Our team consists of twenty-one staff members who plan, coordinate, and design special events. Niq Williams Events specializes in weddings, but are excited to design memorable events of all kinds. We have planned and designed over 250 weddings, dozens of parties, baby showers, corporate lunch and learns and more. Whether your event is local or across the globe, Niq Williams Events will handle “the planning and the pretty”! We love fresh flowers, candlescapes, and unexpected details that display our client’s personality. Our planning style involves planning in stages and often times end in those magical words that our client’s love to hear; “I’ll take care of it”. On the day of your event, your only focus should be preparing yourself for the time of your life. NWE provides on-site staff to manage every detail of your event, allowing you to be a stress-free host.

"We Still Do" We cannot say Thank you enough to Niq Williams Events, we started the process over 2.5 years ago and to see it on paper we were very pleased with the decor options we were provided, but November 11, 2023, we saw it come to life from the ceremony decor to the reception everything exceeded our expectations, I even did the ugly cry!!! From start to finish we received nothing but the BEST customer service anyone could have offered, the staff treated our event like it was there very on, the attention to detail was impeccable, we looked around all night in aww. Thank you , Thank you, Thank you

Crystal and the Niq Williams event team made all of my wedding dreams come true! They are thorough, efficient, and incredibly professional throughout the wedding planning process. I highly recommend booking their full planning services as it completely eliminated my stress as a bride. Additionally, they are exceptional at floral and decor. It was so helpful to have someone that understood my vision and my personality as a bride, this in turn created the most beautiful atmosphere on my wedding day.

I couldn’t have ask for a better coordinator and design team for my July wedding. From the beginning Shami exuded professionalism and knowledge. I went with month of coordination because I had already found my venue and caterer. Some time later I decided to go with Niq Williams Events to do the design for my wedding as well. Shami asked questions about my vision and created a design within my budget. She was easy to contact and was available for any questions I had. My wedding was beautiful and well coordinated. Shami and her team executed perfectly. My guest can’t stop talking about how beautiful and well organized my wedding was. I highly recommend getting a month off coordinator. The decision will lighten your load a month before the wedding. I also recommend using this company to design your wedding. You will most definitely get what you pay for.

I can’t say thank you enough to this team!! Crystal was our lead planner for our wedding and she was nothing short of amazing. She is the sweetest soul and is very punctual! As someone who plans events for a living, I was adamant that I only needed her for month of coordination. Wrong!! Book the full service option and you won’t be disappointed! We needed up upgrading 6 months out! I’m a VERY detail oriented person and wanted everything to be perfect. I asked a million questions and requested a million revisions to our design plan, BUT she handled me with so much love and Grace! The day of team came in and helped execute things to perfection and my fiancé and I were blown away. We loved working with everyone from the team and can’t imagine having anyone else as a planner. Our guests haven’t stopped calling to talk about our big day yet and we owe it all to Crystal and Niq Williams Event company. Crystal won’t be able to get rid of us! We will be using her all of our events since she also plan events for other occasions as well! Book today(if you can find availability because they are highly recommended)!

My husband and I thoroughly vetted NWE before contacting them to provide Planning and Design services for my Spring 2019 wedding. My husband was rather intense with Christie when it came down to costs and services. Long story short, she passed his test! lol Throughout my entire wedding planning process Christie remained responsive, cooperative and professional. There were certainly times when I questioned her suggestions/recommendations (as most control-freak brides will). She ALWAYS reassured me that things were being handled and put my worry to ease. I appreciated her sassy personality as it was just what my type A personality needed. Christie reminded me often that I chose NWE for a reason and that they would not disappoint. Chrsitie took my dream of a GIRLY, all things Pink and Glam wedding and made it more than I could've imagined. When issues arose with our venue (no fault of mine or NWE) Christie was there we a quick resolution every time. I continue to receive compliments about the design and decor of our wedding and that's all thanks to NWE!! It warms my heart that family and friends are still in awe over my wedding. I am currently thinking of the next event I can have just to hire NWE again!

My wife and I met Crystal at a bridal event and she immediately introduced us to the 'Niq Williams Events' experience. Crystal is knowledgeable, creative and she thinks on her feet. She made the wedding planning process simple, organized and fun. I'm emotional writing this review because we were initially hesitant to hire a wedding planner, based on budget, but not only couldn't I imagine our wedding without a planner, I cannot imagine going through this process without Crystal. She was the perfect match for us and the value is immeasurable and the best in the industry. She asked questions to uncover our wants and needs, she always responded quickly and she shared her ideas which made the day absolutely beautiful. Crystal is an expert. She took our vision, elevated it, went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. The decor looked like it was out of a magazine; simply glamorous. My friends and family are still talking about how this was the best wedding they've ever attended. In my most appreciative tone, I want to say thank you!

We hired Niq Williams Event Management for our wedding design and decor after a long search. Crystal was able to capture our vision and stay on top of everything even after a lot of back and forth with my venue. She was excellent with responding to emails and calls. It was definitely a joy to work with her!

I first met Christie Williams in 2013 while attending a wedding which she and her team had planned. As I arrived at the venue I was wowed and it was love at first sight for the beauty of her work and the manner in which they had everything running so smoothly. At that moment in time I said to myself when my day comes... "I gotta have her". Now as it would be 3 year's later my fiance and I hired Niq Williams Events for our romantic, elegant, and classic themed wedding at Glendalough Manor on August 27, 2016. I couldn't have better things to say about working with Christie and her team. Throughout the planning process which began a year ago, she has been attentive, organized and resourceful. I cautioned her about my anxiety and she helped to alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding by providing helpful tips and resources that kept me and Brian on track for our big day. On our wedding day (5 days away) , I know it'' be a wonderful and memorable experience. So anticipate part 2 of this review after the honeymoon. I am confident that to-date I couldn't have asked for a better planner, and am so grateful that we picked Christie to help us throughout our wedding planning. Amazing event planner, designer, florist and coordinator. Christie's unique eye and creative team turned my NPHC Greek/Beach themed vision into a beautiful memorable day. Her ideas for my concepts were chic and affordable, and her knowledge of current wedding trends allowed me to incorporate a variety of ideas into our special day. Throughout the planning process she was honest and excellent about communicating. When the venue changed setup at the last minute, her time swooped into action and gave me a game plan that allowed everything to flow wonderfully. The adaptability, knowledge and professionalism provided by her and her team was top notice. I would recommend them for any event you are planning in Georgia or afar. Excellent, easy to work with and honest vendor. My husband and I were beyond happy and impressed with Niq Williams Events services.

Christie and her staff are beyond anything that I could have imagined. I would highly recommend Niq Mgmt. I was able to have my dream wedding with Christie coordinating everything to perfection! I will always think of Niq Mgmt when I need to plan any event in the future!

I can't thanking Niq Willams enough for everything she has done for us. I wasn't stress the entire time during the wedding planning process. She made sure everything was done and she even handled our family difficulties with grace. I didn't want for anything on the day of the wedding. Christie and her staff made sure everything was spectacular. She did the floral arrangements as well. My bouquet was beautiful. Christie was wonderful!!!. I highly recommend using Niq William Event Management
