the wedding changed DRASTICALLY during that time. Not only did Tim do a phenomenal job of listening to what I wanted and making helpful suggestions along the way, but he never once made me feel bad for changing my mind. Also, when what I was asking for was going to be expensive, he always pointed out a more economical option and asked me if I would prefer that or what I originally had in mind.
The day of my wedding the flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS. Also, he arranged to have my ceremony and reception flowers delivered later in the afternoon (my bouquets were needed earlier to do pictures before the ceremony) so the ceremony and reception flowers would still look wonderful come 5pm despite the hot July heat.

Not only that, but they were very concerned about the quality of the product throughout the day and took measures to make the flowers last (such as delivering to two locations so we weren't transporting them ourselves).
