About this vendor
SPACE & OCCUPANCY
We have a 1700 sq. ft. hall available for rent, which can seat up to 150 people comfortably depending on seating arrangements.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
• Tables and chairs are provided, for indoor use only. Guests must provide their own linens. (16) 58” round tables, (2) 8’ tables, (1) 6’ table, (1) 4’ table, (1) 32” table.
• Our on-site kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator as well as a food heater for keeping food cold or hot and ready to serve.
• The event hall includes a small stage which can be used for a DJ, speakers, head table, etc.
• AV equipment is available to add on to your rental package (speakers, microphones, projector, screen, etc.).
• Ample on-site parking.
• An on-site hostess will be available for the duration of your event.
• A small outdoor area is available for an extra fee as an add-on to your hall reservation.
NOTES
• We do not offer any catering, bar, or DJ services, but you are welcome to hire outside vendors.
• Because we host private parties, alcohol is allowed at your own risk. No extra charge will be applied, and liability insurance is optional, but recommended. The renting party will be required to sign a liability release form.
• Our venue is available for booking Monday - Saturday 8am - 10pm; we may be able to extend it until 12am with the building owner's permission, but that must be requested at least 30 days in advance and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
• If the event goes longer than 10:00 PM, you will be required to hire a licensed security guard until 12:00 AM. An additional charge will apply for after hour events.
• A $500 refundable security deposit will be required to secure the date. Bookings are on a first come first served basis and dates will not be held without the security deposit. The full rental amount is due within 30 days of the event.

• Half Day: 5 Hours $700
• Full Day: 9 Hours $1,100
• Additional Hours: $120

We're conveniently located off Business 80 in Sacramento, just about 20 minutes from Sacramento Internaional Airport, and 15 minutes from downdtowns Sacramento, Folsom, and Roseville.
