I shared a rental of twinkle lights and their greenery chandeliers for my venue with another bride getting married at my venue in the same weekend. They were upfront about coordinating set up times and pick up. They originally mis-quoted us just for the lights and not the chandeliers. To make up for the mistake, they added the chandeliers and took some of the lights away to make the quote about the same. They looked great! To be honest, it was very expensive, and I would not have been able to justify spending $3000+ on lights and the chandeliers alone. Splitting the cost was the only way I was comfortable obtaining this service. So, while great, and obviously setting up properly and taking down properly is important, I think the pricing is very expensive.
We could not be more grateful to Nolans for helping us throw together a gorgeous backyard wedding with just 10 days' notice (thanks to COVID). They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for our big day (which was a lot), and even dropped off some items that we didn't realize we needed until the last minute (read: outdoor heaters). Ela was a dream to work with - she not only brought our vision to life but managed to make a highly stressful situation a little less stressful. I cannot recommend the Nolan's team highly enough!
Ela was amazing. She did the draping and bistro lighting for a small reception in our backyard, it could not have been any prettier. The floral chandelier wreath added the perfect finishing touch. Her customer service was top notch and she was responsive and very easy to work with. Definitely would recommend. We have used Nolan's in the past and have never been disappointed, exceeded expectations.
I hired Ela Sweeney from Nolan’s to decorate for my wedding. She did such a beautiful job. We communicated mostly by email due to covid-19. Ela had timely responses, and showed up on time the day of wedding. I sent her pictures of table settings, pictures of arbor, and my bouquet. Everything matched with my bouquet and was Pinterest worthy! Her decorating took all the pressure off me, and I couldn’t be any happier with her work. Ela was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her for your special event or wedding!
We had our wedding at the Hyatt Regency in Feb 2020 and we shopped a few vendors for the few final touches we needed: backdrop behind the head table, up-lighting (our DJ did not provide this), monogram on the wall in lighting, and something extra for our head table. We worked with Ela at Nolan's Rentals and they exceed our expectations ABOVE & beyond! Ela was responsive, warm, friendly and truly knows what she is doing. When Ela was out of the office, the rest of the team at Nolan's could pick up easily right where she left off and helped assist in any way they could. When we saw the room reveal for the first time on our wedding day it truly brought me to tears - everything was exactly as we had envisioned. Nolan's was also better priced than all other vendors we looked into and made the lighting, backdrop, chair rentals, etc easy because it came from one place. I would use Nolan's again in a heartbeat - thank you Ela & team!!
Nolan's was great to work with. Everyone was very efficient during the ordering process, and flexible with changes after we got our guest count finalized. The folks who delivered and picked up everything were excellent, too. We met them at the church, figuring they'd have questions about where to put everything, but it turned out we barely even needed to be there. The property manager of the church and the delivery folks were bustling about setting everything up according to my vaguely illegible sketch of the space, and we just kinda hung out and watched them setup the dance floor. All the dishes and everything were packed neatly, and everything was pretty easy to find when we set up the tables, most of which got done in the hour between the rehearsal and the dinner. It was great!
Nolan's was fantastic! The tent we rented was in great condition, bistro lights were perfect, and all other rentals for our outdoor wedding were exactly what we needed. The setup crew was on time and friendly, and their customer service getting everything ordered was great. We highly recommend working with them!
We rented table settings, bar ware, table linens and chairs for our June wedding. Ela was so helpful during the whole process and accommodating with the couple of changes that we made to our order. Ela even met me at our venue before hand so that we could map out everything. On our wedding day, she and Susan showed up on time and got straight to work making everything look perfect and beautiful. I highly recommend Nolan's!

Nolans was great. They were so helpful from start to finish. My first meeting there was with Michelle and she took tons of time with me and answered all my questions. I left there feeling like they wanted me to have what would work best for me and didn't try to over sell me at all. Every time I call to make changes, everyone was helpful and understanding. The delivery team, Scott, arrived right on time and they did an excellent job setting up. Then they came back that night late to take everything down since I had to have the tent gone by morning! Nolan's was great and their prices are amazing compared to other local rental companies!!
As someone who works in the Catering and Event industry, I know how much time and energy goes into setting up an event. I knew that I would not have time to even think about it the weekend of the wedding. I was in good hands working with Ela and the team at Nolan's planning the decor for my wedding. Ela was extremely easy to work with and she helped me find ways to make my dreams and vision a reality. I have planned hundreds of weddings and of course had so many ideas running through my head. Ela helped me sort through them and I was beyond blown away with the end result. The room looked stunning and was the perfect balance of romance, rustic and winter. The moment my husband and I walked in the room, I started to cry and he was blown away as well. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the room looked. It was PERFECT!!
Nice to know that there are things you just don't need to worry about. Delivered on time, set up was with ease. Very professional and polite. Tent was clean, bright white! Very happy.
We rented a tent, tables and chairs from Nolan's for our rehearsal dinner. Greg was great to work with - very responsive and flexible. I highly recommend them!
We booked our chairs really late, but had no problem at all. The chairs were delivered a little later than we expected, but we ordered 140 and the delivered 150 with no extra charge. Overall a good experience.
I rented the mahogany Chivari chairs for my wedding, and they were wonderful; they looked beautiful in the dining hall! They also gave me a prompt refund for the extra chairs I didn't end up needing the week before the wedding.
The tent we rented was gorgeous- no holes/ tears. clean. the delivery guys were fast/efficient
we rented tables and chairs... we wound up not using the additional chairs but they worked out perfect and not that expensive
rented a tent to use at my parents' house for the rehearsal dinner. tent set up went smoothly. they showed up on time. were very neat and nice. tent looked wonderful once set up. it rained for the beginning of dinner. guests stayed dry under the tent.
