We just had our wedding at the beautiful Oak + Hood wedding venue in Canby, Oregon. Not only was this venue visually stunning, the crew that works there is amazing, and the venue has plenty of space for parking, drop off and pick up, as well as having vendors come in and out easily. The venue is gorgeous and provides great versatility from heat or rain with the outdoor and indoor venu split. The venue provides a multitude of backdrops for versatility in photos, and the “golden hour” photos really put Oak + Hood over the top visually. The outdoor venue and walkway for the reception is large enough to allow the wedding party time to walk down the aisle, but not too large to where it feels like you are walking forever. The grand entrance is exactly that, with the barn doors opening to show the bride down the aisle, it truly is a picturesque moment, and the venue truly amplifies that amazing moment. While we can talk forever about the venue, Kelsey and the amazing crew that works at Oak + Hood are the true reason you want your wedding here. Kelsey is phenomenal at working with her clients and making sure everything the bride and groom envisions for their wedding can become a reality. She is extremely kind, personable, and is the hardest working coordinator you can find. We got the signature package with bartenders and what comes with that package is an amazing crew who helps with set up, bar, and clean up. They are extremely friendly and kind to everyone in the wedding party as well as the guests. Kelsey has a great collection of decors in her storage that we were able to rent for the day, so we didn’t have to buy all these one-day usage items. There aren’t many venues that offer that, and we truly appreciated this aspect. We consider Kelsey and her crew as a priceless addition to our amazing wedding day, and we cannot recommend Kelsey, her crew, and Oak + Hood venue enough. <3

Kelsey is absolutely incredible to work with and the venue is stunning! So many great areas and perks with renting this venue and the view of Mt. Hood, the surrounding trees and entire area was perfect and fit the Bride & Groom to a tee! Thanks Kelsey and your amazing crew!

I purchased this venue in the Summer of 2023 and have spent the last year doing beautiful and tasteful improvements. It has been a labor of love, working to create a dream venue for couples! I describe Oak + Hood as a "bouji" barn! It has a nice balance of rustic charm with modern amenities. My goal is to help each couple bring their vision to life. I love how each wedding is uniquely different and special! My heart for people, along with my passion for business makes Oak + Hood one of a kind. I am here to share in your excitement, planning and to celebrate the happiest day of your life!

d the venue was beautiful and we decided to book it. That was just the start to one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had! You know when you meet someone and you instantly feel connected? That's how I felt with Kelsey. When we booked the venue we decided to go with the wedding coordinator package. Let me tell you! It was worth every penny that we spent!! Kelsey has done so much remodeling to an already beautiful venue, but each appt I had with her it looked even more stunning! She not only puts her heart and soul into the venue but planning your day to be perfect for you as well. She was always quick to answer questions, calmed my fears and made me feel special like we had been friends forever. I wish I had the words to really explain how special this venue and Kelsey and her family are to me but there just are no words. I am forever grateful that I found this venue and you are missing out if you don't book it!

o Kelsey the owner, her team and the beautiful space. From first venue tour to wedding day, working with Kelsey was THE dream!! Not only is she a great business woman and visionary, but she is SUCH a kind and genuine human too. We opted for full coordinating, so shout out to her for being an absolute saint for answering my 9405 questions, responding to every single one of my too many emails and entertaining the silly ideas without judgement (she did not even bat an eye when I asked her to assist with setting out a ranch fountain for an evening snack hehe). She really made the whole process of wedding planning so much for enjoyable and significantly smoother. The venue itself is ridiculously beautiful - the literally perfect view of Hood, the picturesque oak, the dreamy white barn doors with the twinkly lights all around the gorgeous outdoor space UGH are you kidding me?! It all looked like a fairy tale. Weeks later I am still getting compliments from family and friends on how amazing the day and space was (': And it just keeps getting better with all the amazing touches Kelsey and the team are always adding. Overall would absolutely recommend for any and all events!! Run, don't walk, to book a date!! Thank you Kelsey + team for making our big day all the more special.
