We feel so grateful to have found Heather and Northeast rentals for our very DIY October 2026 wedding!!! Choosing and comparing vendors can be really stressful and Heather worked closely with us from day 1. She understood the nuances to our plan, didn’t charge us nonrefundable deposits for things we wouldn’t use, created visual mock ups, joined us on a site visit, made herself accessible for in person meetings, and so much more. We were treated with understanding and care and would recommend working with Northeast for any of your rental needs!

We decided the sale cloth tent would work perfectly. It fit our 200 guests and a dance floor. With lots of room to move around.

We were able to rent everything from the big stuff (tent/tables/chairs) to glassware/flatware/etc. - and they even had amazing farmtables and whiskey barrels that were perfect for our outdoor/rustic wedding!
Everything was delivered timely and the team was so helpful and friendly - even running back to pickup and dropoff the sides to the tent that were forgotten in error.
