and looking for an intimate space for an unforgettable experience, this is it. I’ll admit I was worried after reading some negative reviews online. But when I met with the owner in person and addressed my concerns, he did everything in his power to resolve them before the big day. In a turn of events, my fiancé and I ended up breaking up the day before the wedding. Despite the heartbreak, the venue remained a sanctuary for us. We still held the rehearsal dinner (without the rehearsal) and the reception (without the ceremony). It became a space for my family and friends to gather, make memories, and begin the healing process. I will never forget the kindness shown to us during such a vulnerable time.

big day hasn’t happened yet! I honestly can’t say enough good things. One of the biggest reasons everything has gone so smoothly so far is because of Pitambar. He’s our main point of contact, and he’s been absolutely incredible throughout the planning process. He’s been so helpful, flexible, and incredibly responsive — which makes a huge difference during what can be a very stressful time. As the wedding date gets closer, I’ve really appreciated being able to just text him whenever something comes up — even small things like needing an extra table with linen for our bartender. He always responds quickly and is happy to help, no matter what. Having that kind of support has taken a huge weight off my shoulders and made the planning process feel so much more manageable. Huge thanks to Pitambar and the team for being so reliable and easy to work with — it truly means a lot!

I would opt out of the all inclusive package as the wedding planning was not done by a third party, but by the owner himself. This would’ve been fine but I paid for full wedding planning and did not receive that. I had to continuously reach out first in order to get some confirmation of vendors. Decorating was also DIY, so keep that in mind! It was difficult to do as a destination wedding, but the venue was pretty by itself, so minimal decorations was fine. Was also not really given a choice in vendors, it was a here’s you vendor and that’s that. Definitely hire your own photographer, because this all inclusive package does not let you pick through styles or different photographers. I got confirmation of my photographer probably a month before my wedding date.

We had access to the entire property which included a beautiful home that was perfect for getting ready. Each room had air conditioning which allowed for us to feel nice and cool as we got ready on a hot day. The bridal suite was beautiful and spacious which was perfect for the bridal party. The covered outdoor reception area, which included the dance floor, was a perfect place to dine with our guests and dance the night away. It accommodated 50+ guests comfortably, it was well lit, had room for our buffet style dinner and bar station, and plenty of room to dance. The property boasts well-manicured yards on multiple sides of the house, which provided areas for the ceremony as well as for casual mingling. The inground pool and jacuzzi were available and provided an area for our guests to cool off. The planning team at Oahu Venue and Villas worked closely with us to determine what our needs and preferences were and by the time we arrived at the venue, everything was already set up exactly how we wanted. The space used for the ceremony was picture perfect. We were able to walk from the house, down the aisle between our family and friends to a beautiful arch to exchange our vows and become husband and wife. Pitamber (the venue owner) was hands-on the entire time. Communication was swift and convenient, and he always made himself available. He was present on the day of our wedding to ensure that things were going smoothly. His recommendations of vendors to use was excellent. We got the sense that he understood how important these details were to us. Our guests raved about the quality of the catering service. The food was spectacular. Our floral arrangements and table décor was exactly what we asked for, our photography team was professional and engaging, our hair and make-up team made us feel beautiful, our officiant was eloquent, and our DJ and emcee were spot-on. Oahu Villas and Venues/Hale Koa Estate were incredibly responsive to our questions and ideas. They really went the extra mile to ensure that our day was picture-perfect. 'ula. Ceremony was beautiful after we had a cocktail hour in a back lawn and an amazing dinner in a tent. A huge tent with a dj and catering.. its one of the best parties I've been to. Then, my buddy Micha says come check out the house..as we walk by a swimming pool...( I'm like WTF..) We go upstairs to a movie theater. One of the best experiences ever...thanks Micha and willow for the invite! EPIC!!!

thin a week. I inquired 5 places, most places didn’t get back to me and some place were very expensive. This place was the perfect comfortable destination wedding for large parties. First off, I was looking for an Airbnb situation that could sleep over 30 people Because it was a destination wedding. I chose north shore because it’s less crowded and made it a little adventure for people. Not the usual Waikiki everyone goes too. I looked at the pictures of the previous wedding and the house pictures and I was in love. I booked the house for 5 days 4 nights. 2 days before the wedding day and after wedding day so I wouldn’t be in a rush to check out. The house itself: beautiful mansion. Like in my dreams I couldn’t even imagine a home so nice with the most beautiful trees and plants. I am a crazy plant lady. I love gardens and the landscaping here is beautiful and natural looking. I knew I didn’t need to spend too much money on decorating because the natural garden was enough. I spent about $300 on flowers for the bouquets and Nick nacks. The kitchen was open and full stocked. There was a fancy espresso maker that we didn’t actually figure out how to use. The house has like 6 fridges and freezers. It even has an industrial ice maker. So much space for catering and storage. We went to Costco before we got to the house and stocked the house with enough for the week of and the wedding day. We used the bbq before and the day of the wedding. My parents stayed in the mother in law house. They thought it was so big and quiet. It was the perfect fit for them since they are older and the main house was more younger people. The wedding day: we had some crazy rain and wind but the day still turned out perfect. Our beach ceremony was quick and short, it rained at the end but that is considered lucky. The shuttle service to the beach was great and the communication was on point with my day of wedding coordinator and the staff/ driver. The house even had beautiful floral arrangements that I used for my arch! How convenient is that?! The owner of the house even greeted us with beautiful leis upon our arrival! It’s really the small details that make our event special and those were one of them. My lei smelled so good eveyone though I was wearing perfume. The side parking at Amy’s parking was great for the parking overflow. I had all the vendors park at the property and the guest park at the over flow parking lot. I wanted to set some tables up in the garden for the wedding but we ended up just setting up 15 tables under the tent. That was a great decision becuase eveyone was together and if it rained eveyone was dry. Also the way the garden and the house is situated, it blocked out most of the wind which I was a little worried about. It turned out to be a beautiful wedding and now a lot of people who attended my wedding wants to return to the same venue for their wedding anniversary or wedding vow renewal. I would highly recommend this venue if you want something laidback and naturally beautiful!

just 5 minutes away from the villa, to the attentive and kind staff, everything was perfect. The grounds of the villa provided a breathtaking tropical backdrop for the wedding picture. Speaking of flowers, the deluxe package included beautiful floral arrangements that added an extra touch of elegance to the occasion. The food served during the reception was simply extraordinary. Every bite was delicious and perfectly cooked. From the appetizers to the main course, we were truly impressed with the quality of the meal. Additionally, the photography service provided was top-notch, capturing all the special moments beautifully. During our stay, we took advantage of the villa's amenities. The pool and jacuzzis were the perfect spots to relax and unwind after the excitement of the wedding. We also thoroughly enjoyed the 8k movie theatre, which provided an amazing cinematic experience. With 37 guests staying over for several days, it was essential to have ample room, and the Oahu Wedding Villa did not disappoint. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, ensuring everyone had a pleasant stay. The shuttle service to and from the beach was efficient and always on time which ensured all of our guests were seated at the beginning of the ceremony. For the additional guests, the proximity of the Laie Marriott hotel was incredibly convenient. It made it effortless for the extra guests to join in the celebration without any hassle. The luxurious shower rooms, with their wonderful rain shower experience, were another highlight. It was a small touch that added to the overall comfort and luxury of our stay. From the moment we began the booking process, we were met with professionalism and efficiency. Our questions were promptly answered, and the whole process went smoothly. Additionally, having a parking lot just down the street made it incredibly convenient for all of us. Lastly, I want to mention how enjoyable the reception was. The music was fantastic, and despite the lively atmosphere, there were no issues with the volume. It created such a joyous celebration that everyone will remember for years to come. Overall, I cannot recommend the Oahu Wedding Villa enough. The combination of the stunning location, attentive staff, incredible amenities, and convenient services made this wedding a 5-star experience. o reveal a private paradise oasis. The indoor wooden rafters on the high ceilings are very interesting and exudes Hawaiian charm. The beds are really comfortable with crisp white linens. We took the master Suite as we arrived two days early and did some grocery runs to prepare. I am a bath person, so to soak in the lava carved tub with the faucet coming from the ceiling was luxurious! Easy communication with vendor...we were left alone to do our thing. We visit the island often and this venue was by far the nicest ever! I read not the greatest reviews but was willing to take a chance and glad I did! There is a screening room where we were all able to watch our family reunion from 10 years ago. My daughter would like to have here wedding here. I think this would be great, but we will get the event catered for that one! Lots of value on this property!

d well equipped, bedrooms are cozy and beds are super comfy. And the pool area? Absolutely beautiful for epic parties! The house is so close to the beach, you can practically taste the saltwater. The place is so Insta-worthy; we had a blast with a photoshoot thanks to the stunning lights and tropical vibes. Inside, the house is stylish but also super cozy. The bride and groom's bedroom is like a retreat with this crazy cool stone tub right there. And talk about bedrooms – there are plenty, all decked out in luxury bedding. The kitchen is a chef's dream, and the living room has a cinema setup – perfect for some laid-back vibes. Bonus: it's a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to cool spots like national parks, the Polynesian Cultural Center, stores, and tasty restaurants. Seriously, picking this spot was the best call ever for our big day!

The staff worked diligently to ensure everything went according to plan. The venue had 10 big bedrooms, perfect for our family and friends. After our wedding, we had a chill BBQ hangout night, and everyone enjoyed it, especially the pool and the huge projector screen in the main house. It was really awesome to have everything done in one place! We'd love to come back here for a vacation. The cozy vibe and good times we had make it a top spot for us. Highly recommended!

From photos to drinks to food to band setup to leis and even finding the guy to perform the ceremony, these guys did it all! Get their deluxe pkg if you want to relax and enjoy your day without having to organize and be in charge of all the moving parts.

The staff were all friendly and helpful and it was obvious a good time was had by all. I highly recommend this venue! The accommodations were out of this world, and we felt like royalty during our stay. But what really made our wedding weekend special was the staff at Oahu Wedding Villas & Venues. They were incredibly helpful and extremely nice, making sure that every detail was perfect for our big day. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and we cannot thank them enough. Finally, the lush property and beautiful pool added an extra touch of magic to our wedding weekend. We were able to relax and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings, making it the perfect place to celebrate with our loved ones. I also can’t forget to mention that being able to walk to the beach every morning to watch the sunrise was an absolutely magical experience. infested with vermin, cockroaches, and ants. Black mold was present in the bathroom; the bedding was bloodstained. The house was disgustingly filthy, had a foul order, and was in a state of neglect. The furniture was either dirty, worn, stained, or torn. The lamps were dirty and not operational. The ceiling fans would not work in the evening as the fan and lights worked simultaneously. The sink backed up on the first day, and the garbage disposal was broken. Most kitchen drawers, as did the windows, had rodent and/or cockroach fecal matter present. A large infestation was discovered above the kitchen sink, and one evening, a cockroach crawled on my face; another day, droppings were found on a pillow. The guest home had many health and safety code violations present, observed, and adequately documented. There were holes in the walls and peeling, stained, and dirty paint. The wood blinds were not fully operational, and the curtains were stained and dirty. The home was in a different state and had a much different physical appearance than the photographs and video shown before renting. For example, the guest home should have had one bed per room but instead, upon arrival, had three beds per room, all of which were various makeshift furniture pieces thrown together. The home had the appearance of being utilized as a hostel. I photographed and videoed the property and immediately contacted the property caretaker (Pablo), the property management supervisor (Barbara), and later the owner (Pitambar). I requested Barbara to inspect the property and send many compelling photographs asking for assistance. Barbara did arrange for maintenance personnel to clear the clogged sink and provide one pillow and a sheet set for replacements. The remaining concerns still needed to be addressed. When I sent Barbara the infestation photographs, she responded, "Oo," and later wrote, "I've been telling him (assumingly referring to the owner) things needed to be clean better and taken more care of." Later, Barbara inadvertently texted me, "This guy just ain't going to stop." Although the owner stated he was honest, sincere, and big-hearted, he has yet to return my telephone calls or contact requests to resolve the issues addressed. Instead, he told the wedding couple he was completing an investigation and remained steadfast in failing to address the concerns and recommendations made by the family. The guest home should not be rented for any purpose, less used for a wedding until much construction, extermination, painting, cleaning, and city inspections are completed. All photographs taken during our March 2023 stay are 100% accurate. (See the pictures posted on Yelp) As indicated to Hale Koa Estate personnel, "I have never stayed in such a neglected, filthy, vermin and cockroach infested property." Do right by yourself and your loved ones. DO NOT stay in the estate's guest home!

and ready when we arrived and the stone tub in the master bedroom is an absolute work of art! the pool and hot tub are tucked in between the main house and guest house and easily accessible, shaded, and perfect for spending the day lounging! This is definitely a 5 star venue! Thank you Oahu Wedding Villas & Venues for the amazing experience!
