Northfield Inn, Suites & Conference Center

We had an awesome reception with no issues. Pam was easy to work with and the only decorating we had to do was for the center pieces. They took care of everything else and it was perfect!

They were very helpful in figuring out the set up of the wedding and ceremony. The wedding package is very convenient and affordable. The decorations that are made available with the package are great and nice to save money. There were some communication difficulties amongst the workers which caused stress. The venue is very clean and the staff is very accommodating.

I loved working with Northfield on every aspect of my wedding day. Pam their coordinator was extremely helpful with the planning and their banquet manager helped the day of to ensure that everything went smoothly. The little touches throughout the night were what I loved the most. I would without a doubt suggest using them in the future!

The Northfield Inn and Suites did an amazing job hosting our reception. Service: Louise Hughes is excellent at what she does and worked with me to ensure that all of my special needs and requests were met leading up to the day of the wedding, even after my work moved me to southwest Kansas amid wedding planning. The staff at the Northfield were more than accommodating when it came to getting things ready and allowing plenty of time for setup. They allowed us into the venue the afternoon of the day before, that evening, and the next morning, which allowed for a mostly stress free setup. Even though there was another wedding being hosted in their second ballroom, I would have never known, and I don't think my guests did either. Food and drink: The food was simply delicious. My guests raved about it all night. I had a rather large wedding of about 185 people, and the servers were incredibly fast. From the time that the head table had food to the time the last table was served each course was between 5-10 minutes, never more. The servers were quiet, efficient, and polite, especially the server working with the head table. We were allowed two different entrees, which we chose the stuffed pork and the chicken florentine. The portions were huge! They included rolls and salad as well. The package we chose included 5 hours of open bar service with wine, beer, and champagne. We were allowed to choose two beers to have on tap, but even the house wine was very good. They had a large selection of liquor as well. The dinner included a champagne toast, which was also very good. Overall, choosing the Northfield to host my reception was one of the best decisions I made for the wedding. Everyone was courteous and fantastic to work with! They made sure that the reception went off without any problems and that my husband and I got to enjoy the night.

Wasnt happy with the set up. all the table clothes were wrinkled. Also they reserved tables were not placed out. Food was cold
