i was so impressed with Northwest Limousine Service! They were ontime and the limo was spectacular! Thank You for the excellent service!

I dont usually do this type of thing as I expect great service when paying a company, but I logged on here today because of the amazing experience we had with Northwest Limos! First I want to say that we heard a lot of stories on how bad limo companies were and my wife and I visited 5 companies. Let me say it was eye opening! Most of the companies limos were dirty, worn out, rusty, and smelled badly. Northwest was our last stop and we were both depressed until we looked at their cars. They were ALL neat, clean, indoors, and the Older Lady that gave us a tour was so nice. After viewing the cars we immediately went and talked to the manager. He made it so easy and knew where all of our venues were just by the name! He made booking EASY and FUN! The week before our wedding the Manager called to confirm the details and he gave us know problems when we had to adjust pickups and time a little bit. On the day of the Wedding our driver was 15 minutes early and dressed is full formal wear with a hat! He introduced himself and asked if we needed anything taken to the limo. He carried 4 large suitcases and other things for us! The rest of the day was a breeze. He reminded us of out time frame when the photographer was going long at the Rock Hall and very helpful all day long! He drove the limousine like a pro! I dont thing I have ever had such a smooth ride in my life! At the end he dropped us off and Congratulated us both. He was so pleasant! My wife left her Cell Phone in the Limo and we called the office the next day. Northwest Limo brought the phone personally to our front door the next afternoon before we went on our honeymoon!!!! I was shocked that they would take the time. All of this may seem like Rambling but after being disgusted last year in my best friends wedding limo I can tell you that Northwest was AMAZING!!! Thank you to the Management, Driver, and the nice young man who brought our phone! We will recommend you to everyone!

We had our wedding in a Blizzard and Northwest Limousine bumped us up to a bigger vehicle for free because it was 4 wheel drive. They were excellent and our driver David was such a gentleman he even let me borrow his trench coat! We will recommend them to everyone!!!

The service was extraordinary!!! It was pouring rain and our driver escorted all of our bridal party with his umbrellas to the entry way of the venues. He worked so hard to make sure we stayed dry!!! Must have made 100 trips walking back and forth all day. The Hummer Limo was my husbands dream and it didn't disappoint. It was so clean inside and smelled good. (I had been in another wedding limo from another wedding and company and it was just a bad experience.) Northwest did an awesome job and I will recommend them!

No issues with actual service whatsoever. However, I didn't hear from the company again after writing my deposit. I sent an email, called, and sent some snail mail about day of changes. They cashed my final check, but never got back to me (my planner talked to them a day or two before the wedding to confirm, but that was all). This definitely made me nervous about the quality of service I could expect, but we had no other issues.

We had a great experience with Northwest Limo for our wedding! Our driver was very accommodating and polite (helped me in/out of the party bus at every stop!) Every time I called, the staff members were very kind and responsive. Thank you for being a part of our big day!

Our Bridal Party and Family members exceeded 100 people and Northwest handled all the transportation without an issue. They are very organized and great to work with.

Northwest Limo did a simply amazing job at my wedding on October 29, 2016! Let me start out by saying we looked at all of the main transportation companies is Cleveland. We chose Northwest because the Limobuses were inside and so clean. On the day of the wedding we had a last minute change in pickup and we called them an hour before and they told me it was no problem at all. The Limobus arrived on time and our driver Dennis was so friendly. Then we forgot the flowers and he went back to get them at our house and made it before the ceremony started! Really great considering it was almost a half hour each way!!! Later Dennis took us to downtown for pictures and then to the reception and we all had a blast in between picture locations. Northwest was wonderful to work with!!!!

The limo we rented rocked! Lots of lights and a stocked bar. Driver was cool and knew where to go for pics. Had a great wedding.

We had 20 people so we elected to go with a Limobus for our wedding. The driver was early which really helped with my peace of mind (I was so nervous) and he carried all of our things to the limobus for us! Upon entering the vehicle it was very clean and had a new car smell. My husband Brice loved the vehicle and especially the Bluetooth in the stereo. He played music and even put on a movie during a long drive to our second picture location. Northwest was the only vendor that we didn't have problems with that day.

I wanted to write a quick review of my and my fiance's experience looking for party buses. Thank goodness another company urged me to view all buses in person before booking! My fiance and I went to Northwest and we are sure glad we checked it out first. After greeting a gentleman in an old garage next to a lawn mower with the smell of gasoline, an older looking lady who may have been the owner's mother took us to view the buses we were considering. As if that wasn't odd enough, the buses, in my opinion, appeared to be quite old fashioned and, I noticed an unpleasant smell inside of them. We were horrified that we almost booked without checking them out in person first. Although the price seemed appealing, I strongly urge any bride and/or groom to check out the limos or buses in person before booking. (As a side note- the outer appearance of their limos that were also present looked to me to be newer than the buses, so their limos may be better quality, who knows, we didn't set foot inside of them!) Overall, it was very odd and we passed on this company.

Just taking a moment to review Northwest Limos. I don't usually write reviews but this company went above and beyond on our wedding day. The driver picked me up first and was 15 minutes early and then went to pickup the guys. My better half forgot the marriage license and we were in a panic because we were doing pictures before the ceremony. Our Chauffeur, Kim told us "Don't worry, No Problem." He took my fiances keys went back to our house and got the license and brought it to the church before the ceremony started!!! Amazing!!!! Then later during pictures i broke off the heel on my shoe and while I did have a pair of Nikes at the reception I still had to do multiple picture locations. Our driver once again saved the day. He said, "Let me see your Shoe" and he had epoxy glue in his bag. He glued it for me and the show is still together as good as new!!! He was also terrific as a driver and the Limo was very clean! The entertainment system had a great sound and was super high tech to play music from our Cell Phone via Blue Tooth. My sister is getting married next year and she has already reserved her wedding with Northwest. Thank you Northwest and our driver Kim!!! You are outstanding!!!!!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome Service! The driver was on time an lots of fun. The limo was clean and was perfect! They served a champagne that was the best i had ever tasted. We had to extend an extra hour because of our photographer taking so many pictures and the driver told us to take as long as we wanted. Northwest was really excellent.

The limo (6-8 passenger) arrived on time for our 9/10/16 wedding and the limo driver was perfectly polite. However, the limo's air conditioning didn't work well--it worked, but with the 90 degree weather it didn't keep the back of the limo cool (the driver's area was very cold). So this meant that my wedding party and I were sweating to death the entire time we were driving to various picture locations. We also brought a playlist on my husband's phone and the was a place to plug it into the sound system, but it required a different kind of AV plug and the limo driver didn't know how to work the sound system. My husband and his brothers who are very tech savvy weren't able to get it to work--so we had to listen to the radio the whole time. My husband was really disappointed about that. The other issue was that when we left the limo to take pictures, the driver turned off the engine and so there wasn't even time for the limo to get a little bit cold. If I could do things differently I would have tested the limo before booking them.

Everything was perfect for our wedding day! Our limo driver was on time and extremely helpful throughout the whole day. The locations we picked for pictures ended up being very crowded on the account of the air show (Labor Day Weekend) and he maneuvered everything with no trouble and made sure we got to where we needed to go! I highly recommend Northwest Limousines.

Immediately from the first call to the pick ups and drop offs, NW LIMOUSINES was awesome. The driver arrived early as stated in booking, he was patient and professional. Somehow we were even upgraded to the Georgeous Black Pearl limo bus!!!! We had a wedding party of 21 ppl. He even turned back around to return my bouquet that I left on bus. We loved the service. 7/30/16!!

Couldn't have been happier! This company did a terrific job for my wedding. Clean Limo and driver was on time and so friendly. They did my cousins wedding in 2014 and he was happy as well. We highly recommend them.

We used this company for our wedding day on Valentines Day this year and they were spectacular! We used a Hummer limo for our party and a limobus to shuttle guests. The drivers were on time and fun to be with. They really made my day! We recommend them to our friends.

We used Northwest Limousine Service for our Wedding and they were spectacular! The Limobus was very comfortable and a very nice stocked bar. Our driver was terrific! He went above and beyond and even went to pick up our food for us while we were taking pictures. Thank you Northwest! We will recommend you to all of our friends!

My husband and I searched high and low for the perfect vehicle for our wedding day. We researched many companies and took our time making a decision but finally selected Northwest Limousine's Hummer (stretch). On the day of our wedding, this company shows up in not the vehicle I was in contract with but a bus that looked like an older RTA handicapped transit. I was in tears, and could not believe this was happening to me on my wedding day. The driver was nice and explained the vehicle of my choice had a malfunction. These two vehicles should not have been in the same category. I do not recommend going with this company, there's no guarantee you'll get the vehicle of choice. The owner failed to call me or my husband. One would think he would have called on the day of our event or once the driver left the garage with a different vehicle. When i finally spoke to him days later (i had to call him), he said if we sent the driver away he would reimburse 100% of our money, how does one do that when they have to be at a church in 30 minutes? We had no choice but to use their services. Worst company ever!

We were very satisfied with Northwest Limousine. They were on time, the limo was clean, the driver was friendly. He got us where we needed to go when we needed to be there! Would use again.

We rented this company for our wedding on July 11, 2015 and they did a great job! The Limo was a black 10 passenger 2015 model MKT something I had never seen before it looked like a spaceship. Everything inside was clean and really hightech. Our driver Gerald was so attentive and helpful all day. he really went above and beyond to make me feel special. We will use them again and I have recommended them to others getting married in my family.

We had many many out of town guests so we hired 6 Stretched Limos and 1 Limobus for our Wedding. Northwests rates were very competitive and they had plenty of limos to choose from. When we went to take a tour of Northwest the lady was so friendly and showed us all of the different options. On the wedding day every limo and driver was so professional and they all matched with black tux and hats. The Limobus was great! We were able to play our ipods through their stereo system. They supplied everything and the vehicles were spotless! I will recommend them to everyone!

The limo was on time and even got us places early. This was important with our tight schedule. The driver, Jerry, was so polite and accommodating. Wonderful service!

We were married on Chrismtas Eve and Northwest Limos made our wedding spectacular!!! Our driver Kim was one of the nicest people ive ever had the priviledge to meet! He carried all of our supplies and followed my bride with her train so it wouldnt touch the ground. Every time we stoped for pictures he cleaned the glassware, bar and threw away the garbage. We never had to even tell him where to go. He just asked if the itinerary was still correct. The limo was a brand new model MKT and it was amazing. All we can say is Happy Happy Happy! Happy New Year!

We used Northwest for our wedding and everyone was thrilled with the Limobus and the two stretch limousines for the parents. All of the limos were very clean and the drivers were friendly, helpful and very professional. They were early because of the snow and shoveled a walkway for us. The Limobus driver went above and beyond his duties and was very pleasant. I now recommend them to all my friends who are getting married. They also had complimentary drinks with the best champagne i ever tasted!

The driver was very nice and patient. Champagne was in the limo and glasses also available. Timely arrival just as discussed prior to wedding. Would like to see if you could have a price adjustment if you had the limo a shorter time that the specified times. Easy to book.

We chose Northwest Limousine Service for our wedding day and were very pleased with the service we received. Because of our large wedding party we needed the limousine bus and it was very spacious and clean. Our driver was on time,professional, and very flexible with our location changes for pictures inbetween the ceremony and reception. Oveall, the company was very friendly and easy to work with.

everything was going smoothly until the driver took the wrong way to the place we were getting our photos taken at and put us behind 45 minutes. When we called, the guy yelled at my mother in law. Also there was a box in the bus and the driver drove off before we could get it. Basically, when we called they said we were liars and that there was nothing left on the bus. That box had our bridal parties masks in it (we did a masquerade theme reception)

Northwest Limo was extremely affordable, but also provided exceptional service. They allowed me to come to their showroom to pick out the limo we wanted. The driver was exceptionally professional and very accomodating. Would recommend and use again.

Northwest Limousine was a great choice for our party bus. They had multiple vehicles to choose from and were very well priced. The driver called before he was almost there and kept us updated on his ETA. They kept the party bus running while we were taking pictures, which was great because we definitely needed the air conditioning to be on. Our driver was very professional.

We had a few mis-communications back and forth but the limo's were clean and really nice inside. I thought it was a great deal.

I had originially wanted Northwest but my now husband had a friend who drove limo's and said we would use him. Well, the guy bailed on us and we wouldn't return calls or emails about where to meet, and so on. Northwest was able to book us in the last 2-3 weeks before our wedding. The driver Steve was amazing. Very professional. Offered to open the champagne for us and just really went beyond my expectations (rode in a limo with a friend a couple of months ago through a different company and the guy acted like it was an inconvience so having Steve was very pleasant). Gratuity is extra. I didn't mind that. It was one less thing to worry about on a day that's already so busy. Needless to say, with how great our service was, my husband gave him a tip regardless just because he was really on top of it. He didn't mind cutting out one of our desinations (due to time and rain) and didn't mind an extra stop to Giant Eagle (we forgot a couple of things for the reception hall). If I ever need to use a limo ago, Northwest is the company to go to. I will definitely to keep them in mind for friends bachlorette parties or maybe to spoil my hubby in a few years for his 30th birthday.

Everyone from the drive to the customer service rep. was a pleasure to work with. Pick ups and drop offs were on time, the only reason why I gave them 4 was that the bus was pretty bumpy, but everything else was great. Will definitely be recommending to friends.

We got the limo party bus. They were promt, did a great job and were reasonable in price. Lots of options just book early enough.

We absolutely loved our limo driver, David. He was with us on the wedding day, as well as that night when he drove us back to the hotel, and the next morning when he dropped us off at the airport. He even picked us up a week later to take us home from the airport! The service is amazing and the smaller Cadilac limo we used for just the two of us was beautiful! The only negative was that there was a crack in the side windshield of the larger Cadilac limo we used on our wedding day. Overall, we were still very happy!

We rented the black hummer limo from Northwest for our transportation. We had a very big bridal party and it fit us pretty comfortably. The driver was so courteous and on time which was very important to us! The limo was clean and exactly what we expected! Smooth sailing with this vendor!

Northwest Limousine was definiltey the right choice for our wedding! We had 7 attendents on each side along with out significant others on the bus and there was plenty of space! Our driver was great! :)It was a tad on the expensive side but I think it was worth it! :)

They were very courteous and patient while they waited for us to be ready (they even showed up early!). They also cleaned up the rice that had fallen into the limo after our exit from the church. Very nice driver as well.
