North Shore Bartending Services

We did not have a good experience with North Shore Bartending. We had a lot of great vendors at our wedding, this was not one of them. They put our alcohol order in with 2 different liquor stores, and the one who North Shore did not use ended up calling me directly for a credit card and they had no idea they were not providing the alcohol...it was just confusing for everyone. Further, the liquor store that was not used is the store that referenced me to Northshore Bartending and gave me their name and number and then Northshore goes on to use a different alcohol supplier than the one who gave them the business. During the wedding Northshore ran out of ice, lemons, limes and several different mixers and alcohols. This was really bothersome as I told them ahead of time that they did not have enough alcohol on their order and even told them what drinks would be the popular ones for our crowd...which is mostly what they ended up running out of. They ran out of seltzer water...even though both our bride and groom signature drinks contained seltzer, they did not bring enough. Then they hit me with a delivery charge for going to get more. Pros: They were on time, they seemed to be quick as I never noticed much of a line at the bar, it was nice to have them take care of all the licensing and insurance requirements. But overall I wish I had gone another route for bar tending.
