the business should be full aware of the total sum of transactions instead of relying on us for confirmation on our deposit, as this is poor business management. We paid $26,500 for professional venue & service, yet we have experience the worst.... Per our conversation when we first made deposit with signed contract that stated in section #14 on page 10 "deposit is returned 30days after your departure date" in which our departure date was July 21st and today date is Sept 1st yet we still receiving $500 transaction deposit. Zelle is a "peer-to-peer" not a business etiquette. In contracted it does not say anything about return deposit thru multiple transactions for the sum of security deposit.
since everyone not aware of the condition of the property we would like to let you know how are our experience that was neglected- please take consideration of having better professional business service else where
1- main living entertainment system does not work only one right speaker working, due to your property "tech guy" made a big spark on the left speaker the day upon our check in as four of us have witness in front of him. Because of it the projector couldn't be use for guests
2- 3 of the TV in lower floor does not have Wi-Fi communication, we have address it to "the tech guy" and it never got fix
3- all the rugs in the property are stained and darkened
4- the guest house smell like mildew wet rag
5- the main kitchen grill beeps constantly and it was address worker, then he disconnected in-operable and tell us to use the BBQ grill outside
6- the pool side jet spa does not have heat jet inoperable it was address to worker, never got fix
7- both ice maker are inoperable- the worker guy said "coincidently it was down from last venue" and never got fix, in which we have to buy all the ice last minute
8- lack communication between management and worker to include layout requested, on date of arrival.
9- there is no list itemization of any utensil presented to us upon check in and yet we are charge for missing item unacceptable...
Then the of return of our deposit was thru multiple $500 Zelle(peer-to-peer) transaction not professional business etiquette at all. the business ask to confirm how many transaction went thru on Zelle we shouldn't be wasting our time keeping track of your business transaction this is unacceptable. For how much we have paid in sum of $26,500 for your professional business venue experienced, this is by far the WORST!!!
