The Oasis Conference Center is a serene wedding venue in Loveland, Ohio. With a golf course designed by renowned golfer Arnold Palmer, this center offers a memorable space for your milestone day. The hand-cut stone clubhouse blends with a stunning natural landscape, making this a spectacular choice for celebrating your love. This venue is a quick 25-minute drive from downtown Cincinnati and is easily accessible via I-275. Facilities and Capacity: The Oasis Conference Center is available for both indoor and outdoor events. Couples can host their reception in the Mulberry or Acacia ballrooms. The Mulberry ballroom features large windows and doors with access to an outdoor patio, providing a stunning view of the golf course, while the Acacia ballroom boasts a large chandelier as the focal point of your reception. Ballrooms can also be combined to accommodate larger weddings with up to 650 guests. Ceremonies can be held outside in the picturesque gazebo, which overlooks a water feature with a stunning fountain view, or couples can choose to exchange vows on the Patio, which overlooks the fairway and lush greenery of the course. Both areas can comfortably seat up to 300 guests but can be designed to seat as little as 25 for something smaller. Should you prefer an indoor ceremony, we have you covered with our Sandalwood Ballroom, which includes a soft backdrop with uplights and drapery, 2-point ceiling drapery, and an arbor piece to complete the room. Services Offered: The Oasis Conference Center will assist couples with their planning to ensure a wonderful experience that they will cherish forever with our inclusive packaging. They are also happy to take care of the setup and teardown of the reception room. Couples can choose from several wedding packages or create a customized package that fits their needs and budget. Working with the Oasis was nothing but easy and fun. Our wedding coordinator was Jen - let me tell you, she was a life saver. Jen made wedding planning absolutely easy, listen and understood exactly what my husband and I wanted. I cannot thank Jen and the Oasis staff enough for being apart of our wedding day!

Everything at Oasis was exceptional! Especially the Sales Manager Jen! She not only made us feel comfortable in our year process of planning, but on the day of she helped calm our nerves when the weather was not exactly as planned. Everything worked out perfectly. She is remarkable and very knowledgeable at her job! We consider her a friend now! We would recommend the Oasis center to anyone! The halls are just gorgeous. They sure made my Daughter's dreams come true with her vision on the reception. Savannah and Logan got married outside at the gazebo with champagne greeting each guest. It overlooks their beautiful pond and the gorgeous golf course! We had a cocktail hour on the patio outside of the hall right after the ceremony. The hall was very beautiful with the lights along the walls! We were the only wedding that night which was important to us as well. We still get compliments on how delicious the food was at the reception. Save all your time and book with Oasis today!

Everything about the Oasis was perfect from beginning to end. They have so many things included in their packages (food, drinks, centerpieces, decor, wooden trellis, set up and tear down, etc etc etc) and it made our lives so much easier. Food was great, drinks were great, and the ceremony/reception rooms were stunning. Natasha was amazing throughout the whole process and I would 100% recommend her and the Oasis to anyone. Don’t even remotely know where to begin, but I’ll give it my best shot. The staff, were absolutely incredible and some of the most attentive people anyone could ask for! :) PLUS they genuinely care about each and every couples wants and needs and goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for them!! Can’t even type out fully what Natasha (mainly) along with the rest of the Oasis staff did, because I’d run out of room listing all the lifesaving things they did for us and our wedding party throughout the process. My husband and I were married there on 04/16/2023 and we held all three events (rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception) at Oasis Golf Club!!! SOOOOOO MANY family members and friends complemented the venue, from the divine food and drinks (alcoholic and non), the wonderful staff, the stunning view and architecture throughout the beautiful building, and much much more, I could go on and on!! If you’re looking for an all inclusive venue that is breathtaking on its own, where all you have to provide is bakery, photo & video, entertainment (band/dj/live painter, etc), and HMUA for you and your girls, LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Oasis was beyond perfect for our big day, and will be for you and your partner too, can’t tell you how incredibly thankful, grateful, and happy we are that we went with them!! Truly is a hidden Oasis from it all, and makes you feel like you’re in your own little world in the best and most magical way possible. P.S. We toured easily 6/7 venues, and like my luck all my life Oasis was number three and we knew on top of third times the charm, it was meant to be. My grandfather (My fathers Dad) passed away when I was 12, and my other grandfather (Mom’s Dad) passed well before I was even born. My Dads Dad absolutely LOVED golf and everything related to the sport including Arnold Palmer being in his all time top 3 favorites. So the fact that he designed the course and has the three holes named after him, was even more special to me. When we first went to view the venue, I could feel my grandpa with me looking down from heaven and saying he wishes he could be there and this was THE ONE. 🥹☺️🫶 We signed and booked that day and the rest is history!

Where to begin?! We toured 7 venues for our wedding....Oasis was the last and we knew immediately we wanted to work with them! Jen Suma and the Oasis team are organized, patient, and really care about each of their clients. Their long list of happy and successful weddings is just one testament to their hard work they put into every event. They know how to put on a great wedding whether it is for the ceremony...cocktail hour...reception...or all of them in one night! We are so happy we chose Oasis!

Our whole experience at the Oasis was absolutely PHENOMENAL from start to finish! This was the first place my husband and I toured for a wedding venue and after meeting Jennifer and completing our tour we couldn’t pick a more perfect place! Jenn was a key component in our wedding planning throughout the whole process and we could not have planned our perfect day without her! The whole team that worked our wedding were all so kind and helpful with anything that was needed! So much is included with the Oasis which helps relieve a ton of the stress that can come from trying to coordinate so many different things for the big day! I would recommend the Oasis to any engaged couple as it truly made the most perfect venue for the best day of our lives!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Natasha and the team at Oasis. They were amazing from start to finish. You will likely be in shock from the up front price but it is actually the best pricing in the area once you factor in what all is included. I could not imagine our day without them. They were there from the moment we were there and helped keep the day moving and control/manage any issues that arose. The food was amazing! Natasha at Oasis was amazing and made everything easy from start to finish. She was very thorough in helping us select our location and dinner package, kept us up-to-date throughout the process, and made sure everything ran smoothly through rehearsal and day-of. She was very quick to answer my questions. The venue allowed our dogs to be part of the ceremony (a must!), helped us add drinks to our bar menu, set everything up in the reception hall for us. The waitstaff during the reception was wonderful. Catering is done in-house, which made things so much easier, and Benken Florist provided complementary centerpieces. They also did our other flowers, which we were able to handle during the same meeting. The grounds were beautiful in the fall, and we were incredibly happy with the service, the space, and how easy and fun our day ended up being! We highly recommend Natasha and everyone at Oasis.

This was the 2nd venue we looked at and we decided that there was no need to see anybody else. Everything about this venue was amazing! The venue is gorgeous, both inside and outside. The staff is on top of everything, we worked with Jen, who was phenomenal in making sure our day was PERFECT! They provide their own meals, which you pick during a tasting event and it was honestly hard to choose, all the dishes tasted great. They even made sure kids had their own meals and if anybody had any dietary restrictions, those guests were properly accommodated.

This venue is absolutely perfect. This was the only venue my wife and I picked after our initial meeting and tour. We were just so impressed with the accommodations they offered. The staff was just so friendly and Jen, who works here, was our coordinator throughout the entire process and she communicated so well, responded to all of our emails and just made us feel so relaxed and made sure everything was covered on our wedding day. She really went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs that we wanted for our wedding. The pricing was really fair with what we had in terms of the bar package, food, dressing rooms, decorations, etc.

This venue is wonderful. The team is so friendly and knows just what they are doing. The food is delicious, the bar packages are nice and they even let you customize them a little bit (we substituted all kinds of things and added in white claws), they set up and tear down for you so no added stress! The biggest bonus for me was all the great locations on the property for taking photos!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST VENUE. I worked with Natasha and she was SO helpful with everything. The venue itself includes a lot (decorations, reception items, etc...) and it was basically like hiring a wedding planner without actually hiring a wedding planner! I know it’s almost been a year but we are still on a high from our wedding. We picked Oasis’s because not only was the place beautiful but I loved my coordinator Kathy! Kathy and I became like family she made sure everything was on point down to the salad dressings. Unfortunately 2 weeks before my wedding I got a call saying that Kathy was not longer with the company. I was devastated and stressed out the reason for this was because I started working on my wedding with Kathy in 2019 and due to the pandemic I had to cancel our wedding in 2020 and push it for 2021. However Natasha made sure to let me know that she had went over every detail with Kathy and to not stress myself. That’s was easier said than done but Natasha made sure that our vision for our wedding was carried out without a hitch. If I had to do it over again I would still pick oasis’s because I didn’t have to worry about parking for our guests we didn’t have to leave the venue to take pictures the place was so beautiful and most importantly they made our day stress free as possible not only that Natasha made sure to even go above and beyond because I was scared that it was going to rain and she made special accommodations to ensure me that our wedding day would be special. I just want to thank all the staff at oasis’s for making our wedding day amazing

Choosing Oasis for both our ceremony and reception venue was the best decision we could have made. We and all of our guests had an absolute blast, and this wouldn’t have been possible without a great venue. Their Sales staff is phenomenal. A pleasure to work with, they were always very quick to respond to any questions we have and gave advice when needed. We worked with Bridget for most of our planning process, and with Natasha toward the end of our planning and on the days of our rehearsal and ceremony and reception. Everything was organized and ran smoothly with their assistance, taking most of the stress off of our shoulders. Throughout our wedding day, all of the venue staff were very pleasant and frequently checked in on us as we were getting ready. We received endless compliments from our guests on the food, thanks to their excellent in-house catering team. The catering team also frequently checked in on us throughout the reception and brought us anything we needed. The reception area was beautiful, and we also received several guest compliments on this. No words are enough to express our appreciation for this venue. They did so much to make our wedding day better than we ever imagined, and I cannot recommend them enough!

Natasha was the greatest, she was very patient with me when we were in the details meeting. Wedding planning gave me a lot of anxiety and she was so awesome. The communication was great, I knew when payments were due, I was able to bring in all my decor 2 days before my ceremony. I had a wild bunch if people at my rehearsal and everyone at Oasis was so kind. The day of the wedding went very smoothly, the bridal party had a nice size room to get ready in as did the grooms party. This venue is beautiful with many places for great photos! SERIOUSLY AMAZING! If you’re looking for a good venue, this is it! From start to finish, Natasha was absolutely so sweet and helpful. They helped me in ways they definitely didn’t have to that other venues just wouldn’t. Our day was so beautiful and perfect and it wouldn’t have been that way if it wasn’t for Natasha and the Oasis! Marsha helped with the day of and we had so many compliments on her as well! We all loved how she was on top of everything and how helpful she was to make everything go as planned! Everyone there, even the wait staff and bartender, were all so wonderful. They go above and beyond to make your day as special as they can. And the food, OMG! We didn’t have a single guest that didn’t love the food. My kids even want me to try to make something similar at home they loved it so much! We seriously couldn’t have chosen a better place for our ceremony and reception. Stunningly beautiful and perfect down to every detail. We don’t have a single complaint. I HIGHLY recommend choosing them as your venue! We’ll be referring everyone we can to check them out. Even if you’re on a tight budget, just talk to them! Because they really do all they can to help! My guests were amazed and we are beyond happy 😊

We got married this month at the Oasis I cannot say enough good things about the venue and their coordinator, Cathy Humphries. Planning a wedding in a pandemic was no easy task, but Cathy and her staff made it as stress-free as possible. She is so detail-oriented that anything you may have forgot, she'll think of it! Plus, this place is a one-stop shop. For brides that don't want to juggle multiple vendors, Oasis contracts out to specific vendors for a lot of items you will likely need (cake, photobooth, uplighting, dj, drapery, centerpieces with fresh flowers, and they do their own catering in house). We utilized most of these vendors (had our own DJ and personal flowers) and were not disappointed! The staff, food and reception space are all so amazing, but what should really sell you on this venue for your wedding is the amazing outside ceremony space and the grounds of the golf course. When Cathy showed us a photo album of previous weddings, I fell in LOVE with the pictures on the bridge that overlooks the water. All in all, you cannot go wrong if you choose the Oasis!

The Oasis Conference Center was a perfect place to host a wedding. The event coordinator, Cathy, was great to work with and responsive to questions. On the wedding day, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Even during the pandemic, they were easy to work with and made us and our guests feel safe. The views for an outdoor ceremony and pictures afterwards were gorgeous. Lots of greenery and great spaces to take pictures. Would highly recommend considering this venue for small or large weddings and receptions.

The oasis was a wonderful place to have our wedding the perfect setting for our fall wedding the the grounds perfect for pictures. the food and staff were great as well. We absolutely loved having our reception at Oasis! Bridget was such a great help since day 1 when we first looked at the venue. She made us feel like we were the most important couple there (obviously not but it was an awesome feeling!). The room was beautiful, the outdoor spots for pictures were breathtaking. We lucked out on still getting fall colors in November! The bar service was exceptional. We were able to get craft beers as a “his and hers” which was a lot of fun. And any time one of us was near empty on a drink, a server was right there already giving us a new one without even having to ask, top notch service! We can’t recommend Oasis enough for your wedding reception!

We had an absolutely incredible experience with the Oasis Golf and Conference Center for our reception. The venue was perfect. The entire staff was so wonderful to work with. Cathy Humphries went ABOVE AND BEYOND to cater to all of our needs and make sure our entire wedding weekend was perfect. Our wedding was quite complicated with the number of guests (700+) and the outside catering, but Cathy was SO flexible and easy to work with. She truly let our dream wedding reception become a reality. We are so grateful to Cathy and the entire Oasis team. We would HANDS DOWN recommend them for a wedding venue!

I am SO happy we chose Oasis for our reception. Cathy made the entire process so easy for us! Cathy was always open to answer all my questions months before the wedding to help answer and plan all details. She sets up a timeline for you to make sure your day goes smoothly. We are so happy we chose to get married at the Oasis. Bridget was our assigned coordinator and she was so much more then that. She became a friend and a supporter during the wedding planning. She was so good at communicating every step with me, making sure I am comfortable with everything and helped me made decisions I didn't even know I had to make. My husband and I loved the food. We requested our own dishes to be made (my ideas and changes on existing dishes) and Bridget had the chef make them. All the guests were raving about the food. The place was beautifully decorated and we used their new Gazebo for our ceremony which was phenomenal. I recommend Oasis to every couple, both for reception and ceremony. We absolutely love Bridget and her team, who helped create an unforgettable wedding day for us!

Oasis was AMAZING! They have a variety of packages and options for you to choose from. The cake and flower centerpieces are included in your package which made things so convenient for me. The vendors they've chosen were professional and great to work with. The staff at Oasis was extremely helpful and helped with all the questions I had. The gazebo was absolutely gorgeous! Go with Oasis. You won't regret it!

I genuinely can't say enough great things about our experience at Oasis and with Cathy, specifically. She went out of her way so many times during our two year engagement to make sure that we were taken care of and that our questions were answered. There was nothing that I asked of her that she couldn't help with. And believe me, I had some pretty out there requests. I am honestly kind of sad that our wedding is over because now I don't have an excuse to talk with Cathy! Would HIGHLY recommend!

Our wedding reception was at the Oasis and I couldn't have been happier. They took care of everything. The food was beyond delicious and the service was extraordinary. Bridget herself is wonderful. She was super helpful and open and honest. She answered every question immediately. I would encourage the oasis to everyone looking for a wonderful and minimal stress inducing wedding!

All I can say is everything about my day ran smoothly. I worked with Bridget and she was very accommodating and eager to please my guests, my husband and myself on the big day. From day one til the end she was always available and responded very quickly. I highly recommend having a wedding here.

Kaylynn and Kelby Michael July 6, 2018!! Oasis Conference Center was the most amazing place to get married and where we had our fairytale wedding!! Kelby and I wanted a place were there was option for an outside ceremony and inside reception. They had just built the gazebo and it was the most beautiful place ever!! The other reason we chose Oasis was because I was in grad school and this place had everything you needed to plan your wedding in one location. Jamie Rogers was the person who helped make this wedding possible. She helped us plan, coordinate, and so much more for this wedding. Jamie answered our questions any time of the day through text, e-mail, phone call punctually!! She also had such an amazing personality to make our wedding perfect. Jamie was very professional in introducing us to everyone we needed to make this wedding happen; including Wedding Benkens and Dessert Works. On our wedding day she helped decorate, made sure we ate, made sure I relaxed/enjoyed this day, and even helped me make sure I looked fabulous walking down to the gazebo where my husband was waiting. Julie was at the front desk and helped my bridal party and guest find everything we needed! Thank you for your help! There was a couple hiccups, however, Jamie and Meagan made it perfect! I honestly didn't realize the schedule was off a little, because they fixed it and made it work! They were making sure everything was going how we wanted it and made things happen! For instance, Meagan helped make our sparkler exit perfect! We were getting picture on the bridge (which I highly suggest it's a beautiful background); she ran all the way there to ask how exactly we wanted it and she made it happen!! She was very professional and had an amazing personality! Jamie and Meagan made our wedding perfect!! Our guests are still raving about our wedding! Oasis Conference Center was the best and if you are trying to find a place where they are professional, punctual, have great personality, and listen to you for what you want out of your wedding this is the place!! I wish we could live this day over and over and I owe that to Oasis! Our wedding day was the best day EVER!!!!!!!!!

We chose the Oasis for our daughter's wedding on June 30, 2018. We made the right choice! Attentive staff, delicious food, attention to detail, easy to work with--all of the above helped contribute to a magical night to remember. Cathy Humphries and the Oasis team went above and beyond to help us make the dream a reality. Our guests couldn't say enough about the beautiful wedding ceremony, from the decor to the food to the dj. I have nothing but praise for this venue. Outstanding.

Oasis was the perfect place to have our wedding! So many things make this place amazing-- the staff, the food, the venue, etc. Bridget coordinated each piece of my wedding with me and made sure everything I wanted/needed was taken care of. She made wedding planning simple, which to me, is priceless! Megan, who was the person designated to helping during our wedding, was AMAZING! She was on top of things, made sure the photographer and DJ were on the same page as her Oasis staff, and when we could not get my dress to bustle, she spent about 30 minutes in the bathroom with me trying to figure it out....TWICE! The food was amazing, and having an open bar definitely made for a fun night. Our awesome photographer was able to capture beautiful shots around the Oasis. We have some nice ones done inside, but outside was were the shots were the best. Make sure you go out at sunset to get pictures on the boardwalk-- they will be your favorite ones by far! Oasis also let us bring our dogs out after the ceremony so they could be in our pictures, which meant a lot to my husband and myself because we met at the dog park! Overall, Oasis was the perfect venue for us. If you want the easiest wedding planning experience with the perfect outcome, choose Oasis! You won't regret it!!

My husband and I got married at the Oasis in May of this year and we couldn't have been more happy with our choice. The staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful. The venue itself is so beautiful. We got married at the new gazebo site and I cannot stress enough how beautiful it was. Everything went so smoothly thanks to the help of our wedding coordinator (Jamie) which was provided in our wedding package along with the help of the staff. They set up everything for you and reach out to your vendors to go over the day of details so that you don't have any added stress. The day was perfect. I highly recommend the Oasis to those who expect professionalism, friendliness, affordable and all around beautiful place to have your big day!

The food was great! I really enjoyed the freedom I had to get what I wanted. However, they lost a large sign of mine that I received from a special family. Not only did it have that sentimental value, but I was using it for a guest book. So I ended up not having documentation of my guests. Other than that, the staff was great that worked the reception and was friendly!
