She was very honest and patient throughout the entire process. She truly was a blessing to work with and went above and beyond to make our wedding look elegant. I highly recommend Oak Leaf florist! To start, they worked with our budget and did not pressure us to spend more than needed. They were very open and transparent with pricing on all floral pieces. Alex R. and the Oak Leaf team allowed open communication and always responded in a timely manner. I even texted Alex a photo of flowers I saw at the grocery store on the weekend and she was not bothered by it at all! Further, I had NO idea where to start when it came to picking flowers for our wedding. I am a business analyst and my husband works in finance; I think I could name four types of flowers off the top of my head. What I did have, was a photo of a Persian rug with colors that I liked. Alex and the Oak Leaf team created BEAUTIFUL pieces based on a photo of a RUG! That, to me, is true professionalism and talent. I also sent over inspiration photos from Pinterest. The team created pieces that fit our color scheme and tailored it to our theme (retro/disco). My favorite piece was the cake table, they executed it PERFECTLY. Alex took my ideas and offered her professional advice which made for a stunning area of florals. Oak Leaf exceeded my expectations in every possible way. Again, I highly recommend working with this company. Everyone I spoke with was kind, professional, and understanding.

When I first went with oakleaf I was so happy they didn’t have a minimum amount I had to buy for our wedding. They were able to work within my budget and provide me with everything I needed while not spending too much. I sent them some inspiration pictures and submitted and that was pretty much all I had to do. Day of the wedding they delivered the flowers to the venue and set them up. I was so thrilled with how they looked they were absolutely beautiful! They were exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely wonderful florist to work with!!! I didn’t have much in mind for florals except for the colors and oak leaf did an amazing job on making arrangements similar to my ideas as well as adding their own touches!!! The day of the wedding Debbie and a few others helped my mom set up arrangements and they even did my entire arch for us which turned out amazing! I cannot recommend oak leaf enough! They will do an amazing job for any wedding!

I couldn’t have picked a better florist for my wedding. The bouquets were phenomenal and all other arrangements turned out so perfect! I just basically had an image in my mind of what I wanted and they went above and beyond of what I hoped for! They were also very wonderful with sticking to my budget and had great ideas on how to reuse pieces throughout the night. Very kind and patient people. They had so many great ideas for my flowers to reuse pieces at ceremony and reception. My ceremony pictures are gorgeous, the colors were perfect and my bouquet was phenomenal. Plus they let me borrow all of their vases, columns, etc for free! I didn't have to buy votives or anything it was amazing.

Oh, my goodness. Where to even start? First, the flowers were fresh and perfect and the arrangements were lovely. Everything was even better than we expected. But second, Oakleaf Florist went above and beyond when it came to setting up for the wedding. From adding beautiful ribbons to the chairs in the front rows for family members, to digging through their supplies to help come up with a way to display the seating charts when we realized we'd somehow misplaced ours. I cannot say enough about the FABULOUS Oakleaf Florist!!! They were AMAZING from start to finish!!! (We contacted them after another florist, Hollyhock Floral in San Antonio, cancelled on us!!) Alex took her time and reviewed every flower, greenery and the most specific detail to make my daughter's wedding EVERYTHING she wanted, all while remaining within our budget!! Alex made wonderful floral recommendations to enhance the flowers my daughter had selected. She also went above and beyond and provided extremely helpful and relevant tips and suggestions to make the wedding day an absolute success!! This was icing on the cake, as her helpful input extended FAR BEYOND the floral element of the wedding. Alex became an invested partner in my daughter's wedding. She regularly checked in with us and kept stellar records. Alex ensured every floral element of the wedding was planned and executed to PERFECTION!!! The flowers were beautiful, all bouquets and arrangements were lovely; Debbie (the owner) did a fabulous job on them and also during set-up, including arranging the loose flowers on the bride's cake that came out GORGEOUS and eucalyptus on the venue mantle. I could go on and on!! Our guests raved about the flowers!! Alex also stepped up BIG TIME to provide DJ recommendations when our DJ was being unresponsive 10 days before the wedding!! We were in a panic, but Alex assured me that she would help us find a replacement. She also provided us with an outstanding baker recommendation for the Bride and Groom's cakes (Sprinkles Custom Cakes) when we were struggling to find a good one. Alex is a remarkable Wedding Coordinator and absolutely made our experience with Oakleaf Florist better than we could have ever imagined!! Hiring Oakleaf Florist was the BEST VENDOR out of ALL of our wedding vendors!! We were overwhelmed by the service level Alex provided us!! If all vendors took this much pride in their work, brides would have the stress-free weddings of their dreams. Alex at Oakleaf Florist is a freaking ARTIST. We wanted a more wildflower look, and she delivered beautiful flower arrangements. I can't count how many compliments I got on the bouquets! She also offers to preserve flowers after the wedding (of course, for additional cost), and if you can swing it, I highly recommend. :)

When we ordered our flowers I was all over the place, but Alex was so helpful with working with me to figure out what I wanted and they put together exactly what I had visioned for our day! I didn't want just yellow roses, I wanted a specific champagne color so I could get a soft yellow look and they got the color perfectly! They also had some of the best prices compared to other vendors too!

Bouquets, centerpieces, aisle and pergola for my wedding went BEYOND my expectations! I went into the initial consultation with no idea what kind of floral or centerpieces I wanted for my big day but OakLeaf picked my brain and set up the vision right in front of me. I could not have dreamed up a more beautiful bouquet than what was created by Oakleaf Florist. I had a rough vision of what I wanted and the style I was hoping for along with colors/ pictures of my dress and they were AMAZING at putting it all together. Aside from just the sheer beauty of the bouquets, the staff there is so accommodating. We had a spur of the moment wedding due to COVID and they were honest about what flowers would be available in the time frame AND provided alternative flowers immediately which was something I greatly appreciated. I’m not kidding when I say I look back at my wedding pictures and just stare at my bouquet—it was that perfect for me.

I'm not huge into flowers, but the folks at Oakleaf are incredible. The bouquets were exactly what I wanted and were absolutely gorgeous. They worked with us for our budget and helped us choose flowers and centerpieces that worked with our style and venue. Even last-minute add-ons weren't a problem (like a flower-dog collar arrangement). They are so easy to work with and I highly recommend them!

My flowers were amazing! All I did was show Julio pictures almost a year beforehand and he wrote down the flowers we'd need. We ordered in bulk and made our own centerpieces. Julio created the bouquet and cake toppers. They were absolutely perfect. He gave us extra flowers on top of what we ordered for our bulk order and even extra boxes to help us transport our vases so we could work on them the night before. So extremely helpful and very on top of communication. By far the best vendor we worked with for our wedding!

Oakleaf Florist was the best choice I could have possibly made when it came to my wedding. I worried about how difficult it would be to plan my TX wedding while living in CO, but they absolutely helped ease my mind by being present every step of the way. The flowers were beautiful and most of my guests could not get over how fresh and gorgeous they all looked. I did not make it easy for them either. I asked for fall colored flowers in spring and they delivered with some of the most amazing deep pink shades I have ever seen. Not only did they go above and beyond to make my Pinterest dreams come true, they also worked with my budget. By far the best florist in the San Antonio area.

We received a referral to Oakleaf from our wedding planner. Working with Julio was effortless. My husband and I had so much fun at our planning session with Julio which was a relief from all the other wedding planning stressors. We were so impressed that he was able to show us samples and group things together using his inventory based off of our vision. He was able to obtain a beautiful amnesia rose that my heart was set on. Julio really knows his stuff and I trusted him 100%. I was SO happy with the outcome, Julio and his team put in WORK! We were referred to Oakleaf after visiting another florist and we could not be any happier. We had a destination wedding in San Antonio and presented ourselves during the busy Valentine’s Day weekend. I had the perfect experience with our Florist Julio. I have no words for how beautiful my wedding came out just because of the floral decor. I didn’t need to do anything at all to the tables after he decorated. It was all just so perfect and peaceful I had no stress all the way up to my wedding day. I highly recommend this vendor. My then fiance and I set up a consultation appointment with Oakleaf in June, for our October wedding. We are from Michigan but were planning a San Antonio wedding, and so this consultation appointment was a make or break. I would not describe my fiance and I as a demanding couple, but we know what we want. If there is one thing we noticed while planning a wedding, it's that some vendors are not accommodating, and will instead tell you what they can give you rather than listen to what you want or help bring your vision to life. We met with Julio from Oakleaf, however, who was friendly, extremely accommodating and brought our vision to life. I showed him pictures from Pinterest, and he was able to let me know in advance which flowers would not be in season in October. He was able to identify similar looking flowers that were going to be in season. I appreciated his honesty from the get-go. Between June and October, I'd been in touch with Julio and the staff at Oakleaf here and there about payment and delivery, and everyone was always friendly. On wedding day, the flowers were beautiful as ever and I am overall extremely satisfied with Oakleaf. I would recommend them for any event.

The flowers for my wedding turned out so perfect. Oakleaf florist really exceeded my expectations. I had an idea of what I wanted but I don't know anything about flowers. So I showed up with several different pictures of what I wanted and I also had a tight budget and they were able to put together what I wanted in my price range. Also, my mother-in-law passed away 6 months before the wedding and my husband and I wanted to have her corsage at the funeral because she was so excited for the wedding. I called Oakleaf and they were able to put one together for me in very short notice. They showed up to the wedding venue on time and helped put my something old (my grandmothers pearls) around my bouquet for me and set up all my flowers where they needed to be in the hall for the reception. Working with Julio was an absolute pleasure! He is extremely personable, accommodating, and professional. I am a 39 year old bride with a Type A personality who had a VERY specific vision for my wedding flowers (bouquets and boutonnieres). Julio went above and beyond to enhance my vision. My photo shoot was originally scheduled the Tuesday afternoon following Memorial Day. Because of the heat, the shoot was rescheduled to early in the morning at the last minute. Julio went in to work on Memorial Day and delivered my bouquet Monday afternoon. Now, this is what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will definitely be using Oakleaf Florist in the future and recommend them WITHOUT hesitation!
