Kari and her team are just incredible. It’s taken me so long to find the right words to do her justice for how amazing she was. From the very first day meeting to the wedding day she was on top of everything thrown our way. She has so many connections and if you are looking for anything specific, I can guarantee she either knows who can do it or she’ll do everything in her power to find someone who can do it right. Bless her because I am someone who loves to know every detail and know what we were going to do if anything were to take place, and she listened to allllll the drama... because with a wedding and two families coming together...it’s a lot. She handles everything with such grace and her professionalism is off the charts. My wedding day was fantastic! But at one point after taking so many pictures I snuck away into the bridal sweet with a bridesmaid to take off my shoes because they were MURDERING my feet. (Definitely recommend bringing a comfy pair of slippers). I did think my presence went unnoticed considering everyone was getting down on the dance floor but not 30 seconds after arriving in the bridal sweet, in comes Kari and her team and she immediately came to my aid. After taking off my heels, she runs to the bathroom and makes a warm wet towel and massages my swollen feet! Talk about a godsend! She truly cares about her clients and made me feel so special on such a hectic day with so many other things going on. There is so much I loved and a lot of people who did everything perfectly but she is the one who should take all the credit! None of it would have been possible without her. 1000/10 recommend!

I highly recommend Kari and Notably Yours! She worked so hard to make my daughter's wedding so beautiful, special, sentimental and a day to remember! She went above and beyond what was expected and made it to where we could just relax and enjoy this time with our family and friends! Tanna was absolutely the best wedding planner that we could have asked for. When I was looking for a wedding coordinator I was only looking for a day of, and I am so happy that we went with the "Month Of" plan. Tanna attended vendor meetings with us, did our floor plan, kept me in time with decision making and so much more. When we had our hotel booking fall through a month before our wedding she took the brunt of the stress of it for me so that I didn't have to worry about a thing. The day of the wedding was an absolute dream, not one person asked me any questions, and if there was any stress I certainly did not know because of Tanna. It was seamless because of her and I cannot thank her enough for her hard work. We are so lucky to have had her as our planner, but also we gained a lifelong friend. I will absolutely make sure that when my two younger sisters get married, Tanna will be there on their day as well.

I highly recommend Kari Reyes & Notably Yours Events! Our planning process was a whirlwind. After transitioning to being the owner of Notably Yours, Kari took over as our lead planner ~60 days before our 4/10/2021 wedding. Once Kari become our planner, everything came to life. We finally felt as though we had a connection to our planner. My husband is in the military & often has crazy schedules, but Kari met with him via video chat which resulted in us building a strong connection very quickly. We felt very comfortable emailing & texting Kari with questions. she even answered texts from my parents when they coordinated certain surprises for my husband & me. Kari worked so hard that she often had to text me after her normal business hours to help sort out missing items on my original rental contract (prior to Kari working w/ us). Kari did her absolute best in preparation down to the last day before our wedding w/ adjusting timelines, creating timelines for my bridal party, calling & contacting vendors, & even attending additional meetings w/ vendors. Many of these additional things were not included in my contract, but she was kind & determined to make our wedding perfect. I will say that without Kari & her team's extra hard work in preparation & planning the 60 days leading up to our wedding that the day would have lacked many important details. The day of our wedding was perfect. Our timeline did get adjusted on the day-of due to small mishaps (unrelated to Kari) such as people arriving late & long speeches, resulting in eliminating our couples "golden hour" photo session & "sparkler mock exit" (we still had a real sparkler exit). Our sweetheart table & dessert table linens were switched in the morning, but my mom noticed & told Kari it wasn't a big deal. To this, Kari said "No, we have to change it because Madeline (Bride) will notice." Kari was detailed & adamant on making everything perfect & it showed! Other small situations: My brother was left out of some morning groomsmen photos (before someone noticed), and Kari insisted on taking our bin that contained our marriage license & "COVID gift baggies" to the church for our ceremony. She arrived after most guests/bridal party so not many baggies were handed out (she was wrapping up decor at the reception). We also had an issue with my bustle that ended up taking quite a bit of time. I probably should have recorded how to do the bustle, but I didn't know. If I had any constructive criticism at all it would be for Notably Yours to have a planner w/ the Bride/Groom taking photos always (in the morning) & to have at least one planner on time to the church w/ the license. We have not received any photos from our photographer yet, so I am hoping that we took enough couples shots without "golden hour." Kari & her team we completely on top of changes to the timeline throughout the "moving" day. They were extremely adaptable and communicative with our vendors while things were changing. We had a TON of our own decor and Kari & her team did an AMAZING job arranging everything. Overall, we had ton of small details that Kari made sure were even better than we imagined. We constantly had guests, old and young, tell us as well as our parents that our wedding was the nicest or most well planned out wedding that they had ever attended. Everyone says their wedding day is the most amazing day, but I truly believe that Kari and her team helped give the best day of our lives. ~Mr. & Mrs. Pansera

Where to start for reviewing Notably Yours? Well, first I’ll say I wish I booked with Kari + Her team sooner! We decided to book Notably Yours as a day-of-coordinator after completing a lot of the planning of my wedding prior to our first contact. That was my biggest regret after working with Notably Yours, that I hadn’t worked with them longer! Kari and her team are unbelievably organized, supportive, and have an abundance of resources to help not only plan the wedding but make sure you’re on track and executing your vision to excellence. We used them for DOC on our March wedding. So, my biggest recommendation would be to book with Kari and her team early and take advantage of their full wedding coordination package instead of just day-of-coordination. The team is just so amazing. Day-of, both Kari and her assistant went way beyond expectations to make sure every detail was accounted for and kept me informed enough about the minuscule details to help reprieve my OCD while not bothering me to the point of taking away from the event. Overall, they found the perfect balance and helped to execute our wedding exactly as planned! I couldn’t recommend a better team to help people plan their wedding in the future.

The most professional team you can get. In the industry. Kari is knowledgeable, problem solving. Planning can be stressful and having this team in your corner is vital. The day of ran so smooth and on time.

Don't even know where to start. First of all if you don't think you need a wedding planner you do. It saved me the hassle of having to worry about setup on the wedding day and just communication with vendors, especially when having to postpone my wedding twice. Kari has become like family to us because this is the vendor we spent the most time talking with and helping to create our dream wedding. I absolutely recommend her, and she is now the owner of the company. She was professional, super creative and thoughtful , and just so sweet. She really cares about making sure her clients have a great wedding day. I will say, I was frustrated at times because I felt that communication was delayed, and I had moved to another state halfway through planning so it made me more anxious. After she explained that she had so many clients plus trying to reschedule weddings due to covid there can be a lot of emails to catch up on, and I totally understood. On that note, one of the reasons I say she is so professional is how she responds to criticism and critique. No sass or passive aggressive attitudes, totally humble and wanting to make sure she provides the best service she can. There were a few things that did go wrong on my wedding day. There was a lot of rush getting to the ceremony due to our photographers being behind schedule. Due to that, I didn't get to have a walk through of the venue decor to make sure I liked the setup, my veil was misplaced and put on at the very last minute seconds before walking down the aisle, and my vow book was left behind which we didn't realize until it was time to say my vows. During the reception I wish there was a little better communication between vendors. I had wanted to make sure the dessert attendant was serving desserts instead of having a mob of people serving themselves, especially due to covid. Unfortunately that didn't end up happening, and the attendant didn't pass out the to go containers I wanted the guests to use to take extra dessert home, so a lot of it went to waste. I wish there was more communication in terms of asking the DJ to remind people to sign our guest book and advice cards. I know my Polaroid camera had died (which was my fault), but I did have a lot of pens there that I felt could have been used. I think these things that happened were the reasons I couldn't give 5 stars because unfortunately the most important part of wedding planning is delivering on the actual day. I was hurt and flustered by a few of these things because of course everyone wants their day to be perfect. I took a few days afterwards to wait before calling Kari, but when I told her all my thoughts she was so calm and respectful and really appreciated the feedback. I also have to say, the month I got married was the month she officially became the owner so I know she had a lot of personal stress dealing with that. I am a transparent and blunt person, and everyone makes mistakes but the mistakes that occurred would not prevent me from hiring her again or recommending her. I have no doubt that she will continue to grow professionally into her role and continue to be successful. She is highly recommended within the wedding industry and all of my vendors who have worked with her have raved about her.

I feel very lucky that Notably Yours was included as part of my package with my venue. Although I had the 'month of' package, I felt like I could truly use Kari as a resource in my planning process. I also know for a fact I would have not survived postponing my wedding twice without Kari working with my vendors to keep them all in the loop and ensure their availability. I never once had to worry about if a vendor was in the loop or if they were going to show up the day of, and that truly took off SO much stress from me in the planning process. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 because we had to do a super last minute switch between Kari and Tanna, and although Tanna was AMAZING and such a trooper I felt like a couple things fell through day of vs my intent (mostly decor and timing related), but that was only expected based on the situation. I would never hesitate to recommend Notably Yours to another bride!

We worked with Kari for a month of, and she was a pleasure to work with. She made our wedding day so much less stressful. I met Kari at an open house at my venue. I was on the fence of hiring a coordinator as I am very type A, but man I am so happy and relieved that I did! From our first meeting she asked questions and had me thinking of things I hadn’t thought of or planned as of yet. I was missing a bakery and she provided me with a list of her recommendations which we hired one of them for our wedding. Three weeks before my wedding, COVID shut down the state and we postponed 4 months. Kari went above and beyond my day of coordination expectations and reached out to all of my vendors regarding the date change and had everyone confirmed so quickly. She really helped with relieving the stress load. The day of felt flawless and if there were issues I was blind to them, it was a great experience to finally relax and enjoy the celebration knowing Kari had everything covered.

To be honest, I was hesitant about getting a coordinator because I like to be in control and was sure that I could handle everything. I ended up hiring Carolyn simply to help set up the hall the day of the wedding, since I knew we couldn't do it alone. BEST decision I ever made. If you're hesitant about booking a coordinator--DO IT. And hire Notably Yours. The team was amazing! I had to postpone my wedding due to COVID. Carolyn handled everything, up until the very last minute of the wedding. She was such a huge support, and her team the day of the wedding handled things before my family or I could even think about it! The littlest (but important) details such as bobby pinning my bridal party's hair (and mine!), putting bandaids on my feet, spraying me with deodorant after I danced a little too hard, bringing us food, cake, drinks, and making sure I had NOTHING to stress about on my wedding day. All of my vendors were so impressed with her professionalism and organization, and my bridesmaids swooned over the itinerary. I seriously could not have pulled off such a great wedding without her help. Don't look any further--book Notably Yours!

Carolyn and Kari were amazing as my day of coordinators for my wedding! They set up all the table decor and totally transformed the venue to be picture perfect. Carolyn was very responsive to my emails throughout the planning process and connected me to floral and linen vendors. I also enjoyed our video call meetings when COVID hit and Carolyn helped keep us on track with tasks. When thinking about my big day, I knew I wanted to sit back and relax with my bridesmaids while set up was all taken care of and the Notably Yours team did exactly that. Kari was my wedding coordinator for July23, 2020. My original wedding was supposed to be June 4th but because of Covid, my husband and I decided to move it. Let me tell you, I did not have to worry about a thing. Kari took care of everything! She reached out to all my vendors in regards of my change of date and made sure my wedding progress remained stress free during tough times. Planning a wedding is never easy, ESPECIALLY during a pandemic! I truly don’t know what we would have done without Kari from Notably Yours. Leading up to our June 6th wedding, she communicated with our vendors and helped us make necessary adjustments to comply with CDC guidelines. She guided us through the many tough decisions that had to be made. Most importantly, she was a calm voice of reason when we were in total freak out mode! Our wedding day was SO smooth because she was completely on top of things. Every little detail before the ceremony was taken care of, which allowed me to get ready and totally enjoy the day! Throughout the ceremony and reception she walked my husband and I through everything from pictures to cake cutting to making sure I was hydrated at ALL times. In fact, during our outdoor pictures I thought I was going to pass out, (Summer in Texas is NO joke) and she was by my side with water, oil absorbing sheets for my sweaty face, a cold towel for my neck, a fan, and essential oils to help me cool off. Needless to say, Kari went above and beyond! I would HIGHLY recommend hiring Notably Yours to coordinate your wedding!

Amazing Coordinator!!! Our experience working with Kari at Notably Yours was wonderful. We hired her as our day-of coordinator, but got so much more. We met with her multiple times prior to the wedding, and she had everything organized for us down to a T. Day-of was so easy and fluid for us as Notably Yours handled everything (from coordinating our vendors down to making sure each table setting was just right). We chose Kari to be the Day Of Coordinator for my daughter's wedding at Big Sky Barn. She was an excellent choice and we are so happy with her service. She is energetic, organized, and very professional. Utilizing Kari took a lot of stress off of me, as Mother of the Bride, as well as my daughter, the Bride. We had eight different vendors, in addition to the venue, and she kept them all on track with the wedding timeline, set up, etc. We paid a little extra for her and an assistant to pack everything up for us afterwards which was well worth it since we were exhausted by then. Day Of is much more involved than what it sounds!!

Carolyn and her team were amazing! I worked with her for about 2 years planning my wedding. She never once disappointed us. She went above and beyond. She came to any meetings I wanted her to and handled all of the details with the vendors. She also has amazing taste and gave great input when it was needed. The day of the wedding everything went so smooth! I had forgotten to pack a few things and one of her assistants went to Walmart and no stress was ever placed on me. I received so many compliments at the wedding. Guests said they have never been to a wedding that ran that smoothly. Her timeline was color coded and flawless. Her vendors she recommended were fantastic. The night of the wedding my husband and I were asking ourselves what we would do that we would not be working with her anymore. That is how great she is. I cannot say enough how much I recommend that you use her!

I've had the joy of working with Carolyn on past weddings and events. She is hands on and so efficient as well as very detail oriented, which is a MUST when it comes to this industry.
