Oak Mountain went back on our contract less than 90 days before our wedding, so we were in a pinch. They tried to force us into a new contract, and we had to threaten legal action just to get them to do what they had previously agreed to do.
Vanessa is the "coordinator" here, and she is terrible. She promised us one thing, and then when we would ask her about it, she would say something else.
On the night of our wedding, we paid to have our event end at 11PM. Vanessa tried to get us to change to 10PM, even though we had to have our ceremony at 6PM per the venue. Once we had it in the contract that it was to be 11PM, I thought we were fine. On the night of the wedding, Vanessa told my DJ and guests to start leaving. It was only 10:25PM. She essentially STOLE 35 minutes of my wedding away from us.
We were told that there would be no other patrons on property, but the MORNING of my wedding while getting ready, Vanessa tells me that there will be regular distillery guests around.
Vanessa also promised me that we could block the upper parking lot so there wouldn't be cars in the background of my wedding photos. The morning of the wedding, Vanessa tells me that we cannot do that anymore. Even though the night before at the rehearsal, she said it was fine. So yes, there are cars in the background of my wedding photos.
Why can't this venue be honest with people who are paying them nearly $20,000 to have an event?
Anne, the owner, is so rude. She will talk to you like you are a burden, and make you feel like canceling. She is the least accommodating person, and never once had anything nice to say to me.
Honestly the only saving graces at this venue are Shelby and Mike. Without them I probably would have had an emotional breakdown.
Do not give this venue a dime, or an ounce of your time.

Marcus was our day of coordinator and was exceptional. Everything went so smoothly the day of and Marcus made sure that our vision of what we wanted was executed perfectly. My guests have continued to say how amazing the venue and the entire staff was at our wedding. Would strongly recommend Oak Mountain for your wedding venue!

Given all the uncertainty in the world right now, it feels so good to have someone to rely on. And for us that was Beth!
After the wedding, our guests were raving about how good the food was. Of course the venue is beautiful, too! We fell in love with the twinkly lights in the ceiling of the gazebo and they didn’t disappoint day of. Our guests loved the wine, too of course. Some even bought a case to take home!

Rony Walton, the events manager, was a dream to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure our daughter had her dream wedding. Even prior to the event, Rony made the planning easy and was always accommodating to my daughter’s requests and desires! The entire staff at Oak Mountain Winery was professional and friendly, making sure all our guests were taken care of. I would definitely recommend Oak Mountain Winery to anyone looking for a beautiful and private venue to host their wedding in the Temecula Wine Country.

The wine for the wedding was a great selection. All of our guests had something they loved. The food selections were delicious! All of our guests were generously fed and said they loved the dishes.
The cave was incredible for the party. We were able to keep the party going past the noise ordinance! It was a major plus!
Also, as a lesbian couple, it was important to us that we got married somewhere that was LGTBQ friendly. They (Rony and her staff) made us feel so welcome!

punctual to all of our meetings, and easy to talk to about our vision. She also recommended a DJ that was amazing. The venue is gorgeous so you don't really need much in the terms of decorations (big money saver). And the wine is fabulous! They have so many different kinds that every palate was smiling. At the end of the day we were exhausted, but had a very special, beautiful, love filled day all thanks to Oak Mountain and Rony.

I always looked forward to our meetings with Rony and she did an impeccable job with communicating pricing and all the details. Did I mention she is the sweetest!?
Oak Mountain Winery has some of the best views in Temecula! Im still in awe from our wedding pictures. The cave is such a unique spot that really seperates them from the other wineries. The venue was perfect for our intimate wedding and the staff was all 5 star! Their food and wine are to die for! Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more thanks to Oak Mountain Winery and Rony. I would highly recommend them for weddings, events, and/or a nice lunch/dinner with perfect sunset views. Breath taking and easy!

went smoothly and the only thing I needed to worry about was looking good. She put up with my Bridezilla nerves and calmed them.
Everyone that attended the wedding and reception expressed that it was not only the most elegant but the most warm and welcoming wedding they had ever been to. The service I received was top notch. This isn't my first rodeo, as I had been married before, and this by far was the best experience I ever had.
At this venue everyone was incredibly helpful caring and made sure everything went off without a hitch. I even have guests that want their wedding to be held at this venue.
I will forever be grateful that my wedding was as perfect as I had envisioned.
