Owner Nina R. Graham knows that each couple is different and believes each wedding should reflect their most authentic selves. She works closely with her clients and strives to show off their unique love stories and personal styles. With her close attention to detail and organizational skills, she will work to give you a seamless, stress-free journey to the altar.
NRG Events & Wedding Planning will customize each package to best match your needs, wants, and budget. Decor design, day-of coordination, and RSVP tracking are some of the many services that Nina offers. On your big day, she will be present to make sure each event goes according to plan. In addition to the big day, she is happy to organize engagement parties, wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, and other prenuptial events.

Having attended the classy beach wedding in Destin FL coordinated by Nina Garces left me with no doubt of her pizazz for detail, God-given gift of creativity and all around best feel for the needs of the bride, groom and bridal party. From venue to reception dinner to event location, this wedding was the product of months of hard work and careful planning. Nina certainly earned five+ stars for her master planning and coordination of this beautiful and very memorable event.

Nina took such great care of us throughout the entire planning process. I'm not sure how other planners operate, but Nina and her team were so responsive and helpful!! I've seen stories on Facebook and heard firsthand from others how their planners took forever to get back to them and other horror stories, but NRG Events guided us with such care! I know Nina and her team are based in San Antonio, but our wedding was in Austin, and I didn't feel the distance at all. It was a dream from start to finish and I wouldn't change a thing!!!!! Love y'all, and thank you for making our wedding day perfect!
Nina was AMAZING!! It helps so much to have an organized planner on your side. She paid attention to every little detail and her communication was a 10/10. I highly recommend booking with her, you and your vendors will appreciate it

Nina was amazing to work with! I feel so grateful that my venue required me to have a coordinator and that my DJ’s recommended Nina. They told me that she was the best coordinator they had worked with at a wedding. Multiple vendors and my family all had wonderful things to say about Nina. Her guidance is gentle and meaningful. Her presence is calm and confident. Nina was the best investment we made for our big day! I can’t recommend her enough! One more thing- a month of coordinator vs a day of coordinator gave me so much support! I had just started a new job and was overwhelmed so it was amazing being able to handover all the vendor communications to her. She was also there for a couple of “OMG what about this!” Calls.

Okay…so…this is talking to alllll the brides out there…book NRG Events!! Nina and her team are THE BEST at everything! She’s so responsive too. We booked her full-planning package and she made our wedding absolutely gorgeous. Not only was our wedding stunning, but can I take a moment and say how beautifully crafted her proposal was?!? I felt like I was already her client when I opened that email…it was so personalized to me and my fiancé (now HUBBY)!

I cannot say enough about Nina! Having experience in planning weddings and large events has given me high expectations. This woman knows what she is doing and is kind and considerate the whole way through. So many parts of a wedding need a point person to make decisions, give directions and do the million little and big things that no bride can think of before the day. Being able to relax and enjoy hair and makeup while the set up was handled was an absolute dream come true. Do yourself the greatest kindness and choose this company. I promise, it’s not just worth, it is necessary!

We hired NRG Events to handle day-of coordination for our wedding in January 2023. Throughout the planning process Nina's help was invaluable, and we relied heavily on her expertise and recommendations, to the point where she essentially became our full-on wedding planner! Our day came and went, and it was a huge success. We received many compliments from friends and family about how well everything came together, and Nina's work was critical to our success. Whether you're looking for a day of coordinator, or a full-time wedding planner (or anything in between) we highly recommend NRG Events!

Nina helped me plan my party! It was a total hit! As a full time student who is also working full time, it was critical to find someone who can help me achieve the picture perfect party without the stress. Nina was super thorough and diligently worked on my party. We would have regular check-ins to ensure we were sticking to my budget while making everything look extravagant! She even helped with managing the budget, which helped because if I did it myself, I would have spent it all on something ridiculous but we were able to allocate funds to what I actually needed without going over!
