Megan L at the Seattle Wedding Suite was my hero! My sister and I went in to Nordstrom with the idea that my wedding dress would be a Hayley Paige. Megan humored us and brought out 5 Haley Paige dresses that ultimately, I wasn’t in love with. It was a style I thought I wanted—next Megan just starts pulling dresses, literally every single style she pulled, I LOVED. And they were never dresses I would’ve picked. This was just the prelim visit. Next visit we scheduled with Megan L again because she was like a part of my friend group at this point, so down to earth, kind, direct so we were looking forward to seeing her again! She pulled a Vera Wang dress that, again, I never would have selected from the floor, but once the dress was on—that was it. My family, friends and I knew, we had found the one! Well...technically Megan L found the one! I didn’t even second guess it, I think I purchased the dress within the next week. Then Megan worked with us on all other things: shoes, accessories, veil...she even walked me through other departments to look at other jewelry that wasn’t as bridal as what they carried in the suite. She is honestly who I credit for how beautiful I felt on my wedding day. She gave me the confidence I needed to wear a fitted dress and to be reminded simple and subtle are also most elegant. We loved Megan L so much, we invited her to the wedding, she came! Also every time that I came to Seattle Nordstrom, I’d check in with her and see if she’d want to grab lunch or a coffee, that’s how Megan makes you feel, like she’s your close friend. She makes a potentially high stress moment into one you can truly enjoy. She’s also very honest, she helps keep the process moving. I am so grateful we found her and of course thrilled with the entire experience at the wedding suite.

Heather Chavira at the wedding suite downtown Seattle is the best! She was so helpful on so many levels. I knew which dress I wanted walking in and she was great. She helped me style everything and was very patient as I tried on probably 20 different pairs of shoes. She also helped my mom with her dress! The whole experience was lovely and so easy!

Dress shopping has been a challenge from the start I went into nordstroms they were fantastic Annabelle helped me was professional and kind. I went to 10 other places and one of the places I was treated terrible I called Annabelle to explain my dress issue and she was on top of it to help. I ended up finding my dress somewhere else but I can't express enough how helpful nordstroms was Annabelle treated me like a person with no pressure just what you would want while looking for your dress. I was married in October 2017 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. I had originally purchased my gown at another salon and after I received it back for alterations I realized I was not in love with my gown. After countless searching, I found myself at Nordstrom Wedding Suite in Seattle. At first, I did not realize that there are HUNDREDS of gowns not on display in the back of the salon-- so if you do not see anything on the floor you like, don't be discouraged- there is a dress for you! I was paired up with Megan B. who was AMAZING from start to finish. She selected my gown based on my personality, style and taste and I could not have picked a more perfect gown myself. The tailoring was exquisite and she was one of the nicest and most helpful people I had the pleasure of interacting with throughout the whole wedding process. I would not hesitate to skip the small salons and go straight here for an important event in the future. Thanks Nordstrom and Megan for helping make my day so special- I felt beautiful!

Working with Heather Chavira at Seattle’s Wedding Suite location was hands down one of my best and most memorable experiences yet. I’ve been a loyal customer of Nordstrom’s for years, but after planning my wedding with the assistance of Nordstrom’s staff from both Seattle and New Jersey locations, I am a lifer. Heather is the best wedding stylist that my mom and I could have asked for. She’s friendly and approachable, engaging and professional, and most importantly very easy to talk to. She listens whole-heartedly and understands what you are looking for, even if you don’t have the right words coming out. What makes her so good at her job is her genuine interest in making you feel good about the decisions you make and allowing the process of discovery to sink in at a distance. She gives you the perfect amount of space to take a moment to breathe and discover the type of bride you want to be without forcing any immediate thoughts into your head. Planning a Seattle wedding while living in NYC was incredibly tough, but working with Heather via phone calls and emails was the easiest and the most pleasant part of my wedding journey. She’s consistent in following up and remembers every last detail we’ve discussed. Overall, I couldn’t be any more happier with Heather’s services and her ability to go above and beyond. She made sure my dress was hand delivered to my hotel with a personal note on my wedding day. Nordstrom is so lucky to have Heather!

I would highly recommend the Nordstrom Wedding Suite in downtown Seattle to any bride in search of an amazing experience and finding the perfect dress. Kendall Kantola was my stylist, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her, she was absolutely fantastic, SO very patient, put me right at ease and helped me find just the right dress! Diep Ngo altered and packed it up perfectly! My wedding was destination and I decided to take my dress with me on the plane, (instead of having it shipped) and when I took it out of its travel packing, (being fully prepared to have to get it steamed again) there wasn’t a wrinkle to be seen- it was in perfect condition! My experience was exceptional from beginning to end and I will be recommending Kendall, Diep and the Nordstrom Wedding Suite to all future brides who will listen. The Nordstrom Wedding Suite in downtown Seattle is amazing! When I started dress searching, I was working with Annabelle. Annabelle was so helpful & patient with me, allowing me to come back several times to try on the same few dresses! Eventually I decided on a Watters two-piece. After the dress arrived, I met with Megan for my 'meet-the-dress' appointment. While the dress wasn't exactly what I was expecting when I first saw it, Megan & her team did everything they could to make it perfect. In the last fitting before my wedding, I almost cried I was so happy! Megan and her team went above and beyond to make every little detail perfect, staying in communication with me every step of the way. Megan was such a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to any Seattle brides!!

The Wedding suite was spectacular! They made my day so stress free when they told me the could deliver my gown to me! That made my day even better. Kiersten, one of the wedding stylists, was so attentive to what I wanted and really patient. Thank you Nordstrom!

The downtown Seattle Nordstrom Wedding Suite is very beautifully appointed with large private dressing areas and lovely seating areas for your friends and family. I was always greeted with water which I appreciated after scrambling to find parking! I ended up purchasing my gown here after visiting a half-dozen local bridal salons and trying on over 50 dresses. Nordstrom had a sample sale that enabled us to purchase my DREAM couture gown within our budget. They also made the alterations process very seamless (pun intended) and scheduled multiple fittings to make sure everything was perfect. The staff was really friendly and encouraging and easy to relate to. They really nailed the "upscale-yet-approachable" vibe that I love! P.S. I also got my bridesmaid dresses (Eliza J brand) from Nordy's at a steal. Check their sale section often!

Kendall Kantola helped me find the perfect dress for my wedding. She worked with me before the appointment, asking great questions and having me send her inspiration photos and she nailed it day of. It was my last appointment of the day in Seattle and was so refreshing. The dress selection was wonderful, I didn't feel rushed and I ultimately found the perfect, timeless dress. I highly recommend the Nordstrom Wedding Suit and Kendall in particular.

Ah! This was one of the BEST experiences I've ever had. I emailed the Wedding Suite ladies to schedule an appointment to try on Londyn by Hayley Paige. I was then told that it wouldn't be available for my fitting. Lydia totally worked her magic and was able to get it to the store for my appointment. The appointment itself was just absolutely perfect. Lydia is hilarious, warm, welcoming, and just all around wonderful. I put that dress on and felt like a million bucks. So I purchased it...and they stored it for me...for well over a year! They took such good care of my gown and I was so pumped when it was time to start doing alterations. They listened to everything I asked for and made it absolutely perfect. My gown was traveling with me all the way to IL and they make sure to triple bag it for me because I'm a little paranoid. I felt like a woodland fairy in my gown on my special day and I cannot thank these ladies enough! So thankful I found you! I would highly recommend Nordstrom's Wedding Suite!

The Nordstrom Wedding Suite in downtown Seattle is AMAZING. The manager of the department, Heather, helped me find my dress, the perfect veil (which we custom ordered), jewelry, my bridesmaid dresses, and a dress for my mother in law. The team in the wedding suite is knowledgeable and professional. They have direct relationships with vendors so they are able to get things actioned right away. I would highly recommend any newly engaged bride take a look at Nordstrom and ask questions, because if they don't have the dress you want in store, they will do their best to get it for you.

I consider Nordstrom my home away from home so it was a no-brainer where I was going to get my wedding dress once I got engaged! Nordstrom always provides the best quality and designers. The wedding suite is beautiful and really spacious, which is really important if you are planning on bringing more than 1-2 people with you to try on dresses. Lydia at the Nordstrom Wedding Suite in Seattle was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She is knowledgeable, personable, and provides excellent customer service. Lydia made me feel at ease and she understood what I was looking for. She expressed interest in my preferences as they related to my wedding plans. I felt like she became a friend after my first appointment with her - she was even available via email to answer any questions I had. She not only helped me, but also helped my bridesmaids try on dress after dress and even pulled some dresses to have ready for our appointment before we got there. I'll never forget the memory of one of my bridesmaids learning how to bustle my dress and Lydia captured it all on video on my iPhone so we could refer back to it if needed - super helpful! Lydia made the entire experience enjoyable and I still have such fond memories of trying on wedding dresses! My mom loved Lydia, too, and so did everyone else that worked with her during my fittings. I would definitely recommend the Nordstrom Wedding Suite to any bride and would highly recommend requesting Lydia to help out because she is seriously the best!

She helped me find the dress of my dreams and went above and beyond in every way to make the experience perfect, even though we were under strsssful circumstances with my wedding being very soon. I was absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service I received at Nordstrom. I found my dream dress online, and Nordstrom was able to fly it from their San Francisco store to Seattle for me to try on. I had such a wonderful day trying on dresses and Heather, my stylist, was so amazing all day and helped me myself and my bridal party feel so welcome and comfortable. Throughout my wedding experience, I was able to come by, talk to Heather, have her walk me through fittings and helped me pick out accessories. I cannot recommend Nordstrom enough. They stored my dress for me until the day before my wedding and even steamed it so it was ready to go. Heather was also amazing in helping my mother find her Mother of the Bride dress and accessories. I actually cried when I picked my dress up because I had enjoyed my experience so much!

I had an amazing experience at the downtown Seattle Nordstrom wedding suite! Once I had made my appointment they emailed me with a list of questions to get to know me and my style more. Once I arrived she had already had dresses picked out for me in my room. I couldn't have been more pleased with the selection of dresses Nordstrom has. My stylist made the whole appointment very special for not only me but for my friends and family as well. I couldn't recommend the Nordstrom wedding suite more !

I used Nordstrom to get earrings for all of my bridesmaids. They were chandelier leaf earrings for my fall wedding. One happened to be broken and they immediately exchanged it for me. They were wonderful!

Ordered the Kate Spade Bridesmaid bangles for my girls. They were a hit! Nordstrom only had 2 in stock and they were price matching so they ordered me the other 2 and gave me boxes so I would have them when they arrived. The best gift for my girls.

I purchased my dress in January from Nordstrom, after a disaster of an experience from another salon, thinking that I would be paying more but receiving exceptional service and a low-stress process. It was exactly the opposite of low-stress and exceptional. My original stylist gave me false promises on the dress I purchased (alterations, cost, etc), then was fired, and Nordstrom never followed up with me to deliver my dress. Come 3 months before my wedding, I had to follow up with the salon after my emails and calls were never returned from my original stylist. After leaving multiple messages on the Nordstrom Bridal Suite answering machine (since the phone is rarely answered), I received a message from a stylist saying they wanted me to come in as they couldn't locate my dress. They eventually found my dress but informed me that I would need to pay an additional $1500 for alterations (previously quoted $250). Multiple managers were involved, as many of them were taking vacations around this time, and the continuity of customer service was extremely lacking. Long story short, the gown I originally purchased had to be returned and I ENDED UP HAVING TO PURCHASE A NEW DRESS ONE MONTH BEFORE MY WEDDING (a size 10 sample that I was charged full price for and needed to be altered down to a size 2-4...). I had about half an hour to make a decision on a sample gown they had in the salon within my budget. The salon justified the price saying that they never sell sample gowns; yet, two weeks after purchasing the second gown, the "Sample Sale" was going on. I hoped Nordstrom would rectify the situation after a letter I wrote to multiple departments, customer service managers, and the general Customer Care email listed on the website. I recommended improving communication of the wedding suite, whether it be adding a full time receptionist to the wedding suite or having automated email responses from employees who are no longer with the company, in addition to improving clarity of alterations and pricing. Three attempts later and two months after my wedding, I haven't received one response. If it were any other garment, it wouldn't have been such a big deal. But with the emotional tie to a wedding gown, this experience was immensely frustrating and uncharacteristic of the type of Nordstrom service you pay for. I highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

I literally found my perfect dress here and it happened to be the first one I tried on!! My consultant made sure that I was happy with my dress by having me try on others to ensure I didn't have any second thoughts. The staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful. They are not pushy at all (like some places) trying to get you to buy these accessories or this vail or these undergarments. After my alterations they packed my dress to make sure it was waterproof and no damage could be done while it was shipped to my wedding (It was too big to carry on the plane!).

I purchased my wedding gown at the Nordstrom Bridal Suite. At first I was unsure what their selection would be like, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived for my appointment. They spent time getting to know me and my style and picked out beautiful dresses for me to try on. I definitely felt at home shopping here and am so glad I purchased my dress through Nordstrom. They were always professional and accommodating and have in house alterations that is very convenient. I purchased my gown in Seattle and they were able to ship it to the Denver location for fittings and alterations for no additional charges which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend Nordstrom Bridal to any bride!

We love Nordstrom, generally. But, we were more than pleased to receive amazing customer service from Andy at Nordstrom's Southcenter store. He made sure my husband's wedding attire was perfect! We were also very pleased with the in-store tailoring services and timeliness! This was one of the highlights of our wedding planning!

My husband has a personal shopper at the Nordstroms Downtown Seattle, Justice Moncrease. He gets his suits there and the experience is hands down professional and enjoyable. We decided to buy his tux and sent all our groomsmen to his for him to pick out their suits to all match! It came out perfect!!!

I got my wedding dress here at Nordstroms and the great thing is that I got my dress, shoes, jewlery, bridesmaid gifts, mother of the bride and groom dress...everything I could think of I got at Nordstroms! You get points as well so why not! Loved my wedding dress and the service and expertise of everyone who worked there.

My brides ladies went shopping here shortly before we went to Kentucky for my destination wedding! I have to say Nordstroms has a great selection of affordable bridesmaid dresses! And my ladies were able to find fabulous one-of-a-kind dresses to match my wedding!

My bridesmaids got the most beautiful Monique Lhullier dress in dark plum. They received so many compliments on how nice they were. We went to over ten places and Nordstrom had the best dress by far. However the service was disappointing and even more so because it's Nordstrom. One dress was lost twice (what a fiasco) and another dress came in the wrong purple. This may not seem like a big deal but the color was being discontinued and there were limited sizes left. We would not get timely responses or sometimes any response to our emails regarding the dresses and could almost never get someone on the phone. I know they are busy but you think they would have appropriate staff. Overall the dress was worth it but I would have purchased it from somewhere else if it wasn't exclusive to Nordstrom.

I had the pleasure of working with Kerrene who was a dream come true! She made me feel so special, important and beautiful! She knew me so well by paying attention to my feedback on each dress, she picked out the dress I bought, it was perfect! I also bought my veil, sash and headpiece here, the entire package was amazing, so beautiful!

I bought a Hayley Page ballroom dress; it looked great in pics! The only downside is expensive alterations. I also bought my engagement ring and band at Nordstrom walnut creek. I waited until their bony levy trunk show. I love looking at my ring:).

I must have looked at every wedding dress boutique in the Greater Seattle Area before coming to Nordstrom. I thought that they didn't have that big a selection, but I just wasn't finding what I wanted anywhere so I decided to check out Nordstrom one day while I was there shopping for other things... and now I wish that I went to them FIRST! Their selection is not as large as some of the local boutiques, but it's quality over quantity. I told Katie (ask for her - she's the BEST!) my price range and the style I was looking for, and she only had to bring me a few dresses before I found THE ONE. In the other boutiques I must have tried on 20 dresses at a time! Funny thing is, I didn't choose this dress - Katie brought the dress to me but I didn't like it on the hanger and wasn't interested. Katie ensured me it was much better on, and so I tried it just to give it a shot (plus it was on sale, 60% off!). It turned out being the most gorgeous dress I've ever seen! I'm so glad I took Katie's recommendation. She also helped me find the veil & jewelry (not purchased at Nordy's but she advised on the style), shoes, and how I should wear my hair, and kept the dress for me until my bridesmaid picked it up on my wedding day (they packaged it so nicely!). They did all the hemming and alterations as well, which ended up being free because of my Nordstrom card. Getting my dress at Nordstrom was the best decision ever - I saved so much money going there, and got much more personal service than I had found at any of the boutiques! Thank you, Katie!!! P.S. If you get your dress at Nordy's, you get 10% off at Fiori Floral Design, another amazing vendor. Highly recommend it!

Heather Rose was my bridal consultant. When I went to Nordstrom, I had already purchased two wedding dresses that I didn't like when they came in. The first two dresses were very elaborate and trendy. When I went to Nordstrom I had a vision of going in the other direction. I described the dilemma to Heather. She helped me visualize a sophisticated, sleek style that would be timeless, simple and a little bit sexy. I ended up with a Reem Acra dress that had never been sold. She also helped me find the perfect shoes and accessories to finish the look. She even emailed me the day before my wedding day to let me know she was thinking of me. She was the perfect consultant! If you leave in Washington, I highly recommend working with Heather at Nordies.

I got my wedding dress here. Although they have a limited selection, the dresses are beautiful. I chose an Amsale dress that was so light and romantic. The consultants here are so nice and helpful. Alterations are pretty pricey.

I bought my dress at Nordstrom after looking at Soooo many shops and the ladies at Nordstrom were wonderful and it was so easy to order my dress in the size I nedded and it arrived in just a few days! And since they are open late it was always easy to make fitting appointments :) the sales people and alterations ladies were all really helpful and really great!

This was such a wonderful place to select a wedding dress. As this was a 25th anniversary vow renewal, I was a little uncomfortable going in and trying on wedding dresses. I was made to feel very comfortable and I truly enjoyed the entire process.

I personally loved being able to try my dress on in the right size and to buy it on the spot. The wedding suite is a new model for them and they are still working out some kinks (and have some young staff) but overall we had a great experience. Loved that they would call up a shoe and undergarment consultant to help fit and find you the perfect accessories. Also, we loved how helpful Farrah, their seamstress, was. Of course it all came with Nordstrom's impeccable customer service. In the end I walked out with a $300 dress that was amazing quality and perfect for me!

Nordstrom has a fairly large collection of wedding dresses on their website. Nordstrom offers free shipping all the time so you can order a dress... try it on at home... and return it in the mail or at any store for a full refund if it doesn't fit! This is a great way to try on a dress and take your time. Since returns are so easy it's worth a try!

The dress was great, shopping experience typical of Nordstrom- very good. They did try to charge $100 to hem the dress 1/2 inch which really made me mad- but when I complained they did it for $50.

When you hear Nordstroms you always know that great customer service comes with your experience. I ended up buying 3 different dresses before I found the one (online and in store). I was able to return them all in store, no questions asked with full return value. When I did find the one, the suite didn't have my size. The sales rep said that if it didn't fit and I need a different size she could order it and have it shipped over night since my big day was near. I ended up altering the dress cosmetically. The alterations gal was very confident that she could do what I had envisioned for my dress. Of course it came back PERFECT and within a week (this was during their anniversary sale, so I'm sure I would have gotten my dress back faster if it was during a different time of the year.) Overall, Nordstroms has great wedding dresses for brides, mothers and bridesmaids. They have dresses for very formal weddings, destination weddings, semi formal weddings and casual weddings. They also have casual to flashy dresses too. It's a one stop shop there since they have the makeup, shoes and jewelry on the main level. Even accessories for your hair.

I could not have been more please with my dress from Nordstrom. They have an amazing range of dresses from the $100 mark to the very expensive if that's what you like and all of them are quality and beautiful. Katelin was amazing to work with and even help me pick out a sash, shoes and accesories to match the dress. One stop shopping meant I didn't have to run all over town looking for things keeping my time open for other wedding errands. The private wedding suite was beautiful and quiet. Alterations are done in house so you know it will be perfect. A quality name with quality products

I was living in Honduras teaching at an international school while planning my wedding, and I had one trip to the US over Christmas to get my dress chosen/altered and to pick out the bridesmaid's dresses. Nordstrom was a life saver! We found a great dress for me and the bridesmaids who could be there chose one that looked great on everyone (from size 2 to size 16), and got all of the girls properly dressed for the wedding even with one in Honduras and the other three in the US. We had to buy lots of extra items for just-in-case scenarios and everything we didn't use was returned for full value SIX MONTHS LATER. The service was amazing with constant e-mail contact before and after the purchasing process. Shoes, wraps, dresses... all chosen in one afternoon. And everything looked great in June.

I really wanted a simple dress without any poof/train/bedazzle and they went out of their way to help me find it. Service was great. They stored the dress for me for 6 months as I was moving etc. so it would not get wrinkled/dirty. Only issue was getting the nordstrom notes from the promotion after opening a nordstrom card. It took 3 visits and buying/returning/rebuying the dress 3 times to get it all worked out, but they did it with a smile each time.

I ordered a simple dress online when I found out the one I'd ordered in a shop wouldn't be ready in time (still had to pay for that one--$5K). This dress was beautiful and was less than $400! I encourage more ladies who are being economical to try the department stores' online bridal shops!

I ordered my dress from Nordstroms online, and it was just the kind of dress I was looking for. It shipped quickly, which was helpful since I had a short timeline to plan my wedding and I needed time to alter it a bit. I just needed to shorten the straps, but otherwise the dress was perfect. I also bought a bra and a slip to go under the dress from the Nordstrom's store in Northgate Mall in Seattle.
