a hitch. She is calm under pressure and very reassuring no matter what is going on in the background. She has a great personality for this job and I would highly recommend her to any bride looking to hire a wedding coordinator!!!

Amber and her team were nothing short of spectacular! I called Amber late in the game due to issues with another vendor. I was planning the Atlanta wedding from the west coast and having to change floral designers 6 weeks out was terrifying! We received Amber's name from a friend and bride-to-be and from the first phone call I was certain it was divine intervention! We sent her pictures of what we wanted and she delivered on everything with such ease and grace. Her team mirrors her calm, sweet and professional demeanor, they were all fabulous! Amber and Felicia=sweet spirited, happy, energetic,resourceful, very calm and wonderful! I was a stress monster planning this wedding. But then I hired A Sister's Touch for month of planning. Wow,what a difference! They were so good at calming my fears and showing me how great the wedding was going to be. My favorite vendor by far! First, they are affordable, so I didn't have to blow my budget to hire a day of coordinator or get gorgeous flowers. Second, they were soooooo amazing! I had no idea what kind of decor or flowers that I wanted, but Amber volunteered to meet me at the venue and came up with the best ideas. I was so excited when I left because I knew it was going to look fantastic! the wedding day ran so smoothly, Amber didn't miss a thing! I don't know how I would have gotten through the day without Amber. She was just so perfect. She kept everyone and everything so organized, calm, and collected. When things went missing (where were those darn picture frames), she helped track them down. I really feel like I didn't have to worry during the day because I knew she would take care of everything. She even made sure that my husband and I had about twenty minutes of alone time directly following the ceremony that we both desperately needed. She made sure people toasted at the right time, things were in the right place, and that everything went as planned. I just genuinely don't know that all would have happened as smoothly without her. Amber and her team did an amazing job on our flowers! The bouquets, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and other floral arrangements were exactly what I wanted. Amber worked with me throughout the entire process.

I hired Amber with A Sister's Touch as a planner for my daughter's wedding on October 25, 2014. It was the best decision I made in the entire process. Amber is not only a joy to work with, she has great ideas and a very sweet personality that puts you at ease as soon as you meet her. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Amber and Felicia as your wedding planner and coordinator. Amber was our day-of coordinator and I don't know what I would do without her. Originally a wedding planner was out of our budget but Amber was able to work with our tight budget and still delivered top notch service! We decided to work with Amber very last minute and met with her a little less than a month before our wedding, but she was able to get everything in order and made sure all of our vendors were in line. She is always very quick to respond to any concerns I had and was very sweet and patient throughout the whole process! She was able to make me enjoy my day without stressing about all the little details. Felicia was her assistant and was also amazing! Thank you so much to the both of you for making our day as special as we hoped it to be!!!

Where to start.... I tried to plan my wedding on my own. My mom helped some, but lives 560 miles away so it made it difficult. I hired A Sister's Touch as our florist originally. I had so many visions for the wedding that I changed colors and themes at least 4 times. Even hired as my florist Amber was a great source of inspiration, knowledge and strength. Two weeks before the wedding it was so overwhelming I called Amber in hysterics. After talking with my (then) fiance, I asked Amber what the cost would before her to plan and organize the rest of the wedding. She quoted me a rate that so reasonable that neither Ben or myself could not imagine why we tried doing this all ourselves in the first place. Amber ended up with her fingers in almost every aspect of my wedding and if I live to be 500 years old I will never regret having made this decision. She was coordinator, planner, visionary, florist, pseduo-sister, decorator, nurse, quarterback and guardian angle. I believe that when brides or anyone planning a large party, should add Amber to their list of vendors to interview. I believe you will not be disappointed and A Sister's Touch will ensure a MAGICALLY flawless day.

I only hired(and paid) for her to do the Month of Coordination, but honestly I felt like from the moment I signed the contract a year ago she was there to help. she responded quickly to every email, text, phone call and always had a cheerful response. Gratefully, A Sister's Touch stepped in to help us a month before my daughter's wedding when I finally realized no one would be present to coordinate our vendors and greet guests while we were at our church taking pictures and performing the ceremony. Our invitations had gone out, rsvps were in hand, and all our vendors were contracted. We called several services recommended by our caterer and found Amber Cook at A Sister's Touch to be the most personable, organized and excited to take on this last"minute"responsibility. She came out to our home to meet with me and my daughter to make a wedding day schedule which she used to coordinate the vendors and reception activites, and then was available by phone up to the day of the wedding. Having a home reception of 200, it was critical to have an experienced coordinator. Not only was she pleasant, punctual,relaxed and very friendly, she thought of and took care of issues that never crossed our minds. If we mentioned anything of concern to us, she calmly took care of it exactly as we wanted the task to be handled. She made our night as parents of the bride so enjoyable and care-free. Many of our guests commented on how quietly she handled the acrivities and movement of the evening, and my husband was thrilled that she could keep the bride and groom and wedding party on with the evening's schedule and then hand out the vendor's checks at the end of the night. I originally met with Amber as a wedding planner and I knew after our first meeting that she was the one for me. I could not ask for a better wedding planner, right before I walked down the aisle a guy (not a guest of ours) started screaming down the hall about how I was a bride and another girl was a bride. Amber went straight to him and explained that this was a wedding and he needs to lower his voice. He did. Amber was on point the entire night and was there anytime I needed something. She showed me some pictures of the flowers... beautiful! She has vases that we could borrow to put the flowers in, place settings, and more decorations!! It was a one stop shop! The flowers were fresh and looked like they were right out of a magazine the day of. I told Amber what I liked for a bouquet and left it up to her and her sister. The bouquet came out better than I could imagine. If one thing could go wrong, it was definitely not going to be on their part. They had everything covered. Thank you Amber and Sherry!!

They were a great choice for my budget, but they had a few mistakes. The day of the wedding, they did not have my toss bouquet. It was in the contract, but she claimed I forgot to tell her I wanted it. She quickly made one out of stuff she had extra in her car. It worked, but I was a little annoyed. Other issue was after the wedding she contacted me saying I owed $100 more dollars and I was mistaken in the total. After quoting the contract, she admitted that she was wrong and I did not owe her more. She forgot that my deposit was $200 (she thought it was $100 even though the contract said $200). In the end, it was fine, but it is not the best experience compared to my other vendors.

I cannot say enough about how amazing Amber was on our wedding day and the moments leading up to it. There are SO many moments that Amber handled with pure perfection. I am a very organized person, however, somehow during all of the wedding craziness, I forgot to give Amber an updated copy of the schedule for the reception! The DJ was working off of an entirely different schedule. Amber noticed this early in the night and worked everything out SO smoothly... we didn't miss a beat! Throughout the night she took care of SO many things that I didn't even know about until after the wedding. She's like a little wedding fairy, running around making everything run perfectly! I cannot say enough for how appreciative we were of Amber and her hard work. She is not only one of the sweetest and most kind women you will ever meet, she is super patient and hard working. You will do yourself a HUGE favor by booking with A Sister's Touch for your wedding day!! Amber made everything stress free (a key factor on your big day)! I was looking for a wedding coordinator when I found A Sister's Touch. Amber Cook was amazing, she saved the day for us and kept everything organized. As the mother of the bride I didn't want to be overloaded on the day of the wedding trying to coordinate everything, Amber took care of all the details, from the final touches of decorating to overseeing all the vendors. She even added decorations to things we overlooked! The flowers were absolutely beautiful, and very affordable. We told Amber what we wanted and she delivered, everyone kept talking about how gorgeous the flowers were. I have already recommended A Sister's Touch and will continue to do so.

Amber saved me from totally losing it! She became my therapist for a while. When I'd have a meltdown, she'd have the solution, or take care of it. The wedding day went smoothly, and I had no worries. A Sister's Touch was the best vendor out of all of the ones I used! They were wonderful with walking me through the entire wedding process, helping me narrow down my selections, and finding EXACTLY what I wanted. They are amazing with communication and friendliness. They also ensured that I wasn't being taken advantage of and that contracts and prices were reasonable for what I was requesting. Unfortunately, my wedding didn't happen, but I have to say that A Sister's Touch was my best friend during that process. They helped with canceling contracts, contacting additional vendors, making sure I was okay during the process, and seeing that all my needs were met through thick and thin. They truly have a heart for helping people and are wonderful at what they do. Should I ever have another wedding, without a doubt they will be the first people I call. I would highly recommend them to anyone on any budget.

A sister's touch has absolutely beautiful flower arrangements. They are well put together and very creative arrangements. The flowers are kept fresh and look as if they were just picked and managed with a great amount of care.

Having my wedding flowers done by Sherry and Amber from A Sister's Touch was a wonderful experience all around. They are both knowledgable, tasteful, creative and so easy to work with. They also took special care to really understand my style, preferences and vision for the wedding. I could tell right away that they sincerely wanted to help my wedding dreams come true, and they exceeded my expectations! I was on a pretty tight budget while planning my wedding, and I was afraid I might end up having to make sacrifices with the flowers. However, Sherry and Amber were graciously willing to work with me, keeping the flowers affordable without cutting any corners. The end result was beautiful! They did a great job and were very accommodating to my budget and vision for my wedding. Sherry was extremely easy to work with and was full of wonderful ideas! I wanted to write two reviews for them because they were so wonderful to work with, they deserve double the credit! Amber was my day of coordinator, while Sherry was in charge of the flowers and decor, what a team! Amber was so vey thorough as the coordinator, we met at the venue before the wedding and she took me step by step through my entire "day" so no detail would be missed and I would know in advance how it would all work out. After the walk through, my stress level went way down because I knew everything was well taken care of. Honestly, our wedding day was perfect! There were no surprises, and she handled everything with grace and accuracy! I had several of my friends comment on how friendly and easy she was to work with, which was important to me because I had been worried before about hiring a coordinator that would be good for me and my friends and family. There are just too many good things to say about them, just know they were worth every penny and I would absolutely reccomend them to any bride!

As it turns out, we needed more than just a coordinator and working with Amber was one of the best decisions that we made! Amber was enormously creative, flexible, patient, proactive, resourceful, supportive, loving and easygoing. She helped us plan the bridal party brunch, the rehearsal dinner and, of course, was crucial in helping with a myriad of details and unexpected surprises on the actual wedding day. No job was too big or too small for Amber. She took everything stride and her confident attitude helped me keep my cool during my daughter's big day. From helping me work on menus and picking the right vendors, to helping me put together flower arrangements, bouquets and boutonnieres, she was an absolute pleasure to work with. When first planning my wedding, I thought a wedding coordinator was out of our budget but when I met Amber, I met a blessing...that we could afford! Amber and her sister are a duo that handles wedding coordination and floral. My fiance and I loved them both when we first met them. We primarily worked with Amber for a few months of planning. Despite hiring her for weekend of coordination, she was available and helpful through the whole process. And it add to that, three months before the wedding, I decided that I wanted to move the wedding up to the next weekend due to a health condition my mother was experiencing and, honestly, my unwillingness to handle wedding stress! :-) Through nothing short of a miracle, our wedding came together and Amber still delivered everything that she had promised despite the sudden change. Her sister and her had a large wedding already scheduled for that weekend but never once did I feel like Amber wasn't entirely focused on my small wedding. And to add to it, she did the floral arrangements herself since her sister was in Nashville! They were stunning and exactly what I wanted even though I had no idea of what I wanted. Amber was really great to work with. She was very helpful when we met with her and was very affordable for beautiful bouquets for my wedding. We loved her work. I didn't really give her much to go on, but was very pleased with what she came up with. I would definitely recommend others using her!

I hired A Sister's Touch for my flowers, decor and planning. At first I wondered if I should hire separate vendors, but I couldn't be more impressed with their service and affordability! Amber coordinated my wedding perfectly, and you could tell making my wedding perfect for me was her number one goal. They were by far the best vendor/service I had for my wedding! If you think you can't afford a planner, you really need to call them!!

When it comes to flowers I am clueless, so choosing someone to help me with these crucial decisions was very important. Sherry and Amber from A Sister’s Touch were exactly what I needed to help me plan the most important day of my life thus far. They were by my side to help me decide every little detail from what I wanted the arrangements to look like, where I wanted them set up, which flowers I wanted to use and what is best for the season, I could go on and on. They took my ideas and created perfection! The most daunting task for me was to determine what all I needed in regards to bouquets, table arrangements, alter arrangements, pew bows, and so on, but walked me through it with ease. To top it off they knew how to do all I wanted and stay in budget. The best part of the experience is that on my wedding day, I did not have to worry because I knew they were on top of everything. When I walked into the sanctuary it was like stepping into a dream, it was better than I had imagined and it reflected me in every way. I have known Amber for years! I have seen a ton of their work through pictures and in person. As soon as I got engaged I called Amber. I knew I wanted her for my wedding. Recently, she helped my sister make floral arrangements for a school project. In the ten minutes of her "playing around" with the flowers the arrangement was beautiful. I can only imagine what they would look like on the day of the wedding. Even though I am in the early stages of planning, Amber has helped me from the beginning. Both my mother and I trust her instinct. They are very dedicated to their work and will give you the wedding look of their dreams. I cannot wait to see their work the day of my wedding!!!!!

I recently married the love of my life! Wedding planning was not my favorite part of the event. "A sister's touch" was recommended to me by a friend and I met with Amber to talk about my budget and wedding details. Amber was very professional and helpful! She had lots of ideas from her previous experience and many pictures to help me decide on what I wanted. I decided to book "a sister's touch" for my wedding. They surprised my by how affordable and beautiful they made my wedding day! When the time came for wedding day preparations. The sister's were on time and ready to go. They were so easy to work with and accommodated my every wish! They ended up doing my pew bows, bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, 2 large flower arrangements for the front of the church, candles in the windows, all of the center pieces for my 15 reception tables, they even decorated my cake with flowers and accessories! They went above and beyond by creating custom wreaths for the front doors of the church and a custom wall covering. They also brought in a christmas tree to add to the decorations in the reception hall. They were such a blessing to me and I cannot speak highly enough of them! Amber was able to keep the cost down by using her own supplies and then she came back after the wedding to collect everything that belonged to her. They are extremely innovative and all of their work was beautiful! If I had to do everything over again, I would definitely use "A Sister's Touch."

If you want great quality flowers at a fairly reasonable price, this is the place to go. The women are so incredibly sweet and do such amazing work. Our bouquets, corsages, centerpieces, etc. were all amazing!! They will work with all budgets, tastes and requests. We got married over 4 weeks ago and our centerpiece flowers are still alive!!

The flowers were delievered exactly on time and they were exactly what I dreampt of! Fantastic people and service- HIGHLY Recommend.
