We used Nota Bene for our invitation suite, place cards, buffet labels, escort cards, napkins, coasters, tags for favors, programs, thank you cards, and cookie bags. They have EVERYTHING! It is so nice to be able to coordinate every paper product in your wedding. Nota Bene is also fabulous because they can print names on place cards, address all your envelopes, etc. It just adds that beautiful finished touch that handwritten pieces just wouldn't. They are prompt in responding to any questions you may have, they take their time with you at appointments so you don't feel rushed, and the turn-around time for proofs is so short it's almost unbelievable. If you want top-notch, professional paper products from a friendly, small business, this is absolutely the place to go! I even live 2 hours away, well worth the drive. I can't say enough good things about Nota Bene and I am so grateful for all their help with my wedding.

They helped with the wording, spacing and phrasing of the invitations (which is something that you don't get by ordering from online websites) and made sure that the wording sounded appropriate and elegant. After selecting the design you like- they send you proofs to review, they make edits and changes promptly if needed, they make sure that you have something that is exactly what you want. When I received my invites the quality was excellent, the paper was thick and luxurious and the color was bold and vivid! I got tons of compliments on them. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know and use them again in the future.
I can't say enough about the wonderful Nota Bene team, ably led by Melissa. My now wife put me in charge of the invitations for our wedding in February 2018, maybe just to give me a job, but mainly because I'm kind of fussy about things.

From start to finish, the team did an excellent job of helping me put it all together, starting with the gorgeous paper in a perfect shade. Many of our friends commented specifically on its elegance.
There are several steps to go through in the invitation process, including deciding on the content, because of limited space. Melissa patiently went through every iteration until we figured out what was most essential to include.
Overall, Melissa's and the team's level of experience and competence was matched only by sure-footed sense of timeless class and elegance.
It's hard for us to imagine a better result.

First off, the store is beautiful.....bright and welcoming with fab merchandise. I especially love their calendars!! There is a separate section where you can peruse hundreds of options for invitations of all kinds and is where the fun begins...
. Amy and Melissa and their assistants are super knowledgeable and whether you come knowing exactly what you want, sort of what you want, or have no idea and open to suggestions, this is the place. Amy helped me select everything for my daughter's wedding....save the date, invite, menu, programs, place cards and I am undoubtedly forgetting something! It was a process, as my daughter lives in California and I was in Pittsburgh but there were so many options (to satisfy both my taste and my daughter's taste) and along with Amy's patience and a lot of facetime/photos we were able to come up with what we all loved. Bottom line: my daughter really loved that her dog's face was the stamp for the invite and rsvp!!!! Thank you for your tremendous knowedge and help through the whole wedding process.

By the end of our first appointment, she took what we liked from about 6 invitation suites and figured out a way to combine them to make me and the groom happy- she also did it under our budget! The vendor screwed up a few times but Alexa was sure to get exactly what we wanted and communicated any hold ups along the way. We were so happy with note bene that we got matches, napkins, table numbers, charity donation cards, programs, menu cards and our thank you notes through them. The absolute best part (and cherry on top) was Alexa offered to print out our guests addresses on the thank you note envelopes as well. I didn't even realize how much of a time saver that would be- but she really knew her stuff. Highly recommend!

got it right. I also gave her a spreadsheet and she printed my escort cards for pretty cheap. All in all it was 100 percent worth outsourcing all these items. NOTE: I originally was going to use Wedding Paper Divas, but after ordering samples, their paper quality is really low and their prices are high. Not worth it.
