Taylor and her staff did an AMAZING job hosting our wedding this past weekend. Planning a wedding is stressful in itself but Taylor did everything to make sure the venue would not be one of the things we would have to worry about. Even when we had to change the wedding dates because of a miscommunication with the church, Taylor made sure everything would stay on track. She never hesitated to respond to my countless emails especially when we had to keep changing menu and guest counts in the last two weeks before the big day. We knew we had chosen the right place and our guest agreed. We are STILL getting compliments with how the venue looked and how friendly the staff was. From the front desk to the wait staff, everyone treated my now wife and I like the most important people that day. Thank you for helping make our special day go as smooth and memorable as possible.

ean? That Purple look? Everything about it was perfect for us, and our geode, rose quartz and gold look went very well. The lights in the ballroom looked like stars hanging above. I will say we had 150 people, and it was comfortably snug, I don't know if I would recommend it for any more than that. Brianna was there to answer any questions, and she handled everything very well considering there had been some job transitions in the process. The food and drink were amazing! Everyone complimented us on the food, and they worked with us to develop featured cocktails, and were very flexible and accommodating. They were also a great price including food, drink and room blocks, compared to some of the other places we had looked into. They also allowed the sparkler send off, which was a must have for me. Amazing job!

y special requests from extended storage, to a custom napkin layout, to providing craft beer and customizing our menu. No request was too large and that included clearing out the pool area furniture for our ceremony. The only fluke was an event was happening the same day in the parking lot so our guests had to park in a neighboring lot, but the hotel had shuttles running back and forth to accomodate. Otherwise, the hotel let us take over and it was beyond beautiful. Also I think it should be noted they did not charge for many extra things many other venues do, so definitely appreciated the feel of a partnership over constantly signing checks.

en booking and event), everything turned out exactly as we hoped. Staff I encountered was very professional. Brianna was great in making sure we were comfortable with the last coordinator change, which happened a week before our wedding. We really wanted our guest to be able to go from ceremony to reception in one location, and not have to worry about anyone drinking and driving. Having it at the hotel, one that follows our decor style, was perfect and checked off all the requirements we had for our wedding. Not to mention, everything was included in the rental fee (napkins, tables, utensils, etc). Food was delicious, Chef was accommodating in making changes to preset banquet menus to fit our request. We also asked the chef to make mini hot dogs for our cocktail hours because my husband is a hot dog freak, and he obliged. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for whatever their needs may be (vacation or event).

went above and beyond, especially Joy McMahan! She was so helpful throughout the whole planning process, and went the extra mile the day-of, helping set up and make everything perfect! She was a delight to work with and made us feel very special. The rest of the staff was so friendly and kind, helping wherever they could. Our complimentary suite for the wedding night was absolutely stunning, too, with a sweet note and chocolate strawberries staged in the room to greet us. Our out-of-town guests were thrilled to stay in such a great hotel for such a reasonable rate. The heated pool and bars were a great place for guests to mingle in between wedding events. The value you get here is unbeatable, especially in Dallas! There were no hidden fees, surprise charges, or rigid disclaimers. When it came time for reception clean-up, the sweet staff volunteered to finish up so that my family could enjoy the rest of the night. I really cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and the staff there! If I had to redo my wedding, I would choose this venue all over again! :)

detail I would just be leery to recommend this venue to another bride. I had several issues post signing my contract and it was head ache after head ache. It seems like I had issues with every department from sales, to the front desk booking rooms, the day of banquet captain, just all around was not a pleasant experience. On a positive note my outside wedding ran into inclement weather and The Nylo moved everything inside and it looked amazing! At the end of the day, I am married and my pictures at the venue are stunning! If you have a full time planner that can put the time into hand holding the venue through the process, you won't be disappointed with the look of the event. Beautiful room for reception - also can hold ceremony outside by pool. Great location near DFW - easy to find. Food was very good with great service.
