BEWARE USING THIS COMPANY. We booked with the North Fork Trolley about 5 months prior to our event. When I had called, I spoke with a girl named Allison who was very sweet and told me they had a white trolley available for our wedding day. I was so excited because it was something my fiancé and I had been looking to book. We paid in full a couple of days later and signed a contract that stated a “wedding trolley”. We had some simple correspondence with Ally over the next few months to update our itinerary for the wedding day. Three weeks before our wedding day (late on a Friday afternoon), Ally emailed me to confirm our itinerary and to give her contact numbers to use the day of the event. In that email, Ally also stated that she was confirming our “lavender trolley”. My fiancé and I were confused by what this meant and responded to her email immediately asking her what she meant by a lavender trolley. On the following Monday, I received a panicked call from a manager named Jay. My fiancé called him back and Jay explained that there had been a misunderstanding and that it was put into the system that we had booked a lavender trolley and NOT a white one and that all the white trolleys were booked for the day of our wedding. Of course my fiancé and I were fully upset and angry that this information was being delivered to us 3 weeks before our big day. Jay tried to convince us that the lavender trolley was not that bad and that it could match the dress colors of the bridesmaids. When I researched what the trolley looked like, it was Willy Wonka purple...not lavender. This was DEFINITELY not what we had booked. He admitted that it was a mistake on their end and that it was never conveyed to us by phone or any emails that the trolley was in fact lavender and not white. He asked me to give him time to try to make it right. After going back and forth with Ally and Jay every day for a week and a half, Jay was finally able to give us the news that we would be able to get a white trolley for our whole wedding event, however, it would be 2 different trolleys and the second one would pick us up 15 minutes later than we had originally scheduled to bring us to our cocktail hour. My fiancé and I agreed that this would be the best solution as no we were less than 2 weeks away from the wedding day and had very few options. Jay assured me that everything would run smoothly.
On the afternoon of the June 22, 2019, I received a voicemail from the trolley driver at 12:50 pm stating that he would be 15 minutes late for our pickup. He was originally scheduled to arrive at 1:45 and stated he would be there no later than 2 pm. He informed us that if we had any questions or concerns to call the office, as he would be unable to answer the phone. When the trolley still hadn’t arrived by 2:15 pm, we called the office. No one picked up. We left a voicemail and no one returned our call. The trolley finally arrived at 2:30 pm. Because of this, we were 45 minutes late to our ceremony. Our poor guests had to wait nearly an hour for our ceremony to begin. We missed out on picture time because of the poor scheduling of the Norh Fork Trolley. This is precious time that we will NEVER be able to get back. This company caused us extreme stress and sadness on one of the days that should have been the happiest of our lives. Neither Jay nor Ally called to follow up about our experience either even after reaching out to them,they never responded. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Do not use!!! We used 2 buses for our wedding out on the North Fork. It was the easiest job in the world. Two buses to follow each other to 3 hotels which were all in close proximity to each other. The bus drivers only went to 2/3 hotels and completely missed the 3rd where the majority of our guests were staying. When we got ahold of the dispatcher to tell him the situation, they could not get in touch with either bus driver. They went missing for 30+ minutes. Luckily our venue coordinator knew the president of the bus company and gave them a call and they got ahold of the bus and they finally went to the third hotel where our guests had been waiting for over an hour. The ceremony started 25 mins late and we were up against the sun setting at that time of year. At the end of the night, both buses were supposed to pick guests up and drop guests off at the hotels- one driver told my father in law that he was NOT going to one of the hotels. Completely bizarre. All of this was stated in the contract which my mother in law and I reviewed and talked in detail with the bus company weeks and days prior to the wedding. There was a complete lack of communication between the sales team and the bus drivers. The bus drivers were rude, totally unprofessional, driving over curbs, just a total embarrassment. We disputed the charge and refused to pay the $4k for their lousy job. Again, do not use. You can find a better company. Trust me.
We used North Fork for our wedding on 3/28/15. We had an unusual situation as we had to shuttle 200 guests back and forth from 3 locations, but everything was perfect and went off without a hitch! Thank you so much for allowing me not to worry on an already busy day!
North Fork Express went above and beyond my expectations! All my guests arrived on time safely and i was able enjoy my wedding without worrying about my friends and family drinking and driving home after. All the staff members are very kind and respectful. I highly recommend their services.
We wanted to uses buses from our hotel to our reception and back. A lot of places were limo companies that had outside vendors that provided buses. North Fork Express works strictly in busing and because of that, they have much better prices. We originally booked three, but settled on two, 55 passenger buses. We were able to change that without any issues. The buses arrived right on time and dropped off our guests exactly at the start of the cocktail hour. At the end of the reception, they waited for us to finish clearing out and didn't leave a guest behind. The only issue I had was that at times it was tough to get in touch with the Sales Department. I guess they had issues when working remotely, but when I was able to speak to them, all my questions were answered and I never felt uncertain about anything. I would definitely use them again.
We hired North Fork Express to handle shuttling our guests between the hotel and Bourne Mansion for our October 14, 2011 wedding. Christine was an absolute pleasure to work with in making all the arrangements – professional and reviewed every detail to make sure they understood EXACTLY what we wanted. The driver was on time, professional, and very friendly to all our guests. We highly recommend North Fork Express for any bus needs.
North Fork Express was recommended to us by our partial day of coordinator, and I'm glad we went with them. Getting buses to transport guests to and from the LIRR and the hotel was one of the best decisions we made. First, people without cars and/or people unfamiliar with Long Island were able to get to the ceremony/reception site without a problem. Second, guests could drink without worrying about driving. After the reception, we skipped limos for the bride, groom and bridal party and instead joined our closest friends and family on the bus. It was a blast! We laughed, told jokes, talked about the reception, and got ready to party at the hotel!!!
