Beautiful Southwest Mississippi Venue
Located in Summit, MS, Oak Hill Estate is an eight-acre wedding venue. Groves of oak trees offer a romantic atmosphere across its natural landscape, contributing to the magic feeling of an event. The stately home, originally built in 1820, is beautifully maintained and ideal for photos, getting ready, and much more.
Oak Hill Estate hosts both a historic home and a banquet space on its premises. The house is approximately 2,600 square feet, while the banquet space is about 6,700 square feet. The exterior of the estate is meticulously cared for, showcasing green lawns and landscaped gardens. Inside, neutral white walls welcome any wedding theme, and charming chandeliers light up parlor rooms. Couples will have separate get-ready spaces, each with their own aesthetic. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking facilities, and from the house, an artistic wall of refurbished doors leads to the event area. Ceremonies can take place indoors or out, and the same goes for receptions.
Couples holding their wedding celebration at Oak Hill Estate will have the opportunity to rent various valuable additions from the venue’s collection. These may include chairs, tables, chandeliers, centerpieces, bistro tables, and many other items. Two set packages are available. Each of these offers two-day rental blocks as well as seating provisions. In addition to weddings, this venue is pleased to host social gatherings, parties, reunions, retreats, and more. Everything from elopements to vow renewals can be accommodated at Oak Hill Estate. Couples and their guests will not have to worry about losing phone reception and not being able to post photos as they happen, either. Oak Hill Estate’s was an absolute pleasure to work with. Debbie and her staff met every expectation I could have ever had.
OakHill grounds and facilities are beyond beautiful. Everything you need is at your fingertips- well equipped kitchen for caterers- a multitude of up to date decor to create the atmosphere you desire - space for an indoor or outdoor wedding or event and staff on- site to assist - conveniently located just outside McComb,Ms.
This venue is beyond beautiful inside and out. My wedding was 1/20/24 and I cannot say enough about the staff. They were so helpful and accomodating for the weather. The package with decor included was amazing. You can make any dream or vision come true. The most important part of Oak Hill Estates is Debbie. She was so helpful throughout the process and provided every thing we needed. Her attention to detail was icing on the cake. Her personal touch from checking on me and the groom during the day to assisting my bridal party was top tier. I will recommend Oak Hill Estates every chance I get.

I would recommend Oak Hill Estates even higher than 5 out of 5!! The venue itself could not be more beautiful, from the breathtaking live oaks to the historic home that has been painstakingly redone to be up to date, but still maintain all of the original charm. And Debbie and her staff are the best! They prepared everything ahead of time and set it up perfectly. Debbie helped with everything from recommendations for vendors to room setup, tablecloth ideas, and everything in between. She made sure everything was exactly what we wanted and seamless the day of the wedding. With her help and the beauty of the venue, the day turned out to an absolute dream come true!

This woman-owned wedding/ party venue is a beautiful location. It has a chic, southern elegant style which is nestled among mature oak trees on a sprawling property. The house itself is uniquely decorated with one-of-a-kind furnishings. The house can also be rented for family and guests so that everyone can stay right on property for your event. The staff is highly professional and communication of ideas and requests are promptly addressed. I hired them to do my son’s wedding reception and I am highly satisfied with my entire experience.
If you are looking for a venue at which you can leave stress at the door, this is the place for you.
Oak Hill Estate was the perfect venue for my daughter’s wedding! Everything was so beautiful and we loved having the spacious ballroom! The access to the beautiful spaces in the house were perfect for her and her bridal party. Communication with owner and coordinator was super easy and she was very helpful! Would recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful and accommodating space for a special event!

We had the most perfect outside ceremony and inside reception at Oak Hill Estate. Talk about the BEST OF THE BEST!!! Not only was it the most beautiful venue, but Mrs. Debbie was AMAZING. I would like to use this opportunity to praise a local venue. We are blessed to have Oak Hill Estate in McComb! We have spent most of the weekend there preparing for our daughter’s wedding. Debbie Boyd McWilliams and Karen are so accommodating and there for you every step of the way. They had one of their big trees to fall not to mention the barn collapsed last week. Not gonna lie…worried how things were gonna look for our outdoor wedding. They had the barn hauled off and area sodded within 3 days! The new beautiful fountain area adds so much! If you have the opportunity to visit Oak Hill, take time to tour the house.

We had our wedding reception at Oak Hill Estates and it was all we could have dreamed of. So pretty inside and out! There is a really nice bridal suite upstairs and a man cave for the guys down stairs! Highly recommended! The bride and groom can also stay the night in the upstairs bedroom!

90% of my decor and details are all venue package inclusive! Honestly, minimal decor is required because the venue itself is so timelessly gorgeous. The raw brick and wooden walls with the wood beams in the banquet hall are gorgeous with any theme. Then Outside is just stunning with the Live Oaks and classic estate setting, you cant go wrong with any angle or setup!
it is equipped with every detail you need for the perfect event! Bring food, flowers and attire and the rest is there! The Bridal suite upstairs is a dream come true for bridal shots and getting ready for your event.

Almost a month later and all I can do is smile back on my wedding. My friends still talk about what a beautiful wedding and how much fun they had. Whole top room upstairs for girls to get ready, was nice not worrying to be seen by the groom before our ceremony. With so many details upcoming to wedding day, the venue was not stressful. Ms Debbie was so kind and with the venue being clean and already beautiful as is, and mostly everything is already there. Tables, chairs, centerpieces, covers, vases, signs, linens, glasses, lights, pitchers, serving utensils, cystals, wooden, modern pieces..... the possibilities are endless!!! Groomsmen appreciated having a room to themselves with gaming systems and loved being outside. Other vendors were complimentary of how things were put together, how the kitchen was big and fully stocked, and someone mentioned fast wifi. I highly recommend this venue. My experience was beautiful and I could not stop crying the day of because I could focus on our loved one's being there for and with us on such a special day.

I fell in love with this venue at first sight, the gorgeous trees, the many options to have our ceremony, the large open space so everyone can be included during each of our special moments. I loved that the bridal party had the whole upstairs to get ready and that the men had their man cave. Debbie was very accommodating and helped me find the perfect rental choices for everything we needed. Overall I was thrilled with our service and the venue. It was everything I imagined it would be and so much more.
I don't even know where to begin, Debbie and her entire staff were so professional and helpful from the time we visited the venue (while looking for a place for the wedding) until we all said our goodbyes in the end. They made our daughters wedding a stress free event to the point that we had nothing to do but enjoy it. I would highly recommend this venue to my family and friends.
Oak Hill Estate—this beautiful venue is the place where wedding dreams come true. We had our formal rehearsal dinner for 115 ppl and our elegant wedding reception for 400 back to back. My event savvy family catered both so we expect a lot—We had everything we needed at our fingertips and it worked to perfection. Debbie McWilliams and her crew of professionals took care of every beautiful detail: lighting including chandeliers inside and out, tables & chairs inside and out, cloths wrinkle free and ready, centerpieces, serving lines, every piece of catering equipment needed, fully equipped kitchen. Use of the entire vintage house and grounds allowed for bride, groom, and 30+ wedding party attendants to get ready and just hang out and then serve as the perfect backdrop for once in a lifetime photos. Being able to just wash up and return equipment to a cabinet and then turn out the lights and walk out after partying with a newly married couple who were beaming from their perfect weekend was just icing on the cake.
Book Oak Hill Estate for your event and cherish your memories. They will meet your every need. It is money well spent and I’d do it again today. Thank you Debbie.
